What a pleasure we had spending a week full of sunshine in your magnificent villa! Four adults, eight children... and everyone found what they were looking for. Beautiful house, superb garden, fantastic swimming pool!!! We made the most of it. Thank you for your kindness and your availability. You are really very helpful and friendly. We have just returned from Maison de la Mairie. The house is a lovely, spacious and bright family house in a pretty village by the Canal du Midi. The house is well equipped with good quality bedding and towels etc. There is an excellent library so no need to bring reading materials. Outside there is lots of space for sunny or shady meals by the pool. Paraza is well served by a very good village shop and an excellent restaurant situated beside the canal. There is a lot of useful information in the house including walks, drives, restaurants and lo al history. Stephen, our host, was most welcoming and did all he could to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday. Even when he had to return to the UK he arranged for someone to be available should we need help. We have enjoyed a lovely holiday and woulf like to thank Stephen and Susan for sharing their home with us.

Excellent. We had a very good stay. The villa is very well equipped, dishes, utensils, everything is present. An exceptional panoramic view of the vineyards from the house and the swimming pool. Warm welcome on our arrival and guaranteed rest in the middle of the vineyards.
We booked Château Bellevue with the view of using it as a base for our golf trip. Prior to that we had no real experience of the Basque Country before and in the end played less golf that originally planned as there was so much to do and see! We were extremely lucky to be there during the Fete de Bayonne festival where the entire city turns into an open air party. On a foodie note, we generally enjoyed the many Basque restaurants and in particular the harbour fish restaurants in Biarritz and St Jean de Luz. The local golf courses were very varied but the highlight had to be the challenging Golf d’Biarritz with breathtaking terrain across the edges of the cliff edge with thrilling views of the coastline.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your most impressive property. We will recommend it to our friends in Australia.
We have had a fantastic stay in Rieux-Minervois thanks to your kind and generous hospitality! The Loft is beautiful and filled with everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing holiday. A Perfect Family Retreat – Exceeded Our Expectations! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa and it truly exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website don’t fully capture the charm and spaciousness of this property. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. La Ferme Éclaircie is brilliantly laid out, offering plenty of open space, which was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. Each room was spotless, tidy and provided ample storage space for all our holiday belongings. The games room was a fantastic bonus, keeping our children entertained during the occasional rainy day. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible pool. Our three boys absolutely loved it and spent hours splashing around. The gentle slope of the pool was especially helpful for our youngest, who learned to swim during this holiday - an unforgettable milestone for our family. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which was ideal for both daytime relaxation and evening games as we watched the sun set. The peaceful surroundings and stunning views added to the tranquility of our stay. La Ferme Éclaircie location is perfect for exploring the local area, which offers plenty of activities to keep a family like ours busy. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this villa is a perfect choice. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Once again, we had an excellent stay at Le Borghesia. The pleasant house, the large swimming pool, the view of Domme, the tranquility make this residence a very pleasant little corner for a quiet family holiday. Efforts are made year after year to keep improving the practical side... opening of the barn for easy access to the swimming pool and tiled floor. The materials are of quality. In short, we will come back with great pleasure!
What would you tell your friends about your holiday ? It was a very pleasant stay. A very quiet house, very well equipped, with a much-appreciated pool. Beautiful scenery. What was the best thing about your stay ? The pool. The view over the landscape. The outdoor space. The air conditioning. What could we do better for your next stay? A pitcher/carafe (but perhaps we just didn’t find it). Were there any appliances you really wished you had? It was more than perfect. How was the comfort of your rooms, pillows, and beds? Impeccable. Do you have any comments on the garden, pool, plancha, etc.? Wonderful. Missing: the table game, and a tree under whose shade one could have lunch. How do you rate the information provided in this booklet? Perfect and complete. Is there anything important missing? One of our friends suggested an electric bike. Another thought that suggestion was excessive. How could we improve it? I note that the useful information, sometimes highlighted, already seems extremely well presented — also topographic details, routes, activities, plans for next year. Do you have any other comments to help us serve you better when you return next year? Looking forward to future visits. Final remark: We thank you for this very good stay in this very beautiful and interesting house, whose collection of books caught our attention.
We enjoyed a lovely week at Le Chanlie; the house is set in wonderful, quiet surroundings and is beautifully furnished. Everything was in place to make us feel very welcome on our arrival. We had a couple of questions following arrival and the owner was really prompt in providing helpful guidance and again welcoming us to the property. The information pack provided at the property was very detailed and was invaluable in terms of guidance on local amenities and made great suggestions for places to visit in the area. Our young daughter was well catered for with plenty of toys and books to keep her amused when the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outside spaces. Similarly the house has a large collection of games and DVDs for adults too! Overall a really enjoyable week and we would jump at the chance to return!
We had a wonderful stay at this villa in the south of France. I think we have booked through Pure France twice last year and we have been very happy with our booking. The personal customer service is excellent. I will definitely use Pure France again.
We booked the Manoir de Monflanquin in Oct 2020. It was between lockdowns and it was a very weird and scary time for us as a family. We were so looking forward to the holiday. We then postponed it due to the travel restrictions in 2021, we just didn’t want to risk it. It’s the longest time we’ve ever waited for a holiday. Our holiday in Monflanquin was the best holiday we’ve ever had and we’ve been on some great ones! The house was elegant but robust enough to cope with the 9 of us. It was better than the photos we’d been pouring over for two years. We never got used to the views, the space and beauty of the place. The pool, garden, hammocks, table tennis, badminton net and pool table kept us fully entertained. The kitchen was such a lovely place to be and so delightfully organised. We all took it in turns to cook and had gorgeous evenings outside chatting and eating at the tables out front. The weather was incredible - we had days of glorious sunshine and then spectacular electrical storms. When it rained we just wandered into Monflanquin, set up camp in a pretty cafe and played cards. The view of Monflanquin from the garden always made me pause and remember how lucky we were. The views of the house as we strolled round the fields also gave us joy. It sat so firmly and proudly on its plot. Please thank the owners for providing such a lovely place for us to all get together. It was perfect. Thank you from us all.

Beautiful French villa in the heart of Provence. Great Villa with an amazing panoramic view. I enjoyed the open space layout of the house, the ample kitchen fully equipped, the modern amenities and the overall functionality of the house. Outside on the large terrace we had many sunset dinners sipping rose wine. We also spent a lot of time in the pool. Central to beaches, shopping centres, restaurants, historic landmarks, airports etc. Prompt response from the owners for anything you needed. Overall great experience. Highly recommend it.
We are just back from two magical weeks in this property set in a beautiful area with many Bastides to visit. The house is spacious with every required amenity hosted by the lovely owners Jean and Martin not forgetting the real star Tanner the dog. The grounds are enormous with a gorgeous pool, gazebo, huge parasols and sun-beds. The local village Lauzun is a short walk away for bread and there is a local Bar de Sport. Each Saturday night in the season the main street is closed off and tables set up for a gourmande evening... Very French! The owners will ensure that you have a good time but are in no way obtrusive. Don't miss the opportunity to try this property!

Stunning, really well maintained and clean. Feels very safe for our young family. Very well-thought-through facilities for an inter-generational group. Great use of pool, playroom, BBQ, dining areas. Delicious and varied menu enjoyed by all. Good interaction with hosts; always available (even with chocolates!). Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and hope to return.
Absolutely stunning, luxury converted distillery in the countryside of Challignac. Extremely high end furnishings and appliances. Beautiful interior design, all air conditioned and with an amazing outdoor heated pool with spacious patio, cushioned loungers, sofas and outside dining together with BBQ, Boules court and children’s play area all surrounded by beautiful gardens, and stunning tranquil countryside. It was beautiful to sit out with a morning coffee, watching deer walk through the field at the front. The beds were the most comfortable we’d ever slept in, the showers were fantastic, everything is top notch. Gary and Mark made our week extra special with fabulous recommendations of places to visit and excellent restaurants all nearby. They responded instantly to any request we had, but were totally respectful of our privacy unless we contacted them. We cannot recommend staying here enough and are booking for next year.
Fabulous place! This place is a paradise. We spent a family holiday (including three kids aged 2, 10 and 12) and everyone absolutely loved this place. The villa was very clean and kitchen equipment to the highest standards. Swimming pool where we spent most of the time was simply perfect. But what we enjoyed most was that there was absolutely nobody in sight. We were surrounded by vineyards. Having said that the villa is located only about 20 minutes drive away from the beach and we didn't mind making this trip everyday. But what made is all so very special were the owners who made us feel like home and spoiled us with their delicious wine. Thank you for your hospitality and see you again next week!

A wonderfull family holiday we we will always remember. Our favourite moment was playing in the pool. We enjoyed Aubeterre with the underground church and Brantôme also the market at Ribérac.

Superb house that has preserved the charm of yesteryear. The exteriors are beautiful with a huge garden and woods adjacent to it. We had a very relaxing stay with our friends and children. A beautiful house and perfect for our four generation family holiday. The children loved the pool and the huge range of toys. They spent most of their time in the pool and playing with the garden toys. Beautiful rooms and everything we could possibly need provided. We enjoyed a family walk around the lake followed by an excellent lunch at the restaurant in the museum. Days out to Revel, Castres, Carcassonne and other local villages.
