Peaceful location with beautiful views. The building has been really thoughtfully renovated. The open nature of the outdoor area meant you could always choose to be in/out of sun, always a breeze. A fab place for a family holiday. Great for cycling, locals super friendly. Delicious food and wine. We will definitely be back! We recommend the closest town, Monségur, the most for food, drinks and ambience. The local wine co-operative were also very friendly with great recommendations. We also recommend La Salle a Manger for food or just for a drink.
This is our third visit to Villa Kali and we enjoyed it very much as before. We managed to visit L'Hacienda near Bessan and had a most enjoyable evening. Diane is very helpful with any specific dietary requests and it was a bonus that she spoke English. Very happy to say its a 5 from us again. Many thanks.

Absolutely amazing views. I spent few glorious days in that beautiful villa in South of France. The house has hypnotising views and all the surroundings and accommodation were perfect, modern facilities but still warm and welcoming vibe.

Superb accommodation in a fabulous location! We had a wonderful stay - the Gite was just perfect for us. Peaceful with lots of outdoor space and a lovely pool. The Gite is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard, with everything you need for a stay away from home. Mark was very welcoming and helpful when we needed some local advice. We took advantage of Mark’s connections with a visit to an amazing local cognac/pineau distillery and rounded off the day by being cooked for in the gite by Reza Mahammad (famous chef with amazing culinary repertoire) which was made all the more special by Reza discussing with us the history and background of the dishes we were eating – what a treat! We recommend this as a great option for couples or families who want some peace and quiet whilst still being close enough to explore plenty of interesting towns cities and attractions.
What a fantastic house in such a lovely location! We had a really wonderful break and enjoyed visiting the local châteaux and villages. Jackie was so prompt in replying to messages. The house and pool provided everything we needed. We definitely would love to return sometime. Thank you so much.
Marie-Christine's house is ideal for a family, it is decorated with great taste, modern and airy. It has all the amenities and its location is ideal (supermarket, bakeries, shopping center, city center, train station, etc.) Marie is a charming person. She gave us advice and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend his house which is completely renovated. We had a superb 11 day stay in Fitou. Everything was as expected when we arrived - the property has everything you would expect and more when travelling with young children - in our case a 10 month old as well as 2½ year old twins. The car beds were a huge hit with the twins! The village of Fitou is also really nice - there are over 10 wines caves selling high quality local Fitou. There are also some excellent restaurants - would recommend Vidals if you are taking the kids. Outside of Fitou, Perpignan, Narbonne and Carcassonne are all realistic day trip options and the resort of Leucate is also good for a more traditional seaside ambience.
We had an excellent stay in this historic residence, the former orangery of the castle built on the 14th century ramparts. In addition to the charm of the house, it is very well organized around different spaces which increase the diversity of experiences. Whether with family or friends, everyone has their own space while offering lots of conviviality. The house is very well equipped, from ping pong to raclette, including a kitchen with lots of appliances. The bedding is comfortable.. Finally, the place is both a haven of peace and its direct proximity to the village and its many summer activities make it a unique place.

We have been lucky enough to stay at Château Trieux a number of times and what a truly magical place it is! From the moment you approach the house, through fields of sunflowers, you feel transported into your dream holiday. Whatever your thing is - be it relaxing by the pool, playing tennis or just sitting by the river under the shade of the trees contemplating life - Château Trieux has it all. A visit to the market at Monflanquin is a must or enjoy a relaxing kayak along the river. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!
What a beautiful villa decorated to a wonderful standard. The pool is just what you need at the end of a hot day. Philippe was so attentive and you cannot ask for a better host.
We had a fabulous week at the property and could not have asked for a better venue or a more convivial, friendly and helpful host. It was a pleasure to meet you and I can only stand back and admire your dedication, determination and fortitude in creating your dream property which came through so clearly in our conversation on the final morning before we left. It was a good holiday... enjoyed by all... but without doubt the venue and host were the stars of the show and we are so pleased to have had this opportunity to spend time with you and discover the area. The house is great. Lovely warm pool, table tennis table, huge grounds, lovely area, lots of culture nearby, nice local town with excellent market.
Château Chante L'Oiseau is the epitome of rustic French countryside living. It is an absolutely charming property with well appointed and comfortable rooms for restful sleep and mutiple reception rooms for relaxing and entertaining in. Its extensive grounds offer a plethora of activities to enterain both young and old. This is our favourite spot for a sojourn with friends and family.
What a splendid house! We greatly enjoyed our stay at La Roujal. Beautifully appointed, it looked after us very well giving us a week to remember for all the right reasons. Nic\s is kind and thoughtful presence was much appreciated too. Thank you.

Very beautiful villa with a spectacular view and a perfect swimming pool, water at 29/30 deg. Good balance in the volumes between the rooms. Complete kitchen equipment including BBQ.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. Had a great fortnight in Les Sphynx de Pézenas. Everything you want really. Recommend Chez Paul, Les Entre Pots and Ou es tu Ginger (veggie food) in the local area to eat. Marina Bay at Marseillan Plage - great food and lovely views. All in all a great location and house.
Thank you both for a fabulous week. The Loft du Vigneron is superb and so well fitted out. We have never stayed in such a stylish and immaculate property. You were so welcoming and helpful with all your tips and recommendations and we very much enjoyed your company too. We look forward to seeing the 'big house' when it's finished - maybe next time we'll have a suite! All the very best and thank you for a most relaxing holiday.
