Fantastic house in a lovely town. The property is extensive, nicely modernised and very well maintained. We visited with three children and they had plenty of room. The pool is AMAZING and they jumped in and out of that very happily. The outside terrace on the upper floor is a lovely place to lounge or eat - and the BBQ is a very good feature. In all we had a WONDERFUL time!
Beautiful and large residence decorated with care composed of a house equipped with 2 living rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and as many bathrooms upstairs. A gîte outside with 3 bedrooms and living room, a magnificent convivial room with table tennis, billiards, fully equipped bar and home cinema. Mark, despite the distance, is very responsive and sympathetic. One of his friends came to make sure, the day after our arrival, that we were properly installed. The house is well placed to visit the surrounding villages: Bergerac, Issigeac, Boucle de la Nette, Château de Biron, Villareal ... To be redone in the summer to take advantage of the majestic swimming pool! We STRONGLY recommend!
Such a beautiful and luxurious home. a perfect layout, wonderful pol and relaxation area. We spent 10 days playing golf, as such it was perfect. The holiday home had eveything we needed and more and particularly liked the artwork. Thank you once again.

The daily stroll through le Grand Verger to the ice cream shop within Larressingle was a delight.
Very beautiful villa, tastefully renovated. We spent 3 very pleasant days there as a family. The big plus is having a shower room and WC for each bedroom. Ideal location to relax and walk along the Canal du Midi. We will gladly come back.

We had a lovely weeks break at this beautiful house in this lovely old historic town. The food was lovely, the beach 20 minutes away was nice and quiet and our children absolutely loved it there as well as enjoying the lovely and very warm pool! The house itself caters for all your needs. A perfect week away at a beautiful house in the perfect location for you to enjoy all the area has to offer.
Unusually for a rental, both the house and cottage are exceptionally stylishly decorated. Elegant yet tranquil, each space has a different but harmonious feel. It has all the comforts you could possibly want, including a well stocked kitchen, recently re-done and so thoughtfully laid out, it is a joy to cook in. The garden has been planted so prettily, as you look out beyond the sweeping beds of fragrant lavender, to the gently rolling fields beyond. The Persian garden is just ravishing, certainly unique and the water features most pleasing. The infinity pool is generously sized for those who enjoy their lengths, the water temperature just right. The property itself is tucked away at the end of a tiny, yet enchanting and very peaceful hamlet. It is in a corner of France which is heaven for foodies, spoilt for choice with plenty of markets, lovely produce and an excellent offering of local restaurants.

A beautiful house, fully equipped with EVERYTHING you could ever need or think of! The pool area is just brilliant and we all enjoyed spending the majority of our stay here underwater. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality, especially the kindness and interest you showed towards the girls... Caitlin especially loved Alan showing her all the bugs!! Fantastic Water Temperature. There isn't much to add to the previous reviews except to say, thank you Denise and Michael for a great week. To be able to walk straight from the house into the pool and not have to brace yourself for the water temperature was fantastic! The apartment was wonderful with real attention to detail and of course everything was spotless.

We had a pleasant stay in a very quiet villa. Spacious and very well equipped house. Magnificent region with grandiose sites. Thank you for the excellent welcome you gave us.
We were a group of nine friends and spent 4 nights at this gorgeous house. I don't know where to start, everything was just perfect: The pool, the view, the furnishing, the comfy beds... it's heaven on earth. Sandie and her husband are very lovely people and amazing hosts. I recommend booking the catering option - the food is great and the chocolate fudge cake is to die for. We will definitely come back.
Great house, wonderful weather, lovely city. We loved the pool, the bike ride along the Canal du Midi, we enjoyed having space in a rented house. The decoration of the house is very well done and we feel very relaxed now.
This flat was wonderful. Location is great, 5 minute drive from Beaulieu, 10 minute walk to train station. Coffee and snacks right at the edge of the property and a few restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet area. Right on the water. This flat had absolutely everything we could want to enjoy our stay. Kitchen is a nice size and has all amenities. The two bedrooms were great. Dining area and living room were spacious and comfortable and the balcony was large and nicely furnished. Washer and dryer were convenient to have. Communication with Ben and the owner was easy. The place also came with beach chairs. The only clarification I’d make is that the bathroom is one toilet, one shower and one sink.

Thank you for giving us two amazing weeks at your villa. The pool is one of the best we have seen and garden is just stunning. The villa is beautifully decorated and we have all found it vey comfortable. We've have two lovely weeks exploring the surrounding area, without a single minute of television! One of the best houses we've stayed in. Wow, what a holiday! We've just returned from a fantastic week at the house and all 14 of us have nothing but praise for the whole week. The house has been beautifully renovated and is perfectly equipped in every way. We ranged from 75 to 1 yr old and had plenty of space for us all. From the crisp white linen on the very comfy beds to the pizza oven, full sized bar, the lovely sun loungers and very well equipped kitchen... We couldn't have asked for more. The kids loved picking tomatoes and lettuce from the kitchen garden and my sister and I loved the fabulous gym with amazing views across the valley. In the run up to the holiday, I had all my questions answered by Mark and George was on hand for anything we needed during our stay. We're already planning our return visit next year, hopefully for a couple of weeks as one just isn't enough!
Narbonne is a classic, small French city. The villa is a perfect match and then some - more spacious than the pictures suggest and terrific spaces both outdoor and in. Well be back for more visits and more wine!

Such an amazing home in a lovely part of France. We had such a great stay. The house has everything you can think of in terms of comfort and cooking. We even had a raclette whilst we were there as there was a raclette machine! Sandie was a brilliant host and always there to help us, even at Christmas time. We couldn’t think of a better place for a family reunion. Lots of space indoors and also lots of outdoor space with many games, they all came in handy as we had to self isolate for 2 days upon arriving in France due to the latest rules. Even with small children who like to run around, we had plenty of space to have fun and play games! Couldn't recommend the place more.
Fabulous time - lovely area. Enjoyed the markets, some great restaurants, playing water volleyball and drinking and buying lots of wine!
Thank you Nick and Tessa for the most fantastic two weeks in your wonderful house. Frédéric was a star. We relaxed properly for the first time in a long while. Ate delicious food quaffed too much wine and swam all day in your pool. We hope to return one day.
The chalet: a real jewel in the heart of a magnificent valley, the spacious and sunny terrace with a breathtaking view. Games room, sauna and jacuzzi allowed us to spend very good times with family. Modern amenities make everyday life easier. The "artistic" decoration soothes the mind and opens to daydreaming.
The owners clearly love this house and love to share it with their guests. Nice touches everywhere. Beautifully furnished, we didn't want to leave. A touch of paradise from our normal working lives. We'll remember the villa and Seillans for a long time. Will be recommending to friends.
A house where you feel absolutely at home! Fully and tastefully furnished in a beautiful environment. Visited many places, recommendations are: the caves of Limousis , city of Carcassonne and the suspension bridge in Mazamet . The weekly market in Olonzac , wonderful! Then in the evening on the beautiful terrace enjoying the view of the Pyrenees with snow on the peaks and the children in the pool. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back ! We are jealous of your house!
