Thank you so much for enabling us all to relax completely in your amazing home! Upon our arrival, you were so accommodating and kind, recommending we make ourselves at home. After a luxurious soak in your swimming pool (and bath!!) we settled down for a really electrifying night enjoying a storm that lit up the skies and land all around. The next morning was spent at Issigeac market, sampling the local food and checking out the boutiques and atelier craft shops. The rest of the day and next two days were spent relaxing, reading, painting and playing in the pool with our son. Your pool is amazing!! And the hours passed so quickly and James just didn’t want to get out. (You've created a wonderful piece of heaven Florence) The rest of the week was spent checking out the local area including: La Roque Saint Christophe and Maison Forter de Reignac to discover how things have changed here over the past 55,000 years of human settlement. (Highly recommended……along with a trip to Lascaux, Montignac - Amazing!!) Le Chateau de Biron and Monpazier between showers. This has proved to be a really relaxing vacation. We’ve had a fabulous time and felt very much “at home”. Thanks so much Florence.You’ve created a wonderfully luxurious abode! Au revoir!

Swimming in the sun at La Barde we experienced a luxurious time in the perfect place to be reminded of the most important parts of life - family, nature and love. It's so obvious that every corner of this house was built and is maintained with love. A perfect getaway in the hills of Lusignac.
We had the most wonderful time in your lovely old house. Although there were only 4 of us we made the most of the available outside space, eating each meal in a different area, depending on the shade. You were the most perfect hosts and we hope to see you again one day.

Thank you for such an amazing holiday. It's been so peaceful and relaxing. We've loved your beautiful houser, grounds and pool. It's a really special place. We had a lovely day out in Bergerac a we swam at Lac de Pombonne which was lovely - just a few minutes drive away. We also had a nice evening in Périgueux. The villa has been all we hoped for and more. The accommodation is superb as are all the facilities. What a bonus to have the (choose and order) breakfast deliveries,. The lemon cake was gorgeous. Would recommend the Tuesday market at Clairac Market. Our week was VERY HOT – so we made very good use of the lovely pool. We enjoyed walking / cycling into Mauvezin. The shopkeepers were all very friendly and welcoming. The villa was perfect for our family of 8. Would absolutely recommend it. Merci beaucoup Philippe, superb host and translator!
Would just like to say how much we enjoyed our stay - the accommodation was wonderful and I can't think of a single negative.
We had a great time with the family at Helen's home! We enjoyed the idyllic setting of the house overlooking Margon Castle from the pool. Pool also very nice. The accommodation was extremely well equipped, it had all the essentials to have a good stay and make the most of the potential of the house. A little extra for the fans in the basement bedrooms, which allowed us to sleep without the great heat. The large table outside allowed us to have our meals together, enjoying the beautiful sunshine. We can recommend this great house, Thank you!
We have had at the perfect family holiday at Le Manoir de Duras. The tomatoes from the garden were a delicious bonus! We all loved the pool and laying on the sun beds late a night watching the stars. Has some great meals in town and daily boulangerie too. A trip to the chocolate factory is a must. perfect on a rainy day for the kids! The house is absolutely stunning. were all agree one of the best places we've ever stayed. Thank you.
What a gorgeous place! You have made a beautiful job of the Loft du Vigneron. It is homely, classy and welcoming, and you have thought of everything! We felt thoroughly pampered and loved every minute of our stay. The Loft will remain as my screensaver for quite some time to come… Can't wait to see the pics of the house. This is our 3rd visit and yet again we have had a lovely time. Weather a little more energetic than previously but still lovely and warm. So relaxing, peaceful and calm, with the advantage of Poitiers to explore and the fantastic bakeries nearby. Thank you so much again.
We loved our stay at this lovely Domaine, Today is our last day, and we’re leaving in pain. We really had the nicest time, Especially our cozy get-togethers with lots of good wine. The days have flown by, but there’s no need to cry, We will always remember Karen’s wonderful pie.

An oasis of peace and tranquility, beautiful sunshine, loved the pool and spectacular veiws. Nyons is a charming place with a great market, we had a delicious meal at the Charette bleu. We feel rested and restored, thank you.
Enjoyed a very relaxing family(plus dog) holiday at the villa. Philippe is a fabulous host, nothing is too much trouble. The additional touches such as the breakfast deliveries were wonderful. The weather didn't disappoint. (38°C), so the pool was much needed. Béziers and Sète are well worth a visit for the views and the food. All in all, just what we needed.
The property was absolutely ideal. We stayed here in July/August 2025 for 2 week and had a perfect multi-generation holiday here, with 12 of us ranging in age from 5 to 76. – spacious enough for us to all be together when we wanted, yet with plenty of room to spread out and relax, play board games, or just enjoy some quiet time. The house is extremely well equipped and thoughtfully set up for larger groups. It’s refreshing to stay in a place that understands what big groups need – more than enough plates, mugs, glasses, and plenty of seating inside and out. The pool was fantastic – spotlessly clean and enjoyed by everyone, every day. A special mention must go to Michelle, the wonderful lady who looks after the property. She was amazing – warm, helpful, and quick to resolve the two very minor issues we had. She also gave us some excellent local recommendations. The location is lovely and secluded, which does mean you need to drive for shops or activities, but honestly, the property is so large and comfortable that you don’t feel the need to leave often. We did enjoy a few outings – kayaking on the Dordogne, dinners out, and day trips – but we were always happy to return “home.” All in all, this house feels like a cross between a welcoming home and an upmarket hotel. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family holiday and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Hirondelles. We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful villa. Accommodation was excellent, well equipped and very comfortable. At Les Oliviers du Sud we felt like God in France as usual. From the sunny terrace, with a glass of wine in hand, a cheese nearby, we enjoyed the vines in the valley below us in ‘deafening’ silence, watched the olives come out of the blossom and listened to the cheerful twittering of the birds. The flat of the ever friendly and helpful hosts Esther and Leonard is furnished with taste. A touch of nostalgia with the look of today. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is comfortable. Everything not only looks new, but is new. From the first moment, we felt at home here. The nearby forests invite you to go for a nice walk. By the way, you can walk everywhere in the area. Tip: the route along the medieval village of La Roque-sur-Ceze with the waterfalls nearby. In the village of Tresques, near Domaine Cadignac, we imagined ourselves in the France of old. A medieval tower with an exhibition of contemporary art, a bakery and grocery shop, a water spring where the villagers tap their daily drinking water and a good winemaker. Where do you still find these villages? The residence is conveniently located for visiting larger cities. Half an hour’s drive and you are in Orange with memories of the Dutch royal house or in the papal city of Avignon, where you can browse in one of those real French bric-a-brac markets in a suburb every Saturday morning. Or you can walk around Nîmes Collesseum after an hour’s drive and have visited the impressive aqueduct built by Romans on the way there. The ancient city centre of Nîmes and of historic Avignon are also an eldorado for funshoppers. In short, the fully equipped and rustic L'Oliveraie was an ideal base for us to (re)discover French nature and culture. We will definitely come back here again!
Excellent holiday stay, villa wonderful, spacious pool, fantastic for weather. Host Lisbeth very helpful, nothing too much problem, always contact by telephone, only used to confirm departure. Bessan pretty village, all amenities here and close to beaches, Pézenas and Béziers. Thank you Lisbeth for 2-week relaxing holiday.
We would just like to say a massive thank you for the week we have just spent at Pech d'aze. It truly is a fantastic home. We could have stayed another week so easily! It was so peaceful and every night we would watch the sunset from the field below with a bottle of wine and listen to the frogs singing from the pond. Weather was lovely and both of us made good use of the pool. We had a BBQ every night and left charcoal for the next lucky guests
