We were absolutely overwhelmed by beauty, tranquility and views surrounding the wonderful home. Such a privilege to spend time here forming special memories with the family - especially celebrating a significant birthday! We enjoyed the gorgeous pool, BBQ'd, had a vineyard tour and wine tasting, kayaked on the Dordogne and much more. So calm and relaxed! We arrived on Saturday at your beautiful, beautiful house and we enjoy it so much. Thank you very much for the lovely card and the excellent bottle of wine. We did enjoy it yesterday in the evening by the pool. It is so calm here and the pool and everything else is so amazing. We never had such a relaxed holiday for years.

What an idyllic location to spend a holiday! Easily accessible from Toulouse airport, the house is quite unique in character with its solid walls, oak beams and spacious, airy rooms. There's a large, pleasant garden where we played boules and table tennis daily and also just relaxed beside the pool. It's also great for bird watching. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of towns and small villages within easy reach of the house and the Dordogne was also an easy car-journey away. We spent 2 weeks on holiday but would have happily stayed much longer as there was so much we didn't have time to see and do. We'd love to go back! Thanks for a great holiday.

It's true, the villa and the pool are much more beautiful 'live' than on the pictures. We felt very comfortable in your great villa and it was a great pleasure to meet you. We had a lovely week in this quaint house. It was secluded with a lovely pool which was cleaned twice during our week. Which was ideal as it was quite windy. We had no faults with our stay and the owner was helpful when required. I would like to point out that air conditioning is only downstairs, kitchen and bedroom with pull out sofa bed in. There was an air conditioning unit in the top bedroom which was satisfactory. That would be my only comment on what was a lovely week that it should be clearer in the description where it is.
We had a lovely stay in your house, which is like a 'home from home'. The house is beautifully decorated and French styled and the 'jardin' with the vibrant roses finished it off in splendor. The region and location is also ideal, being so remote and yet convenient. Unfortunately the weather was against us, which made the house even more important! The swing in the garden was a major hit with our oldest daughter.
House and grounds are fantastic! Excellent facilities. The pools and toys have been lots of fun. We've had such a good week. It's just gone too quickly. We will definitely be recommending the château.

The daily stroll through le Grand Verger to the ice cream shop within Larressingle was a delight.
Rabassie is heaven close by to Limoux at which there is a plethora of things to do; Swimming and tennis, running and boules, and the wicket takes spin if you follow the rules! A holiday so special, it was planned years ago, and we dreamed of the sunshine during last winter's snow. But the reality's far better than anyone thought, it's a place in a million and we wanted for naught. Grandparents, parents and five grandchildren too, we laughed and we played all the day through; but when we were thirsty the beers were imposters lacking the 'nectar of wonderful Fosters'! The house wants for nothing, its completely equipped, the mind boggles as to how it could all have been shipped. The kitchen has everything, including a spurtle, and the only sound heard is the meowing of Myrtle! Despite sporting distractions for all of us folks we were glued to the tele watching Ben Stokes. It is lucky our neighbours were only wild boar 'cos his winning four caused a deafening roar! But all of this fun could not have happened each day had it not been for Natalie and Mike and their way; No problem too great, no trouble too small, with charm and great knowledge they dealt with it all. Merci, merci, merci!
THE LOFT! - Undoubtedly the best accommodation we have ever stayed at in France. A great concept realised in every detail. Wonderful hospitality on our arrival and throughout our stay. An absolute treasure of a place to stay with attentive hosts making sure our trip was comfortable and stress free. It's a home from home with the added delight of the sun, relaxing pool and sitting out of an evening with friends and wine. Maison Lanave is a lovely, well-renovated Gascon farmhouse, nestled in the vines with spectacular views. The photos and descriptions match the reality; it is a truly special place. The hosts are proactive and friendly, on-site but not intrusive. Very willing to accommodate our requests and offer lots of useful local information. The area is rural and there's lots to see and do. We highly recommend a stay here.
