This has been an exceptional family holiday in your beautiful home with so much care – incredible welcoming brood, cheeses, wines and then several deliveries of pastries and melons during the week. The generosity of this meal in Monday was so welcomed – such an unexpected treat. The villa is so spectacular with really good provisions and the swimming pool where we have spent many happy hours, the BBQ and lots of seating areas. Bedrooms all lovely. We loved the location and did lots of cycling through local villages including Capestang for the market – great to meet the locals and some of us cycled to Béziers. A highlight was driving to Gorge d’Héric for a short walk and a swim in one of the rock pools there and then a drink in the very scenic town of Roquebrun. So much laughter and happiness and memories to be cherished. I would love to return for my 70th, 5 years’ time! Many thanks for an incredible stay helped enormously by sunshine every day.

AMAZING! Our stay at the Loft has been our best since we started visiting this area five years ago. Relaxed, very comfortable, well equipped and spacious - it is the perfect place to return to after a day out or even from just around the corner by the pool! Karen and Russell have been a revelation in the way that they host their property. Right from our wine on arrival to booking a restaurant for us - nothing was a problem or too much trouble for them and the informative e-mails before we arrived were very handy and well-timed. They are a gem! As is their Loft and as their next venture will be. We just need another week here!
Beautiful and secluded. Beautiful, modern, spacious house with massive terrace/patio and nice pool. Perfect to chill out or use as a base to explore the Côte d'Azur!
We had a pleasant stay with friends in the charming area of Stanislas. We were 12 adults with children and the two houses allowed us to each have our own private space, it was nice. Special mention for the outside which offers an unobstructed view, with lots of vegetation. I recommend this accommodation :)
Once again, we had an excellent stay at Le Borghesia. The pleasant house, the large swimming pool, the view of Domme, the tranquility make this residence a very pleasant little corner for a quiet family holiday. Efforts are made year after year to keep improving the practical side... opening of the barn for easy access to the swimming pool and tiled floor. The materials are of quality. In short, we will come back with great pleasure!
Niall, Steve, Sue and the team made us all feel most welcome and allowed us to make the place our own for the week, which was great and made for a very memorable holiday that was enjoyed by the whole family. Many thanks to all for making this possible.
We booked Château Bellevue with the view of using it as a base for our golf trip. Prior to that we had no real experience of the Basque Country before and in the end played less golf that originally planned as there was so much to do and see! We were extremely lucky to be there during the Fete de Bayonne festival where the entire city turns into an open air party. On a foodie note, we generally enjoyed the many Basque restaurants and in particular the harbour fish restaurants in Biarritz and St Jean de Luz. The local golf courses were very varied but the highlight had to be the challenging Golf d’Biarritz with breathtaking terrain across the edges of the cliff edge with thrilling views of the coastline.

Weary of election nonsense and pandemic restrictions, we sought respite in France and found it at Colombat Cottage.
Anthony and Rachel make wonderful hosts being friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and also very generous with their excellent "welcome pack". We loved the whole region: Carcassonne and Mirepoix are a "must" (the owners of the "Mad Hatter" cafe in Mirepoix are Brits) and we enjoyed the markets at Mirepoix and Revel. Also enjoyed the drive south from Revel through the pretty villages/small town of Saissac. Lagrasse is a pleasant village but a tad overrated in our view. On the other hand, we loved Minerve and the Minervois region including the small town of Caunes-Minervois. Fontfroide is worth a visit and Montesegur is a must if in that area. We enjoyed Peyriac de-Mer and Gruissan on the coast but would avoid Narbonne Plage on another occasion - great beach though! Toulouse is a pleasant city and worth a visit if cities are "your thing" and the SNCF smartphone app worked brilliantly. For a special lunch, Cote Resto is a must. Excellent food and in a wonderful setting.
We really loved the outside spaces and swimming pool and the children enjoyed the outdoor toys. Really fabulous catering. Such a perfect location for a multi-generational trip which we'll all remember for years to come. Thank you so much.

We had a great time exploring the markets at Bergerac, Riberac, Périgueux and Saint-Astier. We enjoyed the sunshine win the terrace with a glass of wine and a good book. Perfect.
The house itself is old and gently restored, and extremely well equipped with every cooking utensil you could wish for and a very nice coffee machine. Special features are the large swimming pool close to the house, and the tennis court, which is a little higher up, with beautiful rural views. In summer there are night markets in surrounding villages where you can buy all kinds of foods, from omelettes to snails, and eat them outdoors on long trestle tables - a treat for locals and tourists alike. A wonderfully relaxing place to stay, highly recommended.
Lovely house, very well appointed with comfy beds and stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the area is beautiful and the village lovely and quiet.
I just wanted to say that we all found your house to be absolutely lovely. Everything we could have hoped for. So many nice touches, you clearly put a lot of thought and no doubt effort into making it a very special place. One week was not long enough. Fabulous house - didn't want to leave. Visit Pézenas, just wonderful and great shopping.
I loved this holiday. I love sport so I sent most of my days in the gorgeous pool, I would practice my swimming and then float around and look at the blue sky. I loved the tennis court and spend hours practicing my forehand. The château is so pretty, it could have been made up. Any kid would love this place.
La Maison Cabanon felt like home! Perfect for a family holiday. We were blessed with great weather. Lots of cycling, swimming and food in a truly magical setting. We shall return!
Immaculate! Everything was soptless. We had everything we needed. Thank you for accommodating us. Love the pool! The BBQ was great for evening meals altogether. We spent 2 very good weeks in the house. The rental corresponds exactly to the photos published on the site and it was very clean when we arrived. The owners provided us with a wide description of the house, people to contact in case of concerns, visits to do allowing us to spend our stay in peace. The owner is easily reachable; an agent is on site in case of problems and a person is responsible for the maintenance of the pool every 3 to 4 days. The house is ideal for 2 couples with children because there are bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs. We highly recommend this rental and thank Terry and Carol for the welcome.

What a truly incredible place to stay. The owners were so welcoming and could not do enough for us during our stay when needed. The château and grounds relax you immediately when you arrive. There is so much space and every facility you need. This venue is a must for your holiday.
Our stay here has been most enjoyable. The villa is very comfortable and a pleasant mixture of modern and antique décor. The pool has been used every day, even though the weather has become a little cooler at the end of September. Bessan is well situated for visiting lots of interesting places. Lovely house in an ideal situation. We had a wonderful time doing a little exploring but mainly lying by the beautiful pool. It's an ideal design to sit in and cool off. Two minutes walk for croissants in the morning and Rose wine in the afternoon - the Supermarket! We agree its a 5 / 5.
My family (of 4) have stayed at this house on many occasions since the children were babies and it is the perfect house to spend a holiday with another family. The house has a wonderful and relaxed atmosphere and is always welcoming and cool after a hot days sightseeing around the pretty countryside. The swimming pool and grounds are beautiful. What with badminton on the lawn, ping pong in the barn, lazy meals outside in the courtyard and relaxing by the pool, it is possible for the whole family to be well occupied all day long.
