Security deposit €1000 charged to client's credit card by Oliver’s Travels as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

A cot and highchair can be requested in advance.
Changeover day Saturday. All other changeover days on request.
End of stay cleaning Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.

Pool towels included? Yes.
Pool opening dates? Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is set in open countryside with no near neighbours just outside the village of Montesquieu, 15 minutes south of the River Garonne and the waterside town of Port Sainte Marie with all amenities.

Local amenities - grocery store, bakery and pizzeria in Serignac-su-Garonne, 8 minutes.

Large town of Agen, 32 minutes has all shops and hypermarkets.

Many deer and squirrels this year. 3 very friendly donkeys have embellished some productive fishing parties. We had two excellent weeks. In this setting and the house which are beautiful. We benefitted 100% from all the beautiful things of everything here. We love donkeys, cute and kind. Too bad we didn't see squirrels, but we saw herons and different kinds of birds. We made beautiful excursions to Nérac, Clermont-Dessous, the Agen canal bridge and the garden of the water lilies of Latour-Marliac and seen many ponds. We will miss everything, the calm, the beautiful place, the environment and the splendid swimming pool. Everything was perfect. Thank you Karine and Pascal for everything, for your kindness and service, your attention and the delights offered on arrival.

We had a great stay everything was there the calm, the sun, the pool, a super well-equipped cottage with enough to take good walks. We met many animals,,deer, owls, egrets and especially donkeys for the great pleasure of the children. A pure family moment very revitalising. Thank you very much for your welcome.

This place is quiet and thanks to nature, which Surrounded us, we were totally relaxed... The cottage is equipped with everything we need and Karine and Pascal are always available... For future visitors, there are restaurants to recommend (in our opinion) in Vianne (l'Atypik), in Barbaste (the veranda), in Sérignac-sur-Garonne (Le Prince Noir), in Agen (South Side)... Opposite the supermarket in Bras, you will find a butcher and a traditional bakery... Nérac, Vianne, Pujols, Penne-d'Agenais are places to visit! Thank you very much!

What to say about this too short stay during which we had a great family vacation. From the very pleasant welcome of Karine and Pascal, from our great exchanges, from their listening to the needs everything was perfect. Charming owners and an incredible cottage where the days go by too quickly. We will miss the fishing pond and the donkeys and deer. Again a huge thank you for everything. We will be back.
