My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Maison Estephe. What a wonderful home, it was very enjoyable to stay at an unusual home! We had everything we needed and the home was very tidy and clean. Thank you again for letting us stay at your home.
Thank you so much for the most amazing weeks stay in Piglet Barn. We honestly had the best time, a perfect family holiday. Thank you for being the most welcoming, warm and charming hosts, you looked after us so well. Thank you for drinks in your home, it was so much fun. We are going to miss our walks around Vouvant and morning coffee in the village. Thank you again so much for being the most amazing hosts, it was a holiday we will never forget. Couldn't have asked for more from La Barde or its owner. La Barde was tranquil, comfortable and had everything you would need for a family holiday. The kitchen was so well equipped, it was amazing, the bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy. Everywhere was decorated beautifully and furnished thoughtfully. There was so much space throughout the house and gardens that even as a large family you would be able to find a quiet spot for some peace. The pool had a great shallow area for the toddlers, the garden was great for exploring. We will be returning next year without a doubt! Thank you!

Lovely quiet house with pool in the heart of a pretty village - garden well maintained and flowered with magnificent views of the Dordogne - Interior decoration - friendly welcome - Geographical location (30 minutes from Sarlat and Domme) - The area is superb. There are numerous activities and visiting castles or cities, biking and canoeing... Well recommended!
We had a pleasant stay in Helen's accommodation, the outside is very spacious, the pool is very large, the villa is well equipped and spacious for 12. Very responsive and available host, we recommend without a second thought!
We had a wonderful time, not just about the beauty of France, but also of your lovely house, which is done in good taste, to be enjoyed by us. Pete, thank you for your guidance and help! Our stay here will be part of our memories.
This mansion offers everything anyone could wish for. Spacious, large bedrooms, comfortable bathrooms and outdoors like a park. Lovely swimming pool with sun beds and a lunching area (at least, that’s how we used it. Every one of our group (including the kids) had a wonderful week, no exceptions. Contact with the owner was swift and pleasant and the property manager Caroline is a gem. We hope to be back some other time, but meanwhile we recommend this property to anyone who wants to have an excellent French experience. Many thanks.
The house and the grounds are fantastic. The rooms were all spacious and we particularly appreciated the bedroom set up with interlinking rooms from the nursery. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and went for walks/runs. The children loved exploring the forest area. The swimming pool was fantastic. Loungers etc comfortable. The kids loved the swings etc and the playroom was well stocked. Everything we needed was here. The food was delicious and we really appreciate you taking into account the intolerances. Very nice house, perfect for a large group of people like ours (10+, several families). Everything is there for the children! Very welcoming hosts who responded immediately when there was a request. On the edge of a beautiful little village, the majority of things to do are about 30-45 minutes from the house. We had a very nice stay.

We have stayed now on five occasions and will return again. Accommodation has everything you could wish for in self-catering accommodation and the pool is superb. Lovely little villages to visit nearby as well as Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Monaco all within easy reach. Easy drive from Nice Airport to a very peaceful location.
La Charmante Distillerie is a wonderful holiday venue. Situated in the heart of the French countryside, but 10 minutes away from a busy and enchanting town. Mark and Gary are perfect hosts, completely non intrusive but immediately available to offer the best advice on local places of interest, restaurants and generally help. The interior is stylish, the artwork beautiful, the furniture very comfortable and the bedrooms perfect. Six adults and three children occupied the property for a week. The hosts catered for our every need, even buying new toys for our 9 month old grandson. At no stage did La Distillerie feel crowded. The swimming pool was heated and my three grandchildren were continuously swimming and playing in the dedicated play area. Me and my family can absolutely recommend La Charmante Distillerie.
Thank-you, Jean and Martin, for a fabulous two week stay in your lovely gîte. We had everything we needed to make it a very special relaxing holiday. The outdoor BBQ area has been put to great use! We have enjoyed many evenings outside drinking and eating. It was great having your input for ideas and suggestions for things to do and places to visit. The pool is perfect and we have enjoyed using the lovely gazebo area. The garden is a beautiful retreat in which to fully unwind and enjoy the abundant birdlife, especially first thing in the morning. We have really enjoyed watching the wood pecker, especially gathering food for the offspring! Lauzun provided the perfect location to start our many heavenly bike rides and to explore the fascinating bastide towns of Issigeac, Villereal and Eymet. We also visited the prehistoric cave-Grotte de Font Gaume and highly recommend, (pre-book tickets online). We look forward to coming back soon and seeing you again.

What a wonderful holiday in this lovely home. We were warmly welcomed by Corinne and found everything we could ever want / wish for on a family holiday / parents / grand parents and small children. The weather was as anticipated - hot and temperate at times, incredible thunder storms / blue skies. The pool was a great hit with all and the pool toys, outdoor toys and indoor entertainment ensured all needs were catered for. Finally, a great thank you to Mel for her attention to detail and unfailing helpfulness.
A beautifully decorated house in a quiet location close to the town. We loved embracing life in Narbonne shopping in the nearby boulangerie and food market. We also recommend hiring one of the small boats on the Canal Robine. We hope to book your home again some day.

The kids swam every day - in March and April! The outdoor living here was spectacular, with a gorgeous pool, view and special light all day. The house has many luxurious touches, with original art, silk drapes, handmade 'real' rugs, crisp sheets and instantly hot water. The hosts were generous and exceptionally hospitable. You can live out your fantasy of having access to your wealthy aunt and uncle's house in the South of France. The owners were upstairs and we found them affable and in good humour the entire week. We enjoyed having a car there and we were given a remote for the electric gate at the end of the driveway. We would love to return.
We have had the most wonderful time at Maison des Hirondelles. The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed, so clean, comfortable and well thought out. Thank you for making us feel so welcome Cédric. Our daughter Edie, who is 8 months old had a wonderful time in the swimming pool and very much enjoyed her first holiday here in France. We visited Narbonne, Carcassonne, Gruissan, Minerve (fantastic chocolate shop!), Béziers, Canal du Midi with the 9 locks. Thank you for showing us your wine cellar, such a lovely touch. We would love to come back.

Thank you ever so much for such a wonderful stay at Camirout. We have all had a fabulous time, enjoying the fine weather, exploring the local area, sampling the delights of the local restaurants and village ‘feasts’/night markets; participating in medieval festivals (a particular favourite!); and most of all – relaxing by the pool. It has been such a special and enjoyable fortnight. Thank you for your kindness and warm hospitality. We will have fond memories of our special holiday here.
We had a great stay at Maison du Gua over Easter. The weather was a real surprise (I had packed wellies and jumpers) but it was lovely. Sunny and warm enough for us all to enjoy the great swimming pool and lunch outside everyday. There were three generations staying (10 people) and we all had plenty of room to relax. Our three children (1, 3, 6) enjoyed the huge selection of quality toys, both indoors and provided for the garden. The baby loved the baby swing and his mum enjoyed the huge list of baby extras Mel provided, that made packing so much easier. Mel and Jim are very helpful and quick to respond with anything you need. Our thanks to to the lovely Elodie for making our stay so pleasant.
Thank you for a great holiday - will live long in the memories ! Everything we needed and more. Lovely countryside setting and a lovely cottage. Spent most of the time just lazing round the pool but did enjoy trying the sauna ! L and L
