Thank you! We have spent a glorious week at The Loft, which feels like a home away from home. You have been fabulous hosts, and your suggestions of places to visit and vineyards to try have been spot on. After ‘confinement’ in Paris for many months, the pool was a joy. We love the garden and it’s shady spots and enjoyed Mack and Mabel’s company. We can see why people return to this wonderful place, and we hope to be one of them very soon. Thank you again for such a lovely stay.

Fabulous, family and friends holiday rental. 10 of us recently stayed here for a group break. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, they really made this a special place to stay. The house is beautifully furnished and comfy, the grounds are beautiful and there's lots to do in the area as well if you don't just want to lounge around by the pool soaking up some sunshine. Thoroughly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay at Le Manoir des Sines. It is the most beautiful property in a lovely part of France.
Beautifully renovated Villa. Well equipped kitchen, large pool and lots of ensuite bedrooms. Has everything to keep you entertained whether it’s full sunshine or rain. The owners were super helpful and always a text away if we needed anything. Small town nearby and a big supermarket 5 minutes drive away. We would definitely stay again in the future!
An ideal place to spend a vacation with family or friends. The house is exposed in such a way that we have the sun all day with a view of the castle on one side and the valley on the other. The summer kitchen near the swimming pool allowed us to eat from morning to evening but we were also able to have breakfast in the courtyard with the rising sun and dinner on the terrace in the light of the setting sun. The house is very large and well equipped, the rooms are spacious and everything is tastefully decorated. We appreciated the proximity of the village, accessible on foot very quickly, but also discovering the region by car. A royal stay in a majestic place where we played the game of having an evening on the theme of “castle life”. It's your turn to play the squire.
Wonderful location and property! It was a beautiful villa, lovely bedrooms and such stunning views. The village was beautiful and such an amazing place to be able to visit Carcassonne and Mirepoix and the beauty of the place just took our breath away. The secret garden and pool was just amazing and sitting watching the sunset from the balcony was beautiful.
Swimming pool and area were kept clean and were well used (daily). The trampoline was an excellent addition for children. The toy room was very well stocked and used and all the cildren enjoyed the toys. We enjoyed some fabulous barbecues. the baby sitting service was a great bonus and the house in general was kept in top condition.
Magnificent winegrower house very well equipped. The garden is very well laid out with several spaces to relax by the pool. We had a very pleasant stay. The owners are very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend!

At last, a gîte that really does cater for all of us! We've had a lovely 2 weeks, the pool is fab and surrounding area perfect for our activities. ie climbing, caving, kayaking and via ferrata. Thanks for providing such a superb place.

We have had a wonderful week. The children have spent almost the entire week in the pool and the adults some wonderful meals at Le Petite Coutures, Verteillac evening market and lunch at La Cour de Miracles. My recent stay at this charming villa in Duras this summer, was nothing short of exceptional. Accommodation: This lovely and very comfortable villa has a rustic charm and a very tasteful decor. Our rooms were cozy and spacious, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Whether we were lounging along the swimming pool, in the beautifully landscaped garden, or sipping Rosé on the terrace as the sun set over the vineyards, or cooking in a very pleasant and well equipped kitchen, every moment felt like a blissful escape. The attention to detail in every aspect of the villa created an ambiance of warmth and relaxation that was truly unparalleled. Location: The village and the castle of Duras are simply enchanting. Everything is at a waking distance and Duras offers a lot of fun activities : visit of the castle, genuinely impressive medieval jousts., light and sounds spectacles explaining the long and fascinating history of the region projected on the walls of the castle, group hikes in nature, tastings of local (and delicious) food. At night, the village organizes concerts where dancing is more than encouraged! And the traditional open air market is a wonderful experience. There was always something new and fun to discover. I cannot recommend this beautiful gem highly enough and look forward to returning again this summer!
Comfortable. Well equipped château. Spacious. Well tended grounds. Stunning pool area, very inviting! All really good. Comfortable sitting area. Well organised roomy playroom being a real bonus. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Helpful at all times and unobtrusive. Huge bonus having the daily housekeeping service as well as shopping service. We visited Maison Sebastien with our 2.5 year old toddler and other friends in early April 2016. The house is, of course, stunning, but more impressive is the attention to detail which makes this a delightfully comfortable place to stay. The kitchen has everything you need to create memorable meals from the local produce. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with good linen. The bathrooms are stylish and have good water pressure - which may seem odd to mention, but having stayed in places where the shower delivers a lukewarm dribble, I can vouch for its importance! We were too early for the pool to be open but it's obvious that the pool terrace is a wonderful place on a warm Summer's day. The whole house is tasteful, cool and beautiful. But more importantly, it works - as a home from home and as a wonderfully stylish place to stay. We'll be back.
Gorgeous people and house. The house and landscape is amazing and the spot very well located, taking profit from both rural slow life and the urban facilities and events of the nearby city of Carcassonne.
Possibly the loveliest holiday I have ever had! everything about the house and area was stunning, but mostly importantly as someone with children it was very practical. Information about the local area and things to do was provided a few weeks earlier which was an inspired idea as meant that I booked things and also had things to look forward to. The house was beautifully done. The living area on the top floor has beautiful views and is wonderfully put together - my son spent a huge amount of time relaxing in the Eames style chair flitting between Minecraft and looking out at the hills. The middle floor ensures cool bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms / showers. And the ground floor is super chilled. Then there is the secret garden which was just magical. I will not divulge it as genuinely a lovely surprise. However it was a wonderful place to decamp to either for an afternoon or at the end of a day trip. For me the house and gardens were absolutely gorgeous and my deepest regret is that we did not enjoy them more. Needless to say that halfway through the holiday I was already looking to rebook for next year. The location was perfect as both practical and beautiful - a stunning home in a tiny French village, but the Intermarche is 10 minutes away! You had medieval church bells but knowing that food and wine was within easy reach. Even the neighbours were chumbly with my very basic French. I genuinely felt as though I had got away from it all, enjoyed a small part of French village life and had a holiday.
