Great weekend with friends. The accommodation is magnificent, clean, with everything you need. The swimming pool is great, as are the garden and the building in general. I highly recommend this accommodation which is ideal for families or groups of friends.
Thank you Julian and Pascal for the amazing week! The house and pool were lovably and we had a great time. Your were great hosts. We enjoyed relaxing bu the amazing pool, watching the stars, biking in the beautiful area and playing pingpong duels.
Wow, what a great place! During our stay there was nothing else we could have wished for. The awesome pool area, the great BBQ, the comfortable (sun)beds and beautiful bathrooms; everything was top notch. Enjoying the local wines, the pretty surroundings and fantastic golf course with our friends made this stay like it should be... Holiday! We hope to come back!
We just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful house. You have made everything so comfortable and easy and it was such a joy to stay there. The location was perfect, such a peaceful spot with stunning views, in a pretty village. It exceeded all of our expectations. The region is so interesting too. We loved it all but especially the salt water swimming pool and the way you have landscaped the whole outside areas. We spent as much time as we could relaxing there. I hope we can return for another holiday soon! Thank you from us all. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. It really was perfect.

Such a lovely peaceful and quiet place in Gers. Thank you for a warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the pool, the beautiful views across the countryside. The house is very well equipped and we found some great restaurants and good supermarket shopping in Fleurance, Lectoure and slightly further afield. A great week!

Fabulous house and grounds – loved it. Very high standard, cleanliness, and equipment. Ideal for 3 generations – children loved the playroom. Two catered meals – excellent and much appreciated. Very friendly and hospitable hosts couldn't do enough for us.

We loved Le Séchoir we have come home and booked for three weeks again next year. Positioned in the wooded hills above the village of Salviac. It's mixture of contemporary and old was perfect. The house is spacious and well equipped. Whilst the large swimming pool may seem remote from the house it is perfectly positioned for sun all day... that special last swim at the end of the day as the sunsets over the valley and the Rosé waits chilled!

Vouvant is a delightful village with its interesting history and vibrant community.The guided walk of the village is recommended as well as a visit to the zoo - great for kids. We all had an amazing time here this week, this house is gorgeous with an amazing pool, fantastic views. We had amazing times at Les Chapoux taking in the beautiful buildings and all the nice restaurants. The hosts were welcoming and gave us a lovely tour of the house. We were a family of seven adults and spent a wonderful week at Challignac. Mark and Gary truly are superb hosts. The gite was beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Everything you could possibly need had been thoughtfully provided — including luxurious liquid shower soap, so no need to bring your own. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with every utensil and appliance you might require. And if something wasn’t there, Mark and Gary were more than happy to provide it! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a generous selection of cheese, meats, bread, snacks, wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, and coffee — a perfect welcome that meant we didn’t have to rush out to the shops. The pool area was simply divine: a stunning heated pool surrounded by tons of outdoor seating and a brilliant outdoor kitchen. Everything was set up for relaxation and enjoyment. Although the weather gods weren't entirely on our side, we made the most of it by exploring local villages and larger towns. We enjoyed some fantastic meals at restaurants recommended by our hosts. All in all, everyone had a jolly good time, and we will most definitely return. A massive thank you to Mark and Gary!
It seems but a moment since we arrived two weeks ago, but we have had a lovely time. Thank you for your hospitality and wonderful company. What a pity we couldn’t come in June, but we are optimistic about next year. It feels much safer here in France than it does in England - we saw much more of Rieux than we have before, and have had some splendid meals. Our favourite is definitely l’Abbaye de Fontfroide, though Relais de Chantovent comes a close second. Until next June.

After a two-year pause in our travel arrangements we couldn’t have been more delighted with our visit to the Loft du Vigneron. It was everything - and more - than we had hoped for. Thank you both for your generosity of conversation, wine and gin!!! Good luck with the next phase of Le Domaine aux Quat’Saisons, not that we think you will need it - quite simply, it is stunning.
This is a beautiful property and it is well taken care of. We had everything we could possibly think of to enjoy an amazing weekend with family. I imagine this estate as a perfect venue for anything from a group holiday to a wedding. We would definitely stay again.
We had a fantastic week here, the weather was very good - sunny every day, except one. Got up to 28 degrees. Used the pool everyday, bets way to keep cool. We thought the house was very good, had everything you would want. The welcome hamper we had was very good. The best we have ever had, we must have stayed at 20 French houses over the past 10 years but never seen so much food provided. We didn't do out too much as we had been to area before preferred to be by the pool anyway. We did however go to the Hennessey distillery at Cognac, enjoyed the tour 18 euros each. Thought Cognac was a lovely town. So all in all, had a good vacation, would come back again. Thank soo Phil and Ann for making the house so clear and tidy, we didn't have any problems with anything in the house, which must be a first! All the best.
