Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is located on the edge of the small Languedoc village of Montouliers, between Béziers 36 minutes, Narbonne and its beaches 40 minutes and Carcassonne 55 minutes.

Local amenities in the village (7 minutes walk) include café bar and grocery store.

Argeliers, 7 minutes drive with bakery and several restaurants, supermarket.

Visit the olive oil mill and producer and café-bar-restaurant in the hamlet of Cabezac in Bize-Minervois, 9 minutes drive.

Well, what fun we've had in your beautiful house. You have catered for our every need and we've had such a happy and relaxing time here. Sadly it's our last night now and we've just returned from a splendid dinner at Auberge de la Croisade - a wonderful way to end a perfect week. Our special memory will be my dear friend Gary giving us a private bagpipe performance outside the house with the sound of 'Flower of Scotland' echoing down the valley and through the village!

Stayed at this villa in June 2024. It has been finished to an exacting standard, and is open and airy. The views are spectacular. Everything you need for a relaxing stay - plenty of areas outside to either soak up the rays or sit in the shade. The alfresco dining area was used all day. The owners have left their paintings and sculptures in the house which gives is a very unique feel. It's incredible, will return in 2025!

Amazing holiday location!
Great views of a peaceful quaint little village in south of France, and don't even need to get out of the pool.
Everything you need is provided by the host, excellent quality of service for the price.
Great variety of excursions possible in the area, be it sporty, cultural or plain shopping and farniente!
