Your house is lovely and we all had a relaxing and enjoyable week. I think I can safely say that in all the years of hiring holiday accommodation in France we have not stayed in such a well appointed and well equipped property. We had high expectation of this holiday and were not disappointed. The property is a piece of history in an area steeped in the past. From the moment we arrived, greeted by a couple you seemed to have been friends with all your life, the stresses of every day life evaporated. We immediately felt at home and were very quickly making plans for our next visit. The cottage looks picture postcard from the outside and there really is no detail left undone. The inside has its historic charm in place but with all the amenities necessary so that you are not required to live the Médiéval lifestyle of many some other rural accommodation in France. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated and there are large bathroom and shower facilities (upstairs and down). The private swimming pool is superb and was for our sole use. Its clear waters under pine trees and a blue sky were idyllic. It was difficult to tear my wife from the pool side. The cottage fits perfectly into an area of outstanding beauty where many of the sites we wished to visit were only minutes away. The owners were very welcoming and provided good advice on the places to visit but were not overwhelming so that you could always enjoy complete privacy. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and cannot recommend it more highly. If you want to tour the area to see the 1,000 châteaux and the countless prehistoric sites in the area or just chill by the pool, this is the place for you. Thank you for a lovely week.
If you're looking for French charm and a true get away, then Le Mas de Combet is the place for you. A beautiful house with everything you need for a trip away with family or friends (the accommodation in the barn is so handy for young familys too). The property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored plus communication was spot on, it was easy to book and any questions I had were answered promptly.
This must be the perfect summer holiday Villa for a small family. As a couple we were joined by some friends for part of our stay and we had a great time in the sun. The O 13 Clochers restaurant in Monteton is under new management and serves superb food. Hostellerie des Ducs good quality- and the restaurant in Seyches is incredible value. We are sure to return.

Just to say that we have enjoyed our time here enormously. You have the most beautiful home in a wonderful location! We only left the house twice other than to shop for food. Once to go to Château Bridoire (a good recommendation thank you) and Château Montbazillac and a second time today to go to an aqua parc. Thank you very much!
We have had a wonderful week at Château du Pic de Rigaud and enjoyed every minute! The weather has got better and better and we've had perfect days by the pool. The château has been incredibly comfortable and provided everything we needed. We have enjoyed exploring Najac including the Wednesday evening market. Thank you to Henrietta and Peter for all your help and bookings. We will miss this wonderful house and grounds and our morning walks to the Boulangerie. We hope to return.
We had the most amazing stay with some friends in Château Entre-Deux-Mers. I was delighted by the charm of this château. The exterior is traditional. There is a lovely garden with swimming pool. We have some good memories taking an appetizer in the evenings outside! The rooms were spacious and decorated with a superb taste. But most of all : it's situated in the middle of vineyards; so great to do some cycling (bikes are available). So we can certainly recommend this place!

Without a doubt, this is the most peaceful and relaxing holiday we have ever had. Such a beautiful setting with everything we needed - even to keep our 3 boys entertained. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.
Very good stay with Eva for a week at the end of August. The house is very nice, spacious, with all the necessary comfort (several bathrooms in particular). With the studio, we were able to spend holidays with four couples and children. The outside, with pool, barbeque and plancha is perfect for a great stay. A ping-pong table is also available. Eva is very attentive and communication was perfect during this week. She will be able to give you ideas for walks or help you if necessary. I recommend.
A house where you feel absolutely at home! Fully and tastefully furnished in a beautiful environment. Visited many places, recommendations are: the caves of Limousis , city of Carcassonne and the suspension bridge in Mazamet . The weekly market in Olonzac , wonderful! Then in the evening on the beautiful terrace enjoying the view of the Pyrenees with snow on the peaks and the children in the pool. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back ! We are jealous of your house!

I'd like to thank you for the fantastic stay we had in your amazing cottage Maison Bourg Calès. It was simply beautiful and my family and I absolutely loved every second of our stay. The weather was brilliant and there aren't enough words to describe how stunning your cottage is. We would definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to any friends. Once more thank you so much for making our holiday so memorable.
Great place in a lovely part of the Lot valley. The house comfortably can sleep 18 or so. Lovely pool and grounds with a sports hall with plenty of options to keep kids busy. Must have a car when staying. The owners Richard and Nicky are very helpful if need anything at all. Lovely wine cave as well (stocked). Great week had by all.

Such an amazing home in a lovely part of France. We had such a great stay. The house has everything you can think of in terms of comfort and cooking. We even had a raclette whilst we were there as there was a raclette machine! Sandie was a brilliant host and always there to help us, even at Christmas time. We couldn’t think of a better place for a family reunion. Lots of space indoors and also lots of outdoor space with many games, they all came in handy as we had to self isolate for 2 days upon arriving in France due to the latest rules. Even with small children who like to run around, we had plenty of space to have fun and play games! Couldn't recommend the place more.

Jean and Martyn have created a wonderful place to come for a relaxing holiday. The house is really well equipped with everything you need. Providing 3 fridges was a brilliant idea and the house had great Wi-Fi! The pool was spotless and warm and the pool area was lovely- just across from the house, but not overlooked. The gardens are beautiful and the outside patio and kitchen were fab. We loved the short stroll to the village for bread. It’s a wonderful location. Highly recommended.
We spent a beautiful 2 weeks here! We felt at home in this fabulous house. La Baie du Lac was a real favourite. We really hope to return.
