Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is just on the edge of the medieval, lively village of Servian (5 minutes walk to village centre). Located in the Languedoc vineyards, midway between Béziers and Pézenas, 25 min from the Mediterranean coast and its beach resorts.

Easy walk brings you to the centre of the village with all amenities; charming café / bar / restaurant, 2 bakeries, pharmacy, grocery store, post-office, bank etc. Numerous wine-outlets and opportunities for wine-tasting. Large supermarket 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk.
