We had a fantastic stay. The house is absolutely lovely, the pool and garden likewise. Sarlat is superb with its old well preserved center. We loved just walking around there and have great meals in the restaurants (there are plenty).

We have had an amazing time here. We enjoyed swimming and playing ping-pong. We've made so many memories and everything is so beautiful. We would love to come here again. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.

Very private and peaceful place to stay. Great facilities. The house was lovely, clean and spacious with all the necessary facilities. Following the advice re when to open and close shutters etc meant we were able to find shade and cool whenever needed. The pool was also clean and lovely to use - great relief in the hottest part of the day. The boulangeries in Saint Valentine and Bivet were great (as they were everywhere). Intermarche in Bivet proved handy but others available in other directions too. Late afternoon trips to Marseilles, Aix-en-Provence are perfect and parking very straight forward. Morning trip to Cassis to get into the sea was also a great success. Parking there good in the morning but looked a lot busier at later in the day.
We had a great time here for 2 weeks with the family. The house is well equipped and the family really enjoyed the pool. Thank you for a relaxing holiday.
We spent 10 days with 8 people (children, grandchildren ) and our dog in À Côté de L'O. The summer heat was well tolerated thanks to the pool and air conditioning. The space is even more generous than it appears on the photos. A huge fenced garden right on the Canal. Narbonne, Gruissan, Bages... many beautiful experiences are easy to reach by car. The location in beautiful Le Somail. The early morning round for dog bathing at the Cesse. Shopping fresh croissants and baguettes on the Épicerie - boat. All in all : perfect!
Your house is lovely and we all had a relaxing and enjoyable week. I think I can safely say that in all the years of hiring holiday accommodation in France we have not stayed in such a well appointed and well equipped property. We would all have happily stayed for another week. Jez and Bridget were a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and very helpful. Thank you
A beautiful house, fully equipped with EVERYTHING you could ever need or think of! The pool area is just brilliant and we all enjoyed spending the majority of our stay here underwater. We are just back from a lovely week at Le Jardin Des Fleurs. It was all fantastic. The location was gorgeous, and the house itself was so well stocked with everything we needed, everything had been thought of. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and adults alike, and as an extra bonus it was heated, which made it very pleasant at a time of year when temperatures might be less predictable. Having said that we were blessed with excellent weather! We were able to travel around in the area and Carcassonne, Toulouse, Mirepoix and Castres were easy to get to. The boulangerie in St Felix Lauragais was just 10 or so minutes away by car and the pastries were exceptional. We wouldn't hesitate to return

Mas du Château was simply perfect. It was spotless, comfortable, peaceful and he was a wonderful host; nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and didn’t want to leave.
We have absolutely loved staying here. It's a stunning place - both inside and out. We enjoyed cooking meals in the excellent kitchen, eating on the terrace and had great times pool-side. We have been renting villas in the south of France for over 20 years and we just say that owner of Maison des Communes has been the best host we have ever had. From the very generous welcoming gifts to the twice weekly breakfast deliveries to the excellent meal in Pourquoi Pas, he could not have done any more for us. Masion is ideally located, has a lovely pool and sturdy bikes. We had great fun cycling through the vineyards to Montady, capestang, Cazouls and also along the Canal du Midi. A great location for a group of friends on an extended holiday. Merci beaucoup.
Thank you so much for restoring this beautiful château, having impeccable taste and letting us share your wonderful home. It far exceeded our expectations! We came here for my 60th birthday and danced (in the hall!) till the small hours, played games in the pool, badminton at night, ate, drank and enjoyed the amazing homely atmosphere of this elegant place. It could not have been better!

A superb week spent in the Loft du Vigneron. Thank you Karen and Russell for being wonderful hosts and recommending amazing restaurants and equally great days out. Our 'home' for the week was truly special with so much attention to detail and gorgeous touches.
A luxurious spot with the most beautiful heated pool and views to the Mediterranean. The pool and its view absolutely makes this property. It is absolutely spotless, heated to a perfect 30 degrees and is an infinity pool which adds to the luxurious feel. There is a diving board and a fun water slide and there are foam pool loungers available too. The terrace is also beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and seating and a table for meals. Inside the property is spacious with some interesting antiques and the bedrooms are air conditioned, which is lovely even though there is plenty of shade on hot days anyway. The car can be parked right next to the villa for ease of carrying luggage and supermarket shopping etc. All in all Les Fumerates feels like a slice of paradise, peaceful and calm and difficult to tear yourself away from despite the easy proximity of the coast. The pool is the star attraction, always lovely to swim in even in late evening and with a slide, diving board and floating loungers if wanted. The terrace and pool are lit at night and the calm, luxurious atmosphere makes it almost impossible to leave despite its proximity to some lovely places to visit!
Beautiful house, view and garden with high trees and flowers in a quiet area. Nice shaded lounge area with comfortable sofas for 8 people. We all loved this house even if it’s far away from bakery and shopping.
We spent a week at Le Borghesia this winter and have excellent memories of it: a typical house of the Périgord Noir with its huge fireplace and its tastefully renovated golden stone, all the modern comforts and necessary equipment. Large garden where the children could have fun, calm surroundings and proximity to Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac and some of the most beautiful castles and villages in the region, availability and kindness of the owners, we can't wait to come back!
Our holiday for the past week in this beautiful property has been nothing but a 5 star experience. Thierry and Philippe provided everything to such a high and professional standard for us. The house and pool area were perfect in every way. So peaceful and relaxing, we would definitely return and would advise anyone in booking, to do so.

Spacious, comfortable and stylish. The house has a super atmosphere. It’s really spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms have all you need. The pool was spotless and such a treat that it’s just yours to use. The house sits very near to the village. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Square and the little market that seems to visit every Saturday and on two other days too. You can get all you need from there or from the little super market nearby. The terrace was fab for eating our meals outside and just off the kitchen. Bbq worked well too. Over all it was definitely a 10 out of 10 stay. The owners have thought of everything. We really loved the enormous wall hangings.
Thank you once again for a most wonderful month in your home. The second time around has been even more memorable than the first and the château has been filled with constant fun and laughter. It is a truly special place.
Exceptional. Château de la Ronde and its grounds have been beautifully renovated and maintained. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and every aspect has been considered to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The views across to Saumur Castle from the château were stunning.
