Steven and Bruce have a fantastic place and they really went the extra mile to make our stay totally enjoyable. We've been staying at places in France for 20 or so years and we always come back fairly pleased, but perhaps with one or two thoughts about how something or other could have been better, but I think this is the first time we've come back and been unable to think of anything that was less than perfect.
We spent 2 very good weeks in the house. The rental corresponds exactly to the photos published on the site and it was very clean when we arrived. The owners provided us with a wide description of the house, people to contact in case of concerns, visits to do allowing us to spend our stay in peace. The owner is easily reachable; an agent is on site in case of problems and a person is responsible for the maintenance of the pool every 3 to 4 days. The house is ideal for 2 couples with children because there are bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs. We highly recommend this rental and thank Terry and Carol for the welcome.
This house has everything you are looking for as a family wanting peace and quiet while also indulging in your own pool. The host, has set up her house for the ease of her visitors meaning you can just walk in and feel at home. We asked for cleaning half way through our stay that was completed while we were out on a trip. The location. Seillans is a beautiful historic picture post card village on the side of a hill. It is quiet but has many restaurants that are of high calibre all set against fountains and under large trees. Further afield there are other villages to visit and plenty of shops/restaurants to keep you fed and watered. We visited Cannes as this is only about 50 minutes by car and it is a beautiful place with its beach. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable holiday.
We had the best time. A beautiful villa and pool with access to a good range of restaurants/pubs. Thank you so much for your generous deliveries of breakfast and for a super meal at Restaurant 781. We spent most of the holiday relaxing by the pool. Had a couple of visits to the locks (Canal du Midi). Very beautiful and the bus into Béziers was fun. Our two-year-old grandson wanted to stay in our holiday house and told me he didn't want to go back to Orpington! I'd quite like to stay here too.
Both properties were finished to an extremely high standard and provided luxurious and comfortable accommodation for all 15 of us (with some room to spare!). It was immediately apparent upon our arrival that a great deal of love and attention to detail has gone into making the domaine the place that it is and we felt very privileged to be able to enjoy everything that the property has to offer.
We had a glorious family week - unbelievable calm and restful views over the vines, extensive grounds, with a good balance of shade and sun, a fabulous pool, a huge and cool interior with very well curated equipment (not just your usual IKEA) - all lovely in every way. Debbie was a perfect host: super discreet, but there with advice and troubleshooting whenever needed and above all, so thoughtful in ensuring that we could make the most of our time there through enjoying local sites, markets and produce (including walnuts and jams from the property), of which there are lots, within easy reach! We knew we were in for a great holiday as soon as we saw that a bottle of wine was awaiting us from the vines outside our window and we were right.
A little week in this beautiful house. Available hosts and a house in line with our expectations. To recommend without hesitation.

It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. Came for 2 weeks, had a warm welcome from our hosts. We explored the area and further afield, went on lovely walks, found some lovely villages, Sarlat-la-Caneda and Bergerac with their lovely markets. We have returned again as promised and, despite the worst weather we have experienced in France in over 20 years, we had a lovely time. Even indoors there were still plenty of things to do in the sheltered area to sit and play card games, or challenge each other to a game of table tennis in the barn. A very comfortable and well-equipped house. Thank you for your kind hospitality and we hope to return again soon!
A beautiful house and perfect for our four generation family holiday. The children loved the pool and the huge range of toys. They spent most of their time in the pool and playing with the garden toys. Beautiful rooms and everything we could possibly need provided. We enjoyed a family walk around the lake followed by an excellent lunch at the restaurant in the museum. Days out to Revel, Castres, Carcassonne and other local villages.

To others who get to enjoy Les Jumelles: this home was like a true little paradise for my husband and I and our two nephews. It is very well appointed with all the amenities you will need. We vacationed during mid-June and found that the house was very fresh with a lovely breeze. A lovely touch was having a freshly cut rose in each bedroom upon our arrival. We found ourselves enjoying the home and grounds so much, we tried to have all our dinners (suppers) here. Our hosts were very friendly yet non-intrusive and provided us with wonderful suggestions in terms of sites to visit while in the area. We were taking a day to go back to Paris and both owners helped provide us a sound plan as to best use our time there for our nephews who had never been. We will recommend this destination to friends and relatives for sure and even try to com back in the not too distant future. Merci. PS: The shower is great but ask for the trick to turn it on!

We had 2 nights at Le Château de La Loire and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. The accommodation was beautifully appointed and there were several equally beautiful places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The setting overlooking the loire was stunning and the adjoining street art park was an unexpected treat. We loved the pool and spa area and were fortunate to have it to ourselves a couple of times. We would love to return some day.

The host met us on arrival and not only gave us a tour of the apartment but also the entire building and surrounding areas. The apartment was spotless, beautiful modern design with all amenities and so close to the beach. Most importantly for us it catered to a young baby with a high chair, cot, baby bath and even bath toys. Finally the location is immense if you wish to explore the French Riviera. We did day trips in our rental car both East and West from the apartment including Eze, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, St Paul de Vence, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Menton, Monte Carlo and Cap Ferrat. Thank you for giving us a perfect holiday.
We were with the family, the house is perfect for that. The bedding of the beds are recent and comfortable. Nothing was missing for our comfort. Fans in every room. Everything was very clean. The house is gigantic but the real plus is the garden and the pool! Large grassy area to play ball, petanque, ping-pong table, vegetable garden... and the huge swimming pool. Many deckchairs and garden armchairs, barbeque, plancha, shade in short all is perfect! Eva and her adorable friend, do not hesitate to ask her for a good address for a restaurant! I recommend.
This house is even better than we remembered it - we feel so relaxed and at home here.

It was a good holiday... enjoyed by all... but without doubt the venue and host were the stars of the show and we are so pleased to have had this opportunity to spend time with you and discover the area. A beautiful house, fully equipped with EVERYTHING you could ever need or think of! The pool area is just brilliant and we all enjoyed spending the majority of our stay here underwater. Like the previous tenants, we appreciated the calm, the swimming pool, the breakfast on the terrace with the pretty view of the vineyards and the scrubland. We were particularly touched by the many welcoming touches from the owner and are delighted to have met Marie and her family, top-notch “guardians”! Delighted with our stay.
