I really want to keep this jewel hidden for myself! That's great. The apartment is what we all want to have. Two bedrooms with double beds. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Private parking. Private place with chairs on the sea side. Beach club very close. Relaxing and easy to communicate with the owner Paul. Upon arrival, Ben was there with the keys and a lot of advice on the area. Arranged reservation, etc. Very easy to access and super helpful. So don't go because we want to go more often!
It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. Great house, wonderful weather, lovely city. We loved the pool, the bike ride along the Canal du Midi, we enjoyed having space in a rented house. The decoration of the house is very well done and we feel very relaxed now.
If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Provence, we highly recommend this estate (La Bastide 1718) for 8 days to accommodate 35 people for our wedding. We had planned activities throughout the week: hiking, yoga, visiting the butterfly garden without forgetting a visit to a cellar. Our group loved it! We organized the welcome reception, the wedding ceremony, the wedding lunch, dinner and the post brunch at various locations in the Bastide. It was so magical that we thought we were in a dream. The property still has a few things to improve for event planning and long stays but Thomas was welcoming and once there everything was perfect. The wine is also delicious. We love their 10 Euro rosé and drank cases of it during our stay. Their white wines are also very, very good. Their wine is delicious and hard to find in the United States! Overall, I highly recommend staying here. It will clear your mind as you are surrounded by nature, wildlife and vineyards that stretch endlessly. We enjoyed hiking right next to the property every morning. For a city break, you are 45 minutes from the coast, 40 minutes from old Hyères, which is our favorite Provençal town and 10 minutes from a Michelin star restaurant in La Celle. We highly recommend. Their olive oil is also delicious!
Peaceful French retreat. Lovely family stay here with great pool and Al fresco dining area for the summer months. Enjoyed being out in the countryside with local town and large supermarkets just a short drive away. Would certainly stay again.
Unique in its kind: Le Mas Pouget has preserved its history (stones, layout) and offers a modern layout and an original, sophisticated decoration, while being soft and soothing... We stayed with 4 couples of friends and enjoyed each with plenty of privacy and space. The rooms are very large, bright, the bedding is of very good quality. The welcome is perfect, we were seduced by the attention of the owner (unheard of despite our numerous rental stays)! Finally, the region is magnificent and offers plenty of activities. If we had to look for a negative point?.... We didn't find it. We will come back, for sure.
This beautiful, secluded cottage is in the grounds of a historic house, both of which have been painstakingly restored by our hosts. It contains all you could need for a self-catering holiday, although there is an excellent local restaurant in the village, only five minutes walk away and others in local villages. The large private swimming pool is an added bonus. We used this as the base for a week's exploration of the Dordogne. Thonac is plum in the middle of the historic / pre-historic area of the Dordogne; the caves of Lascaux, famous for the pre-historic cave paintings, are just down the road and there are numerous ancient cave settlements nearby. A little further away, you can visit the castle at Castelnaud and its fascinating collection of ancient weaponry. We also ventured as far afield as Périgueux and Rocamadour, carrying out an in-depth investigation of the local cuisine as we went. To cap it all, Caterina and Steve are wonderful welcoming hosts, more than happy to chat about the history of the property and potential outings in the local area and keen to make sure their guests have everything they need. Highly recommended. Finally, I would like to thank you and everyone at Pure France for the excellent service you have provided this year and am looking forward to another successful year with you.
To begin with, the place is simply magical. It allows you to experience what castle life is. And above all, the quality of the guests' reception is simply exceptional. The space available is very spacious, the quality of the property is perfect.

Fantastic stay, Holiday was in a pretty village in great location. The house was fully furnished with everything you could need and the view from pool and balcony was stunning. We had a fantastic stay. Only small points.. one of the bedrooms did not have a fan which would we useful for future bookings and also the upstairs lounge was very warm despite a fan in use. It would helped if black out blinds could be put down over sliding doors during the day whilst you are out to keep that room cool.
I am writing to say what a wonderful time we had at Les Rocans during the week of 3th-10th August. It suited all our needs and we were amazed by the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your fantastic home! After a warm welcome we managed to settle down to enjoy all the facilities and the actual location of this beautiful area. Thank you very much for our stay in this amazing house- everything has been provided that we could have possibly wanted. We particularly enjoyed playing ping-pong and enjoying the warm evenings on the terrace. St. Emilion was a highlight and we also enjoyed trips to Bordeaux (which I will definitely revisit for a longer break in future). We enjoyed meals in the village.

What a beautiful 'home away from home' you have created here. This first holiday has been everything we could have wished for and more. Your hospitality and company have been wonderful and matched only by the breathtaking accommodation and gardens. Fantastic house in a lovely town. The property is extensive, nicely modernised and very well maintained. We visited with three children and they had plenty of room. The pool is AMAZING and they jumped in and out of that very happily. The outside terrace on the upper floor is a lovely place to lounge or eat - and the BBQ is a very good feature. In all we had a WONDERFUL time!
I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this house is, with its warm inviting rooms, its wonderful outside spaces and fabulous heated pool. It is decorated in a comfortable style that makes you feel as if you are at home and not in holiday accommodation. It is extremely clean; the kitchen and bathrooms, spotless, The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of clean sheets and towels. The house is fairly large and my husband I and stayed on our own, but we felt safe and secure. Obviously, with all the space, it is ideal for families, but equally as inviting for groups of friends. Situated in a small village, it is quiet - you can hear the church bells ringing in the local church. We loved to walk around the village and through the fields behind the house. We did think about going on a bike ride but decided just to sit by the pool most afternoons. It is an easy drive to Saint-Émilion (and other local vineyards) - my husband managed to find it without getting us lost! The drive from the airport probably took us about 40 minutes. Isabelle gave us wonderful direction - she speaks perfect English. In a word - wonderful!
We had a fantastic week: the villa was superb and very functional. We who cook a lot loved the kitchen, extremely well equipped, a delight. The property is perfectly maintained and tastefully decorated. Special mention for the caretaker, available and responsive, a pearl. We rent every year in the area, we will be back! Thanks again for allowing us to experience your lovely house – we had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed very much staying at Domaine de Nérige, the house exceeded our expectations, in style, comfort and location. Your catering for dinner was wonderful! The shops at LeClerc had everything we needed, the vineyards nearby were great and so welcoming, Carcassonne was fascinating, Limoux was really nice and cycling along the Canal de Midi was delightful – but coming back to the house at the end of the day was so relaxing and the highlight! We hope to come back again hopefully sometime.
A perfect gite to spend a relaxed holiday. We loved each area of the Gite and felt very spoilt to have such a large area to ourselves. The attention to detail inside the gite gives a real homely feeling. The pool provided a lot of entertainment, and again very well presented. Debbie, the host, couldn't do enough for us and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. I can't recommend it/her highly enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Another lovely holiday at the Loft du Vigneron, this time for 2 weeks. It was lovely to see Karen and Russell again. They were charming and hospitable just like before Everything was perfect for us and the weather was amazing, swam every day in the beautiful pool. Karen booked some restaurants for us, recommended by her, and they were excellent. Highly recommend this property, the best ever.
Really enjoyed our stay, so convenient for strolling into town. Sarlat and the surrounding areas are beautiful. The house and location are perfect. Definitely worth a return visit.
The villa has entirely been renovated, very well designed and equipped. It is located in a small village only a few kilometres from Pézenas. Quiet and relaxing area. Excellent stay.
