Such a lovely peaceful and quiet place in Gers. Thank you for a warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the pool, the beautiful views across the countryside. The house is very well equipped and we found some great restaurants and good supermarket shopping in Fleurance, Lectoure and slightly further afield. A great week!

This is a wonderfully quiet place to spend time in Provence. Located within walking distance from the many attractions of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence its restaurants and its old town, it is a beautifully appointed home with an inviting swimming pool and check out the new pool shower - delightful. Within easy driving distance are a variety of wineries for your tasting pleasure.
The house is great, each room has its independence in terms of shower and toilet. It is very spacious and well furnished: a billiard table, table tennis, barbecue, overhead projector, enormous kitchen/bar very well equipped and swimming pool (unheated). The hostess is very nice.
We had a brilliant family holiday at Mas de Lozanne in June 2022, The house and pool were perfect for 6 adults and a baby; a very quiet location but still a short walk into the beautiful town of Pézenas. We plan to return in 2025.

Merci bien! Thank you for letting us share your beautiful home. We have lazed around the pool and stunning gardens, played badminton and bought more shuttlecocks! We managed to see our friends in Brinon-sur-Sauldre, visited Saumur (seen the Château and fireworks for Bastille Day) and managed a dinner locally too. Thank you for your fabulous hospitality. (We have also watered the little pots near the garden door, everyday, the flowers in and out of the house have been stunning!) Merci bien and au revoir!
A lovely base for our 2 weeks! The outside covered area + kitchen were great. We spent most of our stay set there watching the amazing wildlife! We saw deer, lizards, hawks + even got to see the baby birds nesting over the door to the outside loo leave the nest! Monflanquin was beautiful! Cathy + Stéphane were lovely + we loved watching Stéphane's 2 CV car driving around! Thank you.
We had a wonderful few days in this gorgeous house and it was everything we had hoped for-lovely French feel to the place, excellent location and a fantastic pool (particularly during the heatwave we had). What a wonderful stay, lovely house, garden and pool so close to Sarlat town. Local shops are excellent, recommend a sneaky martini at Cafe Le Gambella just down the road on the right hand side. Butchers are excellent, cooked some delicious meals using their produce. Sarlat market is great for veg and cheese. Try the walking tour of Sarlat, pop into the tourist office to pick up a map, definitely worth while as you will venture down hidden alleyways and discover the history of Sarlat. Thank you Jackie and Geoff for the use of your beautiful home and giving us wonderful memories. We hope to return.
Great house in a super location. So quiet and relaxing. Loved the coypu in the pond - a bit special! Visited lots of towns and villages with the Dordogne in easy striking distance. Had a great 2 weeks! Thanks!

We had a lovely time in a beautifully converted villa. So much space for relaxing and the kids to roam free at the table tennis out building or down by the pool. We have just returned from a fabulous week at Mas des Rivailles. The property is located along a quiet lane and for the majority of the time all you could hear were the birds singing. We have stayed in the local area previously but there were still places we wanted to visit. However we were lucky to have superb weather and we decided to stay at the villa most days as we just did not want to leave the pool and relaxing atmosphere. The salt water pool is definitely the best one we have had so far. The villa is well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and the gardens are well kept. We would like to give a special thank you to Frédéric who met us on arrival and was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He gave us a guided tour and explained how everything worked. It certainly made for a great start to our holiday. A delicious and generous welcome pack was waiting for us on our arrival too. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing break.
The house was very large for our couple but we'e enjoyed the space in the house and around the house. The pool is just perfect with its 16m you can really do a bit of exercise after having had too much food and wines. It was a very relaxing holiday and a nice region to discover.
This is a fabulous property and the hosts were just wonderful. I shall certainly be letting our friends and colleagues know of this magic place. We had a wonderful time, our hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed their company.
I'd like to thank you for the fantastic stay we had in your amazing cottage Maison Bourg Calès. It was simply beautiful and my family and I absolutely loved every second of our stay. The weather was brilliant and there aren't enough words to describe how stunning your cottage is. We would definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to any friends. The villa is superb and very well appointed: the kitchen is ideal for a group. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer the services of a beautiful hotel. The holiday went by too quickly!
Thank you both for the most wonderful stay at your beautiful villa. We’ve had the most incredible week exploring the South of France – an area we love – and discovering new places. This spot is extremely special and we’ve relished the relaxing days and evenings spent here (made even more special by the sighting of a wild boar with babies and your marvellous set up for the gorgeous cats) – thank you for showing us this! The secluded spot, surrounded by woodland, an aromatic and fragrant garden attracting many butterflies, a beautiful pool and terrace area is somewhere we won’t forget and would love to come back to. Everything has been thought of at this place which makes it so homely. Everything from kitchen utensils and supplies to the BBQ, bowls and the TV set-up – the place has it all. You have both been such friendly and discrete hosts, allowing us such privacy and the personality you have stamped on the place (from plants, to artwork and sculptures as well as the lovely cats) makes this space so full of character too. Thanks again and we wish you both the best – hopefully we’ll return in the future!
What would you tell your friends about your holiday ? It was a very pleasant stay. A very quiet house, very well equipped, with a much-appreciated pool. Beautiful scenery. What was the best thing about your stay ? The pool. The view over the landscape. The outdoor space. The air conditioning. What could we do better for your next stay? A pitcher/carafe (but perhaps we just didn’t find it). Were there any appliances you really wished you had? It was more than perfect. How was the comfort of your rooms, pillows, and beds? Impeccable. Do you have any comments on the garden, pool, plancha, etc.? Wonderful. Missing: the table game, and a tree under whose shade one could have lunch. How do you rate the information provided in this booklet? Perfect and complete. Is there anything important missing? One of our friends suggested an electric bike. Another thought that suggestion was excessive. How could we improve it? I note that the useful information, sometimes highlighted, already seems extremely well presented — also topographic details, routes, activities, plans for next year. Do you have any other comments to help us serve you better when you return next year? Looking forward to future visits. Final remark: We thank you for this very good stay in this very beautiful and interesting house, whose collection of books caught our attention.
We absolutely loved this house for our week-long stay for a friend's wedding - the house itself is gorgeous - really stylish with luxury fittings and furnishing, ample kitchen crockery etc and even well-stocked to use the BBQ and have food and drinks outside. The pool and view are just magnificent and there is a lovely restaurant just two steps away, as well as more bars and restaurants in nearby towns... just a perfect place for a relaxing south of France stay! We would love to return!
