Le Petit Palais provides the perfect place for families and groups. We consist of six parents and six kids of ages 1-5 years old. The bedrooms provided the perfect split and were also very comfortable with a bunk bed which was every kids choice. Downstairs has plenty of space for all to enjoy and breakout to do their own thing or sit together for a meal. The provision of toys and games for all ages was great to keep our kids entertained plus the table football, climbing frame and trampoline all helped to keep the kids busy. The pool area is sizeable and secure with comfy loungers and shaded area with table. Around the house there’s different spots to enjoy lunch or have an evening drink. The kitchen is fully setup and provides all you’d need to prepare meals for large groups, this is so often not the case when you stay at a holiday rental. All in all our weeks stay was perfect and the house and provisions did everything we needed and wanted. The house is easy to find and well located for day trips. Isabelle and Caroline are quick communicators and offer really helpful advice at all times. Thanks again for letting us stay and hopefully we’ll be back again soon.
Lovely place to stay, enjoyed being able to walk to the cafes and shops. Highlights; cycling to Chinon own hire bikes. Lovely walk through vineyards to the soap museum/shop. We had some extremely hot days (37 degrees) so went to Lac du Grezillé. Loved Saumur and Chinon, highly recommend Château Bréze.
Spotlessly clean, stunning home. We had everything we needed, especially for the children. Unintrusive service. Super helpful.

We’ve had a wonderful 2 weeks, the girls have loved the swimming pool and all the facilities. We spent many relaxing days reading in front of the beautiful views. The house is very comfortable. Nyons, Orange, Avignon, Vaison la romaine were all very picturesque and worth a visit, especially the amazing Roman theatre in Orange. All in all a fabulous trip. We will be back.

This is a fabulous villa with wonderful, spacious and different spaces and areas to relax, perfect for big or family groups - the pool is wonderful. Everything has been thought of and the availability of bikes for all ages is excellent, especially when you’re so close to the canal du midi. The owners are very attentive and friendly and everything from the generous arrival treats to the morning pastries and bread is A1 and the top tips on wine and day trips is provided readily and all great suggestions. A lovely place and definitely somewhere you’ll want to return to.
We’ve had such a fabulous week in this beautiful farmhouse. It’s very difficult to drag ourselves away from the pool, tennis court and, for some of us, the gym. The location – we thoroughly enjoyed the markets, Chinon and the woods – as well as the beautiful piano and luxuries of the house, have made this a truly memorable week for us with our grown-up children and their friends. Thank you all.
The castle exceeded all our expectations from the very first glimpse. As a family celebration of 18 people spread over 3 generations with ages ranging from 9 to 74 years, there is more than enough for everyone to do… though the pool was such a massive hit, we didn’t stray too far!! Nicky and Richard were available to answer any questions or offer advice. The private caterers they suggested for a special celebration were totally amazing. The rooms, the views (oh, those views!), the outdoor seating areas dotted around allowed for quiet reflections too. From the bbq, the fire pit, the sports hall with activities ranging from pool/table tennis/darts/ boxing bag, weights (for those inclined!), table football/badminton and more, the numerous bikes which some used to cycle the 12 minutes to the bakery for morning croissants and baguettes, to the well equipped kitchen and multiple fridges, washing machine, the magical lighting in the evening, this gem will not disappoint. It really is the epitome of a fairytale château. Such a memorable week. Well done to Nicky and Richard.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. The Loft has been amazing for us - so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We have very much enjoyed our morning coffees, lunches and dinners on the terrace. We have relaxed and read lots of books, which is just what we needed. Le Presbytère genuinely exceeded our expectations in all areas. We primarily booked this property for the covered eating and relaxing area adjacent to a fabulous heated pool and the number of bedrooms. The history and setting of the property and it's views to the rear over beautiful countryside, were a real bonus and joy. The wildlife was of real interest to us all and the table tennis was played regularly by us all. Mark and Amanda were friendly and keen to help with any queries we had. Thank you again and in particular for providing the electric fans which were essential during such a hot period in July. We don't usually return to the same property on holiday but just might make an exception with Le Presbytère!
Perfect romantic getaway. Maison Meunier is set in the beautiful grounds, next to the old mill, overlooking the lake. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has its own patio and pool. The facilities are superb, the grounds are well manicured, lovely for walks and there is a fabulous games room where you can meet up with other guests for a drink and a chat and maybe a game of pool. A stroll into the village to sample the local fair is a must, the villagers made us very welcome. There are a number of local market towns (bastides) and châteaux close by including Monpazier a lively bastide with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. The owners were really helpful with advice on where to go and what to do, they couldn't do enough for us. Fabulous holiday.

I wanted to mention that we were delighted with our stay from August 5 to 12 with this very cordial and motivated winegrower. The house is beautiful, the property very calm, it has many walks and a nice swimming pool.
We had an excellent holiday at the villa, it was just perfect. The pool was perfect and the seating areas outside were ideal for eating and drinking and gazing at the stars. We will definitely recommend the villa to friends and family, it's a dream we want to share.

What a gorgeous place! You have made a beautiful job of the Loft du Vigneron. It is homely, classy and welcoming, and you have thought of everything! We felt thoroughly pampered and loved every minute of our stay. The Loft will remain as my screensaver for quite some time to come… Can't wait to see the pics of the house. Another lovely holiday at the Loft du Vigneron, this time for 2 weeks. It was lovely to see Karen and Russell again. They were charming and hospitable just like before Everything was perfect for us and the weather was amazing, swam every day in the beautiful pool. Karen booked some restaurants for us, recommended by her, and they were excellent. Highly recommend this property, the best ever.
We did have a really, really lovely time in France and we'll no doubt be seriously considering using Pure France again on a future occasion.
The villa is stunning. The views are incredible. I stayed in the double room on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. A lovely large room, with French doors onto the terrace, a great place to watch the sunsets. Towels are good quality from John Lewis! The upstairs bedroom has a lovely bathroom and stunning views from the private balcony. Just beautiful. Taking breakfast under the olive tree was a delight. The pool is a very good size and very deep. It was very well maintained with a cover. The surrounding pool area is very spacious, with substantial sunbeds and a great barbecue spot. The gardens are beautiful, there's a petanque area, endless olive trees and lovely flower beds in front of the villa. The kitchen is well equipped, although we ate most of the time and a laundry room. A lovely villa in a beautiful part of France. Very relaxing. A great find.
Our week at Mas Saint-Martial was everything we wished for and exactly what we needed. We leave relaxed and recharged. Thank for being such fan tacit and warm hosts. A holiday to remember. We enjoyed swimming and sunbathing at the pool and the amazing garden.
The pool and garden are lovely and well kept. The main living area is light and airy. The laundry room was very useful. The area is quiet and peaceful.
Just to say that we have enjoyed our time here enormously. You have the most beautiful home in a wonderful location! We only left the house twice other than to shop for food. Once to go to Château Bridoire (a good recommendation thank you) and Château Montbazillac and a second time today to go to an aqua parc. Thank you very much!
