We loved the setting, location and character of this beautiful house which we feel could tell many interesting stories (... if only walls could speak!). Our boys loved the pool and made great friends with the friendly tortoise. R. favours the name 'Toby' and B. likes 'Edouard'. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch for my birthday at Bistro Maritime and looking forward to dinner at Bistro Pharell for our last evening. Great days out exploring St-Émilion-Libourne. A great trip by train (so easy) to Bordeaux. The bassin de lumière is amazing if you have a wet day. We also loved watching the Mascaret from the house - so glad we were here on the 'right' day.
Like the previous tenants, we appreciated the calm, the swimming pool, the breakfast on the terrace with the pretty view of the vineyards and the scrubland. We were particularly touched by the many welcoming touches from the owner and are delighted to have met Marie and her family, top-notch “guardians”! Delighted with our stay.

We would just like to say a massive thank you for the week we have just spent at Pech d'aze. It truly is a fantastic home. We could have stayed another week so easily! It was so peaceful and every night we would watch the sunset from the field below with a bottle of wine and listen to the frogs singing from the pond. Weather was lovely and both of us made good use of the pool. We had a BBQ every night and left charcoal for the next lucky guests
A delightful week spent in a beautiful corner of France. We are at least 20Kg heavier! (Shared between four people, in our defence). Extremely comfortable and tasteful accommodation - thank you for the warm welcome.

Fabulous place! This place is a paradise. We spent a family holiday (including three kids aged 2, 10 and 12) and everyone absolutely loved this place. The villa was very clean and kitchen equipment to the highest standards. Swimming pool where we spent most of the time was simply perfect. But what we enjoyed most was that there was absolutely nobody in sight. We were surrounded by vineyards. Having said that the villa is located only about 20 minutes drive away from the beach and we didn't mind making this trip everyday. But what made is all so very special were the owners who made us feel like home and spoiled us with their delicious wine. Thank you for your hospitality and see you again next week!

Our family loved staying in this farmhouse. We couldn't get the kids out of the pool, the sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the birds fly all around us. It was a great place to come home to after a full day of sightseeing. Very relaxing!
We had a lovely week at the farmhouse with lots of swimming and relaxing by the pool. The children (and adults!) have enjoyed the excellent selection of toys and games. Wonderful location for days out nearby and we would recommend the local boulangerie for morning croissants and freshly baked bread. Leaving with lots of happy memories.

What a gorgeous week we've had here ! Annie and John have been so welcoming - inviting us for a much-needed glass of wine on our arrival. Not to mention all the helpgul local knowledge and information. We have loved the pool, sunshine and glorious garden. We would recommend the lovely Piglet Barn and Annie and John especially. Pete has been a brilliant host with lots of recommendations. Thank you! We have had a fantastic stay at a beautiful location. With our 3 children (12, 10 and 7) we have really enjoyed Chateau de Biron – lots of outdoor toys / games for the kids + a nice picnic area. Lac de Lougratte – safe swimming / paddling for little ones, a diving pontoon and inflatable courses for older ones. Take a picnic! Canoeing (Canoe Rabaska) + Monflanquin night market at Loubéjac.
Lovely. Brilliant for kids and enjoyed walking in the area. Pool and playroom were a big hit. Catering delicious. Fantastic service. On hand when needed but not always around which is great. Really enjoyed it. Thanks.
Château Mézard really is as lovely as it is depicted on the website! It was a magical place for a holiday. The house and grounds were amazing, the set-up of the house provides great privacy even for a large group. Exploring the surrounding countryside, towns and cities provided the perfect French country get away. Returning to the amazing luxury of the château for a dinner on the terrace or a swim in the pool was the highlight of each day.
Thank you so much for the most incredible week, we have made so many memories. Everything about the house has been perfect, such an easy space to relax in. Our girls have loved their week and have become real water babies! We return home to the Alps feeling recharged and look forward to another visit. Heavenly spot! Best wishes from all of us.
Beautiful holiday destination, especially nice garden, optimal exposure. With young children there are many activities surrounding and great moments of fun by the pool. Everything needed for children. Quiet and peaceful setting with amazing views. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Highly recommended!

We were able to have a great week with friends at this house, which matched the photos perfectly. The host is very accommodating and accommodating. Amenities are complete, different living spaces are spacious, the pool area is a real plus. I'd recommend it!

Your hospitality and company have been wonderful and matched only by the breathtaking accommodation and gardens. Mas de Clouze is a stunning, peaceful place! We had an amazing family holiday, and the setting was absolutely beautiful. We loved exploring the grounds and lounging by the pool, and eating on the patio and in the bar area was a real treat. There’s plenty to do around the gite, too - great walks, pétanque, table tennis and of course the heated swimming pool.
