A lovely welcome from Frederic who made us feel very much at home. We soon settled into your beautiful villa and stunning surroundings. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by all. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Bella: It was the best holiday ever! (Age 8).
We now have a special place in our hearts for the local village, Fayence. What a truly beautiful spot and the most wonderful house to make some amazing memories. Maximum pool time, lunches in Cannes. Best time and best memories made.
Both properties were finished to an extremely high standard and provided luxurious and comfortable accommodation for all 15 of us (with some room to spare!). It was immediately apparent upon our arrival that a great deal of love and attention to detail has gone into making the domaine the place that it is and we felt very privileged to be able to enjoy everything that the property has to offer.

To others who get to enjoy Les Jumelles: this home was like a true little paradise for my husband and I and our two nephews. It is very well appointed with all the amenities you will need. We vacationed during mid-June and found that the house was very fresh with a lovely breeze. A lovely touch was having a freshly cut rose in each bedroom upon our arrival. We found ourselves enjoying the home and grounds so much, we tried to have all our dinners (suppers) here. Our hosts were very friendly yet non-intrusive and provided us with wonderful suggestions in terms of sites to visit while in the area. We were taking a day to go back to Paris and both owners helped provide us a sound plan as to best use our time there for our nephews who had never been. We will recommend this destination to friends and relatives for sure and even try to com back in the not too distant future. Merci. PS: The shower is great but ask for the trick to turn it on!
We recently spent two weeks at the property, with six other friends. The whole place has been beautifully decorated with bright, fresh colours, along with the two, lavishly supplied kitchens. Most of the bedrooms have their own sitting room and full ensuite bathroom. We had the yellow bedroom which overlooked the courtyard and the mountains. The inside of the property is truly as attractive as the pictures on the website. There are two large sitting rooms, including a big screen TV. The outdoor pool and dining area are well maintained and a joy to use. The very generous sized patio, overlooking the Pyrénées, is wired for sound and can be lit up at night, for outdoor dining and dancing. The owner suggested, one night, that we try a local restaurant, call Gayda. If you stay at the property, you must go to the Gayda for dinner. On Sunday night they will present you with a truly gourmet meal, plus all the wines to complement the five star meal and all for around 25 Euros per head. (We went three times). Everything you need for a fabulous holiday is provided at the property. You'll love it.
Loved Cottage du Jardin from the first photo we viewed on line. We had the warmest welcome from Caterina and Stephen. The cottage lived up to and beyond expectations. For anyone looking for total peace and tranquility this is the place to find it. On the other hand the area offers a mass of beautiful places to visit, within a short driving distance. You also have the luxury of your own swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful fragrant garden. Caterina and Stephen go out of their way to make you welcome and are a font of knowledge of the area, but manage to do this without being intrusive. The perfect hosts. I hope that this little cottage will continue to enchant those who are lucky enough to find it.
Château Chante L'Oiseau is the epitome of rustic French countryside living. It is an absolutely charming property with well appointed and comfortable rooms for restful sleep and mutiple reception rooms for relaxing and entertaining in. Its extensive grounds offer a plethora of activities to enterain both young and old. This is our favourite spot for a sojourn with friends and family.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. We spent two weeks here last summer with 4 adults and one child. The accommodations are first rate and the house well air conditioned. The AC was very important to us as we are accustomed to it in the hot summers and it made such a BIG difference. The pool and environment very secluded and very clean with pool service provided. We loved the outdoor terrace and spent every evening viewing the stars and morning coffees were enjoyed every day, too. Interiors lovely and kitchen we'll-equipped. We are so looking forward to staying here again with our friends from the UK who are happy to join us again. Delightful soujourn and a short walk to town for our daily bread and Friday markets are a big event. You should not miss staying here if you get the chance; we have stayed elsewhere and this is the best. Oh... Wi-Fi works and is always an essential for us wherever we travel in the world.
Thank you Karen and Russell for giving us the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place. The Loft du Vigneron is one of the nicest places we have stayed, and we have stayed in many. The warm welcome we received when we arrived was lovely after our tiring journey. It was great to have you show us around, and your welcome pack was more than generous. The facilities here are all 5-Star; the Loft is spacious and airy, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and crockery and everything that you need, and more besides. All the ensuite bathrooms are of the highest standard with fluffy towels and pamper products (I want a new bathroom when I go home - I was spoiled here). Karen and Russell, you really know how to look after your guests and spoil them. We can't wait to come back next year for two weeks - one was not enough!

What a fantastic house and grounds. We had great plans for visiting places and doing things with the grandchildren, but they indulged in endless games around the grounds, including the croquet and of course the pool. Croquet from 7.30 to 15.00 meant a wonderful time, so many, many thanks for letting us stay in your home.

The acccommodation is beautifully presented with lots of lovely little touches. There's everything you need but if not the hosts are just next door and couldn't be more helpful. Vouvant is a very short walk away and has a handful of bars, restaurants and shops so you can just leave the car and relax if you really need to with off. We'd highly recommend a stay a The Piglet Barn and will most certainly be back.
A lovely fortnight here in Ventenac-en-Minervois. The house and all of its wonderful facilities are exactly as billed and everything is in first class condition. We enjoyed eating at the 'Grillade du Château' - excellent meat cooked on a wood fire whilst being entertained by their chickens! We also explored villages by the Canal du Midi - Homps and Le Somail and went to the medieval village of Lagrasse which was excellent. Thanks to our excellent hosts, Eric and Dominique, they were extremely helpful and responsive to any queries we had. We recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday, staying in your beautiful villa. We have loved the pool and the garden, the views are stunning and we have very much enjoyed taking our coffee in the mornings and drinking our wine, sitting at the various places dotted so perfectly around the grounds. We have enjoyed the Monday morning market in Duras and the nights market at Monsegur on Wednesday evening. Thank you Frédéric for his warm welcome. It has been a truly relaxing and enjoyable week.
What more could we possibly want when staying at Villa Floriana. It is perfect. We have had an amazing time here and will definitely be back. To be honest we did not want to leave.
Beautiful setting and the grounds are marvellous. So relaxing and the pool area is perfect for long sunny afternoons. Kitchen is really well appointed. Bed linen feels fresh and your home is spotless - a big thumbs up! Playroom was a huge hit. You have a wonderful property, but your kindness and generosity of spirit went a long way in making us all feel very welcome.
Having booked with you several times and having never been disappointed our expectations were high.
