What a wonderful holiday in this lovely home. We were warmly welcomed by Corinne and found everything we could ever want / wish for on a family holiday / parents / grand parents and small children. The weather was as anticipated - hot and temperate at times, incredible thunder storms / blue skies. The pool was a great hit with all and the pool toys, outdoor toys and indoor entertainment ensured all needs were catered for. Finally, a great thank you to Mel for her attention to detail and unfailing helpfulness.
Beautiful house, view and garden with high trees and flowers in a quiet area. Nice shaded lounge area with comfortable sofas for 8 people. We all loved this house even if it’s far away from bakery and shopping.
The house / Loft is absolutely DIVINE - the whole family could actually live here! We've had a fantastic time in the pool swimming. Mack and Mabel are SOOOOO cute. We're going to miss France and especially the house and garden along with the four of you. I hope that other people choose to stay here and that you have a lifetime of happiness because a couple like you deserve a round of applause and a trophy!

The views are spectacular. Frédéric is a gem, he has been so very friendly and welcoming, always contactable and helpful even in the thunderstorm and following power cut. We will take away photos and memories that will last long into the future.
We spent a weekend with friends just incredible at Villa Campredon Villa Campredon is new, beautifully built and very well thought out. The kitchen is ultra equipped, you are at home. Each room has its own bathroom which is very appreciable. Thank you Christophe for the welcome, and congratulations for your renovation. We fully recommend you to stay in this haven of peace.

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage kids. From the first day, we settled in and found it very difficult to leave after two weeks. The owners have not only created a wonderfully rustic house, but it has been very well thought out, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a family of 5. This is complemented by one of the best settings you could imagine - gently rolling hills set back from a quiet country road. Being a sporty family, we used the beautiful pool every day. Most private pools in France are under 10 metres, so we really appreciated the full 13 metres to swim some laps. Much to our delight, there was an outdoor badminton court and boules area. The big, flat lawn at the top of the property was the perfect place to kick some balls around. The surrounding area is a delight to discover. From limestone caves, to underground churches carved out of the hillside, to charming market towns, to river 'beaches' for cooling off, the area never seems crowded. All this, coupled with the exquisite food and drink from the region (at exceptional prices), makes this an area that the discerning tourist should not miss. We cannot recommend staying here highly enough. The owners, who live next door, are the perfect hosts. They never once intruded on our privacy, but were more than happy to chat and provide advice, if asked. We look forward to returning!
An amazing week spent with family celebrating a 50th birthday location was perfect, quiet but close to amenities such as a lovely bakery and shops. The property has everything: plenty of space to relax but also plenty of space to socialise and mingle. Philippe was an amazing host, providing an introduction to the property and location, bringing pastries twice during our stay and proving a complementary wine tour of Saint-Chinian and evening meal at Le Pourquoi Pas (which was to die for food and location). Highly recommend during your stay to take a boat tour down the Canal du Midi from Colombiers and kayaking down the river Orb from Roquebun. Thank you for your hospitality.

Le Clapier was absolutely beautiful, I’ve been going to France for the last 30 years on holiday and your house was head and shoulders above anything I’ve ever stayed in……The area is amazing and it’s a place that me and my partner want to buy in at some point. We loved the gift pack that we received when we arrived – very thoughtful.

Where to begin? Booked this wonderful house 10 months ago. Often looked at the pictures and thought can anywhere be so perfect... it can! The sheer joy of walking from room to room, spending entire days outside by and in the pool. Simple living in a sumptuous house which just keeps giving with it's character, beautiful art and furniture. Was this as perfect as I imagined? Absolutely. Would I come back? Without a doubt. Heaven on Earth. Our two week stay at Villa Chiavari was an absolute dream; I could not be more enthusiastic in recommending this home to anyone looking to spend their vacation in a veritable paradise. We were 2 couples, 3 children and 1 grandparent and booked an 'off-season' holiday at the end of September. Not long after our arrival we realised a major perk of booking 'off season': uncrowded beaches with absolutely perfect summer weather! Villa Chiavari's spectacular ocean-view infinity pool is surrounded by lounge-chairs and palm trees and bordered by a lush garden... good luck ever tearing yourself away. I should also mention that this lavish pool area is accessible by both the main living quarters of the house and by the bedrooms, which we found extremely convenient for our kids and elderly grandparent. Pool amenities also include a shaded lounge and dining area (also with an ocean view), a barbecue, outdoor refrigerator, pool toys and floats and easy access to a downstairs kitchenette. The grounds at the front of the house include a lush garden, an elevated hammock-hideaway in a quiet shady corner and an outdoor eating area punctuated by a lovely little fountain. The bedrooms are attractively furnished, comfortable and very clean. Five out of six have full attached bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, as is the main area of the house. The upstairs living/dining/den areas are elegant yet cozy at the same time and the entire back 'wall' of this floor is composed of large sliding glass doors that open onto a beautiful terrace running the length of the entire villa. There is a dining area and lounge on this upper terrace as well! The kitchen has every piece of equipment you can think of and if you're looking for the ultimate in extravagance, the owners will set you up with your own chef. They arranged for us a very personable French cook who prepared truly delicious, fresh meals that even our children were not afraid to eat. Sublime. Speaking of kids, families will find this home very child-safe. There are gates on stairways, the entire property is fenced-in (artfully disguised by beautiful flowers and foliage) and there is a smattering of children's furniture (highchair etc) available for use. We were also really comforted by the fact that the owners of this home are easily reached and are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking again and I encourage anyone interested in perfection to do the same!

WHAT A PLACE! The Loft has everything you could possibly hope for - homeliness, elegance, well-equipped, clearly well-cared for, and such gracious hosts; we simply could not have hoped for more. Thank you for all your hospitality, and for providing breakfast on our first day which was an exceptional touch. All the information you have provided has been spot-on, and we can only hope for the opportunity to return to try more of the restaurants (and the wines). From pool days to skydiving and hedgehog rescue, this holiday will live long in the memory - even the techno DJ set in Carcassonne thumping through our dinner, as they dropped the bass during our hors d’oeuvres, made us laugh!
La Barde is much more than a holiday house - a real home beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean and with a spacious, well equipped kitchen which was a pleasure to cook in. The host made us feel really welcome and went out of her way to provide everything we needed from the clear maps she sent to help us find the house to finding out about kayaking for us and even bringing us plenty of extra games and dvd's when the rain came down on our second day. In spite of the weather we really enjoyed the pool in its beautiful setting and the boys enjoyed playing football in the meadow. The gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed exploring and walking through to the lane and up to the small bar in the village. We hired bikes which were delivered and picked up and it was a great way to explore the surrounding countryside and villages. We all hope to go back next summer, there is so much in the area still to see though if the sun shone I don't think we would want to leave the garden and swimming pool! Thank you for a really memorable holiday.
We had all looked forward to staying at La Barde just from its location and seeing the lovely pics and the reality was still better and just perfect for two families of five. There's a wonderful secret garden feel and we were surrounded with the best of early summer in the garden. The house has a lovely laid-back, stylish vibe with a huge kitchen, spacious bedrooms and a large comfy sitting room we never needed to use. The shady terrace outside the kitchen with roses and jasmine and every possible seating and lazing opportunity was the centre of 'activities' and wonderful for every meal. Early morning swims with the scent of jasmine and lavender were a particular treat and there were endless pingpong, badminton (and tanning) challenges. La Barde is perfectly positioned for enjoying local life from markets to canoeing and Périgueux is just an hour away. We loved the Lusignac bar. You won't be surprised to read that we are returning this year!

An absolutely perfect location for our family holiday and we enjoyed some great day trips and some fab local food and wines (as well as a couple of lazy days by the pool!) We had just the nicest time and all of the info and instructions were so helpful. We couldn’t have really asked for anything more.
We had the most amazing time. Villa Lana was just perfect in terms of location and facilities within it.
We spent 2 really pleasant weeks in this pretty house located in the hills of Fréjus. Located in a very quiet place, the house is comfortable and very well equipped with nice furniture.
Spacious, comfortable and stylish. The house has a super atmosphere. It’s really spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms have all you need. The pool was spotless and such a treat that it’s just yours to use. The house sits very near to the village. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Square and the little market that seems to visit every Saturday and on two other days too. You can get all you need from there or from the little super market nearby. The terrace was fab for eating our meals outside and just off the kitchen. Bbq worked well too. Over all it was definitely a 10 out of 10 stay. The owners have thought of everything. We really loved the enormous wall hangings.
Thank you again for the wonderful time in this very nice location. Although it was our 2nd time here, there was and is still much to explore in Occitanie! One of the favourites was the canoe trip on the Orb river (canoe-tarassac.com). We can clearly recommend it to all future visitors of this holiday house. Not to forget the beaches nearby, Château Négly if you want to taste and purchase local wine, and last but not least the swimming pool.
