We have spend a wonderful holiday at the villa. The villa is ideal, spacious and nicely decorated. The children loved the pool and the table tennis table! It is an ideal base to visit the region. The market in Pézenas should not be missed. We have driven a boat, ridden horses and hired bikes in Marseillan and seen flamingoes! Dream holiday. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality. House: Fantastic. Idyllic. Perfect. Classical. Beautiful. Spacious. Practical. Comfortable. Beautiful area for touring (Brantôme, Jarnac). Garden: Very child friendly. Garden Jenga etc. Clean and very safe. Beautiful pool and alfresco dining areas. Also adult friendly. V good Gas BBQ.

Peaceful location with beautiful views. The building has been really thoughtfully renovated. The open nature of the outdoor area meant you could always choose to be in/out of sun, always a breeze. A fab place for a family holiday. Great for cycling, locals super friendly. Delicious food and wine. We will definitely be back! We recommend the closest town, Monségur, the most for food, drinks and ambience. The local wine co-operative were also very friendly with great recommendations. We also recommend La Salle a Manger for food or just for a drink.
This is an amazing home where you can enjoy the utterly relaxed vacation. It is spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped and beautifully located. The pool , the pergola the kitchen and the bathrooms … everything is of a high standard and make the house feel like a proper home . 10 out 10.
Over the years we have stayed in around twenty different houses all over France - most were good, one or two were very good. But then there is the special one - this year. This house didn't feel like a house; it felt like home from the moment we walked through the door, after a long and tiring drive (and, bless you, there was bottle of ready chilled local wine ready and waiting for us). 'Welcome to your home' it said. The layout, décor and furnishings are delightful; and the luxury of each bedroom having its own bathroom topped it off. We had friends who came to stay for a while and they shared our thoughts. One couple even came back for a second visit on their way home. And then there is the garden – warm, private, shaded when you want it and serene. And yes, the pool is fabulous – it's a proper size. But wait until you see the garden at night, when you have your barbecue and the garden and pool lights come into play... makes the local rose taste even more morish. And then there is Pézenas - ten minutes walk away through a vineyard. And you won't go hungry there. Wonderful town. Only one regret – we couldn't parcel it up and take it home. It is, truly, an oasis.

Truly wonderful holiday. We had a truly fabulous 12 night stay in Château Limousin. We were 3 families comprising of 6 adults and 8 children (from 3 to 9 years old). The château and its grounds including the large gated pool are extremely well maintained and everything you could want. The owners were very nice people and extremely welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday... we’d all highly recommend it.
We have had the most wonderful time, the house, the pool, the surrounding area and villages, it has been ideal and such a quality time for our family. Thank you for having us!
Surpassed our expectations! The Manoir was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and set in idyllic surroundings with a wonderful pool. The custodians were very helpful and responsive to all our queries and requests. The welcome pack was generous and useful.
A charming house We spent a week there at the beginning of July 2020 with the family and we were charmed by this superb place and its surroundings. The house is very comfortable, very spacious, with all the desired facilities. The living rooms as well as the bedrooms are very pleasant. The outdoor facilities too. The owners are available and very welcoming. Le Borghesia is extremely well located, near a pebble river beach and also close to many interesting excursions of all kinds. We highly recommend this place where we spent a wonderful vacation.
Merci pour une quinzaine fantastique ! It was a wonderful place to spend a special birthday celebration with friends and family. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the luxurious feel and the tasteful decor. The extra touches were much appreciated - especially the breakfast deliveries. We also enjoyed the visit to the cave at Saint-Chinian. We enjoyed the meal at the family run restaurant La Tournelle, a friendly service and very reasonable prices. For another gourmet lunch with an impressive view we enjoyed the Tour at Monterey. Good value set lunch. Thank you for everything.
Comfortable. Well equipped château. Spacious. Well tended grounds. Stunning pool area, very inviting! All really good. Comfortable sitting area. Well organised roomy playroom being a real bonus. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Helpful at all times and unobtrusive. Huge bonus having the daily housekeeping service as well as shopping service. Absolute Heaven. My family, fourteen of us from 70 to 1 year, had a memorable and joyful two weeks at Manoir Alvère. The house and grounds are magical. An easy walk takes you into the village and there are many very good places to eat within an easy drive. The owner made the process of checking in and out easy; the caretaker Georges was onsite in case of any problems. I envy anyone who finds themself in this very special place!
Like the previous years, the two weeks at the villa have been wonderful! The house is wonderful, the pool and the closeness to the sea are great. We will certainly be back again.

Villa Funel was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and the whole place was light and airy. The DVD player and the large supply of films was great for late viewing. The pool area and garden were a delight. We had a lovely relaxing time. We will certainly return.

Thank you to Pure France for the prompt, polite and easy booking process, to the owners of Manoir Coutenson for allowing us to rent the property and also to David, the property manager who greeted us on arrival and was so helpful. Our family of 15 (aged between 1 - 64) have just enjoyed a fabulous week at this wonderful property. It is the most well equipped place we have ever stayed and all the extra touches (including small children's toys and books) ensured a relaxed and easy break for the whole family. We would unreservedly recommend the Manoir to any family group. Thanks again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Le Séchoir Carme! It’s a fab barn conversion (decorated to a high spec) with lots of space inside and out. The pool is a great size too, if you want to get some lengths in! I would also recommend the night markets which are held in many local villages and are so much fun!
One week was not long enough. Fabulous house - didn't want to leave. Visit Pézenas, just wonderful and great shopping.
