We have had a fantastic week on holiday. This house is in an amazing position with panoramic views in all directions. Enjoyed cooking and relaxing in the pool. Thank you for having such a comfortable well equipped house. We did not need for anything. A great choice of cycling routes. We hope to return.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for making our holiday at le Mas Repenti such an amazing one. We all had a fantastic time and made some great memories. Alexandra - your house is amazing and all the tips about what to do during our stay were super useful! And thanks to you all at Pure France for being so helpful and responsive to our queries prior to our stay. We will be sure to leave good reviews for future customers.
Pool was 28°c - 30°c in October! We were very happy with everything at Les Fumerates. Beds and bedclothes were really comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The owners were very nice and helpful. Location is good to explore French Riviera. I would recommend to have a car to make that much easier. The most important thing for us (with two kids) were the warm pool with nice view. The pool was big, clean and really warm. On our six day stay in October the temperature of the pool was 28°c - 30°c! Day and night, such a pleasure. You have a amazing place, thank you very much for sharing it with others too.
Thank you for a lovely holiday. Your home is beautiful, so well equipped and very clean. The pool has been amazing, so wonderful to cool down in and the children have had a blast playing in it everyday. We have loved Lagrasse, Carcassonne City and the lake near Carcassonne was a particular highlight for the children. We ate at the Vins de Dagne a couple of evenings and the food and wine were great. Shame the shop was closed, it would have just made things a bit easier but the croissants / baguettes we ordered from Vins de Dagne were super. Mosquitos were a bit of a pain and the extreme heat towards the end of our stay - but that's nature! Also, thanks so much for all your help and tips !
What a wonderful place to celebrate Michael’s 70th Birthday. Thanks to Mike and Annie for hosting us and thank you Manoir de l'Hermier for absorbing us. A great mates reunion where we enjoyed much chat, games and hilarity. A week filled with gratitude and love

The villa is located on the edge of Le Somail, a very, very quiet place just 3 minutes from the Canal du Midi. The villa is extraordinary! It even seemed smaller in the photos, but it’s actually very spacious. Well laid out, with separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom/WC) and the living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. The outdoor area with the pool is excellent. No overlooking neighbors, and the pool gets sun almost all day! (It is cleaned twice a week). Lily and her mother, who welcomed us, were pleasant, helpful, and very responsive.
We had a very good stay, peaceful and surrounded by nature in an area full of charm. It is an ideal place to rest and recharge your batteries and also discover this beautiful region. Our hosts were very welcoming and available. We recommend this place!
Seven days of swimming, rounders, running, races, hide and seek and much more have delivered a break to remember, especially for the kids! And that, of course, makes a holiday for the adults. P.S. We saw a deer!

A lovely welcome from Frederic who made us feel very much at home. We soon settled into your beautiful villa and stunning surroundings. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by all. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Bella: It was the best holiday ever! (Age 8).
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It provided everything we needed for our family reunion of 3 families – fabulous pool, large garden, lots of outside sitting/dining areas, beautiful and spacious interiors, a large and very well equipped kitchen (we loved the ice dispenser!). The children (1-5) loved the nearby lake where they paddled, splashed about and built sandcastles. Plenty of shade and grass and a good restaurant. We had amazingly good weather so were mostly outdoors but if one hit a rainy day, there is plenty of entertainment (great dvd collection) inside. A fitting venue to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our four children, their husbands and wives and our grandchildren! Memories that will remain for years. Well provided for, comfortable and panoramic views -with a week of excellent weather! Thank you and your staff!
Everything you could ask for - a beautiful home, total privacy, idyllic! When we finally ventured out of our cocoon, we wandered around the stunning countryside of the Corbières. So many places to see and so much wine to taste. We loved all of it.

Fantastic holiday! The villa is wonderful and we loved the garden and pool - and everyone was so helpful. It's great that Pézenas is within walking distance, there's such a good atmosphere there at night.
We thought this was the perfect setting for our extended family holiday. We had long lazy days by the pool, some nice days out to the bastide towns and alfresco dinners followed by games We rescued several frogs from the pool! There were plenty of distractions in the house for every age and we found the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Fabulous weather for two birthday celebrations and we found it to be a very peaceful and idyllic setting. Amazing house! We all made amazing memories and had a great time.
We have recently returned from our wonderful trip to Dordogne which we thoroughly enjoyed. Sia and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Maison Montratier was a beautiful place to stay when visiting this wonderful part of the world. We would highly recommend this home and area to our family and friends.
I just wanted to say that we all found your house to be absolutely lovely. Everything we could have hoped for. So many nice touches, you clearly put a lot of thought and no doubt effort into making it a very special place. A wonderful week spent at this wonderful villa. Had a lovely time visiting Château de Monbazillac, Montcaret and Bordeaux. We all have had a fantastic time in the swimming pool. Thanks for a lovely week in your fabulous holiday house, it was very kind of you to let us arrive early so we could easily visit the market. It was quite entertaining seeing the gendarmes trying to organise the market day traffic (and the usual bonkers French parking!) We have stayed in quite a few properties in the South of France but not managed to find somewhere that was both walking distance to a nice town and a high spec house. Yours certainly ticked both of those boxes. Especially with the weather not being on our side, we spent a lot of time in the house and really appreciated all of the luxury living area and kitchen features. The kids loved the pool (and it did stay at 26 degrees!), so we did manage to venture in almost every day, much to the amazement of some of the locals! Thanks also for all of the information and recommendations that you and Lisa sent through before and during our stay. It was very much appreciated and hugely helpful.
Where do we start! Arrived at the gite and drove through the private gated entrance to see beautiful grounds and a very inviting swimming pool. Jean and Martyn were waiting to show us around and were the perfect hosts throughout our stay. The gite, grounds, outdoor kitchen and pool all immaculate and made for the perfect stay. The washing machine, dishwasher and many fridges are an added bonus. The bedrooms and bathroom a good size, fab open plan kitchen, diner and living room. Lots of extras in the kitchen which is great. Lauzun is a great little village with all the amenities you need, several other pretty villages near by (Issigeac and Eymet are lovely) Large hyper/supermarkets and various shops in Bergerac, 30mins away or a decent size Intermarche 10mins away. We would highly recommend the gite and will definitely be returning. Thank you Jean and Martyn for your letting us stay in your lovely property and not forgetting the very friendly, fluffy, German Shepherd Tanner. We had the best time, enjoyed sharing our many bottles of vino and our evening with you in Eymet.
