• Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in GBP.
• 37.5% deposit due at the time of booking. 62.5% balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
• Security deposit €1000 charged to client's credit card by Oliver’s Travels as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

• Pets welcome? Not allowed.
• Other Ts and Cs Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are not allowed.

• End of stay cleaning Extra €240, payable locally. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France by Oliver's Travels then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.
