A superb holiday villa that has the WOW factor. Great swimming pool and poolside area with large grassed area for games such as badminton and croquet for which the equipment is provided. Lovely quiet location with good facilities and things to do a short drive away. Would definitely stay again. Owner very helpful.

As we drive north towards home we are reflecting over so many happy memories during this past week. Your beautiful home so full of character and comfort certainly made all the difference to our holiday. We loved it so much I am almost embarrassed to say we only ventured out once for a half day outing (to the lake!). We were all so happy just to be around the pool. We took full advantage of everything you offered... nightly boules, both upper terraces, BBQs, table tennis, the gorgeous private patio outside our room and all that the pool area had to offer etc etc. Dave loved Sonos (but never roused Alexa) and the path along the canal for him to run on... and the challenge of the gates which were fine in the end. The three grandchildren, 2½, 14 months and 5 months loved it all. In fact the one year old took her first steps in your front garden! It was a very special holiday for us all and we just wanted to say a huge thank you for opening your home to us.
Great stay in your wonderful home. Enjoyed exploring the area including Nerac and its chateau museum. Good lunch at Le Vert Gentil next to the river in Nerac. Loved the lily gardens at Temple Sur Lot and managed to get a table for lunch without booking. Beautiful setting and pretty good food too! Night market here (last of the season) was great fun and amazing setting overlooking the lot valley. Janet and Mark you’ve been great hosts and really helpful. Thank you.
The villa is extraordinary! We stayed in this beautiful house with a pool with my family. Everything was perfect: the house is spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and well equipped. The pool is a true haven of peace, ideal for relaxing in the sun. The hosts were very warm and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this house!
It hardly seems like any time at all since we arrived a fortnight past. Time flies when you’re having fun, and we’ve certainly enjoyed ourselves immensely. We have so appreciated your wonderful hospitality once more - not least the delicious bacon sandwiches! And what splendid lunches we had with two new restaurants we must definitely visit next time as we are already booked in with you for the three of us next June. We especially enjoyed exploring your beautiful garden during our stay this time. A l’annee procaine!
Wonderful time with the big family. The beautiful Château Velouse offers plenty of space for a large family or friends, with a great kitchen, a large dining room and a cozy living room. Almost each of the eight traditionally decorated bedrooms are having their own modern bathroom. The huge park is great for own dogs, which you can easy bring with you.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful villa... beautifully designed and furnished... really is a home from home.
Two weeks of idyllic bliss in the rolling French countryside with superb weather to atch. As a family young and old, we enjoyed the stunning house, garden, pool and views. To agree with the previous guests, Laparade is the place to be on a Tuesday evening. Days spent at Biscarosse beach and lakeside both worth the journey. Would also highly recommend in house beauty treatments. We had massages and facials. Fantastic. Just ask Olivia.

Beautiful château and very well maintained grounds which are well equipped to prevent children from being bored. The kids absolutely loved the pool and having the shaded area was brilliant for everyone. Everything you could need for a fortnightwith the family - our party included toddlers, a newborn baby and grandparents. the daily housekeeping service was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend a catered evening (we chose Indian food). Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. We hope to be back.
We spent a weekend with friends just incredible at Villa Campredon Villa Campredon is new, beautifully built and very well thought out. The kitchen is ultra equipped, you are at home. Perfect for large families Amazing property, well equipped for large groups and space for all to spend time together or escape each other! Great pool and pool area. This was our first ever holiday rental and it has set the bar very high indeed. From the moment we arrived to a warm and friendly welcome by our hosts (Katerina and Stephen) to the time we departed with the same warmth and friendliness still on display we could not have wanted a better start to our extended holiday. The cottage is very well appointed and is a perfect size for a couple. It had all the facilities one would hope to find to make our two weeks very much a 'home from home' sensation and provided space for the two of us to move around comfortably. The pool is also excellent and reflects the great care our hosts took in ensuring everything was perfectly presented. The location - in the Vezere valley - is ideal for visiting the numerous attractions of the area. Pre historic caves, stalagmite and stalactite caves, fortified houses, gorgeous châteaux and so many utterly charming villages. We even ventured into a canoe for a 12km cruise down the Vezere which allowed us to see the valley from a different perspective. Although we love visiting different places there is a high probability of us coming back again!
We are all having the most idyllic time here in your beautiful home - it is just perfect and so beautifully and tastefully presented - the weather is incredible and the pool in full use - we have visited Ilsle sur la Sourgue, Châteauneuf du Pap and the surrounding villages which are all charming - so all very well!
We had such a grat time here! We are only sorry that our stay wasn't longer. The children loved the house and especially the swimming pool. Hopefully we will be back!
In the middle of the vineyards in the countryside is this wonderful house, with a heated pool and a whirlpool. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to indulge in culinary delights. Within a very short time (25 minutes) you can reach the beaches of Vias and Valras. Large cities such as Béziers can be reached in 15 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and we really appreciated the communication to learn a little more about the area and the people. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stop by again soon.

What a gorgeous week we've had here ! Annie and John have been so welcoming - inviting us for a much-needed glass of wine on our arrival.
