House: Fantastic. Idyllic. Perfect. Classical. Beautiful. Spacious. Practical. Comfortable. Beautiful area for touring (Brantôme, Jarnac). Garden: Very child friendly. Garden Jenga etc. Clean and very safe. Beautiful pool and alfresco dining areas. Also adult friendly. V good Gas BBQ.
Thank you so much for a lovely stay at your beautiful house. The weather wasn’t the best but just being here with the cows and enjoying all the little touches in the house was enough for us - oh and we still enjoyed the pool! We were also luck to see some shooting stars which was magical. We hope to come back.
We, two couples, stayed the last week of June and the first week of July in L'Oliveraie. We found modern comfort in an authentic environment in the well-equipped holiday homes Maison Carrée and Joie de Vivre. You can rightly say that you enjoy life here. Privacy, beauty, friendliness, a lovely swimming pool, the beautifully maintained gardens... it all comes to you here. And what we also appreciated very much: we arrived in a house where the basic necessities were present (such as coffee, tea, herbs and olive oil) and a nice bottle of wine and delicious (home-made!) cake were ready for us, which made us feel really welcome. Moreover, the area is also very attractive. From the tranquility of the domaine you drive to the liveliness and versatility of Avignon and Villeneuve and for example to Orange. The markets are very charming in the smaller towns nearby and there is also no shortage of nice restaurants. We really had a wonderful time, certainly also because of the friendliness of the owners.
A superb week spent in the Loft du Vigneron. Thank you Karen and Russell for being wonderful hosts and recommending amazing restaurants and equally great days out. Our 'home' for the week was truly special with so much attention to detail and gorgeous touches.
We've had a wonderful week, lounging by the pool, playing table tennis and pool. All great for teenagers. Vinsobres so lovely and only minutes away. Good trips out to Vaison-la-Romaine and Nyons. Thanks for a great week!
After a really warm welcome, this place feels just like home! Meryl and Richard have been fantastic hosts, from the very first day arriving at the gîte and making us coffee after a long drive, to taking us to the nearby night market to experience the real France. The villa itself is beautiful and peaceful - couldn't ask for more and we have loved our morning visits from Poppy! A highlight for us was a visit to Sarlat-la-Canéda - the centre is truly breathtaking. On the way back stopped for a drink at Beynac - you can see the château on the hill whilst having a coffee on the riverside, watching people canoe past! We have loved it! We will be back!
What a fantastic stay in a fantastic house, all the amenities you could wish for and more. We’ve enjoyed the pool, table tennis tournaments, playing pool and lounging under the fig trees. The market in Nyons on a Thursday was amazing, we visited St Paul trois châteaux, Seguret and many other places. The house exceeded our expectations and the Drome, Provence is beautiful , we will be back and thank you for creating such a haven for everyone to experience and enjoy.
We had a wonderful family holiday at the domaine and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the property and Pure France.com to friends and family who may be looking for accommodation in the region in future.

The incredible thing about this house is that you quickly feel at home there. We are like in a cocoon, magnificent, relaxing, invigorating. We spent 15 incredible days here, a vacation that we will remember for years to come. Amazing corners, an intoxicating sea, enriching discoveries and a group of friends who have become closer thanks to this experience. This villa is of incredible beauty and quality, the breathtaking setting between the view of the sea and the sunset over the Cévennes, the heated swimming pool available at any time of the day and night adds further excellence to the frame. We are here in peace although we have everything we need around, notably in Béziers, Cap d'Agde, Sigean... Spain is very close for an even greater change of scenery. We will return with great joy, thank you very warmly.
We have spent many happy holidays in France, but as this year is our 40th wedding anniversary we thought we should look for somewhere really special - and we found it! The house is a delight and the garden is the most beautiful place to rest and relax. The countryside around is very peaceful and charming and we greatly enjoyed the nearby towns and villages. The abbey at Fontevraud was a special highlight and the châteaux at Saumur, Chinon and Angers, which we last visited more than 30 years ago, were all well worth visiting again - so much restoration work has been done in the intervening years. We also liked the Corniche Angevine which runs along the South bank of the Loire between Rochefort and Challones and the many wine growing areas. Wonderful stay in a beautiful home. The house was very comfortable and the swimming pool was great. We spent some time in the nearby towns / villages. Pézenas, Vias, Béziers and Cap d'Agde. The Sunday morning market in Besson is a must. The area is great for cycling with all of the nearby villages easily accessible. Very sad to be leaving. Thank you very much.
Dear friends from Paris hosted us as their guests at your château. They could not have given us a more memorable, magical, truly incredible experience!
A lovely town house in a quiet village, with the added bonus of a pool. We enjoyed dining on the terrace in the evening watching the sun set.
It's hard to put into words how pretty Maison Rohmer and the surroundings are. The interior decor is very luxurious and tasteful and the house and setting is a dream. The Luberon/Haut-Vaucluse region is a lovely place to stay - well within reach of all of Provence's jewels - and provided our family with an excellent base. It the perfect place to both launch ourselves into the countryside to climb Mount Ventoux and visit the vineyards of Beaumes-de-Venise, or simply relax by the pool. During our stay, Aries (the property manager) visited a few times to keep the garden looking perfect and clean the pool and he was also extremely useful in giving ideas for things to do in the local area... like the evening market in Coustellet, which we would have never known otherwise. The owner, was also very patient and helpful in answering all of my queries! A perfect week in Provence.
A wonderfully week at JF !! it was gone so quickly. Our extended family have made some special memories here. A beautiful house and garden. Superb lunches and wine tasting in the surrounding area and plenty of relaxing, swimming and table tennis. It's a long way to come back but who knows ?
From the moment we walked through the doors of Maison Charvin we knew that this was the perfect house for our holiday – the squeals of delight from the grandchildren (and their parents) at the sight of the pool and the surrounding garden suggested that the house would more than meet the requirements of all three generations of the family – it did this in spades. Owner Ms W attention to details and her anticipation of all of our needs was very much appreciated, as was her additional assistance in dealing with the local mechanic (flat tyre) and dentist (broken tooth) which was above and beyond the call of duty and will not be forgotten – many thanks. We had a wonderful holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending Maison Charvin to family and friends.
Everything was perfect! Monpazier Cottages matched the photos and description. Everything was in perfect condition and very clean, from bedrooms to bathrooms to the outside with the pool. A weekend with friends that could only be a success! Nature, the calm and a charming authentic house, whose owners are very attentive. We really recommend this experience, for a nice break in the Dordogne!
We had a wonderful week. A lovely cottage set in a beautiful garden surrounded by picturesque countryside. We would highly recommend Mas Saint-Martial to families looking for a cosy base with a lovely pool and plenty of facilities to entertain the whole family.

We had a lovely time in a beautifully converted villa. So much space for relaxing and the kids to roam free at the table tennis out building or down by the pool. Thank you, what an amazing holiday we’ve had in your wonderful house, from the swimming pool to the table tennis room and family boule tournaments, we’ve had great fun. We loved. We loved swimming in the river in Nyons and the massive markets. A lovely windy trip up to mount Ventoux with amazing views and cheering on the cyclists!. Vaison la romaine was a nice morning out with the Roman remains and finally a quick wine tasting (and purchase) at Domaine du Tave with Audrey finished it off nicely. Thanks again,
Awesome! Kids LOVED it. Beautiful grounds and so much space, also spotless clean. Very well equipped, even had sharp knives! Superb setting. Great BBQ. Help and good advice always available. Indian food was great! Lovely way to start the holiday after hours of driving! We have stayed at many holiday homes and this is right up there as one of, if not the best we have stayed at!
