We can honestly say that Villa Baleyssagues is the best property that we have stayed in in France. The photographs on the website do not really do the house justice. It is located in a wonderful elevated position, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The house is equipped to a very high standard with an abundance of crockery and cutlery. There were so many lovely touches, with fresh flower arrangements in several rooms and the best welcome pack we have ever had in our seven years of visiting France. Thanks Frédéric for welcoming us to the Villa and looking after us during our stay. Can you pass on our thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in their lovely home.

I've had the privilege to stay at Villa Lavinière for three weeks and have felt welcomed, relaxed every day. Cycling to nearby by villages, visiting the vineyards and enjoying the sun and the wine of the local area are all highly recommended. Thank you for allowing me to stay for this very special get away. Spacious, pretty and very well located house! We had a great week in your accommodation! Host attentive and available to answer questions. Accommodation next to the house (the atelier) is very good when two families stay, each has their own autonomy with their own personal space. We recommend this house without hesitation!

Stunning retreat Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our time in your gorgeous home. We all spent hours in the pool and visited the neighbouring vineyard for some delicious rose, Corinne's daughter Chloe served up some fantastic food and Isabelle looked after the kids while we escaped two nights. It really is a stunning retreat.
We have had a fabulous time at Villa Baleyssagues. The house itself is beautiful, just as advertised but in reality far much better and exceeded our expectations. We have spend mots days by the pool and in the pool, having experienced great weather, taking full advantage of the equipment and facilities available to us at the Villa. The surroundings and grounds are stunning providing us a relaxing and peaceful . We are very sad to be leaving after a very memorable and enjoyable holiday. We will definitely looking to book an other holiday here as soon as we can.
We have spend a wonderful holiday at the villa. The villa is ideal, spacious and nicely decorated. The children loved the pool and the table tennis table! It is an ideal base to visit the region. The market in Pézenas should not be missed. We have driven a boat, ridden horses and hired bikes in Marseillan and seen flamingoes! Dream holiday. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality. I have stayed here with friends on several occasions and the tranquility and serenity is something to treasure. Maison Bourriette and gardens are furnished to the highest standard with a special courtyard enclosed in the original barn walls. The pool and surroundings cater for the most ardent sunbather or swimmer. The welcome you receive is personal and nothing is too much trouble, thus ensuring your best possible stay. From the house you are near to many interesting attractions dotted around the rolling countryside but if you don't want to leave the sanctuary of the house, then there are numerous delightful walks on the doorstep taking you through woods to small settlements or even into Montaigu for quality food and drink. I cannot wait to go back again!
Such a happy stay in this grand chateau, with every thoughtful provision made, fabulous facilities. Memorable and joy for everyone.
Our party of 12 plus four small people had a fantastic week in Domaine de Nérige recently. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated and the terrace and pool areas were great places to relax. We had the choice of two very well kitted out kitchens and also made great use of the barbecue and outdoor dining facilities. The games barn and boules court were well used and there was parking for a fleet of cars. It was a ten minute drive down the hill to Limoux where the supermarket provided for all our food and drinks needs. Our biggest praise goes to the owners Sandie and David. They were on hand and extremely helpful and friendly on the few occasions when we needed them but for the rest of the time we didn't know they were there. Perfect hosts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here for a large group of family and friends... we would love to return at some point in the future. Thank you Sandie and David... all your hard work renovating this beautiful home has certainly paid off.
The most charming, stylish château which is full of character, lovely art and enormous beds! There is a room for every mood, including a club (!) a billiards room and the most beautiful drawing room. The best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in, a wonderful pool, tennis court, croquet, pétanque… it's impossible to be bored here! The house strikes the perfect balance between being impressive yet still a home. There are lots of different seating options for eating but we highly recommend dinner at the back of the house for the incredible sunsets. We couldn't have loved our stay more and had booked our return visit by day two!
From the garden the mountain and surrounding vine yards are blindingly beautiful, the day beds under the fig tree was my favourite place over looking the pool and could spend all day there. The whole house is fantastic and the interior also, I absolutely loved it, thank you for these two great weeks,

My family and I enjoyed a fabulous week at Maison de Saint-Jean. The house is spacious and well equipped in a quiet location with easy access. To places of interest. It's got great beds. We particularly enjoyed the large pool which is well equipped with sunlongers parasols and BBQ. There is a good restaurant a short walk away. The house also has stunning views.
My wife and rented Maison Rohmer for a month. the owner who lives in London was accessible by phone, she was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and was there for us by telephone if we had any questions. the location is in the country, very quiet and in a great location for discovering Luberon, hill towns, scenes to sketch and paint, some level dedicated bike trails for bike riding (can rent in Coustellet), so all in all a wonderful experience, the inside of the home was very comfortable, sizeable rooms, great shower, so now hesitation whatever to anyone who is looking for a place in the country side with a pool.

We are returning guest since now more than 5 years. We love Villa Baleyssagues and Frédéric ! We love everything in the house and all the different changes/improvement in the house due to new ownership. Pool remain the same with its impressive shape ! The only negative point is that the house is rapidly fully booked !!!
We had the most fabulous 2 weeks - Maison de Saint-Jean is amazing and it is so well equipped that we didn't lack anything at all.
Very enjoyable, well kitted and at a logged location for a lazy 'by the pool' sort of break. Love the poolhouse area and very nice interior decor. Gary and Louise were most helpful and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Monflanquin was good fun and we enjoyed the day and night markets. Great for all ages.
Wonderfully renovated French cottage in a slumbering small village. Beautiful green area. I loved the care that went into the house. Lovely spacious bedrooms, felt like a high end hotel stay. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed a very relaxing family(plus dog) holiday at the villa. Philippe is a fabulous host, nothing is too much trouble. The additional touches such as the breakfast deliveries and the restaurant meal were wonderful. The weather didn't disappoint. (38°C), so the pool was much needed. Béziers and Sète are well worth a visit for the views and the food. All in all, just what we needed.
