Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay in Helen's lovely, spacious, well equipped house with its beautiful garden, pool, boules court, summer kitchen and vue du château! Plenty of space, outside and in, as the heat allowed. The cooler basement provided table tennis, gym equipment and jigsaws, all completed during the extreme heat! Location was great for canyoning (Héric), kyaking (Orb), river swimming (Reals), karting (nr. Laurens), scuba diving (Montpellier), painting classes (Pouzolles) etc. Great local restaurants and bars (Roujan, Gabian) and small domaine wines to discover. The large Super U in Roujan has an excellent adjoining boulangerie/patisserie, open Sunday mornings too. Nothing lacking for a brilliant holiday!

Beautiful location really nice house, swimming pool is delightful. Large safe garden for children. Remote but easy to find and within easy driving distance of all the facilities you need for a great holiday.
We loved the house! Very equipped, very well decorated, the exterior is incredible with a space by the pool very pleasant. And the area is beautiful.

An amazing house with the best swimming pool we have ever seen! 16 of us stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks as we took the little gîte as well. We had a fabulous holiday. You have to drive up through fields of sunflowers to get there – a great welcome. We had loads of children but the pool is so big they spent the whole time doing acrobatics in it – and there was still room for us adults, when we managed to peel ourselves off the sun loungers. Evenings were spent playing tennis on the courts in the house grounds, BBQs, or local restaurants.
Exceptional. All! Great welcome, splendid accommodation, great location, unforgettable vacation, everything was perfect for us.
What a fantastic week we had at Mas de Clouze. The house is beautiful and we loved the attention to detail like the towels and soap in all the showers. The woods proved to be brilliant for treasure hunts for the kids and of course we spent many hours at the lovely pool! All in all a great week! We’d love to come back.

Absolutely stunning. We visited the house last summer and had an absolutely amazing time. The house is stunning with views over to Grasse and down toward Cannes. As a family of 5 (children 8, 5 and 12 months), it had everything we needed including a god sized pool and the interiors of the house are beautiful. It is a short drive to the local supermarket and amenities and only 20 minutes drive to the beaches of Cannes and Antibes. Nearby Mougins and Grasse provide an abundance of restaurants. A car is a must as the house is accessed up a steep road but views are spectacular. We can't wait to visit again this summer.

Thank you to Pure France for the prompt, polite and easy booking process, to the owners of Manoir Coutenson for allowing us to rent the property and also to David, the property manager who greeted us on arrival and was so helpful. Our family of 15 (aged between 1 - 64) have just enjoyed a fabulous week at this wonderful property. It is the most well equipped place we have ever stayed and all the extra touches (including small children's toys and books) ensured a relaxed and easy break for the whole family. What an excellent villa in a wonderful setting. Everything we needed was here and the swimming pool was just right. As previous comments by others, Cédric is a great host. We thoroughly recommend a visit to this area and this villa. Bize-Minervois and Lagrasse were our two favourite places to visit. If you want to treat yourself to a great restaurant in a great setting, Relais Chantonvent in Minerve - book early.
We felt very comfortable here in this house with the beautiful garden and pool. Peacefulness, rest and relaxation - What more would you want? We particularly appreciated how attentive and helpful people were in Bessan and Agde as we needed help for our little Leah. We have greatly enjoyed our time, recovered and will definitely come back. Jean and Martyn have created a wonderful place to come for a relaxing holiday. The house is really well equipped with everything you need. Providing 3 fridges was a brilliant idea and the house had great Wi-Fi! The pool was spotless and warm and the pool area was lovely- just across from the house, but not overlooked. The gardens are beautiful and the outside patio and kitchen were fab. We loved the short stroll to the village for bread. It’s a wonderful location. Highly recommended.

The villa is stunning. The views are incredible. I stayed in the double room on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. A lovely large room, with French doors onto the terrace, a great place to watch the sunsets. Towels are good quality from John Lewis! The upstairs bedroom has a lovely bathroom and stunning views from the private balcony. Just beautiful. Taking breakfast under the olive tree was a delight. The pool is a very good size and very deep. It was very well maintained with a cover. The surrounding pool area is very spacious, with substantial sunbeds and a great barbecue spot. The gardens are beautiful, there's a petanque area, endless olive trees and lovely flower beds in front of the villa. The kitchen is well equipped, although we ate most of the time and a laundry room. A lovely villa in a beautiful part of France. Very relaxing. A great find.

It is true what the other reviews have mentioned - the photos do not do it justice - the accommodation is huge and the living area is simply gorgeous. The location is perfect, completely silent and peaceful, yet not too far from the boulangerie, activities and local towns. Debbie and Rupert were so welcoming, we immediately felt at home. There was no problem too small and Debbie helped us to book local activities and dinners out. It was the break we had needed for so long, thank you so much.
We have had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We appreciate how clean it was when we arrived (thanks Yvonne) and the wine. We love the decor and period furnishings. The pool and small barn were great. It was interesting to hear about the history and previous occupants of the house from Bob and Margaret, the English neighbours across the road. Thanks.
