We had a lovely stay at the property. Everything was as expected and more. The owners, Benedict and Pierre Balteau were very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit the Languedoc, Occitanie and will certainly be recommending this property to our friends and family. An exceptionally beautiful maison. We spent a week in Maison Sebastien with 2 other families; there were 6 adults and 7 children in total and we all had a fantastic time without exception. The house is beautifully renovated and you can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and hard work into making the house as well equipped and comfortable as possible. There was plenty of space for everyone especially the kids. The bedrooms were very comfortable each with its own nicely decorated bathroom and necessary amenities. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, which was great since we enjoyed cooking at the house and eating outside on the lovely terrace. The view was amazing and we couldn´t get enough of the beautiful outside area of the house. The pool area was also very nice and well used with the children.Francois, the friendly housekeeper, lives on the property and was there to assist if we needed anything. The house is about an hour drive from many small villages in Provence like Gordes, Lourmarin, Bonvieux and more. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who wants to enjoy some peace and tranquility in an exceptionally beautiful maison with the opportunity to explore the beautiful nearby villages of Provence. I sincerely hope I will return to Maison Sebastien one day.

Fabulous time - lovely area. Enjoyed the markets, some great restaurants, playing water volleyball and drinking and buying lots of wine!

What an idyllic location to spend a holiday! Easily accessible from Toulouse airport, the house is quite unique in character with its solid walls, oak beams and spacious, airy rooms. There's a large, pleasant garden where we played boules and table tennis daily and also just relaxed beside the pool. It's also great for bird watching. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of towns and small villages within easy reach of the house and the Dordogne was also an easy car-journey away. We spent 2 weeks on holiday but would have happily stayed much longer as there was so much we didn't have time to see and do. We'd love to go back! Thanks for a great holiday.
We had a wonderful week. A lovely cottage set in a beautiful garden surrounded by picturesque countryside. We would highly recommend Mas Saint-Martial to families looking for a cosy base with a lovely pool and plenty of facilities to entertain the whole family.
We have had a wonderful stay at La Remise. Esther and Lee have been helpful hosts and gave some great tips on places to eat and visit for our stay. The villa and especially the pool have been fantastic.

We loved the house! Very equipped, very well decorated, the exterior is incredible with a space by the pool very pleasant. And the area is beautiful.
Lovely holiday home. This was the first time we had stayed in this area of Perigord. The house was fantastic, very large for 4 people and had a really good swimming pool. The house is only 2 km from the river which is also lovely to swim in. There is also a lake nearby at Grolejac as well if you prefer that. The property is in a quiet but central location with numerous beautiful towns to visit nearby (e.g. Domme and Sarlat) and lots of activities to enjoy. We had a great 2 week holiday here!

Villa du Château is simply exceptional. This beautifully restored listed historic home has been renovated with great care and offers an outstanding level of comfort and amenities. A special mention goes to the pool area and outdoor summer kitchen, which are wonderfully designed and make it easy to spend the entire day outdoors—from breakfast and lunch to afternoon snacks and dinner—without ever needing to return to the main house. The property enjoys a truly ideal location, just a two-minute walk from both the Château de Duras and the heart of the village, where you’ll find all the local shops and amenities, while still enjoying complete peace and quiet. Claire’s recommendations, both before and during our stay, allowed us to make the most of both the house and the surrounding region.

We had a fantastic family holiday. The house is fabulously renovated; luxurious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed barbecuing under the Platane tree in the courtyard. The location is great; conveniently close to all the speciality shops and supermarkets. We got to explore the antique markets close to Avignon and enjoyed various hikes and kayaking in the beautiful surroundings. St Remy was less than a 15 minute drive with its great shops and restaurants. The owners were very nice and helpful.
Another wonderful holiday In your beautiful house. We will miss the sunset and the sunrise in the morning. So lovely waking up with the cows overlooking the rolling hills in the background. Everything has been just perfect and we can’t wait to return. Au Revoir for now!

Went to this beautiful holiday cottage for the second time. What a great experience again this time. We were warmly welcomed and our house felt like coming home again. Host and hostess Leo and Esther gave us great tips so that our holiday became a great experience again. The visit to Nîmes was impressively beautiful. I especially recommend visiting Avignon to everyone with its beautiful center and the cozy terraces around the market square. The swimming pool overlooking the vineyards is a pearl. The silence descends on you wonderfully in the evening. Truly unique. Thank you for another great holiday.

We loved the views, peace and quiet and the house and garden, all of it! The house is well equipped and very clean. The pool was a real treat and was kept clean throughout our stay. We look forward to returning again.

Truly the most magical and enchanting holiday home we’ve ever stayed in. The views are heavenly and the design and architectural features of the house are so wonderful and unique it’s like being in an Aladdin’s Cave. An idyllic haven in the Gers countryside. The room was beautifully comfortable and had far- reaching views over the vines. Host, David, cooked us a sensational meal on the evening of our arrival as well as French breakfast of fruit, yogurts, bread and croissants, cheese, delicious preserves each morning. He was also a source of invaluable advice about the area - things to see and places to eat. A warm, welcoming chambre d’hote. Unhesitatingly recommended.
