Very good accommodation and a very nice house with a well-equipped kitchen and a good barbecue on the patio. Small but good pool. Eimear was very professional and easy to deal with. Everything's just fine.
I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at Villa Bellara. It was immaculate and is perfectly positioned to access to supermarket, patisserie, beaches and numerous quality restaurants and a short walk to the train station - which we used most days to visit other coastal resorts. The villa was considerably larger than we expected and was well equipped for our stay. The quiet residential location was a bonus after having busy days out. All in all a perfect property. Many thanks.
Fabulous house accommodating everyone in comfort, superb location and fantastic views. The family particularly enjoyed the warm pool and al fresco dining. Lorraine who greeted us was super friendly and helpful, responding quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend this property
It is true what the other reviews have mentioned - the photos do not do it justice - the accommodation is huge and the living area is simply gorgeous. The location is perfect, completely silent and peaceful, yet not too far from the boulangerie, activities and local towns. Debbie and Rupert were so welcoming, we immediately felt at home. There was no problem too small and Debbie helped us to book local activities and dinners out. It was the break we had needed for so long, thank you so much.
A lovely welcome from Frederic who made us feel very much at home. We soon settled into your beautiful villa and stunning surroundings. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by all. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Bella: It was the best holiday ever! (Age 8).
Beautiful house - everything you could possibly need for a totally carefree and relaxing holiday. We loved it so much here we only ventured away from the property for 2 half days. Your house is beautiful. So peaceful and delightfully decorated. We had a fab holiday exploring the area. The pool was glorious and the gardens, too. The morning view and sounds from the open window will never be forgotten.
We have spent an excellent stay at this lovely villa, decorated with good state. The owner is charming. Generally, the house is very functional. However, the villa is for a maximum of 4 and not designed for more. Close to Pézenas, lovely town to go out. I heartily recommend this house.
Eight days at Malardier after the brash noise of the Hamptons in August was underlined as I walked past the dried sunflowers. What was that sound? Only a breeze moving stealthily through the stalks hushing its way to the end of the meadow. An hours walk completed, a years stress melted away.
We have had a very relaxing holiday, some by the pool days and some exploring the Loire Valley, vineyards, châteaux, beautiful villages. House, pool and hammock were amazing!

I just want to send you a quick message to say what a lovely holiday we are having in your charming house. It looked fabulous from the photos but in fact, on arrival it really surpassed our expectations. We really appreciate the beautiful environment and also the rare fact that it was very well stocked with all those things one normally needs to rush to the supermarket to buy: loo paper, soap, dishwasher tablets and the like. I just wanted to let you know what a lovely place this is and to say thank you.
Thank you so much for the most restful and enjoyable holiday we have had in ages! Everything was made so easy for us - the Loft is fitted out perfectly with so many additional little touches that we wanted for nothing. We particularly enjoyed the barbecue, the fantastic coffee machine (we're buying one when we get home!) and having breakfast and dinner on the amazing terrace. We had a good look round the local area and were particularly grateful for all your tips and recommendations. You have both been the most wonderful hosts and we have really enjoyed getting to know you over a glass of something cold! Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you again next year!
Gorgeous people and house. The house and landscape is amazing and the spot very well located, taking profit from both rural slow life and the urban facilities and events of the nearby city of Carcassonne.
Wow! You have a piece of perfection right here! I've been so relaxed during 2 weeks here. The pool has been my solace along with the hot sunshine. L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is a lovely place with lots of lovely shops and fantastic markets. Thank you for letting us stay. I hope to return.

You beat me to it! I’d been meaning to email to say what an excellent time we’ve been having and to thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful home. It’s such a gorgeous spot, the weather has been perfect and we love the fact that the house feels like a much loved family home so thank you for sharing it with us. It is so well equipped and comfortable, with a lovely ambience - we are greatly enjoying relaxing and eating meals in all the different beautiful spots in the garden. No practical problems and everything seems in order. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Villa Gecko in Collioure from June 13th to 20th of this year. We were delighted with the experience and wanted to share that. The owner gave us a very warm welcome. The villa is magnificent—ideally located, very comfortable, and extremely well-equipped (pool, Jacuzzi, air conditioning, etc.). The kitchen's layout and equipment even gave us some ideas for our own home. In short, it was a wonderful experience; I would recommend it to anyone wishing to discover this beautiful region. Thank you, what an amazing holiday we’ve had in your wonderful house, from the swimming pool to the table tennis room and family boule tournaments, we’ve had great fun. We loved. We loved swimming in the river in Nyons and the massive markets. A lovely windy trip up to mount Ventoux with amazing views and cheering on the cyclists!. Vaison la romaine was a nice morning out with the Roman remains and finally a quick wine tasting (and purchase) at Domaine du Tave with Audrey finished it off nicely. Thanks again,
We had a fantastic week of vacation with friends at Mas du Château. The house, the pool, the bedding, the exteriors... everything is set up to have a perfect time! The house is perfectly insulated so that the most fetards in the group can take care of your feet in the water and the rest can sleep without problem. We'll be happy to go back, including off-season!:) Christophe is an available and attentive host. He has carefully renovated the house with care and commitment.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in oyur villa, Philippe. The perfect place for 70th birthday celebrations/family reunion. The pool is so well set up for relaxing, socialising and being able to keep an eye on the kids. After a week in the pool, our daughter was able to swim independently by the end! Thank you for your warm and friendly hosting: the welcome cheese, breakfast pastries, brilliant meal at La Tour de Montady, fabulous wine tasting at Saint-Chinian - it has all been so memorable and made the trip that much better. Other highlights have been many bike rides through the vines, a trip to Chichoulet Beach, discovering the butcher and pâtissière in Cazouls-les-Béziers and enjoying the local produce by the pool every evening.
We have had an amazing time in this wonderful house. We even had a home for our much loved cars. Many thanks to Mike and Natalie for looking after us so well. I am sure we will return!
