Security Deposit: €1500 paid via bank transfer to the owner one month before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in GBP.
35% deposit due at the time of booking. 65% balance and refundable security bond due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
No smoking in the property.
Bookings include electricity, water, linen, towels and pool towels (not beach towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The château is situated in open countryside, high above the riverfront of the Creuse River, in the famous town of La Roche-Posay, between Poitiers 50 minutes and Tours, 70 minutes.

La Roche-Posay is a very famous spa town with its own international brand of skincare products.

La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water is the result of rainwater flowing, for thousands of years, over vast expanses of limestone rocks containing natural reserves of selenium. It is of the highest purity with an almost neutral pH and it is protected from all pollution and is not treated in any way.

The town of Châtellerault, with cafés-bars, restaurants, all shops, supermarkets and TGV station, only 20 min drive.
