Other Ts and Cs The advertised rate is for a maximum of 15 guests. If additional guests would like to stay, please contact us for a personalised quote at the time of booking.
One cot and one highchair are included. Any additional equipment is available at an extra cost of €15 for a cot and €10 for a highchair, payable locally.
Changeover day Saturday in high season. Flexible during all other periods.
End of stay cleaning Extra €780, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Smoking Allowed? Outside only.
Other 2 Under the coastal law, public access must be allowed along the shoreline, meaning a member of the public may cross the lakeside portion of the property.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, fire and damage, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. This must be presented upon arrival.
Other 3 Air-conditioning is only featured in the main salon and in eight of the nine bedrooms - please see the "Layout" tab for details. Please also note that restaurants and other local amenities in the Lake Annecy area may be seasonal (for example, restaurants in Talloires tend to close mid-October for the winter season). Lakeside beach facilities and watersports are also seasonal and summer beach entry fees often apply. This can vary per village/town. Please contact us if further information is needed.
Minimum stay 7 nights in peak season. 3-5 nights during all other periods. Please always enquire as shorter durations may be possible.
Pool heating charge? The wood-fired hot tub is available on request. A €150 fee applies for preparation of the hot tub, payable locally. Firewood for 1–2 uses is provided; additional firewood must be purchased locally.
Stag & Hen Do Allowed? Small weddings, stag/hen parties and any other special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa ... the location was great on the south end of the lake - only 20 min from Annecy but close to the bike trails and great restaurant options (Chez Ma is excellent and is a 2 min walk! Also try La Cuillere A Omble - a short drive or right on the bike path if you rent bikes-NOMAD Bike rental). The villa was very clean and everything was in working order - the home is HUGE and is setup with separate sleeping areas so multiple families would feel at home. We had a chef come in one night for an excellent traditional French meal - the chef was a great recommendation by the hosts. Overall, I highly recommend this villa and would stay here again when we return to the area.

The house is absolutely perfect for a large group. The bedrooms are all hotel standard and there is so much space that the house never feels cramped. The outside space is great, and we spent most of our time on the water! The view is incredible!

This villa at the shores of Lake d‘Annecy is a gem! It was our second stay here and it was as good as the first time. Plenty of space, with direct lake access, very friendly staff caring for you… It couldn‘t be better! Hopefully we will be back next year!

Without exaggeration, the most beautiful accommodation on the lake. I forgot the quiet and direct access to the lake for swimming or recreation. The house is spacious and has enough rooms and bathrooms and various seating areas. It guarantees you high privacy with comfort. The host was very responsive and deserves the highest rating without any courtesy.
