Beautiful cottage. After staying in Maison Meunier last year with the whole family, my wife and I returned this year. It is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and BBQ on the terrace. The pool is right beside the cottage and is immaculate. The owners are marvellous hosts and we are looking forward to returning again, next year, for another relaxing holiday.
Went to this beautiful holiday cottage for the second time. What a great experience again this time. We were warmly welcomed and our house felt like coming home again. Host and hostess Leo and Esther gave us great tips so that our holiday became a great experience again. The visit to Nîmes was impressively beautiful. I especially recommend visiting Avignon to everyone with its beautiful center and the cozy terraces around the market square. The swimming pool overlooking the vineyards is a pearl. The silence descends on you wonderfully in the evening. Truly unique. Thank you for another great holiday.
We had a wonderful trip! The pictures cannot fully represent the beauty of the house, the pool and the hilltop setting with views over the river and the whole valley. The layout of the house worked very well for us, as each of our families had their own wing with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. We were grateful for the help with arranging chefs and babysitters (who were fantastic) and the hosts were proactive in making sure we had a great stay. The location is great too, as you are near a couple of cute towns with good bakeries and restaurants, close to Sarlat, Domme and La Roque-Gageac and centrally located for prehistoric caves, river trips, wineries, etc. We can't recommend this house enough!

Very good place to stay. Very good place to stay with a fantastic view of the lake. Good accessibility to lake and location(bakery "Le Fournil de mon Pere" highly recommended)
What a magic place! We have loved every minute here. Pete is the most incredible host and we loved our evening chats. The kayaking has been the highlight, we loved Sarlat - Had a great lunch at Lou Podel and not forgetting the disco pool lights after dark. The kids loved it! We'll be back.

As I suspected when first shown around the Loft du Vigneron, we are going to find it hard to leave. The accommodation is truly first class, and you have been wonderful hosts. Thank you for all your suggestions of places to visit - we all have different highlights, but for Franklin it was the food market in Narbonne. All in all, a perfect holiday! We very much hope to see you (and Mack and Mabel) again.

Wonderful! We just loved our week at this fabulous home. We are a Canadian family of 8. 5 adults and 3 kids ( ages 13, 10 and 9). After eight days in Paris, this was the perfect place to chill. The setting is fabulous. We had a spectacular view of Grasse and the surroundings and we enjoyed many glorious sunsets. The patio area really was the winner. Spacious with lots of room for everyone. The house was very well equipped and the owners were very responsive to any little concerns or questions we had. Great pool. Kind hosts. Highly recommended.

We would just like to say a massive thank you for the week we have just spent at Pech d'aze. It truly is a fantastic home. We could have stayed another week so easily! It was so peaceful and every night we would watch the sunset from the field below with a bottle of wine and listen to the frogs singing from the pond. Weather was lovely and both of us made good use of the pool. We had a BBQ every night and left charcoal for the next lucky guests

We had a fabulous holiday, thank you ! What a lovely location; very peaceful but within easy access of a variety of places to visit - Nice, Saint Paul de Vence, Vence, Grasse and everything to offer along the French Riviera. The house is large and comfortable with space for families or groups of friends to spread out. There is ample outside space to enjoy - around the pool, behind the house to have shade and beside the kitchen for a morning cup of coffee. The view from the pool is stunning allowing one to see a huge distance along the coast - that will live long in our memory!
We have had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Many thanks for the beautiful house and views. We have enjoyed the pool, the sunshine, the fantastic pool and of course the piano. As musicians having a piano was important. To learn the house was belonging a famous jazz pianist was awesome! We have played jazz everyday and the sound of piano across the evening air was a dream. We loved our stay at Maison Sebastien We loved our stay at Maison Sebastien. It is very spacious, with a wonderful terrace and uninterrupted views of the Luberon countryside. It was the perfect place to bring our family together. We revelled in the peaceful atmosphere and the luxurious sense of being away from everything except nature. One of my daughters discovered a new love of bird watching as she came across so many types chirruping away from dawn until dusk. The kitchen is very well equipped and the communal areas both inside and out are so comfortable and welcoming. The pool was an absolute highlight and is a great size, and provided a fantastic place to swim, play improvised volleyball and sun bathe. The bedrooms are all simply designed in a classic Provencal style and the heavy wooden shutters provided the best way to keep rooms cool in the blistering June heat. The village of St Michel l�Observatoire is totally charming and you definitely get the feeling of being well off the tourist trail and in true rural France. The bakery was sublime and tempting everyday, and we had excellent meals when we ventured out to the Auberge La Coupole in the middle of the village. The road to the house is challenging but we got used to - however I would almost certainly opt for a 4-wheel drive if we visit again as we were nervous about tyres on our rental car back (we did also get the car washed which I think really helped so didn't look like we had gone off road!). I knew that the house had been a complete success with all our family as we all discussed plans for when we could return on our last night while gazing at the spectacular starry night. Coming back home has not been easy but the charm of Maison Sebastien and its stunning location will stay long in the memory. Olivers Travels were very easy and efficient to deal with when booking initially, and the owner Kate went above and beyond with information and answering numerous questions both ahead and during our stay so we always felt very well taken care of - not to mention the wonderful caretaker Francois who was so helpful and introduced us to the house.
What an excellent villa in a wonderful setting. Everything we needed was here and the swimming pool was just right. As previous comments by others, Cédric is a great host. We thoroughly recommend a visit to this area and this villa. Bize-Minervois and Lagrasse were our two favourite places to visit. If you want to treat yourself to a great restaurant in a great setting, Relais Chantonvent in Minerve - book early.

We are truly sad to be leaving this incredible house, beautiful landscape and extraordinary people. We have felt truly ‘at home’ here and have so enjoyed being ‘en famille’ in such a wonderful house. This must be the perfect summer holiday Villa for a small family. As a couple we were joined by some friends for part of our stay and we had a great time in the sun. The O 13 Clochers restaurant in Monteton is under new management and serves superb food. Hostellerie des Ducs good quality- and the restaurant in Seyches is incredible value. We are sure to return.
We recently returned from a week's holiday at Maison Palatini in Pézenas. We had a wonderful time.
