• Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in GBP.
• 35% deposit due at the time of booking. 65% balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
• Security deposit €1000 charged to client's credit card by Oliver’s Travels as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

• Other Ts and Cs Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are on strictly on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges.
• Changeover day Saturdays (June to September). Flexible during other months.
• End of stay cleaning End of stay cleaning is subject to an additional charge of €250, payable locally. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

It's a great region for food lovers; all the Périgordian specialities such as Foie Gras, confit d'oie, canard and mushrooms of all types are in abundance.

Bergerac was once a flourishing port for the wine trade. It still today has a picturesque harbour where you can take a boat trip along the river Dordogne, or a miniature train ride around the bastide town, viewing the many half timbered houses with terracotta decoration.
