Security Deposit: €1000 charged to client's credit card by Oliver’s Travels as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in GBP.
35% deposit due at the time of booking. 65% balance and refundable security bond due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
No smoking in the property.
Bookings include electricity, water, linen, towels and pool towels (not beach towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated in a residential area of central Pézenas.

Pézenas is one of the most sought-after Languedoc towns, between Montpellier and Carcassonne, 20 minutes from the Mediterranean coast.

3 minutes walk to the centre of Pézenas with huge choice of restaurants.

Pézenas prides itself on its past; reflected in its fascinating winding streets and period architecture. Often called the 'Versailles' of the Languedoc, summer visitors are treated to a feast of festivals, costume dramas, concerts and exhibitions.

Alternatively, take your pick from the numerous pavement cafés and watch the world drift slowly by before retiring to any one of the dozens of excellent, traditional restaurants. 4 supermarkets to choose from.

Don't miss the famous Saturday market that spills into the streets from daybreak and lasts all day. Discover the many artisan shops in the old quarter and the kilometer-long stretch of antique and bric-a-brac (brocante) stores.

Sunny, sandy Mediterranean beaches lie just 12 miles South of Pézenas. Beachfront cafés, seafood restaurants and all the glamour and glitz of summer in the south of France.

Marseillan Plage and Sérignan Plage for the quieter beaches, Cap d'Agde for all the entertainments, shopping and activities. Here you'll find golf, huge water park, 'Aqualand' (for both children and adults), watersports, boat trips, further restaurants and the Marine Aquarium.

Béziers and Montpellier offer excellent shopping and hypermarkets. Béziers has possibly the best flower market (Fridays) on the Mediterranean coast.

Discover the ocean of vineyards for superb wine-tasting or discover more about the famous Southern French aperitif 'pastis' at the Paul Ricard plant in Bessan. Alternatively, the Noilly Prat museum and guided tour of the factory is in Marseillan.

Superb hiking just miles from Pézenas on the Mourgettes footpath, or take a picnic to Lake Salagou for wonderful fresh-water swimming and watersports.

The Gorges d'Héric in the Languedoc National Park offers astounding scenery that will make you forget you are so close to the Mediterranean coast. Head East and don't miss the Pont du Gard on a day trip to Provence; Avignon, Arles and the pink flamingos and white horses in the Camargue. Head West to experience the giant and imposing fortified city of Carcassonne. Alternatively, the beautiful Côte Vermeille and its charming beaches in the shadow of the Pyrénées.

I had the great pleasure of spending a fabulous week at this property. An oasis in the center of this charming french town. 3 minutes walk to the town where you find boulangeries selling fresh croissants in the morning; to lovely restaurants scattered around the cobbled back streets and a fabulous weekend market. The surrounding area has much to offer for those keen on exploring Agde, Sete or beautiful Marseillan, to name just a few.

The property itself is decorated to the highest standard. You can see it was a labour of love. Stylish and yet homely. The bedrooms beautifully decorated light and airy. Beds so comfortable. The kitchen designed for entertaining.
A huge open plan sitting and dining area perfect for a cosy family meal or a dinner party, as we enjoyed on more than one occasion. The outside area perfect for a long day lounging by the pool or chilling in the evening with the bbq going. A totally private setting! What more could one ask for. Great communication with the owner. Nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend this property, if you are looking for a 5 star experience in a stunning location.

I stayed in this stunning house in May this year. It is beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It has the added benefits of an outdoor swimming pool and a games room. The owner has gone to great lengths to make this a home away from home! It hides behind pretty old stone walls, just a few steps from the centre of the beautiful historic town of Pezenas. I am looking forward to returning in the future!

We stayed in this beautiful house in June of this year Wow what a find ! Situated in the magnificent village of Pezenas the house is only a few minutes walk away from amazing antique shops , Boulangeries, and craft shops.

The house itself is perfect throughout with a great outdoor pool and lovely outdoor area for eating and even has separate games room too !

Carcassonne and Montpellier are easily accessible and should be explored! So much to do in the area, we will be back!

This lovely home, just on the outskirts of the old historic town of Pezenas, is everything we hoped it would be. A short stroll into the town centre with bars, restaurants and bakeries a plenty! All offering great value !

Aside from the location, the house is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. A lovely sitting area outside for outdoor dining. The sun is over the pool and on the sun lounges well into the evening. The Games room was well used and a great area for teenagers to have space for themselves.

The area has much to offer, something for everyone to enjoy! Walking, cycling or lazy days on the beach in Sete or Agde (both offer water sports).Kayaking in Saint Guilherme de Desert or wine tasting in La Croix Belle or Picpoul (neither to far from the house.)
The market day on Saturday is fabulous!

A gorgeous home, with so much to offer!
3 min walk into the beautiful bustling town of Pezenas and you have the tranquility of pool and garden! The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and very welcome after a day out exploring the area!
We had some great fun playing table tennis and darts in the games room.
We had a wonderful holiday, the lovely, very comfortable and well decorated home facilitated this!
