Set amongst rolling vineyards, this is a wonderful, Provençal country home with stunning views over the surrounding countryside and towards Mont Ventoux.

The property sits in 1,600 m² of private grounds with a lovely Mediterranean garden with lawn and many olive trees.

Accommodation over two floors with large kitchen / dining room featuring 'Gaggeneau' range oven, leading out to large, covered dining terrace. Spacious living room with Wi-Fi internet, TV and Blu-ray DVD.

Ground floor double bedroom overlooking Mont Ventoux and has its own small terrace.

It's an easy walk (10 - 15 minutes) into the village of Caromb with bakery, two grocery stores, restaurants (inc brasserie and pizzeria), café bars, bank with cash machine, pharmacy, newsagent and very pretty town square. Several wine outlets and vendors of local produce including olive oil.

Aubignan, 5 km has a similar range of excellent amenities.

Many excellent restaurants in nearby villages of Le Barroux (5 minutes) and Malaucène (10 minutes).

Carpentras, 10 minutes is a bigger town with many shops and superb, traditional street market. Huge choice of restaurants and café bars etc.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.
For this property tourist taxes are due between 01 January and 31 December and will not exceed € 2.53 per adult per night.


Location

The property is located on a single track lane, approx 1.5 km from the centre of the lovely village of Caromb, surrounded by beautiful countryside and vineyards 20 minutes from Avignon and 15 minutes from Orange.

Caromb, (10 - 15 minutes walk, 1 minute drive) has a bakery, two grocery stores, restaurants (inc brasserie and pizzeria), café bars, bank with cash machine, pharmacy, newsagent and very pretty town square. Several wine outlets and vendors of local produce including olive oil.

Aubignan, 4 km has a similar range of excellent amenities.

Many excellent restaurants in nearby villages of Le Barroux (5 minutes) and Malaucène (10 minutes).

Carpentras, 10 minutes is a bigger town with many shops and superb, traditional street market. Huge choice of restaurants and café bars etc.

Cultural sites and events continue throughout the summer in Orange and Avignon, both places not to be missed. Orange with its famous amphitheatre and nearby vineyards of the Côtes-du-Rhône. Avignon with the half bridge and Pope's Palace. Great shopping and old winding streets.

The lovely Camargue National Park lies close by. You really will see black bulls, pink flamingos and white horses. Many horse and pony-trekking ranches and great choice of Mediterranean beaches.

The Camargue and the fabulous beaches on the South coast are all within easy driving distance.
