Fully restored to a very high standard, the house sits in an acre of private grounds with Mediterranean garden of olive trees and original pigeonnier.

Large rear lawn with boules court, table football and table tennis.

Lovely pool area with private pool 8m x 4m pool.

Sun terrace and loungers and pool house with conservatory furniture.

Accommodation over three floors with ground floor farmhouse-style, fully equipped kitchen that leads out to the dining terrace. Two living rooms, Wi-Fi internet and dining room.

Four, 1st floor bedrooms, one ensuite plus family bathroom.

Two further bedrooms on the second floor with large family bathroom.

Air-conditioning as noted below.

Large, rear covered terrace with dining table and chairs and BBQ and seating area with sofas.

Local amenities in Gonfaron (10 minutes walk, 1 minute drive) include weekly farmers' market, café bars, restaurant, pizzeria, small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy.

The house sits in open countryside surrounded by vineyards, 700 metres from the centre of the pretty, Provençal town of Gonfaron. Mediterranean beaches at Hyères 40 minutes and Saint-Tropez 55 minutes.

Local amenities in Gonfaron (10 minutes walk, 1 minute drive) include weekly farmers' market, café bars, restaurant, pizzeria, small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy.

We rented this home in December 2022/January 2023 and highly recommend it for families or large groups. Due to the time of year. we were concerned about the heat but all of the rooms were more than adequately heated. Additionally the fireplace in the living room produced a very warm, cozy atmosphere. We were 8 adults and 4 children (ages 5, 3, 3 and 1) and everyone had enough space. The children especially enjoyed playing with all of the toys in the playroom which allowed the adults to socialize in the living room just next to it and still keep an eye on them. It was perfect for everyone! The children also enjoyed playing outside in the fully enclosed yard. The pool was closed for the season but it, too, is fully fenced making it safe for the children to play outside with minimal supervision. The kitchen has a beautiful gas and electric stove as well as a wood burning stove and the back terrace has a barbecue which we used often. The kitchen table seats 8 comfortably but we were fortunate to have some warm days and could eat on the large table on the back terrace. All of the bedrooms are good sized and well appointed and each had individual heating units. The beds were all comfortable with clean, crisp linens. In addition to the half bath on the main floor there were three large bathrooms conveniently located between bedrooms with large soaking tubs and it was more than enough for our large group. The exposed beams and stonework throughout the home was gorgeous and each room was well decorated yet comfortable – we didn’t feel we needed to worry about the children breaking anything. The internet and Netflix were consistently reliable for anyone who is trying to work while on vacation. Finally, dishwasher and washer and dryer made for easy living.! Communication with the host was exceptional and checking in and out was very easy. We can’t say enough about this wonderful gem. We had a relaxing time, did a few hikes, visited some local sites as well as nearby vineyards. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend it to family and friends!”

What a gorgeous retreat from city life! We booked three weeks at the house and enjoyed every minute of it. The outside kitchen is fantastic, it felt like we had our own private restaurant. The pool was perfect for our three children, and the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains are stunning. Alexandra was easily contactable in case of any queries or issues. All in all, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in the lovely property in Gonfaron. We ranged in size from 3 for one week to a full house for the other 3 weeks. The porch with the big table and sofa area was fantastic. Big dinners at night and coffee on the sofas in the morning. All my guests loved it. Everyone loved the pool and pool house.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Le Mas Repenti! Such a beautiful and spacious villa, so elegantly decorated and well set up. The surrounding gardens are gorgeous with a lovely pool and stunning views. The villa was fantastic for children with swings in the garden and a playroom with lots of toys. We had a wonderful chef deliver delicious dinners for children and adults, which made a lovely stay even more relaxing. Alexandra also provided us with lots of wonderful information on the surrounding areas, including an amazing beach recommendation and a fantastic outdoor climbing place for the children. All in all it was the most fantastic stay and we cannot wait to return!

Davies family
We spent a week with two families (9 people) aged 6 -70 in Le Mas Repenti and we had the most wonderful time. It is nestled in the glorious vineyards with views of the hills in the distance. The house itself has been lovingly restored and every inch is perfectly presented. Stunning furniture, decorations and soft furnishings. It is charming and yet completely comfortable – the master bedroom is like the best suite in any hotel! The grounds are beautiful and the boules pitch and swingset were a big hit with the children. The pool is perfect with plenty of loungers for everyone and a great pool house area for getting some shade and having a drink. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. Every pot, pan and serving dish you could ask for along with plates and glasses for an army! The terrace was wonderful and the huge table very accommodating of our feasts. We did not experience much intrusion from bugs, other than a few mozzies who battled through our Jungle Formula! We loved the local vineyards – several within a 5 minute drive. Our favourite was the rose from Château Beaumel. Highly recommend this home for an extremely relaxing and authentically French experience!
