Security Deposit: € 750 charged to client's credit card by Oliver’s Travels as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in GBP.
35% deposit due at the time of booking. 65% balance and refundable security bond due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
No smoking in the property.
Bookings include electricity, water, linen and house and pool towels (not beach towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property with its stunning panoramic and uninterrupted views to the Mediterranean and peninsular of Hyeres is located approx 7 mins drive from the centre of La Londe-les-Maures near to the prestigious Valcros Golf Club and is approximately 15 mins drive to the nearest beaches; a well stocked mini market 2 mins by car and the Intermarché supermarket 5 mins drive.

La Londe lies between Hyeres and Saint Tropez with easy access from Toulon / Nice / Marseille airports or the A57 Autoroute; is a small working town offering all amenities (including excellent health care) with excellent restaurants, cafés and shops including well stocked supermarkets, supporting the extensive wine growing region that surrounds it with many well know Provence names close buy (Ott, Leoube, Bregancon, Figuiere, Saint Marguerite etc). Its small Port (Miramar) has many attractive features including bars, brasseries and the starting point for the small train that takes tourists around the town and a ferry to the Islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.

The lovely stretch of coastline between La Londe and Le Lavendou, almost devoid of any development, with tree lined hills stretching down to the sea offers some of the best and prettiest beaches in Europe; choose from 3 relatively unknown beaches at Le Pellegrin ( part of the Leoube estate) and Estagnole ( part of the Bregancon estate) as well as Cabasson, overlooking the French President’s holiday Palace , each with excellent restaurants. In addition the two small islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros, which were listed in a recent Telegraph publication “The 10 Greatest Islands in France” are a short ferry ride away offering lovely restaurants and bars, beautiful beaches and on each island an interesting museum.

The world renowned town/ beach resort of Saint Tropez, which has become synonymous with its celebrity lifestyle and Mediterranean chicness (originally made famous by Brigitte Bardot) is approx. 45 minutes away by car.

The place is lovely and very well furnished. As someone else said in your guest book, your house offers almost everything we were hoping for in our holiday in France. A large, well-appointees home with fantastic views and a cool fairly deep pool, proximity to a nice town where supplies are aplenty; vineyards in the surroundings and even a couple of michelin-starred restaurants nearby.
