A very well located and easily reachable and comfortable villa, close to Cannes, the beaches and the mountains. Quiet area, large pool and nice gym.
Thank you for being wonderful hosts. It has been a joy to stay at the Loft and to explore a little of the region. Excited to be thinking of returning in the future when the weather is cooler. Our arrival was so welcoming and you provide such a generous hamper for our first night - thank you We particularly enjoyed exploring Rieux with its château, church and watching the wine harvest. We enjoyed a brilliant week in L'Escapade au Lac. Day trips canoeing on the Dordogne and visiting quintessential French villages were interspersed with long walks straight from the house and lazy afternoons by the pool. The house is beautiful and well equipped and the setting is simply stunning. Nick and Nicky were delightful hosts. The welcome hamper was generous and delicious. As a family of four plus Peggy our cockapoo (children aged 12 and 14) we can't recommend the house enough.
We are now home in Australia. We very much enjoyed staying in your house. The location was perfect for touring the region: we visited villages, vineyards and seaside towns. We loved Mèze in particular and the beach at Sète. It was very relaxing to come back to the house and cool off with a dip in the pool before dinner. We found the location of the house was very peaceful, but ideal for its proximity to Pèzenas. We would have no hesitation recommending your lovely home to our friends.
Heatwaves, lizards, buzzards, owls, thunderstorms, bakery, wine, wine, wine and cheese. Fabulous house beautifully converted, so French, so homely. We do not want to leave. We're staying. Many thanks. PS Walnuts were marvellous.

We have had a very relaxing and restful week here, with perfect weather. We loved the pool, playing table tennis and darts. The house has everything you could need and we have enjoyed having so much space inside and out! The surrounding area has lots to offer – Chauvigny is beautiful (we recommend The VeloRail) and we spent a wonderful afternoon kayaking at Angles sur L’Anglin.

Very high end, luxurious with every amenity, wonderful location in the vines and countryside and yet near everything.
We have had a splendid time here and greatly enjoyed the villa. It was very relaxing and comfortable place with incredible views over the vineyards and hill. We spent a lot of time by the pool but also explored the neighbouring sights - Roquebrun was great fun and we also liked Minerve and managed to get down to the coast at Cabaues-les-Fleury.
We had a fabulous week! We really made the most of the pool and outdoor kitchen and there was nothing we needed which wasn’t there. It was hot - so mostly we went out early and got back to get in the pool/shade. It’s a great location for exploring the local area and we loved Monaco, Nice, Lorgues and St Maxime. Thank you for hosting us and thanks to G for her help too.

Thanks Kate and Franz for creating such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Enjoying tea and coffee on our last morning we were joined by 2 deer - a lovely last moment. We are going to miss the house, the swimming pool and the beautiful meadow. Our highlights are Montcuq market, spending time in Lauzerte and Montpazier, two very pretty places. We have had some great food, especially at Le Caillau. It has been a special summer for our children, who have both had to endure exams and so it is fantastic that we as a family have been able to spend time together in this wonderful place. So pleased to have met you both and of course the little Lotte. Love from us all.
Gorgeous people and house. The house and landscape is amazing and the spot very well located, taking profit from both rural slow life and the urban facilities and events of the nearby city of Carcassonne.
Beautiful, extensive, quiet grounds; clean; lots of towels. Excellent facilities; helpful that basics were supplied.

We stayed at Villa Gecko in Collioure from June 13th to 20th of this year. We were delighted with the experience and wanted to share that. The owner gave us a very warm welcome. The villa is magnificent—ideally located, very comfortable, and extremely well-equipped (pool, Jacuzzi, air conditioning, etc.). The kitchen's layout and equipment even gave us some ideas for our own home. In short, it was a wonderful experience; I would recommend it to anyone wishing to discover this beautiful region. We felt very comfortable here in this house with the beautiful garden and pool. Peacefulness, rest and relaxation - What more would you want? We particularly appreciated how attentive and helpful people were in Bessan and Agde as we needed help for our little Leah. We have greatly enjoyed our time, recovered and will definitely come back. Every corner of the house is full of detail and charm. All other houses will pall in comparison now! We would love to return.
We had 2 nights at Le Château de La Loire and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. The accommodation was beautifully appointed and there were several equally beautiful places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The setting overlooking the loire was stunning and the adjoining street art park was an unexpected treat. We loved the pool and spa area and were fortunate to have it to ourselves a couple of times. We would love to return some day.
What to say about this too short stay during which we had a great family vacation. From the very pleasant welcome of Karine and Pascal, from our great exchanges, from their listening to the needs everything was perfect. Charming owners and an incredible cottage where the days go by too quickly. We will miss the fishing pond and the donkeys and deer. Again a huge thank you for everything. We will be back.
