Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is situated in a small countryside hamlet between Cahors 51 minutes and Bergerac 71 minutes.

Amenities in the neighbouring towns of Montayral and Fumel, about 3–5 km away (roughly a 5–10 minute drive). Soturac itself has very few retail services.

Hypermarket: E.Leclerc MONTAYRAL – full grocery shop, bakery, household goods and fuel.

Supermarket: Intermarché SUPER Puy-l'Evêque – about 10–15 minutes away if you're heading east.

Local grocery: Epicerie Dautry SARL in Duravel for everyday essentials.

Pharmacy: Pharmacie de Montayral.

Bakery: Boulangerie Alliance or boulangerie Helene Et Raphael in Montayral.

Town centre services: Fumel has banks, cafés, restaurants, doctors, additional pharmacies, a post office and other local shops.

Typical driving times from central Soturac are:
