Everything was perfect, a wonderful, very charming location, lovely people, the village and the surroundings are also beautiful, Even more beautiful than in the photos! We will definitely go back again! Absolutely recommend.
Thank you Karen and Russell for giving us the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place. The Loft du Vigneron is one of the nicest places we have stayed, and we have stayed in many. The warm welcome we received when we arrived was lovely after our tiring journey. It was great to have you show us around, and your welcome pack was more than generous. The facilities here are all 5-Star; the Loft is spacious and airy, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and crockery and everything that you need, and more besides. All the ensuite bathrooms are of the highest standard with fluffy towels and pamper products (I want a new bathroom when I go home - I was spoiled here). Karen and Russell, you really know how to look after your guests and spoil them. We can't wait to come back next year for two weeks - one was not enough!
We enjoyed our relaxing holiday at Le Tesquet which lived up to expectations. The accommodation was great with everything we needed>Pete was a genial host who was fun of good ideas and suggestions. The swimming pool was wonderful. Thank you.

We just wanted to let you know everything is great here and we are all having a wonderful time. What a fabulous house with so much character! It is working perfectly for us; we absolutely love it. We can't get over how well set up it is. And we are having so much fun in the pool. This is the perfect place for us! Also I can't tell you how touched we were with your brilliant birthday card and the fabulous bottle of champagne! Such a thoughtful thing to do and so much appreciated. Thank you SO much!
The Piglet Barn, an amazing location. The hosts Annie and John were lovely and so welcoming , lemon drizzle cake, nibbles and wine, candles by the door. Would highly recommend for a very relaxing atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for them . Thank you for a lovely week. Linda and Bernard x
The gite is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, the hosts Kirstie and Russell have made sure you have everything you need for your break. There is a lovely private seating area outside with dining area, hot tub and patio which looks out onto the orchard and fields. Wonderful place to stay in a great location for visiting local vineyards and historical towns and villages.
We recently spent two weeks at the property, with six other friends. The whole place has been beautifully decorated with bright, fresh colours, along with the two, lavishly supplied kitchens. Most of the bedrooms have their own sitting room and full ensuite bathroom. We had the yellow bedroom which overlooked the courtyard and the mountains. The inside of the property is truly as attractive as the pictures on the website. There are two large sitting rooms, including a big screen TV. The outdoor pool and dining area are well maintained and a joy to use. The very generous sized patio, overlooking the Pyrénées, is wired for sound and can be lit up at night, for outdoor dining and dancing. The owner suggested, one night, that we try a local restaurant, call Gayda. If you stay at the property, you must go to the Gayda for dinner. On Sunday night they will present you with a truly gourmet meal, plus all the wines to complement the five star meal and all for around 25 Euros per head. (We went three times). Everything you need for a fabulous holiday is provided at the property. You'll love it.

Thank you for our brilliant stay in your beautiful home. As well as the house the garden is also stunning. We have enjoyed many days in the lovely pool and have also really enjoyed exploring the beautiful surroundings, including Saumur. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
This year we opted for a “green” vacation with 2 couples of friends and their children (in total 6 adults and 5 children) and were very happy with our rental. It’s never easy with the internet and what a great discovery on arrival: a huge, superbly renovated house. Great comfort in this beautiful stone building, in a very preserved natural setting. The rooms are magnificent and particularly large, the 2 mezzanine bedrooms were occupied by the children by adding an additional bed. The collective spaces are also very neat (comfort, decor) and pleasant to live in, special mention for the kitchen equipped with professional equipment, spacious and equipped with much more than is necessary. The pool is even bigger than it looks in photos. For the youngest children we closed it with the electric shutter, practical and efficient. The garden is ideal for a change of scenery and contemplation, the setting is absolutely beautiful. In the end we regretted having only rented for a week, the house is so pleasant that we wanted to stay there and relax but we will come back to continue discovering the Cévennes. In short, an excellent stay and a rental to recommend.
Beautifully renovated Villa. Well equipped kitchen, large pool and lots of ensuite bedrooms. Has everything to keep you entertained whether it’s full sunshine or rain. The owners were super helpful and always a text away if we needed anything. Small town nearby and a big supermarket 5 minutes drive away. We would definitely stay again in the future!
We had a very pleasant stay at the Maison Brassens. This house is very well equipped and very pleasant to live in both inside and outside. Our host David was very friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend this resort.

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at Villa Bellara. It was immaculate and is perfectly positioned to access to supermarket, patisserie, beaches and numerous quality restaurants and a short walk to the train station - which we used most days to visit other coastal resorts. The villa was considerably larger than we expected and was well equipped for our stay. The quiet residential location was a bonus after having busy days out. All in all a perfect property. Mas du Château is a perfect mixture or restored historic chateau and very modern high spec decor. Set in the most beautiful landscape with all the privacy needed. Amazing swimming pool and private terrace area is ideal for a large group or a small private family. Multiple entertaining spaces, along with Television and very fast internet, ideal for a group with children. Christophe and his family were very welcoming and always available to help in Person or via the internet/phone. 100% recommended, book asap.
We spent a week at Le Borghesia this winter and have excellent memories of it: a typical house of the Périgord Noir with its huge fireplace and its tastefully renovated golden stone, all the modern comforts and necessary equipment. Large garden where the children could have fun, calm surroundings and proximity to Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac and some of the most beautiful castles and villages in the region, availability and kindness of the owners, we can't wait to come back!

Duras... I love cooking, the kitchen is wonderful and the city's market place is perfect for organising the perfect dinner.. the perfect kitchen is ready to prepare the table... the outdoor patio... the splendid terrace with a view of the valley or a dip in the swimming pool whilst having a barbecue!
We had a lovely stay at the property. Everything was as expected and more. The owners, Benedict and Pierre Balteau were very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit the Languedoc, Occitanie and will certainly be recommending this property to our friends and family. Impossible to overestimate how very kind and helpful are the two hosts, Caterina and Steve, Cottage Du Jardin is peaceful and very comfortable. It’s wonderful to have a comfortable sofa in the gite as we know from experience. Everything you need is there: washing machine, dishwasher, washing line, fridge, freezer, UK TV channels et cetera. The TV takes DvdS. The long pool is set among beautiful plants in the garden. You can do 20 back strokes, it’s so long, the sun loungers are comfortable. Shady table for cool lunches. Intermarche just up the road. The best thing is that the local casino little shop has daily bread and there are two restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended by two France veterans. Visit Lascaux 11- one English tour a week. You’ll remember it for life. And visit Le Bugue market on Tuesdays - Bruno’s town in the Martin Walker Books. Lots and lots of fiction in the cottage; save on your packing weight.
An exceptionally hot week - the pool was a delightfully refreshing respite from the heat. Highlights were: cycling to Chateau de Gavaudun - fairly hilly route to Salles - we returned the longer way through the woods to the east- a more gentle climb and lovely road back to the cottage. The Marche de Soiree at Salles on Wednesday evening - if you go, take your own plates, cutlery and glasses. We were treated to the local karaoke singers!! A lovely meal in Monflanquin at the Prince Noir, and a midnight swim back at chez nous. Thank you for a fabulous week in this homely house were there is everything you need.
A hidden gem in France, a great place to slow down! The rolling hills, amazing pool and views to die for. Perfect.
Very nice house, perfect for a large group of people like ours (10+, several families). Everything is there for the children! Very welcoming hosts who responded immediately when there was a request. On the edge of a beautiful little village, the majority of things to do are about 30-45 minutes from the house. We had a very nice stay.

From fresh pastries in the morning to a delicious meal at "Le Pourquoi Pas", you have gone above and beyond - and that, combined with the comforts and surroundings of the villa, is what has made this holiday so special. We all loved the comfort of the beds and quality of the linen, the faultless hot water supply and how clean the pool was. This villa really works, allowing us to have a stress-free holiday!
