Thank you for such an amazing holiday. It's been so peaceful and relaxing. We've loved your beautiful houser, grounds and pool. It's a really special place. We had a lovely day out in Bergerac a we swam at Lac de Pombonne which was lovely - just a few minutes drive away. We also had a nice evening in Périgueux. Mostly though we just enjoyed relaxing on the terrace by the pool! Thanks so much we hope to return.
Thank you Karen and Russell for giving us the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place. The Loft du Vigneron is one of the nicest places we have stayed, and we have stayed in many. The warm welcome we received when we arrived was lovely after our tiring journey. It was great to have you show us around, and your welcome pack was more than generous. The facilities here are all 5-Star; the Loft is spacious and airy, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and crockery and everything that you need, and more besides. All the ensuite bathrooms are of the highest standard with fluffy towels and pamper products (I want a new bathroom when I go home - I was spoiled here). Karen and Russell, you really know how to look after your guests and spoil them. We can't wait to come back next year for two weeks - one was not enough!
If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Provence, we highly recommend this estate (La Bastide 1718) for 8 days to accommodate 35 people for our wedding. We had planned activities throughout the week: hiking, yoga, visiting the butterfly garden without forgetting a visit to a cellar. Our group loved it! We organized the welcome reception, the wedding ceremony, the wedding lunch, dinner and the post brunch at various locations in the Bastide. It was so magical that we thought we were in a dream. The property still has a few things to improve for event planning and long stays but Thomas was welcoming and once there everything was perfect. The wine is also delicious. We love their 10 Euro rosé and drank cases of it during our stay. Their white wines are also very, very good. Their wine is delicious and hard to find in the United States! Overall, I highly recommend staying here. It will clear your mind as you are surrounded by nature, wildlife and vineyards that stretch endlessly. We enjoyed hiking right next to the property every morning. For a city break, you are 45 minutes from the coast, 40 minutes from old Hyères, which is our favorite Provençal town and 10 minutes from a Michelin star restaurant in La Celle. We highly recommend. Their olive oil is also delicious!

Piglet is the prfect spot to visit all the graet spots in the Vendée, our favourite being La Rochelle and the Belugas beach. There are wonderful touches of luxury at the house; beautiful linens, towels and bathrobes. Vouvant is a charming and beautiful village. definitely a fabulous find !
We have stayed in many different holiday properties in Europe but this one was certainly one of the very best. The house was well equipped and comfortable, the location excellent and the pool area perfect. We were sorry to leave - there was so much to see and do in the area. We would be very pleased to book the Villa again.

We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. The house has the services you expect and much more. An excellent experience that I hope we can repeat again. Thanks to Isabelle and Philippe for offering Villa La Baronne guests a five-star stay. An amazing week spent with family celebrating a 50th birthday location was perfect, quiet but close to amenities such as a lovely bakery and shops. The property has everything: plenty of space to relax but also plenty of space to socialise and mingle. Philippe was an amazing host, providing an introduction to the property and location, bringing pastries twice during our stay and proving a complementary wine tour of Saint-Chinian and evening meal at Le Pourquoi Pas (which was to die for food and location). Highly recommend during your stay to take a boat tour down the Canal du Midi from Colombiers and kayaking down the river Orb from Roquebun. Thank you for your hospitality.
Thank you so much for a wonderful week in your house. We enjoyed the sparkling wine, the beautiful flowers and the house is just amazing with everything we needed. Highlights for us were nine holes of golf just outside of Saumur, cycling, a wine tour, meals out and relaxing by the pool. We caught roach, dace and three large bream. There was a beautiful kingfisher by the stream. Perfect weather and we have appreciated everything all the more after all the restrictions of the last two years.
Great stay in Porticcio the children loved to do it again I highly recommend this establishment.
I spent a few days with my family at Le Mas Pouget The stay there was fabulous, particularly because the place is very refined and because the location is ideal for excursions in the Cévennes park
Beautiful villa in a stunning location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host who checked us in and out could not have been more helpful and friendly.
A fairytale castle set in the stunning hillsides of Saint Mézard - just amazing! Easy to get to from Toulouse, Château Mézard was a perfect home base for exploring the surrounding quaint villages offering the finest in local Gascony food and wine. Sipping Armagnac at sunset and dining by candlelight on one of the many terraces made us feel like royalty!
Thanks Kate and Franz for creating such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Enjoying tea and coffee on our last morning we were joined by 2 deer - a lovely last moment. We are going to miss the house, the swimming pool and the beautiful meadow. Our highlights are Montcuq market, spending time in Lauzerte and Montpazier, two very pretty places. We have had some great food, especially at Le Caillau. It has been a special summer for our children, who have both had to endure exams and so it is fantastic that we as a family have been able to spend time together in this wonderful place. So pleased to have met you both and of course the little Lotte. Love from us all.
I just wanted to say thank you – we had a wonderful time staying a le Mas de Pitou – it was by far the most perfect place we have stayed in France in over 10 years! The location and setting were ideal, we had some lovely walks straight from the door and the special touch of your fantastic welcome basket of fruit and vegetables was gorgeous! We will be back and will certainly recommend to friends. Carole also was great – friendly, informative and helpful.

During our stay we have very much enjoyed L'abbaye de Fontevraud - so beautiful and wondrous to explore for us and our children, Chinon - such character, even in the rain, the sweet asset wine Coteaux du Layon (c'est magnifique, merci), Azay le Rideau - such a beautiful village, many interesting shops, beautifully presented streets, Mona Pizza in Saumur, despite the name the pizzas (wood-fired oven) were incredible! the Church in Cunault - stunning 14th century, Villandry château gardens - the grounds were stunning, Montreuil ville basse - a lovely village, stunning château in the centre and a great pottery studio, the pool and garden! Enjoyed by us all every day. The gîte was a home-from-home, a real pleasure to stay in. We hope to return here one day!
We stayed in Maison Rohmer for 11 nights in June and thoroughly enjoyed the house and peaceful setting at the end of a private track. Everything was very clean and well furnished with excellent bathrooms and plenty of hot water. We swam in the pool every day bar one, when there was a big thunderstorm that drenched the area and had a strange effect of gradually turning the colour of the water in the pool to green, but was perfectly ok to swim in. The owner was on hand to answer any queries we had despite being in the USA at the time of our stay, something that we both appreciated greatly. Gordes and the area around was lovely with so many beautiful towns and villages to explore on foot or bike or car, a great area of France to return to again.
The property Mas des Rivailles is a super place in a great part of France. One of the best swimming pools we have experienced and the family used it all day every day during our stay. The house is really comfortable with lots of areas where the family could spread out to do some work or just have time on their own. Having three formal eating areas meant we could mix it up where we had lunch and dinner. There are great countryside views from all of the windows and the house is in a very peaceful and serene setting. I must commend Frederic, the local property manager. He was there to greet us when we arrived and lead us through the property and all of the bits and pieces and local knowledge which made the experience so great. He is very solution focussed and solved minor issues in a no nonsense, relaxed and timely fashion. Many thanks for all.
