Amazing! is the word. The Loft itself, you as hosts and the location. Our week has been wonderful and made all the better due to the exceptional care and attention you both put into this special place. Many thanks for the gift of your time accompanying us to the winery Les Jamelles and the beautiful gift of wine as well. We all enjoyed the beautiful decorations inside the château - unique wall-papers and luxurious sheets, etc. Being surrounded by the vineyards and gardens and beautiful swimming pool added to the rich ambience.
Thanks to our friend Stéphane we discovered this paradise on earth. Thank you for this wonderful stay! I hope we will come back here! And THANK YOU again.
We spent a week with two families (9 people) aged 6 -70 in Le Mas Repenti and we had the most wonderful time. It is nestled in the glorious vineyards with views of the hills in the distance. The house itself has been lovingly restored and every inch is perfectly presented. Stunning furniture, decorations and soft furnishings. It is charming and yet completely comfortable – the master bedroom is like the best suite in any hotel! The grounds are beautiful and the boules pitch and swingset were a big hit with the children. The pool is perfect with plenty of loungers for everyone and a great pool house area for getting some shade and having a drink. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. Every pot, pan and serving dish you could ask for along with plates and glasses for an army! The terrace was wonderful and the huge table very accommodating of our feasts. We did not experience much intrusion from bugs, other than a few mozzies who battled through our Jungle Formula! We loved the local vineyards – several within a 5 minute drive. Our favourite was the rose from Château Beaumel. Highly recommend this home for an extremely relaxing and authentically French experience!
The villa was larger than we thought and very private. It contains everything you could need, want and more.
An amazing holiday at an amazing property. We are a family of 6 adults and 6 children and holidayed at Domaine de Nérige at the beginning of May. What a treat!!! Sandie and David were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make it a dream holiday. The house was vast so we could all have our own space and the pool was a real hit once we bought wetsuits for the kids. The terrace area was great with the BBQ and it was lovely to be able to eat outside. The house had everything we could have wished for. There was even a supply of wine and beer on hand in case we didn’t want to travel to the supermarkets. Sandie arranged treatments for us with two brilliant therapists and it was so relaxing. Sandie also cooked a meal on one of the nights and it was fabulous. We even got the recipes for the food we had chosen. Great area with lots to do. We all agreed we could never hope to better it. Thank you Sandie and David.
Glorious sunshine for us all week. We've had a lovely time exploring. The children pretended to be Rapunzel at Maison Baleyssagues and had a wonderful day the Lac de Lougratte. I jogged in and out of the grape wines, which was surprisingly exhausting. We all had too many croissants? Thank you for a terrific week in gorgeous setting.
Loved seeing you both and was so much fun to enjoy Jenn's cooking, sunshines, minerals, highlights was the little mountain restaurant of giving French to French people. Thank you for having us!
Sadly leaving. What a truly delightful house this is and how warm and welcoming it has been for our family of 9 travelling from Australia to celebrate two 50th birthdays. Despite the heat we have been comfortable and happy, exploring many towns and locations and enjoying the pool and the house. The kitchen was perfect, all the little extra's very much appriciated and the beds so comfortable. We played football, rode the bikes and went for local walks. Simply one of the best houses we've ever stayed in and one of the best holidays we've ever enjoyed.
We loved everything about our stay en the villa, the exceptional view, the surroundings, the terrace and pool area etc. The house is also very well equipped and the information from the day we booked until leaving the villa was second to none. Thank you!
Magnificent decor, quiet without being far from the center of Meursault on the doorstep. Penelope and John do their best to make everything perfect and are very nice. Definitely to be done again.
After many weeks of uncertainty, our decision to drive down to the Loft du Vigneron has been vindicated by a superb week. Thank you so much for all that you have done to make our week so memorable; especially prior to us leaving the UK. Your e-mails and your flexibility made us have a sense of connection before we had met you both. We have appreciated all the small touches that have made our stay easier - from the notes, welcome pack, advice, booking restaurants, etc. A good life is made up of special memories. Every moment has been enjoyable and I am full of admiration for the way you have lovingly restored the house over 15 years, the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. It has certainly been a holiday to remember, in such a lovely setting and area of France.
This villa is beautiful. We had an exceptional week. Very modern hyper equipped with a very tasteful, high-end decoration. We were charmed by the villa. The owners are very nice. Very well located 15 minutes walk from the most beautiful village in France. We are used to renting prestigious villas. This one is undoubtedly in its place on the podium. I would even say on the highest step taking into account the kindness of Karine and Éric, the owners. We highly recommend!
We have had a fabulous time at Villa Baleyssagues. The house itself is beautiful, just as advertised but in reality far much better and exceeded our expectations. We have spend mots days by the pool and in the pool, having experienced great weather, taking full advantage of the equipment and facilities available to us at the Villa. The surroundings and grounds are stunning providing us a relaxing and peaceful . We are very sad to be leaving after a very memorable and enjoyable holiday. We will definitely looking to book an other holiday here as soon as we can.

We have all enjoyed staying in your magnificent Maison Richelieu. The house and village of Richelieu is a wonderful location for exploring the Loire Valley which we have all done. At the end of a long and busy vacation in France, the property was a beautiful place to relax. The grounds and pool are perfect, the owners were friendly and helpful. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable. Close enough to go where we wanted along the Côte d'Azur, but peaceful when we wanted to relax. One week was not enough. Will definitely return here if we travel to France again.

We cannot recommend Mas Saint-Martial highly enough. We had a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable couple of weeks making the most of the secluded quiet of this lovely house, excellent pool, extensive grounds and beautiful surrounding areas. For a family of 4 with two pre-teen girls, it was ideal with enough space for us all to enjoy and a pool that was warm. There was a well equipped games room and we loved the all weather badminton court. The local facilities were good with an excellent bakery.
Many thanks for a wonderful stay here in Rieux-Minervois. From your welcoming and informative e-mails prior to our arrival and a most generous arrival meal (due to it being a Sunday!) we were truly made to feel reassured and wholly welcome - thank you. We enjoyed some lovely days out from the beach in Narbonne to markets in Olonzac and Carcassonne. We particularly enjoyed Minerve for the breathtaking scenery too. Our Son's favourite haunt was le Lac de Larayere. A week's stay has gone all too quickly for us and sadly we make our way home to the rain, no doubt! Once again, many, many thanks to you both for your hospitality here. We eased straight into our holiday due to your kindness with baby equipment.
