We had the most wonderful week at Les Rocans last week. Please would you pass this on to the owners. We have stayed in France annually and many times in between, over the past 45 years and Les Rocans beats them all for outlook, atmosphere, amenities, beauty and suitability for our growing family. We all just loved it!
We utterly love everything about this beautiful house and its tranquil setting. We hope to return someday and will keep fond and happy memories of our stay.
Merci! We have spent a wonderful week in your beautiful and charming home. It is so well equipped with everything that we would possibly need. We all loved the swimming pool and our 2 girls had great fun on the trampoline and playing ping-pong. We were delighted to visit Montsoreau again, 9 years after out last visit and 2 children now added to the mix. We had another lovely dinner at Le Montsoreau watching the glorious sunset over the Loire. Fresh bread every morning from Long was a treat. The weather has been perfect and the days with some cloud cover gave us great relief. Thank you for your hospitality.
We had an amazing family holiday in the house, brilliantly equipped for all ages. Mel was great both before and after the holiday. The pool was lovely and warm with lots of inflatables, sun loungers etc. Would love to go back.
We had a fantastic week at La Malardier. It has been so peaceful and relaxing pottering around the beautiful garden and swimming in the pool. The weather has been rather mixed but the week has flown by and we are all very sorry to be leaving.
Our group rented Domaine du Château for a week, with five couples and seven children. The sprawling property accommodated our group and never once felt crowded. The house has been spectacularly remodeled recently, but maintains the charm of a centuries old villa. Stephen and Lilly are the most wonderful hosts, very welcoming and kind. The hosts lives in a house that is tucked away adjacent to Domaine du Château and are as available or as scarce as you would like them to be. It would be a shame to visit the property and miss out on their wonderful cooking (for a very reasonable fee), Lilly is a particularly accomplished pastry chef. Stephen is a wine instructor with passion for Burgundy and offered a fantastic wine tasting, catered to our tastes. All amenities you could imagine are offered, but with no pressure and all the flexibility you could hope for. I can't recommend this property enough, I certainly hope I am able to visit again and again!
Superb contemporary villa surrounded by a very large and beautiful garden, dream pool, fish pond to relax or to occupy the little ones. Eva and her friend Audrey are very kind and we are very well received and well advised on local visits and activities! We thank you again for everything.
Lovely, charming and authentic house in Lusignac. The house is as described with great facilities for our summer holiday. We were 8 adults with 2 infants ( 2 yrs and 18months) and the house accommodated us all really well.
We have had a wonderful relaxing week at Le Malardier. The house is stunning and photographs do not do it justice. We loved watching the sun rise, taking in the view with our morning coffee. The pool and pool house have been enjoyed by all. Leisurely lunches in the outdoor dining area and a game of boules in the evening. Many thanks to Richard and Gay who have been so helpful and superb hosts.

We had a lovely week at the farmhouse with lots of swimming and relaxing by the pool. The children (and adults!) have enjoyed the excellent selection of toys and games. Wonderful location for days out nearby and we would recommend the local boulangerie for morning croissants and freshly baked bread. Leaving with lots of happy memories.
Villa du Château was an excellent property, very central to the village. It was well organised, with great bedrooms and linen, and the kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil you could need. The pool was great and very private. Claire, the owner, was on site to greet us, which was lovely. We would highly recommend a holiday here.

We've had a super time in the house, made some fabulous meals, enjoyed al fresco dining and of course the pool! We enjoyed exploring especially Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi. We have just finished a very relaxing and enjoyable two week stay in Mas Saint-Martial. The house was very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is large with plenty of shade to enjoy when the weather is warm. The pool is one of the nicest we have enjoyed in any of gites we have stayed at in France. Long enough to swim for exercise and comfortably warm. The owners live in the adjacent building and were very welcoming and able to advise about local shopping, restaurants, but not at all intrusive. This is a quiet corner of rural France, but there was plenty to see and visit locally, with easy access to bakery and shops and good restaurants nearby. Some of the best value was the lunch in the local restaurant in Saint Martial.
What a wonderful week. La Malardier is the most dreamy of places to stay. We ate top dollar food, swam in the pool in stonking sunshine, drank our fill. Amazing setting. Beautiful view. We will remember this week forever more. We would like to block book Malardier forever, until next year - viva la France.
This is a beautiful, fully modernised house in a lovely friendly village. A well designed spacious house over two floors with a large balcony from the modernised kitchen and lounge overlooking the pool and views of the surrounding areas The property is perfect for lazing by the pool and is Ideally placed for trips to many nearby beaches and to the cities of Narbonne, Béziers and Montpellier.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. The house is perfect, the terrace is quiet and has magnificent views of the fields. The little ones had great fun with the goats, geese, chickens and pony!

We really appreciate all of your efforts for making our stay so comfortable. Such a lovely touch having fresh bread, eggs and veg from your garden waiting for us - perfect. It was truly a first class apartment, in a superb location with lovely sea views. Corinne and her husband were perfect hosts: excellent communication before our arrival, welcoming, friendly and very helpful during our stay, without ever being intrusive. We appreciated the impeccable modern interior of the apartment, the terrace and all the little touches provided by Corinne; we took advantage of the proximity to numerous restaurants and the possibility to stroll along the seafront - as well as enjoying the rooftop swimming pool, the beach and the marina with its unique atmosphere. We will come back with great pleasure and I highly recommend the apartment.
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely house. We were lucky enough to see the (almost) full moon rising from the perfect spot in the garden on our first night. We loved the house and pool and most of all the beautiful views. To be in a village and yet so quiet is unique. We very much hope to come back.
The place is amazing, it's perfect for sharing special moments with friends and family.There were 9 of us meeting for the weekend in the beautiful cottage restored by Christophe's hands. Everything was perfect, from communication before the stay, Christophe's welcome and his legendary conviviality! The cottage is very well equipped, the decoration is also very beautiful and the place allows you to party well. The property is set in lovely grounds; away from it all yet close to the bastide towns of Monpazier and Villereal. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which is well kept and maintained on a regular basis by one of the locals. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything you need.
We were passing through for a weekend with friends. Christophe and his wife gave us a very warm welcome they are very attentive and attentive. We had a great stay in their house which is just beautiful.
