Our holiday at La Charmante Distillerie was absolutely superb! Mark and Gary were superb hosts and made our experience incredible from the moment we booked until the moment we left! We will definitely return for another holiday, because it was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The attention to detail was brilliant, and we were made so comfortable from start to finish. They have put so much effort into making this an incredible holiday villa and they couldn’t do enough for us. It is 5 star+ in every respect. A beautiful villa in a quiet location with so much around to explore. Thanks Mark and Gary for making our family holiday one we will remember forever, and we will return soon to enjoy it all again!

What a fantastic holiday we had in Debbie and Rupert’s beautiful home! The house was so lovely and comfortable and so nicely located next to the vineyards. The family had such fun times by the pool and also managed to have some adventurous trips to the beautiful surrounding villages. Debbie and Rupert were so welcoming that we even ended up staying a few extra days! We’ve definitely made some great new friends and we can’t wait to come back!
The house was the perfect setting for our party of 8. The bedrooms were all a good size and with 3 bathrooms and great air conditioning they were perfect. The indoor kitchen and dining area are huge and are the best equipped we have ever had. The outside areas are just outstanding. We used the bbq a couple of times and ate outside every evening. The table tennis was fab and we developed a great love for darts! The pool is to die for. In terms of the area, Collins bar is a 5/10 minute drive away and is open from 5pm for drinks on a hilltop. We had a meal and wine tasting at Logeril (Pennautier) which we loved. There are plenty of pizzerias a short drive away. Clearly a car or two are required
We just wanted to drop you a quick message to say how much we enjoyed your lovely house in France. Les Roches was a wonderful place to spend a few days relaxing, seeing something of the Southern Loire, and trying new wines. The pool, tennis courts, and gym were a big hit with the kids especially. Isabella, thank you for the personal tour of the winery, it was good to learn more about how you create your organic/low sulphite wines and the great knowledge shared while tasting a few, along with the ones we thoroughly tested during our stay The Femme Tour riding by the gates was a one off and such an amazing and friendly experience. We toasted with sparkling wine (Ampelidae of course) on the barrels set at the end of the drive as they rode past. Please say thank you to the so helpful Beada once again for her support and patience with our varied amounts of French. The ladies in the village bakery were also wonderfully cheerful each morning as we negotiated the language of French bread types. In all our joint family holidays this one got the highest score. As we watched the red sunset from the terrace on Friday, no one wanted to go home. Wishing you a good harvest in 2025 and all the best.

Came for 2 weeks, had a warm welcome from our hosts. We explored the area and further afield, went on lovely walks, found some lovely villages, Sarlat-la-Caneda and Bergerac with their lovely markets. If you're looking for French charm and a true get away, then Le Mas de Combet is the place for you. A beautiful house with everything you need for a trip away with family or friends (the accommodation in the barn is so handy for young familys too). The property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored plus communication was spot on, it was easy to book and any questions I had were answered promptly.
Thank you for sharing this charming oasis in Sarlat with us. We have greatly enjoyed our week here. The house is just perfect and the location incredible. Highlights include: The town of Sarlat itself, Goufre de Padirac, Domme, Rocamadour, canoeing on the Dordogne, visiting Beynac and Castlenaud and of course the pool! We have had a fantastic and unforgettable holiday and hope to return.
We had a wonderful time in the lovely property in Gonfaron. We ranged in size from 3 for one week to a full house for the other 3 weeks. The porch with the big table and sofa area was fantastic. Big dinners at night and coffee on the sofas in the morning. All my guests loved it. Everyone loved the pool and pool house.

What a beautiful, well appointed home in a wonderful location. Despite the odd bit of rain we and our guests enjoyed our two week stay immensely. Thank you to the owners who were perfect hosts – helpful, friendly and on hand when needed, without encroaching an inch on our privacy. We could not have asked for more, either of you or of Domaine de Nérige. You have designed the perfect holiday home and we and our guests would have been happy to stay longer, much longer. Le Malardier is delightful. It is so much more than just a holiday home. Every room makes you want to step inside. The house has been so sympathetically restored and is quite clearly a labour of love. Richard and Gay were also the perfect hosts and couldn't have done more to welcome us. If your thinking of booking a week or two at Malardier, do it. You won't be disappointed.
Beautiful home. A lovely house with gardens, exceptionally peaceful and private. Lovely pool and all the facilities. Saint-Alvère also a lovely village.
Very nice, clean and well equipped house. We had a great week (4 adults and 5 children). Magnificent swimming pool, a large and very pleasant games room. We recommend this house without hesitation.
