I just wanted to thank you for providing us with the perfect spot for our vacation week in Provence. We loved everything about your home, the surroundings and the people. As it was my first time to Provence, we had an elaborate plan to visit Aix, Arles, Avignon etc and whereas I am sure they are fantastic places too, however, we ended up exploring the lovely mountain villages surrounding your home and loved every minute. Thank you for leaving the details regarding bike rental and horse-back riding, in the end it was a bit too hot to do either but maybe next time?! The house was great in every way and we loved every attention to detail and your impeccable taste. Again, thank you for a wonderful holiday, we do hope that some day we can return.
All of us have had a lovely holiday - so relaxing! Much reading, drinking wine, lying in the sun and swimming. Absolutely perfect! We went to Carcasonne which is stunning, but it was unbelievably hot! (and the whining children not the easiest!) Thank you - It's a great house. And we echo all the above sentiments. It has been perfect week of pure relaxation - the owner is absolutely right when he says that there is no very good reason to leave the house - we managed an afternoon in the Montagne Noir - stunning views especially from Saissac. The house is perfect for all of us. A huge thank you to the owners for making it so good.
We recently spent two weeks at the property, with six other friends. The whole place has been beautifully decorated with bright, fresh colours, along with the two, lavishly supplied kitchens. Most of the bedrooms have their own sitting room and full ensuite bathroom. We had the yellow bedroom which overlooked the courtyard and the mountains. The inside of the property is truly as attractive as the pictures on the website. There are two large sitting rooms, including a big screen TV. The outdoor pool and dining area are well maintained and a joy to use. The very generous sized patio, overlooking the Pyrénées, is wired for sound and can be lit up at night, for outdoor dining and dancing. The owner suggested, one night, that we try a local restaurant, call Gayda. If you stay at the property, you must go to the Gayda for dinner. On Sunday night they will present you with a truly gourmet meal, plus all the wines to complement the five star meal and all for around 25 Euros per head. (We went three times). Everything you need for a fabulous holiday is provided at the property. You'll love it.
The kids swam every day - in March and April! The outdoor living here was spectacular, with a gorgeous pool, view and special light all day. The house has many luxurious touches, with original art, silk drapes, handmade 'real' rugs, crisp sheets and instantly hot water. The hosts were generous and exceptionally hospitable. You can live out your fantasy of having access to your wealthy aunt and uncle's house in the South of France. The owners were upstairs and we found them affable and in good humour the entire week. We enjoyed having a car there and we were given a remote for the electric gate at the end of the driveway. We would love to return.
What a joy! We had such an amazing week at your fantastic house! We loved the house, the garden and the pool! The weather was perfect. We had a wonderful evening at ‘Poquelin’ and we had dinner at several of the restaurants recommended. (Chez Leo!!) Golf at Cháteau les Merles, what a beautiful place. We would love to come back.
Amazing lunch spreads on the big table every day accompanied by tasing of rose and red wine. Stunning BBQ dinners every evening. Sitting by the pool, staring at the view and saying 'wow'! on a regular basis. Kids very happy in the cinema for slightly too many hours! What a stunning pace and what a privilege to have visited here. Thank you. Look forward to returning one day.
We have had a very enjoyable 2 weeks stay at Le Pigat. There is plenty of room and it is very well equipped with everything you need. The daily delivery of fresh bread is a must for anyone staying here. Very tasty. We spent lazy days by the pool. Lots of fun. Evenings spend dining on the terrace, in the true French way. We would like to thank everyone for their very friendly welcome on our arrival.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Colombat Cottage. They took advantage of the calm, nature and beauty of the place. Carelle and Stephen are attentive hosts. We highly recommend.
You beat me to it! I’d been meaning to email to say what an excellent time we’ve been having and to thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful home. It’s such a gorgeous spot, the weather has been perfect and we love the fact that the house feels like a much loved family home so thank you for sharing it with us. It is so well equipped and comfortable, with a lovely ambience - we are greatly enjoying relaxing and eating meals in all the different beautiful spots in the garden. No practical problems and everything seems in order. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely house. We were lucky enough to see the (almost) full moon rising from the perfect spot in the garden on our first night. We loved the house and pool and most of all the beautiful views. To be in a village and yet so quiet is unique. We very much hope to come back.

After many weeks of uncertainty, our decision to drive down to the Loft du Vigneron has been vindicated by a superb week. Thank you so much for all that you have done to make our week so memorable; especially prior to us leaving the UK. Your e-mails and your flexibility made us have a sense of connection before we had met you both. I just want to send you a quick message to say what a lovely holiday we are having in your charming house. It looked fabulous from the photos but in fact, on arrival it really surpassed our expectations. We really appreciate the beautiful environment and also the rare fact that it was very well stocked with all those things one normally needs to rush to the supermarket to buy: loo paper, soap, dishwasher tablets and the like. I just wanted to let you know what a lovely place this is and to say thank you.
We had a wonderful trip! The pictures cannot fully represent the beauty of the house, the pool and the hilltop setting with views over the river and the whole valley. The layout of the house worked very well for us, as each of our families had their own wing with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. We were grateful for the help with arranging chefs and babysitters (who were fantastic) and the hosts were proactive in making sure we had a great stay. The location is great too, as you are near a couple of cute towns with good bakeries and restaurants, close to Sarlat, Domme and La Roque-Gageac and centrally located for prehistoric caves, river trips, wineries, etc. We can't recommend this house enough!

The house and the grounds are fantastic. The rooms were all spacious and we particularly appreciated the bedroom set up with interlinking rooms from the nursery. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and went for walks/runs. The children loved exploring the forest area. The swimming pool was fantastic. Loungers etc comfortable. The kids loved the swings etc and the playroom was well stocked. Everything we needed was here. The food was delicious and we really appreciate you taking into account the intolerances. Thank you for another wonderful stay here at Camirout, our vacation did not start out as we had planned due to the air line company, but we are so thankful that you did the shopping for us. Being so late as we were with the Bastile Day next day you really helped us a lot. Thank you. Except for our traditional trip to Bordeaux we haven’t done much this year except from relaxing at Camirout which is so easy with the beautiful areas you have made. Both of you do such a wonderful job here and we really appreciate all of it. All of us will hopefully be back next year without any delays or cancellations. Once again thank you so much.
