‘What a beautiful stay in the tranquil cottage - we even got engaged!’
If / when we return to continue exploring this lovely area of France, we would hope to be able to stay in 'The Loft'. Russell and Karen have been very welcoming and helpful, but unobtrusive and nothing seems too much trouble. Perfect hosts! Sad to be leaving after only a week.
Perfect. Our second visit and we hope it won’t be the last. Would give it six stars if we could. A beau cottage, tastefully decorated and well equipped. A beautiful pool and a peaceful setting near a village where you can eat well if you’re tired of cooking. Plenty to explore in the area. Best of all, a warm welcome from the owners.
We have loved our holiday in Sarlat, so many perfect moments made our holiday a memorable one, delicious restaurants, stunning Chateaus and a peacefully (long )canoe trip along the Vézère. France once again you have delivered. Merci.
I stayed at this stunning villa with my three children (13, 12 and 10). It is a beautiful home set on a gorgeous property with lots of things to do in the area and within a 30 minute drive. After a day of touring around, the deck and pool area are perfect for sipping some local wines and looking out at the incredible views. It has all the amenities needed for a great family holiday. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful week in the villa! The sun has shone and we've made the most of the pool! Very welcome relief from the heat. Villa is very well appointed - everything has been thought of. Local team were great, a quick response to our queries. We explored Pezanas and the beaches at Portiragnes and Sète - both fabulous! We agree - the welcome wine was a lovely thought - a good introduction to local wines! Thank you for a great week!
Very easy decision to come back again next year, after spending a great couple of weeks here. Mas de Lozanne has an excellent outdoor area – large pool, a terrace that's in the shade all day, 2 hammocks and ample space for table tennis and badminton. All the facilities work well, inc the Wi-Fi and especially the air conditioning which is not only very effective but remarkably quiet. Plus Ina and Dominic (both English speakers) are only a text away to come and help if something goes wrong. The house itself is classic, roomy French farmhouse equipped with all mod cons – comfy lounge with all the British freeview channels, high ceilings and picture postcard views from the bedroom windows. And on top of all that is its brilliant location – there's a 10 minute leisurely walk through a vineyard into the beautiful old historic town of Pézenas.
It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. We have had a a relaxing week in this lovely gite. Madeline and Alan are great hosts. Respect your space but on hand for advice, local knowledge and a chat. We enjoyed kayaking on the Lot, exploring the local area on our bikes and enjoyed using the lovely pool each day (our son's favourite part!). We loved our visit to the Latour-Marliac for a great lunch and a lovely walk around the gardens and amazing water lilies. On our last night we had a great meal in the fish restaurant 'Blue Marine', Villeneuve-sur-Lot. We also had a nice meal in the week at 'La Commonderie' at Temple-sur-Lot. A great holiday. Thank you. Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Villa Montplaisir. This is a lovely villa in a nice location. The owner could not have been more helpful and we were provided with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and above all cozy villa. Very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The beautiful vintage cuisine is a highlight. The bathrooms were also very stylish and spacious. The large garden on several floors is dreamy. Especially when the many flowers bloom. The mountain views were magnificent and an absolute haven of peace compared to noisy and busy city life at home. The manager Sophie is a very enjoyable and friendly person! Very accommodating and always available. Thank you so much! We will be back!!!

The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The rooms are large and the beds are nice. The pool is perfect and well maintained and the beautiful large garden with multiple seating areas offers enough relaxation space for a group of 7 or more. What we were most impressed with is the beautiful kitchen with a large range of pans and other kitchen utensils. We love to cook so we were very satisfied with this. All in all, a fantastic house with an attentive host who responds quickly to questions.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful house, charming and perfectly equipped. The swimming pool is very pleasant, the rooms to live and the rooms offer a very comfortable atmosphere. We were won over.
The house is easy, open and welcoming. Details are lovely. The garden is natural and flowery. The pool is a wonderful addition even in the early season. We enjoyed the town and its wild surroundings. The food, the wine, the beauty of the land as well as the warm welcome we received made it the best vacation ever.
We have had a perfect week staying in this gorgeous home. As much as we loved getting out and about, we have also loved spending lazy days around the pool - it has been quite a challenge to tear ourselves away! We managed it a few times though and between us the hits were serious cycle trips on quiet country roads, exploring beautiful little towns that are just all over the place, the odd château visit (Chenonceau is a must - get there early) and of course, just being in France. Super two weeks at this lovely villa. Fantastic location to explore the area Marseillan. Meze a must, great lunch at Noilly Prat, coffee in Meze. We spent many happy hours in the great waterpool. Thank you.
We have spent a very happy week here. The house is charming, very comfortable and relaxing. We have loved spending lazy days around the pool, enjoying the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The cafés of Poitiers were worth a visit. Thierry and Véronique have been lovely hosts, thank you.
A wonderful stay and greatly enjoyed the house. All the bedrooms are en-suite and three of them have the most amazing views towards the Corbières and Pyrenées mountains. There is a very well maintained pool and an attractive garden and outdoor seating area. Thank you!
The house and grounds are truly outstanding. Excellent facilities! The Wii provides welcome entertainment for the children (and adults) during breaks from the sun. The kitchen was very well stocked. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were very well hosted throughout. This was an exceptional holiday which I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We just wanted to say we had a wonderful time at the beautiful Richelieu home. Maybe the most beautiful and well appointed vacation rental we have ever had. The property manager, Dawn, was very helpful throughout our stay. We hope to come back again someday.
