The 12-person price includes the Manoir only (6-bedrooms). Any additional guests will stay in the separate 4-bedroom Guest House – please see the “Property Layout” tab for details on the layout.
Changeover day Saturday for weekly bookings. Flexible for short breaks.
End of stay cleaning Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Smoking Allowed? Outside only.
Minimum stay 7 nights in July and August. 4 nights during all other periods.
Heating costs included? Yes.
Pool towels included? Yes.
Pool opening dates? The pool is open all year round. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

I loved the stay. Incredible views, great decoration of the place and very good energy, as well as a high level of privacy. I recommend 100%.

The most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed in! The pool area is great for large groups and the activities are endless. Scott and Rose-Anne are a dream as hosts and are always on hand if anything is needed but no imposing.

Sensational property, we had a wonderful family holiday, enjoying the pool, tennis and everything else. Rose-Anne and Scott looked after us so well and had lots of recommendations for local restaurants and things to do.

From the moment I arrived at Les Cazettes, I was completely mesmerised by it. Every corner of the villa has the most beautiful architecture, thoughtful design and authentic charm in every detail, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Each room is a masterpiece. All that beautiful furniture and chandeliers speak of timeless elegance and gives it much more personality than any modern soulless contemporary interior designs that is more common to find among luxury villas. As someone who deeply values nature, the villa's surroundings became my nirvana place. With colourful fields that seem to stretch infinitely and forests that attract to explore it, there’s a certain magic that Les Cazettes holds. The air here is different - it’s charged with an energy so vibrant, yet very calming. It's rare to find a place that can give you the feeling of being home, especially when you're miles away from what you’ve always known. It’s an oasis where happiness isn’t just felt, it's lived. I've spent such beautiful moments here, makes me feel so warmly nostalgic as I write this review. Bring your favourite people with you and step into that bubble that feels from another world. A place where joy isn’t just a sporadic emotion but a permanent atmosphere that surrounds you. It's not just a holiday spot - it’s an experience, a journey, a lifestyle that I never wanted to end. A delight from start to finish! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We came as a group of 17 for my parents 50th wedding anniversary ages ranging from 3 to 75 and we all had a fab time. Scott and Rose-Anne couldn’t do enough for us and if we had any query they were always so helpful. The houses and grounds were just beautiful with the pool/ hot tub and sauna brilliant additions. So glad we chose this property for the very special occasion. Thank you for such an unforgettable ( in the best sense!) stay.

Stunning villa with great managers. They pay great attention to detail and took care of every issue. Villa had lots of extras from record player to wine fridge, inflatables for the pool, road access to pool so we could easily get groceries to top kitchen. Loved it!
