It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. We spent, with our 4 children, stepchildren and our 2 granddaughters, 2 weeks of extraordinary holidays at Domaine Rabassie, from September 12 to 26. Domaine Rabassie is a magnificent place, a true haven of peace, beautifully decorated and more than comfortable. The photos on the site are already very pretty, but the reality is even better. What about the facilities: the super hyper equipped kitchen, the bedding (super comfortable king size beds), the heated swimming pool and its many sun beds, the pizza oven (homemade pizzas cooked on wood, a delight!), Billiard, the ping-pong table and….. the tennis court with, what's more, night lighting. We played tennis games at all hours…. a real pleasure. We cannot, of course, talk about Domaine Rabassie, without talking about the caretakers who live 2 km from the Domaine. They take care of the Estate with passion and perfection, they are charming and so dedicated. They greatly contributed to the success of our vacation. Many thanks to them. Thank you also to the owner for the hospitality (without forgetting the Blanquette de Limoux as a welcome gift). You feel at home at Domaine Rabassie. Holidays to live or relive without any hesitation.

We had a very enjoyable week in your comfortable and charming house. We can recommend the dairy products from the local farmer and one of our favourite places to visit was Chinon. We have also discovered Savennieres wine which is a real treat. We would like to come back soon!

La Maison Somail was even more beautiful than expected, with an eye for detail, beautiful garden and swimming pool. Nice environment and a very friendly host.
This beautiful, secluded cottage is in the grounds of a historic house, both of which have been painstakingly restored by our hosts. It contains all you could need for a self-catering holiday, although there is an excellent local restaurant in the village, only five minutes walk away and others in local villages. The large private swimming pool is an added bonus. We used this as the base for a week's exploration of the Dordogne. Thonac is plum in the middle of the historic / pre-historic area of the Dordogne; the caves of Lascaux, famous for the pre-historic cave paintings, are just down the road and there are numerous ancient cave settlements nearby. A little further away, you can visit the castle at Castelnaud and its fascinating collection of ancient weaponry. We also ventured as far afield as Périgueux and Rocamadour, carrying out an in-depth investigation of the local cuisine as we went. To cap it all, Caterina and Steve are wonderful welcoming hosts, more than happy to chat about the history of the property and potential outings in the local area and keen to make sure their guests have everything they need. Highly recommended. Finally, I would like to thank you and everyone at Pure France for the excellent service you have provided this year and am looking forward to another successful year with you.

A beautiful romantic setting carefully renovated by the owner to give a wonderful Provençal experience. The closeness to Gordes and all the other hill top villages nearby made this a dream vacation for myself and my family.

What a fantastic week we have had. Thank you so very much for your hospitality. Our son loved the trampoline and the swimming pool and our daughters loved playing under the shady trees in your beautiful garden. The roses are gorgeous and their smell filled our lazy days. We have just spent 2 very enjoyable weeks at Villa Montplaisir. The villa is equipped to a very high standard and Thierry was informative and helpful throughout our stay. The apricot tree kept us well supplied with fresh fruit each morning... delicious. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk and offers a variety of bars and restaurants to suit most tastes. There is a market 3 times a week which has the usual buzz and good choice of fresh food stalls. We would recommend the villa as a very good base to visit both the coast and hinterland.
A great place to stay, ideally located for Vouvant, which is a lovely town and a genuine short walk for something good to eat and drink. Fontenay-le-Comte is an interesting large market town. Fervent is worth exploring with pretty forests, lakes and rivers. The owners pool is a good size and adjoins their property. The hosts were very welcoming.

We have had a wonderful two weeks here, enjoying all the area has to offer and the house including the swimming pool, pool and table tennis tables A huge thank you to Sam for cooking us an amazing meal in, one evening, fantastic food and value for money. We loved the house and enjoyed watching the Vultures in the hills, sampling local wines and olives, cafe du centre in Villedieu, Vaison la romaine and Seguret were all great. Thank you.
We felt very comfortable here in this house with the beautiful garden and pool. Peacefulness, rest and relaxation - What more would you want? We particularly appreciated how attentive and helpful people were in Bessan and Agde as we needed help for our little Leah. We have greatly enjoyed our time, recovered and will definitely come back. We had a glorious family week - unbelievable calm and restful views over the vines, extensive grounds, with a good balance of shade and sun, a fabulous pool, a huge and cool interior with very well curated equipment (not just your usual IKEA) - all lovely in every way. Debbie was a perfect host: super discreet, but there with advice and troubleshooting whenever needed and above all, so thoughtful in ensuring that we could make the most of our time there through enjoying local sites, markets and produce (including walnuts and jams from the property), of which there are lots, within easy reach! We knew we were in for a great holiday as soon as we saw that a bottle of wine was awaiting us from the vines outside our window and we were right.
Wow - what a fantastic place to stay! Hugh and Ian are wonderful hosts and have made sure everything we need us available to make our holiday such a relaxing one. The grounds are beautiful and the pool has been glorious to cool down in the summer heat. It was great to meet Oscar your stunning dog too. Thank you for another wonderful stay at Manoir de Fouilloux. So memorable as it was our little girl Clemmies first holiday!
Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful houser. We were in need of some rest and quiet and this house was perfect for it. We enjoyed the beautiful nature, the lovely places nearby and the refreshing pool/ The house is very well equipped and has a the most amazing view!
