You have transformed this building into the most wonderful house and more than that, into a welcoming and comfortable home, in which we feel privileged to have been guests. We lacked for nothing (except maybe a little more soleil and a little less vent). Everyone who came to stay with us expressed their appreciation in a similar vein. Thank you so much. We will spread the word and hope to see you again one day.
We had a most wonderful week here in your beautiful house. The house, gardens and pool were exactly what we needed, so much that we rarely felt the need to venture out other than for supplies. We all hope to return again soon.
We have just returned from a very successful holiday in Villa Bellara. We were seven (incl two children) in week one and two for most of week two. We were certainly comfortable. The villa is situated in a quiet residential road, so no problems with early morning noise! It is about eight minutes walk from an excellent patisserie for buying croissants etc for breakfast, with an excellent fruit shop opposite. A supermarket is a little further, but easily reached. The beach is about 12 minutes walk. Access to other locations is simple via Cagnes station, (eg Nice or Cannes) and there is a free bus to Cagnes en Haut which is well worth a visit. The property is excellently maintained, the kitchen equipment first class and well thought out. There is a splendid terrace overlooking the pool, with an awning over the dining table which seated us all comfortably. In the evening, the small garden has under lighters under the trees and at midnight, sprays raise up from the grass to water it. The garden, though small, is well maintained, with hedges all round making it very private. We had a most enjoyable, memorable holiday.
Had a lovely weekend at Les Oliviers du Sud. Beautiful flat with all the trimmings and a great view!

Our visit was a combination of stepping back in time and renewing our future selves. The estate is a magical place to explore and I found myself checking out of life's hustle and bustle. A short stroll to the village offered a variety of delicious fare, shopping and amazing photo opportunities!
A lovely accommodation. We are delighted with the accommodation at Manoir Altheas - very lovely and all works beautifully.
Wonderful stay. Wonderful stay at a beautiful castle. Fascinating for adults and children! Lovely pool, and fun evenings with wine and food courtesy of the maitre de. Epicure trips a great outing for little ones. And we ventured to Fontennay, Chablis, Vezelay etc.

We loved the house, pool, garden and secret staircases. Robert and Nelly looked after us so well and were charming and friendly. We had lovely dinners, picnics, running, cycling and there were several games of Sardines. Thank you so much; it's been the perfect place for a holiday.
Thank you for such an amazing holiday. It's been so peaceful and relaxing. We've loved your beautiful houser, grounds and pool. It's a really special place. We had a lovely day out in Bergerac a we swam at Lac de Pombonne which was lovely - just a few minutes drive away. We also had a nice evening in Périgueux. Just wanted to say what a wonderful property Moulin de Terrac is. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Probably the best property we have stayed in since we started holidaying in France 16 years ago. And also what a great manager Bonnie was – really helpful and friendly.
We felt very comfortable here in this house with the beautiful garden and pool. Peacefulness, rest and relaxation - What more would you want? We particularly appreciated how attentive and helpful people were in Bessan and Agde as we needed help for our little Leah. We have greatly enjoyed our time, recovered and will definitely come back. We have had the most amazing holiday in the most amazing Chateau. Thank you for allowing us to share this historic house, it has been a once in a lifetime family holiday for us and Martina and family have provided every amenity imaginable to ensure a truly wonderful time. Thanks for all your help with the booking of the chef's meal, this was such a memorable night for us and brought our holiday to an amazing end.

Sam's place was what we were looking for for a family with kids of 12 and 10 respectively. Accessibility of the Lot Valley and Dordogne meant there were plenty of options for outings and facilities to be explored and enjoyed for adults and kids alike. Very local night markets were also a highlight of our stay. The property was very well equipped with indoor games and with equipment to enjoy the outdoor spaces. It is exceedingly quiet and peaceful with few cars passing by which makes for a very relaxing and restful environment for time spent at the property. We left feeling very well refreshed.
Wonderful holiday. On behalf of my family, thank you for a wonderful holiday. Maison Sebastien is a very special house set in a unique location. It was also very well equipped, with everything a large family could wish for. Francois was ever helpful and kind. We learned a lot about the area, and places to visit. His recommendations about markets all turned about to be correct. We had a perfect break and unanimously loved the house.
We have had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in this beautiful house in divine location. The garden is filled with wildlife and we've enjoyed many an hour listening to the birds and watching the bumblebees and butterflies. My recommendation would be to sit back, relax and just take it all in.

Superb property with all the comforts. We spent a week in July 2023 with family and loved the beauty of this area. The infinity pool, the jacuzzi and the ping-pong table delighted the children. The wooded park offers a beautiful space for relaxation and walking. Thank you again for Francesca’s welcome and services!
Thank you for a wonderful stay In your fabulous house, we spent a week exploring the town, fabulous Sunday market in Nyons, also held on a Thursday. We hired bikes @ E20 per day and played tennis and paddle in Nyons (booked online) we swam in the river nearby, The vineyards around the house are farmed by Domaine Tave, there Audrey La Tarde speaks English and is the real deal. We ran out of time to do all we wanted, ‘we will be back ‘.
Wow… what an amazing villa, it's just so beautiful. We had an amazing family holiday… Debbie and Brent also made our experience so memorable and really have provided a fantastic service.
What a wonderful place to stay, house, pool, night skies and boulangerie 5 minutes away. The extended family had such a good time here. In temperatures of nearly 40°C the castle was still cool but so sad to see the effects of the drought / climate emergency everywhere. Birds needed water every day! Deer by the pool, slow worms and much more.
This villa at the shores of Lake d‘Annecy is a gem! It was our second stay here and it was as good as the first time. Plenty of space, with direct lake access, very friendly staff caring for you… It couldn‘t be better! Hopefully we will be back next year!
My family had amazing stay here. We have 2 young kids (aged 1 and 5) and the apartment was clean, secure, modern appliances (including washer/dryer), ocean view and beautiful infinity rooftop pool. The bedrooms were a good size, easy to use temperature controls air conditioning and black out shades. A crib and a high chair were available at the apartment. There is a large supermarket/everything store across the street and the apartment exits right on the beach boardwalk, so easy walk to the marina and beach restaurants. I hope we get to return soon.
We had a wonderful stay at this Provence villa! The property is exceptionally well maintained, tastefully decorated, and offers everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The pool was a true highlight—perfect for cooling off on warm afternoons while enjoying the peaceful and spectacular views of the countryside. The outdoor spaces are lovely and provide plenty of room to relax, dine, and take in the stunning surroundings. One of the best features of the house is its location. It is just a short drive from the charming village of Tourtour, making it easy to enjoy local restaurants, cafés, markets, and breathtaking views while still having the privacy and tranquility of a countryside retreat. The combination of comfort, beauty, and convenience made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Provence experience.

The house is fantastic and we have had a wonderful stay. The village of Gensac is a lovely warm village. Look out for various activities in the square, concerts at the church and moules frites nights on Thursdays at the café. We arrived on Saturday evening to a food festival in the square which was fantastic. There is lots to do in the area. Bordeaux is a wonderful city and worth the trip. St. Emilion and Bergerac are also both great for a day out. It is worth the small trip by bicycle to the Pessac-sur-Dordogne on the bank of the river. There are a couple of good restaurants and the kayak restaurant does great food. St. Foy la Grande is little gem and worth a trip for lunch or a picnic on the beach by the river. All together a great trip.
