We had high expectation of this holiday and were not disappointed. The property is a piece of history in an area steeped in the past. From the moment we arrived, greeted by a couple you seemed to have been friends with all your life, the stresses of every day life evaporated. We immediately felt at home and were very quickly making plans for our next visit. The cottage looks picture postcard from the outside and there really is no detail left undone. The inside has its historic charm in place but with all the amenities necessary so that you are not required to live the Médiéval lifestyle of many some other rural accommodation in France. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated and there are large bathroom and shower facilities (upstairs and down). The private swimming pool is superb and was for our sole use. Its clear waters under pine trees and a blue sky were idyllic. It was difficult to tear my wife from the pool side. The cottage fits perfectly into an area of outstanding beauty where many of the sites we wished to visit were only minutes away. The owners were very welcoming and provided good advice on the places to visit but were not overwhelming so that you could always enjoy complete privacy. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and cannot recommend it more highly. If you want to tour the area to see the 1,000 châteaux and the countless prehistoric sites in the area or just chill by the pool, this is the place for you. Thank you for a lovely week.
We loved our stay in your beautiful home and the solitude meant that the children and young were able to be as noisy as they liked. We managed Mummy with help from James and Toby. We brought the van to fit all the aids Mummy needs to make life easier. Our home is rambling with stone steps so she is used to being helped around. We enjoyed the pool and spent most of our time in the pool area. Living outdoors is part of the joy of our visiting France at this time of year. The weather was dry at least and when the sun came out it was an added bonus. We left Mummy, Pandora, Henry and Emilia to go canoeing from Brantôme to Bourdeilles which was lovely and great fun. There are enough places of interest within half an hour's drive to keep us entertained but enjoyed coming back to Malardier for our afternoon swims. Thank you for a lovely setting for our holiday.
We have stayed a few times at Maison Sebastien and always had a wonderful time there. The setting is beautiful, the house is spectacular and has been renovated and furnished with supreme taste and sensitivity, without sacrificing luxury and comfort. Lunches on the terrace, swimming in the spectacular pool, walking in the surrounding countryside - all make for a supremely relaxing and restorative holiday. Highly recommended.

An amazing holiday at an amazing property. We are a family of 6 adults and 6 children and holidayed at Domaine de Nérige at the beginning of May. What a treat!!! Sandie and David were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make it a dream holiday. The house was vast so we could all have our own space and the pool was a real hit once we bought wetsuits for the kids. The terrace area was great with the BBQ and it was lovely to be able to eat outside. The house had everything we could have wished for. There was even a supply of wine and beer on hand in case we didn’t want to travel to the supermarkets. Sandie arranged treatments for us with two brilliant therapists and it was so relaxing. Sandie also cooked a meal on one of the nights and it was fabulous. We even got the recipes for the food we had chosen. Great area with lots to do. We all agreed we could never hope to better it. Thank you Sandie and David.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and above all cozy villa. Very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The beautiful vintage cuisine is a highlight. The bathrooms were also very stylish and spacious. The large garden on several floors is dreamy. Especially when the many flowers bloom. The mountain views were magnificent and an absolute haven of peace compared to noisy and busy city life at home. The manager Sophie is a very enjoyable and friendly person! Very accommodating and always available. Thank you so much! We will be back!!!
Thank you so much for a wonderfully relaxing stay at your ‘Loft’. We have stayed here many times before under previous ownership, but we must say that you have moved it up several notches! The attention to detail is second to none; from the luxurious ‘The White Company’ products to all the goodies in the fridge and cupboards - very much appreciated. The terrace, garden and pool are just so peaceful that we haven’t ventured far! Most of all thank you for being there and for your wonderful company. We hope there will be many more visits to come. We have had a fantastic holiday here! The pool was great as was the weather. The house was great as well and was very comfy. The garden was amazing, we practically lived outside. Overall we really loved our stay here and will definitely recommend this holiday to our friends and family.
Highly recommended. Wonderful stay. The villa is modern, spacious and filled with natural light all day. Our children loved spending time in the pool while we enjoyed the quiet environment. Great location to visit the French Riviera.

Spending time in this lovely serene hamlet is heaven, overlooking the most calming landscaped from the house and terraces. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted for foodies and in a setting with fantastic food markets just 15 minutes in proximity. The gardens surrounding the house are beautiful and have a fabulous pool. The is French countryside brilliance at its best.
Great house specially the swimming pool, garden and the amazing sunsets. Quiet area, for those really looking for a place to disconnect. We loved it!

We felt very comfortable here in this house with the beautiful garden and pool. Peacefulness, rest and relaxation - What more would you want? We particularly appreciated how attentive and helpful people were in Bessan and Agde as we needed help for our little Leah. We have greatly enjoyed our time, recovered and will definitely come back. A perfect gite to spend a relaxed holiday. We loved each area of the Gite and felt very spoilt to have such a large area to ourselves. The attention to detail inside the gite gives a real homely feeling. The pool provided a lot of entertainment, and again very well presented. Debbie, the host, couldn't do enough for us and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. I can't recommend it/her highly enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
We had the most wonderful time in your lovely old house. Although there were only 4 of us we made the most of the available outside space, eating each meal in a different area, depending on the shade. You were the most perfect hosts and we hope to see you again one day.

This place is lovely – perfect for a family get away to relax and have fun in the perfectly sized pool and also to get out and see the fabulous city of Béziers – great location not far from shops, architecture or beaches, this villa is pretty amazing. Thank you to Pure France for the prompt, polite and easy booking process, to the owners of Manoir Coutenson for allowing us to rent the property and also to David, the property manager who greeted us on arrival and was so helpful. Our family of 15 (aged between 1 - 64) have just enjoyed a fabulous week at this wonderful property. It is the most well equipped place we have ever stayed and all the extra touches (including small children's toys and books) ensured a relaxed and easy break for the whole family. We would unreservedly recommend the Manoir to any family group. Thanks again.

Château du Mas is magnificent. The rooms are well proportioned with high ceilings so always feels cool. The is so much to explore in the grounds and great tuning trails. Great BBQ for outdoor al fresco dining. Huge table under a pergola for long leisurely lunches or dinners. The swimming pool is lovely and a great size for lengths with lots of loungers. Sharp, sharp knives. First time ever in a rental! Huge range cooker which is immaculate. Blenders, graters and simple to use bottle opener! The owners were fabulous! Our children are 9 and 12 and they loved playing the Wii in the playroom. Wish I had found the château when they were a baby and a toddler as tons of toys to occupy them with.10/10. 5 star throughout. Recommended.
A wonderful stay and greatly enjoyed the house. All the bedrooms are en-suite and three of them have the most amazing views towards the Corbières and Pyrenées mountains. There is a very well maintained pool and an attractive garden and outdoor seating area. Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay and could not fault the property which was a joy to experience. The interior was spotless and modern, the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in, the open plan living and dining space relaxing and the bedrooms extremely comfortable. The views outside were truly beautiful and it was perfect to make use of the decking area for either sun bathing or eating outside, not to mention the infinity pool for cooling down in. All in all a very relaxing stay.

From the garden the mountain and surrounding vine yards are blindingly beautiful, the day beds under the fig tree was my favourite place over looking the pool and could spend all day there. The whole house is fantastic and the interior also, I absolutely loved it, thank you for these two great weeks,
