A fantastic family holiday in this gorgeous place! A wonderful week, thoroughly enjoyed by all.
We were a group of 7 adults and have had the most fabulous week in your villa. It is so unusual for a villa to work on every level, but yours really did. So much space – and so very well thought through with absolutely everything you might need supplied. And yes – far better than the pictures suggested. We greatly appreciated the cheese + wine on arrival – the bread + pâté through the week – and of course the meal at La Tour, which was just amazing! We made good use of the bikes (coldly wet!) and made our way to Montady a few times (a lovely ride on the cycle path). We visited Béziers, Carcassonne + Minerve – but most importantly – we were able to relax + chat and laugh! Thank you Philippe. What a great week.
It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. We enjoyed a lovely holiday at La Cottage in Saint Maurin. Our hosts Bryn and Steph couldn’t have been more attentive. The cottage was full of character and French charm and the landscape gardens were a delight along with the private swimming pool which provided a much-needed opportunity to cool down after lovely days out. Relaxation is what this area is all about, laid back and very pretty ,with beautiful Bastide villages and charming markets selling local produce and so much more. We loved dining outside the cottage overlooking the garden, listening to the birds and church bells chime. Thankyou again to our lovely hosts.
I wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you, we had a wonderful, relaxing week. The villa, garden and pool were all fabulous and we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The villa has been finished to a very nice standard and we would definitely like to go back and we will be recommending it to our family and friends.

All in all an amazing place. We have recently returned from 2 weeks in Laurac as a family of 7 across 3 generations ranging from 4 years to 76. The house is beautiful and no photo of the view from the wonderful terrace could ever do it justice. With 4 en-suite bedrooms, all of which were very comfortable, on the first floor, and a large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room on the second floor, all of which looked out on to the huge French windows and terrace, we had plenty of room and comfort. The pool set in the secret garden, a short stroll from the house, was perfect for relaxing in, and there is loads of space on the decking for stretching out on the loungers and catching the sun. For shade lovers there is also plenty of this as well as the garden is very well designed. With loads of amazing places close to Laurac there is loads to do and see, and the village itself is stunning and amazingly quiet.
Our party of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) had a great week at this property, There was plenty of space for everyone and the property looked exactly as pictured. The house stayed cooler than expected during the 40 degree temperatures (due to the very thick stone walls and roof, no doubt) and the pool was wonderful. Our contact Florence met us on arrival to show us everything and was available to answer questions during the week. We enjoyed the Sainte-Geniès market and explored Sarlat-la-Canéda.
A lovely week celebrating multiple 50th birthdays with 4 school friends and their families. We loved the pool and all the space.
We had a fantastic week in July at Villa Galinette in July. The house was very well equipped and inviting.
Can't really add to what's said before, but totally agree the house is a perfect home from home and is a great base for a fantastic holiday.

We just wanted to tell you that we really enjoyed the stay in your wonderful house. You have thought of everything to make it so nice and our daughter said that she had come to paradise... All the people that we met; Alan and Cathy, the pool and garden guys and the cleaning ladies were all so nice and helpful. Real assets! And the Rosé in the fridge... This was a very welcome gesture that we enjoyed after the long drive down. Thank you again for sharing your lovely house with us.

We've had a fantastic holiday in this superb villa. We had great weather, food and wine! The villa is a really good base for visiting the Languedoc, Occitanie - we went to Carcassonne, Sète, Montpeyroux, Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert amongst other places and all within a short drive. The villa itself is really well equipped and has everything for a family holiday. 2 big supermarkets nearby and Pezanas is stocked full of restaurants and shops. The market on Saturday is amazing and well worth a visit. Thanks for a great holiday and we would thoroughly recommend the villa to others.
This is the second time we had spent time at this property so we were a bit more familiar with area. I struggle to think of a better location to holiday than this area of Provence, it has everything, beautiful countryside, restaurants, vineyards and historic villages. One eats outside all the time as the evenings are warm and balmy and in this respect this property is blessed with a superb view looking across the valley to Vaison-la-Romaine and the Dentelles in the distance. There is complete privacy with the nearest neighbour being a considerable distance from the house. Inside the house is spacious and beautifully laid out contrasting with its former farmhouse origins. If you want relaxation but with loads to do in the area then I really cannot think of a better place to stay for a summer holiday.
Another wonderful visit to Bellevue the perfect place for some much-needed R&R. A week filled with sunshine, swimming and hot air balloons overhead! Even an incredible storm didn't spoil the pleasure of being here. Roll on August for return visit with all the family.
We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Maison Des Vignobles. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It is in a beautiful and quiet setting amongst the vineyards with wonderful views. We spent our days in the pool, kayaking on the river and exploring the local towns. The owner was on hand should we need anything and was very helpful with recommendations and bookings. It was a perfect choice for our family holiday.
Thank you Nick and Tessa for the most fantastic two weeks in your wonderful house. Frédéric was a star. We relaxed properly for the first time in a long while. Ate delicious food quaffed too much wine and swam all day in your pool. We hope to return one day.

The gite is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, the hosts Kirstie and Russell have made sure you have everything you need for your break. There is a lovely private seating area outside with dining area, hot tub and patio which looks out onto the orchard and fields. Wonderful place to stay in a great location for visiting local vineyards and historical towns and villages.
What a wonderful stay in a beautiful villa. We felt so at home. Peace and tranquility with spectacular views.
We had a lovely week in this quaint house. It was secluded with a lovely pool which was cleaned twice during our week. Which was ideal as it was quite windy. We had no faults with our stay and the owner was helpful when required. I would like to point out that air conditioning is only downstairs, kitchen and bedroom with pull out sofa bed in. There was an air conditioning unit in the top bedroom which was satisfactory. That would be my only comment on what was a lovely week that it should be clearer in the description where it is.
