Highly recommended. The house was very spacious, tidy and even more beautiful than in the photos. There is a large beautiful and enclosed garden and by the pool a nice terrace. The owner were really friendly and helpful. Both we and our 5 dogs had a great vacation. We will definitely go back again!
We have just returned from Maison de la Mairie. The house is a lovely, spacious and bright family house in a pretty village by the Canal du Midi. The house is well equipped with good quality bedding and towels etc. There is an excellent library so no need to bring reading materials. Outside there is lots of space for sunny or shady meals by the pool. Paraza is well served by a very good village shop and an excellent restaurant situated beside the canal. There is a lot of useful information in the house including walks, drives, restaurants and lo al history. Stephen, our host, was most welcoming and did all he could to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday. Even when he had to return to the UK he arranged for someone to be available should we need help. We have enjoyed a lovely holiday and woulf like to thank Stephen and Susan for sharing their home with us.
We were able to have a great week with friends at this house, which matched the photos perfectly. The host is very accommodating and accommodating. Amenities are complete, different living spaces are spacious, the pool area is a real plus. I'd recommend it!
We have just come back from this absolutely wonderful property in Collioure and we would like to share our impressions with you. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and his wife and the property is just like the pictures and more. This is a truly exceptional house with every conceivable thing you might want available. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and well equipped. Upstairs the kitchen has all a hobby cook like myself could possibly want with an abundance of spices available for our use. The house comes with a manager (Dany) who lives close by and will help with every problem you might have at an instant notice. The gastank of the barbecue was empty so after a message to the owner, Dany came by within 10 minutes to change it. This house does not dissapoint in any way and we would highly recommend it to anybody who wants true luxury close to the very lovely coastown town of Collioure.
Thank you so much for an amazing stay, how will we cope without the view!!!! Main highlights include, hanging around the house, Mount Ventoux for go carting and tubing etc, watching the Tour de France at Grignan, Nyons for great markets and music in the evenings, les Barons perches Nyons for high ropes and Vaison la romaine.
Beautiful house with pool, nice and private yet a short walk into the centre of Sarlat. The house is very well equipped and cosy for those days when the weather didn’t play ball! The surrounding area has so much to offer. We will be back. We had a wonderful family vacation in your beautiful house. We will definitely be back. Sun, river, pool, food, canoes! What more do you need... Oh and wine!
We have had a very relaxing holiday, some by the pool days and some exploring the Loire Valley, vineyards, châteaux, beautiful villages. House, pool and hammock were amazing!

A perfect stay for a family Christmas. Plenty of room for 10 people. Beautiful bedrooms and bathroom. A very family-friendly living room, a superb and functional kitchen. We felt very comfortable here in this house with the beautiful garden and pool. Peacefulness, rest and relaxation - What more would you want? We particularly appreciated how attentive and helpful people were in Bessan and Agde as we needed help for our little Leah. We have greatly enjoyed our time, recovered and will definitely come back. You have both been incredible - from your patience over the booking; your reassurances over Covid in France, and the amazing steps you've taken to protect your guests, ( we cannot imagine anyone could do more ), to providing my daughter with a very much appreciated birthday cake ( delicious, by the way ). Always being at the end of the phone and let's not forget the incredible 'Loft' - it is beautiful - calm and relaxing, spotlessly clean. Your attention to detail is excellent. We have all had a wonderful time and return to England feeling refreshed and nurtured.
Spending time in this lovely serene hamlet is heaven, overlooking the most calming landscaped from the house and terraces. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted for foodies and in a setting with fantastic food markets just 15 minutes in proximity. The gardens surrounding the house are beautiful and have a fabulous pool. The is French countryside brilliance at its best.
A beautiful house and perfect for our four generation family holiday. The children loved the pool and the huge range of toys. They spent most of their time in the pool and playing with the garden toys. Beautiful rooms and everything we could possibly need provided. We enjoyed a family walk around the lake followed by an excellent lunch at the restaurant in the museum. Days out to Revel, Castres, Carcassonne and other local villages.
This was our fourth stay in a villa in Languedoc, Occitanie… we all agreed that this was the best villa and location.
What a wonderful holiday at this amazing Villa. Firstly, a big thank you to the owners who were amazing and answered all our queries and were very fair minded when checking out. This really is a luxury apartment and everything was as stated. The pool is excellent as well as the hot tub. The are lots of eating areas and plenty of room to sunbath on the decking. I can recommend taking advantage of the visiting chef - he was excellent. The property has aircon which works extremely well. The kitchen is amazing with every mod con you could want and well appointed with kitchen equipment. The welcome book was very useful and covered everything. There are plenty of fridges and freezers and one outside which was very useful. We were 7 adults and three young children and we fitted in very well and never felt cramped. Some of the walks nearby are very good. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and we will definitely be returning
We have had a wonderful week in this beautiful house in this stunning location. The sunflowers fields are just gorgeous and we will forever have fond memories of Gascony and the sunflowers. An amazing house with the best swimming pool we have ever seen! 16 of us stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks as we took the little gîte as well. We had a fabulous holiday. You have to drive up through fields of sunflowers to get there – a great welcome. We had loads of children but the pool is so big they spent the whole time doing acrobatics in it – and there was still room for us adults, when we managed to peel ourselves off the sun loungers. Evenings were spent playing tennis on the courts in the house grounds, BBQs, or local restaurants.
Perfect for family holidays. The kids loved the swimming pool. Our third year here and more wonderful memories cherished in our magical home.

Mas du Château is really beautiful and tastefully finished. Great location with beautiful views and surrounded by villages to visit. We were the first to rent and we can say that everything was planned for comfort and well thought out for the party (beautiful lights and sound system available). I totally recommend! Thanks for a truly wonderful week. The house, garden and pool are really fabulous. We had a wonderfully relaxing time and didn't do as much exploring as we should have done as we couldn't tear ourselves away from the garden / pool. Don't miss Friday evening in Pézenas with the high street market, food, wine and music.
An exceptional house in an exceptional setting. We were able to stay a week in this house in so many different ways, as a family, as a couple with friends and this house allows to enjoy life! Take the time to enjoy the superb cuisine, professional level equipment, with and without a caterer, you will appreciate the heart of the house. A large piece of land that can be shared around the house for different activities, a superb seating area with views on the Rhone, a welcoming corner around a round table and its tennis court not far away. The land extends to offer a short walk, allowing digestive walks following the big banquets in the reception house where a large sofa, retro projector and bar await you! Perfect tranquility and very comfortable bedding, enough to spend an exceptional stay where rest and pleasure are the key words of our experience.
Now we are back from a fabulous holiday staying in Grand Mauran, I just wanted to say we had a wonderful time. The house was perfect, it was so well equipped and had everything we could possible need for a holiday with a baby. Having the pool heated was a real joy. All the instructions were good and our questions were answered very promptly. We definitely will be back.
