Thank you! We have spent a glorious week at The Loft, which feels like a home away from home. You have been fabulous hosts, and your suggestions of places to visit and vineyards to try have been spot on. After ‘confinement’ in Paris for many months, the pool was a joy. We love the garden and it’s shady spots and enjoyed Mack and Mabel’s company. We can see why people return to this wonderful place, and we hope to be one of them very soon. Thank you again for such a lovely stay.

Our holiday at La Charmante Distillerie was absolutely superb! Mark and Gary were superb hosts and made our experience incredible from the moment we booked until the moment we left! We will definitely return for another holiday, because it was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The attention to detail was brilliant, and we were made so comfortable from start to finish. They have put so much effort into making this an incredible holiday villa and they couldn’t do enough for us. It is 5 star+ in every respect. A beautiful villa in a quiet location with so much around to explore. Thanks Mark and Gary for making our family holiday one we will remember forever, and we will return soon to enjoy it all again!
We have returned from 2 perfect weeks holiday at La Cigalière in Servian. Really lovely house, perfect pool, would go back in a flash.
The house is magnificent and very well equipped, for the kitchen or for activities, everything is planned for a good stay. The welcome is warm with very friendly neighbors. I highly recommend the Château des Grillauds for a peaceful stay in the Dordogne. We had a pleasant stay and the house is very well equipped. There is everything you need to have a great vacation with family or friends. We were able to have lunch outside to enjoy the garden and the swimming pool. Thank you to Marie-Thérèse for your availability. Highly recommend, we will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay! The cottage was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was lovely and quiet. The pool was fabulous. The owners are very kind and helpful, and the nearby villages and châteaux are beautiful and fun to explore.

We had a lovely holiday here ! The place was beautifully quiet and well-equipped. Pau is definitely worth a visit with wonderful restaurants. We had a great stay and are heading home fully recharged.
We had a great stay in Maison Rohmer. The house was beautiful and had all you could ask for a family of four. It was incredibly hot while we were there so we found ourselves spending most of our time in the pool, which was lovely. The owner was also very helpful and the location in the heart of the Luberon is hard to beat. Highly recommended.
From the garden the mountain and surrounding vine yards are blindingly beautiful, the day beds under the fig tree was my favourite place over looking the pool and could spend all day there. The whole house is fantastic and the interior also, I absolutely loved it, thank you for these two great weeks,

Better than it looks in the photos. We are a fussy family from Guildford - this villa ticked all our boxes and more. Comfy beds always a must. Seillans is a picture postcard village. Back soon...
The villa was just as described and was perfect in every way. We chose the villa because everything was on one level and the pool and terrace area were located very close to the main house. We had the most wonderful time and the arrangement of the bedrooms meant we had plenty of space to relax in. The BBQ area was well used. The air conditioning was welcomed during the warm Mediterranean nights. It was also the first villa we have stayed in where we were able to walk to the local town in order to buy our daily croissants. The service we had from Pure France and Philippe was exceptional. Perfect romantic getaway. Maison Meunier is set in the beautiful grounds, next to the old mill, overlooking the lake. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has its own patio and pool. The facilities are superb, the grounds are well manicured, lovely for walks and there is a fabulous games room where you can meet up with other guests for a drink and a chat and maybe a game of pool. A stroll into the village to sample the local fair is a must, the villagers made us very welcome. There are a number of local market towns (bastides) and châteaux close by including Monpazier a lively bastide with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. The owners were really helpful with advice on where to go and what to do, they couldn't do enough for us. Fabulous holiday.
We loved staying in your beautiful home. The facilities, garden, decor and views were stunning. Frederic has looked after us so well. We have taken long country walks, visited local villages and markets. We went to Les Eyzies for tones of incredible caves including Rouffignac. Beautiful house with pool, nice and private yet a short walk into the centre of Sarlat. The house is very well equipped and cosy for those days when the weather didn’t play ball! The surrounding area has so much to offer. We will be back. We had a wonderful family vacation in your beautiful house. We will definitely be back. Sun, river, pool, food, canoes! What more do you need... Oh and wine!
Superb house for couples of friends or families with children. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom and WC, there are board games, bikes... and it is quiet.
This is an updated and more comprehensive review of our stay in June at the wonderful Maison des Cordeliers in Sarlat. After a very long journey down to Sarlat from Calais via Orleans through some frankly biblical rain storms, it was a relief to arrive at such a welcoming home! The house was very cosy and had all the home comforts you would want. The beds were super comfortable (that's saying something from a fussy bed person) and there was plenty of storage for luggage. Kitchen and living area were again stocked with all you needed and the satellite TV was a bonus for the Euros! As the weather improved, we spent a lot of time round the lovely pool or when it got too hot the veranda was a welcome spot to get some shade and relax with a book. The air con was also massively appreciated! We had never stayed in this part of France before, normally heading to Provence or the Côte d'Azur, but the town did not disappoint. Beautiful medieval architecture, fabulous markets and lovely shops and restaurants. Sarlat is a real wonder and the fact it's an easy 5 minute stroll from the house is such a bonus. I can honestly say we had a wonderful, relaxing, break at Maison des Cordeliers and would be delighted to stay again the next time we find ourselves in the Dordogne.
It is difficult to put into words how special our stay has been. Everything about the Loft is first class and we are going to miss it dearly. On top of that, all your little touches have been incredibly helpful and generous. Above all though, you have been the most warm, considerate and welcoming hosts - you really could not have done anything else to help us. Having travelled extensively we definitely rate you as the best! Of course, we have loved exploring the area, including a wonderful trip to the Pyrenees, and we are very keen to get to know it better. Finally, the last word goes to Mack and Mabel - they are adorable and we have enjoyed sneaking down for cuddles. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.
Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Villa Montplaisir. This is a lovely villa in a nice location. The owner could not have been more helpful and we were provided with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
We recently stayed for two weeks at this beautiful house and were overwhelmed by its beauty and setting. The house is spacious and extremely well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic relaxing break. A lot of care and thought has gone into the decor and furnishings giving a real homely feel. Fresh flowers in the rooms added to the warmth of our welcome by Frederic, the house manager and Elisabeth and Marian had ensured that everything was immaculate. The town of Duras is close by and we enjoyed the Monday morning markets as well as trips to Bordeaux (by train from Marmande), St Emilion and the wonderful Château de Fayolle where we had an amazing lunch, vineyard tour and wine tasting. This is a beautiful part of France where we have made many happy memories and hope to return one day. Our thanks to the team at Maison Baleyssagues for making our visit so special. Worthy of mention is local driver Mark Pope who provided transport for us during our trip. He needs to be pre- booked but will get you where you need to go if you don't want to drive!

We had a wonderful week at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious house is very well equipped. The swimming pool is incredibly warm and the children (even the baby) spent hours in it. The shaded area by the pool was essential as the weather was really hot. We loved the area. It is fairly rural but with easy access to the town. The house is very child friendly with toys, high chairs and plastic bowls and plates and lots of pool accessories. All of which were appreciated by our 5 grandchildren. A fabulous, relaxing holiday. Thank you so much.
What a fabulous place to call home for a week. The villa is beautiful with everything you could possibly need.
