Wow, what a huge privilege to be the first entry into what we know will become a book full of compliments, acclaim and thanks to a very special couple who are creating a very special place. The house and gardens are an amazing reflection of the style and care and attention to detail that Russell and Karen are putting into what we know will become one of Languedoc's gems. Their un-intrusive but 'nothing is too much trouble' nature brings a relaxed and caring environment. The Loft is a lovely haven to relax in and contemplate the beautiful world around you. We look forward to returning and wish you all the very best.
Have had a great two weeks here in your wonderful house. Very spacious and well-appointed, tasteful and comfortable. Boys have thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We have appreciated tranquility and privacy. We have enjoyed exploring the area and sampling the local cuisine. Restaurant recommendations include Hotel-Restaurant du Château in Campagne, Auberge Médiévale Audrix and for rustic but delicious farmhouse cuisine - Auberge Rebeyrotte near Pressigirac Vicq. We have had an amazing time and are very sad to have to leave! We have loved our time lazing by the pool and leaving all the stresses of our normal lives far behind. The owners have been perfect hosts. and the house has had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed visiting this part of France for the first time and would recommend all the beautiful Bastide villages. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can come back!

We stayed in this beautiful house in June of this year Wow what a find ! Situated in the magnificent village of Pezenas the house is only a few minutes walk away from amazing antique shops , Boulangeries, and craft shops. The house itself is perfect throughout with a great outdoor pool and lovely outdoor area for eating and even has separate games room too ! Carcassonne and Montpellier are easily accessible and should be explored! So much to do in the area, we will be back! Would highly recommend.
Very beautiful villa, tastefully renovated. We spent 3 very pleasant days there as a family. The big plus is having a shower room and WC for each bedroom. Ideal location to relax and walk along the Canal du Midi. We will gladly come back.
A lovely five weeks with nice warm weather. We had several guests from family and friends and everyone was very impressed by the house and garden and the extra advantage of having everything (shops, attractions) nearby. Lovely house and garden and pool.

We had a very good stay at Villa des Pivoines. Everything was perfect, we had a few requests which were fulfilled with great care and attention. Very responsive host too! The place is very clean, quiet and the environment is magnificent! I recommend.

Your Loft is superb - the best rental property we have stayed in complete with an excellent and safe swimming pool and large garden, which it was very nice to play hide and seek in. Superb property with all the comforts. We spent a week in July 2023 with family and loved the beauty of this area. The infinity pool, the jacuzzi and the ping-pong table delighted the children. A lovely town house in a quiet village, with the added bonus of a pool. We enjoyed dining on the terrace in the evening watching the sun set.
What a lovely property! Lots of space. We were a big family group, mixed ages. The pool was a godsend as the weather was très chaud! Beautiful sunsets. The place was very well equipped. Didn’t use the Moroccan room as it was just too hot for us. The owner was very communicative and helpful to my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Really nice to receive some wine and coffee on arrival too. Thanks so much Estelle and co. What a wonderful holiday we have had ! Sad it’s over!
The property was fantastic and it was one of the best family holidays we've had - not easy with teenagers.
We had a wonderful holiday here, the garden and swimming pool area is a real gem and the surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed visiting the markets in Nyons and Vaison la romaine, the Roman ruins in Vaison and Sault and the cave paintings at Chauvet-pont d’acr are astonishing, we also enjoyed the local wines, it was very special drinking Audrey Latards wonderful wines knowing they are from the vines at the end of the garden, Thank you.
A fantastic holiday and would love to return. The night market at Lacapelle a real highlight as well as Parc en Ciel, kayaking at Vitrac and of course the pool.
