We’ve had a wonderful 2 weeks, the girls have loved the swimming pool and all the facilities. We spent many relaxing days reading in front of the beautiful views. The house is very comfortable. Nyons, Orange, Avignon, Vaison la romaine were all very picturesque and worth a visit, especially the amazing Roman theatre in Orange. All in all a fabulous trip. We will be back.
We found this property last year, returned this year and have already booked to come back again next year. That must say it all.

Villa Genêts is a beautiful villa close to the village of Magagnosc . It has a lovely outdoor dining area which has amazing panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the local wines. The house combines both elegance and comfort with a fabulous swimming pool. The pool has loungers for basking in the sun and has a seating area and outside bar ideal for pre-dinner sunset drinks. The house is close to Grasse and is in a superb location for exploring the delights of Provence, with easy access to the coast but also provides an escape from it all.
The apartment is perfectly located: by the sea. There is a private beach and a public beach. The beaches are quite isolated and there are very few people. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, even more than enough, as if it were not a rental house, but yours. If this is important, then all infrastructures (shops, bakery) are located in the neighbouring municipality of Beaulieu.
Three night weekend stay with friends. Very comfortable accommodation decorated to a high standard. Upstairs kitchen, lounge and patio looked over the pool. Brilliant. It was Bastille weekend and World Cup final. Lots going on in village square, bars and restaurants. Beach about 20 minutes drive - really nice with excellent restaurant. Shops and supermarket close by were very helpful. Visited Béziers and Narbonne about 30 minutes drive. Well worth the trip We had a great time and will definitely go back again!

Difficult to put into words how beautiful this place is! We’ve seen deer, fox and eagles. We've had a lovely week, spent more time together than of late and it’s been memorable. Thank you.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. At La Picholine, we felt like God in France as usual. From the sunny terrace, with a glass of wine in hand, a cheese nearby, we enjoyed the vines in the valley below us in ‘deafening’ silence, watched the olives come out of the blossom and listened to the cheerful twittering of the birds. The flat of the ever friendly and helpful hosts Esther and Leonard is furnished with taste. A touch of nostalgia with the look of today. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is comfortable. Everything not only looks new, but is new. From the first moment, we felt at home here. The nearby forests invite you to go for a nice walk. By the way, you can walk everywhere in the area. Tip: the route along the medieval village of La Roque-sur-Ceze with the waterfalls nearby. In the village of Tresques, near Domaine Cadignac, we imagined ourselves in the France of old. A medieval tower with an exhibition of contemporary art, a bakery and grocery shop, a water spring where the villagers tap their daily drinking water and a good winemaker. Where do you still find these villages? The residence is conveniently located for visiting larger cities. Half an hour’s drive and you are in Orange with memories of the Dutch royal house or in the papal city of Avignon, where you can browse in one of those real French bric-a-brac markets in a suburb every Saturday morning. Or you can walk around Nîmes Collesseum after an hour’s drive and have visited the impressive aqueduct built by Romans on the way there. The ancient city centre of Nîmes and of historic Avignon are also an eldorado for funshoppers. In short, the fully equipped and rustic L'Oliveraie was an ideal base for us to (re)discover French nature and culture. We will definitely come back here again!

We wanted to find a location that provided peace and tranquillity and allow us all to pause for a while. We sought comfort, privacy and nature and found it all and more at La Metairie de Mespoule. We have just spent two wonderful weeks in late July and early August under the life giving sun of South Western France. We explored the beautiful villages, we ate in a raft of superb restaurants and we came back each day to the enjoy the tranquillity offered by the Metairie. The accommodation is perfect for a family holiday, the kitchen / living area is perfectly appointed and the outside terrace much used by us all. The naturally heated pool is an inspired choice and proved to be very popular with us all as did the BBQ area, the table tennis and an evening game of pétanque on the gravelled driveway. Catherine and Jono are perfect hosts offering as much or as little support and guidance as required – we opted for a private wine tour which was fabulous. We give the strongest of recommendations for anyone looking for a perfectly relaxing holiday.
A fantastically relaxing 2 weeks. The house and pool are perfect and Hugh and Ian couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We've already booked for next year and can't wait to get back here.
Thank you, what an amazing holiday we’ve had in your wonderful house, from the swimming pool to the table tennis room and family boule tournaments, we’ve had great fun. We loved. We loved swimming in the river in Nyons and the massive markets. A lovely windy trip up to mount Ventoux with amazing views and cheering on the cyclists!. Vaison la romaine was a nice morning out with the Roman remains and finally a quick wine tasting (and purchase) at Domaine du Tave with Audrey finished it off nicely. Thanks again,
Just wanted to say what a wonderful property Moulin de Terrac is. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Probably the best property we have stayed in since we started holidaying in France 16 years ago. And also what a great manager Bonnie was – really helpful and friendly.
I had the most amazing time with my friends at this gorgeous château! The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, like out of a movie. The château itself is enchanting while still being super comfortable. We had a great time checking out the local towns and markets. Just such a wonderful experience, I highly recommend it!
We have spent a great holiday at the property and we are sure we will be back for future holidays.
Fabulous stay at Les Fumerates. Pool is 'top of the line'. Quiet villa high on a hillside. A few minutes walk from Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Everything is exactly as described. Highly recommended.
