Rental Rates

• Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in GBP.
• 35% deposit due at the time of booking. 65% balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
• Security deposit €1000 charged to client's credit card by Oliver’s Travels as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
• Arrival time 5.00 p.m.
• Departure time 10.00 a.m.
• Linen & towels included? Yes.
• Pets welcome? Not allowed.
• Other Ts and Cs Weddings, stag/hen parties and other special events are not allowed.
  Please note that published rates are only valid for the current year. Any bookings for subsequent years will be on request only and correct rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once we have checked availability with the owner or their property manager.
  A cot and highchair can be requested in advance.
• Changeover day Saturday. All other changeover days on request.
• End of stay cleaning Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
• Smoking Allowed? Not allowed.
• Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
• Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
• Pool towels included? Yes.
• Pool opening dates? Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is set in open countryside with no near neighbours just outside the village of Montesquieu, 15 minutes south of the River Garonne and the waterside town of Port Sainte Marie with all amenities.

Local amenities - grocery store, bakery and pizzeria in Serignac-su-Garonne, 8 minutes.

Large town of Agen, 32 minutes has all shops and hypermarkets.
