We are having a wonderful time in your beautiful home. The weather has been very kind to us so far and the pool is super and being used constantly
The space, the history and beauty of the surroundings. The swimming pool. The range of children's toys. The bedroom arrangements in the house that was perfect for 4 families. Maps and leaflets of things to do in the locality. The fans in rooms upstairs etc etc. In all we are sad to leave!

We had the most wonderful stay at the property. The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool amazing. Inside everything set up for comfortable stay for all - kids loved the hammocks! Thank you for making it so welcoming. I hope that we will be back very soon.
An amazing house with the best swimming pool we have ever seen! 16 of us stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks as we took the little gîte as well. We had a fabulous holiday. You have to drive up through fields of sunflowers to get there – a great welcome. We had loads of children but the pool is so big they spent the whole time doing acrobatics in it – and there was still room for us adults, when we managed to peel ourselves off the sun loungers. Evenings were spent playing tennis on the courts in the house grounds, BBQs, or local restaurants.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this magnificent, very charming house! We were very charmed by the garden and its large swimming pool, perfect for the start of the season! Special mention for the canal as a background! To book without hesitation!

A very well located and easily reachable and comfortable villa, close to Cannes, the beaches and the mountains. Quiet area, large pool and nice gym.
Like a 5 star hotel! What a great week we spent in your lovely home in France. You have done it so well and we really felt we were staying in a family home not simply a gîte. Your attention to detail shows. The garden is beautiful and all the 'toys' were very much appreciated with a week long tennis and croquet tournament! And of course the piece de resistance was the swimming area which was like a 5 star hotel.
La Petite Maison Générille is pure magic. Tucked away in the rolling hills of the Dordogne, this peaceful gîte blends rustic charm with stylish comfort. The saltwater pool is dreamy, the interiors are beautifully done, and every corner feels like a breath of fresh French countryside air. We didn't want to leave — and we're already planning our return.
We rented Château Savigny for the Pentecost weekend with 5 families. The castle has 5 large bedrooms with annexes for children who are very appreciated. Downstairs, the living and the kitchen are very large. The estate is gigantic and stunning. We were hosted very well and the host was always available. Lots of play for the kids available. Finally the pool not even heated was a real treat for 3 days for the children. I recommend the estate to everyone, you will have an extraordinary stay.
The apartment is incredibly cool and offers a breathtaking view from the large balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, which suited us very well. We will definitely go back. It is good to know that there is no grocery store in the immediate vicinity. It is recommended to have a car if you do not choose to do your daily exercise in connection with your purchases. :)
Thank you for a lovely stay. The house is so comfortable and a great base to explore the region from. Highlights were Dinan, Le Mont-Saint-Michel and Faugères. We also loved driving through the countryside. The boulangerie in Bazouges-la-Pérouse was fantastic! We loved the welcome basket - it was such a thoughtful + helpful gift. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maison Gounou (August 2025). There were seven of us from the same extended family, aged from thirteen to sixty-two, plus two small dogs. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how quiet and peaceful the location was, which coming from south London was a real blessing. Although the house is situated on a small road, passing cars were extremely rare. We met some of the local neighbours when out dog walking, and they were pleasant and friendly. The house is beautiful and comfortable, very picturesque with a large gravelled driveway for several cars. We could close the iron gates to keep the dogs inside, which was useful. The pool was exceptionally clean, very refreshing and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of pots of pans for large-scale cooking, including many le Creuset dishes. The rooms were spacious, the bedrooms comfortable, with plenty of bathrooms and toilets for everyone. Bedding was changed half way through our two-week visit. The surrounding area is full of old bastide towns with markets and medieval buildings, outdoor evening dining events, medieval fairs, artisan shops . Although it was thriving, nowhere felt too busy or stressful. We found lots of places to eat including a lovely restaurant in Monpazier (Privilege du Perigord) that served a tasty three-course lunch for 23 euros. Highlights of the stay: peace and tranquillity, ability to let go and relax. Lovely veranda to sit and read/relax/fall asleep, lots of books to look at, lovely sitting room. More than enough space for seven people and two dogs. Lovely local towns to stroll around.
Just to say we have enjoyed a super week at La Fontaine; thank you for a very lovely and well appointed property in such a peaceful and beautiful area. Lots to do, see and eat - thanks for your recommendations.
This house was fantastic! Inside it was like a show home, beautifully designed. The kitchen was the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The garden was well laid out with direct access to the shaded dining area, under the trees for shade and the pool. The views were stunning over the valley and the sunsets were breath-taking. A walk down to the dam is recommended where you can take adip in the river, too. We made trips to the sea which is circa 60 min and to local villlages. The local village is 5 min drive and has a friendly store well stocked, a café and newsagent. There is a litle van which pulls up at approx 10 am which sells bread and pastries. We would definitely recommend this house.
We had an amazing stay at your wonderful house. The setting was wonderful and we had a truly relaxing time. The scenery was a joy. We also liked the beautiful village / hamlet with such a wonderful church. We met many French people who were exceptionally friendly. We cooked with all the fresh produce from the markets and ate outside surrounded by hay bales! Thank you for such an amazing week.
Amazing holiday location! Great views of a peaceful quaint little village in south of France, and don't even need to get out of the pool. Everything you need is provided by the host, excellent quality of service for the price. Great variety of excursions possible in the area, be it sporty, cultural or plain shopping and farniente! Looking forward to coming back again as soon as possible!!!

Beautifully renovated Villa. Well equipped kitchen, large pool and lots of ensuite bedrooms. Has everything to keep you entertained whether it’s full sunshine or rain. The owners were super helpful and always a text away if we needed anything. Small town nearby and a big supermarket 5 minutes drive away. We would definitely stay again in the future!
The house is beautiful - amazing views, wonderful pool, very comfortable beds. We had a fantastic time - didn't see as much of the area as planned - as everyone so happy playing in pool!
I just wanted to write and say how much we enjoyed our 2 weeks at Les Granels. The house and facilities exceeded all of our expectations. We have also been delighted with the service we received from Pure France, every query was answered promptly and efficiently.

We had a lovely stay at Pinaux. The house conversion is beautiful and comfortable for days we didn’t go out. Everything went smoothly with the keys and check in. Henk and Renee were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for providing some basics, including coffee, milk and sugar.
