Superb hilltop manor house with commanding views out over the beautiful surrounding countryside.

The property sits within the small, picturesque village of Miramont-de-Quercy with a lovely restaurant just 1 minute walk away.

Entrance into a lovely, private, lawned courtyard, around which the accommodation is laid out. The courtyard features a magnificent, shaded dining terrace with views over 270°. Situated next to the kitchen, it is the ideal setting for any entertaining, whether formal or informal. Thanks to the thick wisteria and vines which form a dense canopy overhead, it is cool and shaded even at midday, while in the evening flowers scent the warm night air.

Extensive terraced grounds with mature trees and further views. Lawned, 'secret' garden with its own terrace overlooks the private, heated pool 12m x 5m with lawned-surround with sun loungers.

Accommodation in two main, adjoining buildings facing into the courtyard. Living room, dining room and kitchen also have extensive views over the opposite valleys.

Hypermarkets and great wine outlets in Cahors, 60 minutes.

Rental guests are offered offers free membership to the well maintained local hardcourt tennis court in Touffailles, 5 km. It also has a practice wall. Bookings are made by putting one's name on the booking sheet at the tennis court. There are 2 or 3 reasonably good tennis racquets available for guest's use at the house. Tennis balls can be bought on your behalf in advance of your arrival if required.

Toulouse airport 60 minutes.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.
For this property tourist taxes are due between 01 January and 31 December and will not exceed € 2.30 per adult per night.


Location

The property is situated in the picturesque, hilltop village of Miramont de Quercy in the Lot and Garonne département. Approximately mid-way between Montauban, Cahors and Agen. 60 minutes to Toulouse airport.

Further amenities in Lauzerte (7 km) with supermarket, café bars and restaurants

Hypermarkets and great wine outlets in Cahors, 60 minutes. Large weekly market full of the very best regional produce.

Moissac also has an excellent twice-weekly market, while Montaigu-de-Quercy, Valence-d'- Agen and Montcuq boast their own. The stalls, crammed with regional specialities like asparagus, artichokes, melons, fruit, duck, goose and wild mushrooms. Markets start early in the morning and continue at full steam till about lunchtime.
