We had a great stay in this great house. The house is very well equipped and we are very well received. The house has lots of games (billiards, ping-pong, electric train, hut ...) for adults and children, you won't be bored even if the good weather is not there. Finally the swimming pool is large and heated! In short, a great address! Thank you!

We had a great time at Villa Lavinière. Both the house and its views were amazing. The hills around the house were lovely to explore and we really enjoyed the facilities at the house itself (pool and pétanque). Parc du Haut-Languedoc, Minerve, Saint-Pons-de-Thomières, the Montagne Noire and Carcassonne were all highly recommended. We were also lucky enough to see the Tour de France passing by.
Where do we start! Arrived at the gite and drove through the private gated entrance to see beautiful grounds and a very inviting swimming pool. Jean and Martyn were waiting to show us around and were the perfect hosts throughout our stay. The gite, grounds, outdoor kitchen and pool all immaculate and made for the perfect stay. The washing machine, dishwasher and many fridges are an added bonus. The bedrooms and bathroom a good size, fab open plan kitchen, diner and living room. Lots of extras in the kitchen which is great. Lauzun is a great little village with all the amenities you need, several other pretty villages near by (Issigeac and Eymet are lovely) Large hyper/supermarkets and various shops in Bergerac, 30 minutes away or a decent size Intermarche 10 minutess away. We would highly recommend the gite and will definitely be returning. Thank you Jean and Martyn for your letting us stay in your lovely property and not forgetting the very friendly, fluffy, German Shepherd Tanner. We had the best time, enjoyed sharing our many bottles of vino and our evening with you in Eymet.
Wonderful location and property! It was a beautiful villa, lovely bedrooms and such stunning views. The village was beautiful and such an amazing place to be able to visit Carcassonne and Mirepoix and the beauty of the place just took our breath away. The secret garden and pool was just amazing and sitting watching the sunset from the balcony was beautiful.
Beautiful château with all amenities. Ann was extremely helpful with organising taxis, wine tours and any concerns. Very efficient in organising a new barbecue. Thank you for helping us have a fantastic holiday.
We stayed at Villa La Baronne for a week in early October. We were blessed with good weather and the surrounding area is beautiful and historically very interesting. As for the property itself, Villa La Baronne offers every possible amenity a guest might wish for. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The living areas are spacious and inviting. Outside the garden is lovely and has ample space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The swimming pool is of a great size and in cooler temperatures it is heated. We had a lovely time and the hosts were exceptional. Can't recommend this villa enough. Book it while you can!

We liked it so much last year we came back to enjoy being at this most beautiful place – a little piece of paradise. It’s been very hot but the house is cool (and so comfortable) and the pool and the dining terrace make it perfect. Thanks to Mark and Janet for making it so lovely. We’ll be sad to leave.
A very beautiful house and property. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful and are British so they speak both French and English which is a plus. Since the guest house is located to the side of the main house, you will also have privacy whenever you want. The guest house is wonderfully decorated in a typical French/British style. A large kitchen, a large bedroom with very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with bath and shower. You have your own terrace where you can start the day with breakfast and a breathtaking view of the garden and the horses :) The host gave us advice and also brought us into the forest where we had a night cap. They helped us find a gig and also lent us their grill and let us use the washing machine. We highly recommend and would love to return. Thanks.

Dear owners of Le Grand Mas de Valcros. We have just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your home. From the pictures we knew it was going to be a nice villa. However when we walked in we realised it gem! There is really nothing we did not like about your house. Its feels like home to us after one week and it made our family vacation even more precious. We certainly hope to be back in the future!
The house is fabulous, well maintained lots of character and charm, but well equipped too for modern living. Beautiful pool and gardens and an exceptional host . We had plenty of sunshine so we were able to really enjoy the beautiful countryside and nearby quaint villages. A really good holiday, thank you.

Another wonderful visit to Bellevue the perfect place for some much-needed R&R. A week filled with sunshine, swimming and hot air balloons overhead! Even an incredible storm didn't spoil the pleasure of being here. Roll on August for return visit with all the family.

Beautiful French villa in the heart of Provence. Great Villa with an amazing panoramic view. I enjoyed the open space layout of the house, the ample kitchen fully equipped, the modern amenities and the overall functionality of the house. Outside on the large terrace we had many sunset dinners sipping rose wine. We also spent a lot of time in the pool. Central to beaches, shopping centres, restaurants, historic landmarks, airports etc. Prompt response from the owners for anything you needed. Overall great experience. Highly recommend it.
We are having a great time and the house is just perfect. The kids are loving the games room and the pool - our 11 year old is pretty much wrinkly all the time!

We stayed with a group of friends for the week before our wedding and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to have some quality time and enjoy the great pool! We were also treated to a bottle of champagne for our wedding. What a great place! Would highly recommend.
We had the most wonderful stay in Maison Baleyssagues. The house was exactly as described and we immediately felt at home. Great location, beautiful pool and perfect rooms and beds. Also big thanks to host Frédéric. We will definitely come back.

Well to start with I had such a great time at Villa Kali, the pool is utterly fabulous and the beds are comfy! I love the nature / fig trees / lizards / frogs and more! Luckily France was hot. I love the table tennis, its great. Visit the town centre, great shops. We went to the beach and got a little sunburnt - Whoops! Great holiday, hope to come again.
We have had a wonderful time and would like to thank you both for being such genial hosts. Mas Saint-Cernin is totally beautiful and Issigeac is perfect. There's nothing we would change about our holiday.
House: Fantastic. Idyllic. Perfect. Classical. Beautiful. Spacious. Practical. Comfortable. Beautiful area for touring (Brantôme, Jarnac). Garden: Very child friendly. Garden Jenga etc. Clean and very safe. Beautiful pool and alfresco dining areas. Also adult friendly. V good Gas BBQ.
Stunning property overlooking lake. Property is in great location but not isolated, walking distance to bar, restaurant, Boulangerie and takeaway pizza shop (or 2 minutes in car). Property is in excellent condition and is very clean and well looked after, the pool is great for a cooling dip, the area around the pool is also modern and clean with nice furniture too. Comfortable beds with crisp bedding, everything has been thought of with a lovely modern kitchen, unique dining table, comfortable clean sofa. Great views overlooking the lake but still very private. The house also stays quite cool as it's shaded by the trees which was great in the heatwave. The owners are really helpful and take pride in their special property. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday, will definitely be recommending to friends and family and would stay again when visiting this beautiful area of France *****

This is an amazing home where you can enjoy the utterly relaxed vacation. It is spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped and beautifully located. The pool , the pergola the kitchen and the bathrooms … everything is of a high standard and make the house feel like a proper home . 10 out 10.
