Maison does Vignobles is a fabulous place to stay to rest, relax and explore the Lot region. The hosts, Debbie and Rupert, were wonderful - generous, professional and totally welcoming. They supply everything you need and even more, with small surprises provided during our time there. We would highly recommend it and will return when we can.
We, two couples, stayed the last week of June and the first week of July in Les Oliviers du Sud. We found modern comfort in an authentic environment in the well-equipped holiday homes Maison Carrée and Joie de Vivre. You can rightly say that you enjoy life here. Privacy, beauty, friendliness, a lovely swimming pool, the beautifully maintained gardens... it all comes to you here. And what we also appreciated very much: we arrived in a house where the basic necessities were present (such as coffee, tea, herbs and olive oil) and a nice bottle of wine and delicious (home-made!) cake were ready for us, which made us feel really welcome. Moreover, the area is also very attractive. From the tranquility of the domaine you drive to the liveliness and versatility of Avignon and Villeneuve and for example to Orange. The markets are very charming in the smaller towns nearby and there is also no shortage of nice restaurants. We really had a wonderful time, certainly also because of the friendliness of the owners.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us and making us so welcome. We have had an amazing week - so peaceful and quiet with walks through the forest and saoking up the tranquility of the lake, watching the fish jump and the kingfisher dive. We will take away beautiful memories of Colombat.
We highly recommend this place! We stayed with a family of 8 people and had a wonderful stay. The swimming pool is great, there is a ping pong table and a big and beautiful garden. There are a lot of different terraces to sit/hangout/have lunch and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped, there's a large stove and a BBQ for outside cooking. It's quiet and there's a lot of privacy. Sam and her husband are very friendly, communicative and helpful. We rented the electric bikes for two days and enjoyed the beautiful and rustique surroundings. There's a tennis court nearby that is very easy to arrange access to. Actually, we can't think of anything against the place, its really great!
Just a short note to say how much my wife and I loved our stay at Les Faures in France last September. We were amazed and delighted at the size of the house with its many rooms and amenities, as well as the mood of relaxation in the beautiful setting which we were able to enjoy while there for two weeks. We enjoyed the large pool area and the expansive grounds, but we particularly loved the quiet and privacy of the country setting, but still near enough to the small local villages, with interesting cafes, markets and old buildings – just right for local drives to explore the beautiful area. So many exciting features - we would give this property a 5 out of 5!
We enjoyed the the stay in the villa very much and we´d like to thank you for all the information that we got from you. We´ll probably come back someday.
We are truly sad to be leaving this incredible house, beautiful landscape and extraordinary people. We have felt truly ‘at home’ here and have so enjoyed being ‘en famille’ in such a wonderful house. A great discovery. Ideally located close to the Dordogne and Sarlat, Ferme de la Riviere offers great services in a preserved and calm environment. Its interior layout perfectly combines the charm of the old with modern comfort. The decoration, partly composed of family furniture and paintings, adds a touch of soul to this charming farmhouse where we spent a very pleasant week. The very welcoming owners are a wealth of information about the region. Only one regret, not having had time to visit their other rentals located a stone's throw from La Borie.

Fabulous house on the edge of the village with magical views and absolute peace and privacy. We were thrilled to see so much wildlife, so many wonderful birds, butterflies, red squirrel and deer around the house. We flew into Limoges which is a tiny and very easy airport to manage. Car hire is just outside the exit, the roads are blissfully empty and the drive to Lusignac was a pleasure. We couldn't have had a better week.
Your house is beautiful. So peaceful and delightfully decorated. We had a fab holiday exploring the area. The pool was glorious and the gardens, too. The morning view and sounds from the open window will never be forgotten.

a wonderful treat to spend summer half term in the incomparable Le Grand Mas de Valcros. A house that really has every luxury and comfort with the most insane views. Château de la Ronde is a magnificent place. The welcome is warm and the service, very upscale, is impeccable. Its location makes it an excellent place to stay, whether to rest or discover the Loire Valley.
Very enjoyable, well kitted and at a logged location for a lazy 'by the pool' sort of break. Love the poolhouse area and very nice interior decor. Gary and Louise were most helpful and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Monflanquin was good fun and we enjoyed the day and night markets. Great for all ages.
We have just returned from Maison de la Mairie. The house is a lovely, spacious and bright family house in a pretty village by the Canal du Midi. The house is well equipped with good quality bedding and towels etc. There is an excellent library so no need to bring reading materials. Outside there is lots of space for sunny or shady meals by the pool. Paraza is well served by a very good village shop and an excellent restaurant situated beside the canal. There is a lot of useful information in the house including walks, drives, restaurants and lo al history. Stephen, our host, was most welcoming and did all he could to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday. Even when he had to return to the UK he arranged for someone to be available should we need help. We have enjoyed a lovely holiday and woulf like to thank Stephen and Susan for sharing their home with us.
We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. The house has the services you expect and much more. An excellent experience that I hope we can repeat again. Thanks to Isabelle and Philippe for offering Villa La Baronne guests a five-star stay. We have spent a hot and relaxing week at your lovely villa, it is extremely comfortable and the children have loved playing in the pool each day.
My husband and I with 2 children ( 10 and 12 yrs) stayed in Le Borghesia for one week and it was absolutely bliss. The house is cool and a lovely temperature to return to from the sun, well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine and drier. Large confortable sofas and a smart TV ensured the kids were super happy after lazy days by the pool, bike rides or canoeing on the Dordogne. All within a short bike ride away. It is a very private spot, with no traffic or noise apart from the birds and of course when Victoire lovely dogs came to say hello. Its a huge house and huge pool, so can easily accomadate 8 people with plenty of luxury sun loungers, chairs, parasols and even a lovely french barn beside the pool.. I must mention the pool again because it is beautiful !!!
We had a lovely week enjoying the beautiful house and pool and breakfast and barbecues outside. We had highly variable weather but that enabled us to discover Périgueux and Saint-Émilion. We highly recommend Aubeterre and the bar Brasserie in Verteillac Le Calice. Many thanks.
