Bookings include electricity, water, linen, towels and pool towels (not beach towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is located in a quiet residential area of the small, wine-producing village of Corneilhan in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards; 20 minutes North of Béziers and 35 minutes from the Mediterranean coast and beaches.

From the property, a 10 minutes walk to the village centre with bakery, grocery store, newsagent and butcher. Pharmacy, café bar and supermarket in neighbouring village of Lignan, 5 minutes drive.
