The 200 m² cottage is newly restored, with an eclectic interior, designed by internationally renowned interior designers (the property owners).

The house comprises two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a leisure room that can double as a further bedroom.

Situated in the Lot region of the Midi-Pyrénées / Quercy-Blanc, this is truly la France profonde - beautiful unspoilt countryside with far reaching views dotted with charming ancient villages.

NOTE; property owners may be in residence in main manor house.

Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property sits in open countryside, 15 minutes South of local villages of Puy L'Évêque and Prayssac.

Puy-l'Évêque with several restaurants and all shops. Tuesday market.

Prayssac with supermarket, 6 restaurants, twice-weekly market and several bakeries.

Cahors, 30 minutes is an attractive town with all shops and hypermarkets. Famous wine appellation.

We have had a wonderful and memorable two weeks here. You both have been very helpful and thoughtful.
Highlights for us were relaxing by the pool, the great markets at Cahors and Prayssac, the daily petit déjeuner at Chez Lajo and C. using Frans' smoker and BBQ!

Thanks Kate and Franz for creating such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Enjoying tea and coffee on our last morning we were joined by 2 deer - a lovely last moment.
We are going to miss the house, the swimming pool and the beautiful meadow. Our highlights are Montcuq market, spending time in Lauzerte and Montpazier, two very pretty places. We have had some great food, especially at Le Caillau.
It has been a special summer for our children, who have both had to endure exams and so it is fantastic that we as a family have been able to spend time together in this wonderful place.
So pleased to have met you both and of course the little Lotte. Love from us all.

This is an idyllic luxury dream. A tranquil abode where resistance against rest and relaxation is futile. Welcoming in 2022 with Kate, Frans, their family and friends felt like home away from home with immediate family. They have created a home where you can freely engage in the beauty of this corner of France in an easthetic space curated to the highest level. We could class them as more than 'friends' - and definitely as 'MTFS'.
The only antidote to departing is to plot the return and this has already begun.
