Introduction

This high quality, fully renovated manor house and its supplementary garden house are situated in the heart of the beautiful Pays de Cocagne just 50 minutes from Toulouse airport. High quality accommodation in a country setting, surrounded by 100 acres of meadows and woods.

Private, heated pool 12m x 6m. Fantastic pool-side summer kitchen with dining tables, sound system, night-lights, bathrooms and changing rooms and BBQ.

Sauna and jacuzzi.

All-weather, championship size private tennis court and practice wall.

Accommodation in the manor house and courtyard bedrooms and garden house. Manor house with living and dining rooms and kitchen and utility room. Upstairs are four bedrooms; two ensuite doubles, twin room, double and large family bathroom.

Across the pretty courtryard are two further bedrooms and family bathroom.

High quality garden house (approx 50 m from the Manoir) with kitchen, living and dining room, pool table, four ensuite bedrooms and terrace.

Small supermarket, boulangerie, market and traiteur in Damiatte and Saint-Paul-Cap-de-Joux, 5 minutes drive.

 Supermarkets and all amenities in Lavaur (15 km), including large Saturday market, bike rental and wine tasting.

A variety of activities available nearby, including wine tasting (Lavaur and Gaillac), horse riding, 18-hole golf course, kayaking, Cité de l’Espace. The sights of Toulouse, Albi, Carcassonne, Cordes-sur-Ciel are all under an hour’s drive away.

A diamond in its case.
The accommodation is perfect, everything is very clean and functional. The caretaker is always there if we need anything.
The facilities are superb and transport us to a haven of peace.
The place is calm and relaxing, with a breathtaking view, especially at sunset.

We had an excellent stay in this accommodation.
We were a group of 11 adults and 6 small children. We had absolutely everything we needed and more - we really appreciated the little details like blankets to keep us warm when sitting out on cooler evenings.
The pool was great and we loved playing tennis and ping pong. We also enjoyed having a barbecue by the pool and behind the mansion.
The welcome was really relaxed and low key - we were left to relax but knew Leigh and Nigel were available if we needed them.
We were sad to leave and would love to come back one day!
