We had a lovely time in this fantastic location. The villa is perfectly located. Our 3 favourite restaurants: 1, La Belle Etoile - La Roque de Gageac 2, Hôtel Dieu 3, La Romane Thank you Jackie and Geoff. A lovely home with character and a real French charm.
We have stayed in many French farmhouses over the years, the whole family agree that Le Malardier is the best by far. We have had a fabulous holiday. The youngsters have enjoyed the pool and working on their tans. We’ve all loved the opportunity to sit and watch the wild life and the beautiful landscape. Although it has been incredibly hot the house is wonderfully cool. We would love to come back!
We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay. The gite is very well appointed with lots of games, which our daughter really enjoyed. We especially enjoyed the warm swimming pool (cleaned daily), summer kitchen, beautiful garden and multiple outside seating areas. It is very well located and within easy reach of some beautiful Bastide villages. We especially liked Villareal and Eymet. Special thanks to Jean and Martin, who are perfect hosts and on hand to provide recommendations if needed. The local village of Lauzun is within a five-minute walk and we recommend the boulangerie and weekly table gourmands held during the summer. We are already planning a return visit!

I am writing to say what a wonderful time we had at Les Rocans during the week of 3th-10th August. It suited all our needs and we were amazed by the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings.

Everything was amazing at La Bastide 1718. We had to travel to the area for work, which was made especially difficult during the pandemic and lockdown. However, the villa and host, Thomas, made our trip as enjoyable as it could be within the circumstances. Thomas the host was always on hand for anything! Very professional, kind and thoughtful. Honestly one of the best hosts I have ever had! The villa is incredible. Each bedroom is up to a hotel standard; from the bedding, aircon and heating, TVs, bathrooms and styling. The kitchen and facilities are very well maintained and equipped, with anything you could possibly need! We spent every evening in the dining and living room with the fire burning, which was a great setting for the team to relax. There are so many facilities and things to do in the Villa, you would never get bored during your stay! The location is stunning and well worth the long driveway to get such seclusion and stunning views. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the villa which I don't want to give away. Each of them made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. Thank you again to Thomas and the team behind La Bastide!
Many thanks for a great family holiday in a wonderful setting. La Ferme Éclaircie is great and proved perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed cooling off in the fantastic pool. The area and scenery are great also and we recommend the prune festival in Agen! We would love to come back.
Fabulous elegant stay. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Manoir Capraise. We only had a week at this fantastic house but it was very memorable. The main house and gîte have been beautifully and tastefully restored. There is great quality and attention to detail throughout from the lovely terraces / landscaping / pool / vegetable garden to the quality furnishings and equipment . Many a lovely meal was enjoyed admiring the fantastic location from the multiple outdoor seating areas on the terraces. The gîte provided a great independent area for teenagers and the well equipped gym was a bonus, plans for a games room will further enhance this great property. We appreciated a lovely welcome package of local wine and produce, another quality touch. Thank you Mark and Sarah, everything was just perfect, we hope to return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Orchard Farmhouse and would have no problem recommending this beautiful house to friends and family. We liked eating on the terrace admiring the spectacular view of the Dordogne landscape. Great facilities for the children, especially in the games room. Wonderful week in a great villa. Kids loved the pool and Pézenas is a lovely little town.
I stayed in this stunning house in May this year. It is beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It has the added benefits of an outdoor swimming pool and a games room. The owner has gone to great lengths to make this a home away from home! It hides behind pretty old stone walls, just a few steps from the centre of the beautiful historic town of Pezenas. I am looking forward to returning in the future!
A fitting venue to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our four children, their husbands and wives and our grandchildren! Memories that will remain for years. Well provided for, comfortable and panoramic views -with a week of excellent weather! Thank you and your staff!
We all enjoyed the stay at the villa. We liked the location - both in Lezignan and the fact that it is close to Pézenas and easy to get to other locations (we went to Carcassonne; Montpellier, Millau etc) Thanks you for making the bicycle available and the table football! It was also nice to have a pool - although we only used that once. A lot of useful information was also provided in the villa. We liked the fact that you contacted us personally - it offered us reassurance prior to our trip - thanks for your help. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if in the area would visit the villa again. An oasis of peace and tranquility, beautiful sunshine, loved the pool and spectacular veiws. Nyons is a charming place with a great market, we had a delicious meal at the Charette bleu. We feel rested and restored, thank you.

We've booked Maison Baleyssagues 2 years ago (its very popular!) and it has been worth to wait.
The villa was just as described and was perfect in every way. We chose the villa because everything was on one level and the pool and terrace area were located very close to the main house. We had the most wonderful time and the arrangement of the bedrooms meant we had plenty of space to relax in. The BBQ area was well used. The air conditioning was welcomed during the warm Mediterranean nights. It was also the first villa we have stayed in where we were able to walk to the local town in order to buy our daily croissants. The service we had from Pure France and Philippe was exceptional. We had a lovely lazy two weeks by the pool! With the hot weather the air conditioning was very welcoming at night time. We have used Pure France several times over the last 6 years and this villa has definitely been the best equipped and most accurately described. 5 / 5.

We arrived late afternoon and were met by Yvonne who gave us a lovely tour of this beautiful stunning house, such a lovely welcome. I love all of the lovely antique finds in all of the rooms from the hats in the master bedroom to the old magazines to the pram in the barn. Everything has been thought of here we really didn't need a thing. Would really recommend a trip to La Rochelle but you would need to leave early it really does get very busy. We have been truly spoilt staying here. Impeccably clean and tidy, we have loved every minute. We'd love to come back.
I think I can speak for all 11 of us in saying we had a wonderful holiday at La Barde once again. I'd never been so early in the year before (in May), but we still used the pool every single day. The advantage of coming a little earlier this year was seeing your garden in full glory and the Dordogne before being 'bleached' by the sun - and we really enjoyed burning logs on the huge open fire in the kitchen every late evening (it's normally too warm for this!). Everything was just right, Helen, as usual (and beds even more comfortable than last time)! I always enjoy the mixture of authentic farmhouse and stylish chic design of La Barde. And it was as peaceful and relaxing as ever - batteries are recharged!
We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. The house is perfect, the terrace is quiet and has magnificent views of the fields. The little ones had great fun with the goats, geese, chickens and pony!
