I just wanted to drop you a line to say how very much we enjoyed our week in your lovely home - it truly is superb! In fact, we all had such a good week, I am about to email in order to book for next year. I notice on the website that next year's dates are already there so we thought we'd better book quickly (and before you decide that it is far too beautiful to leave!)

Over the years we have stayed in around twenty different houses all over France - most were good, one or two were very good. But then there is the special one - this year. This house didn't feel like a house; it felt like home from the moment we walked through the door, after a long and tiring drive (and, bless you, there was bottle of ready chilled local wine ready and waiting for us). 'Welcome to your home' it said. The layout, décor and furnishings are delightful; and the luxury of each bedroom having its own bathroom topped it off. We had friends who came to stay for a while and they shared our thoughts. One couple even came back for a second visit on their way home. And then there is the garden – warm, private, shaded when you want it and serene. And yes, the pool is fabulous – it's a proper size. But wait until you see the garden at night, when you have your barbecue and the garden and pool lights come into play... makes the local rose taste even more morish. And then there is Pézenas - ten minutes walk away through a vineyard. And you won't go hungry there. Wonderful town. Only one regret – we couldn't parcel it up and take it home. It is, truly, an oasis.
Our first family holiday ion 3 long years! We have treasured our time together in this beautiful villa. The weather as so hot but the a/c was great! Thank you for all the local recommendations for restaurants and shops!
Excellent stay. We had an excellent stay. The house proposed by Malina is fully consistent with the advertisement. It is very well equipped and can easily accommodate 10 people. I recommend this rental.
A wonderful villa and a great host. We have had an amazing holiday in Maison des Communes and the surrounding areas. Delicious meals at restaurant de la Tour and Pica Pica in Béziers. Some enjoyable cycling and lots of relaxing by the pool (The pool was looked after excellently by the host). Breakfast delivery was a real treat too! Thank you.
What a gem! What a find! You have thought of it all down to lavender sachets in the drawers. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your delightful house in the most charming of places. We love all things duck and Sarlat offers the best. Exploring the surrounding countryside has been a pure pleasure. We had the good fortune of spending June in Sarlat and enjoyed the village come alive with music. We hope to come again and thank you.
Merci pour une quinzaine fantastique ! It was a wonderful place to spend a special birthday celebration with friends and family. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the luxurious feel and the tasteful decor. The extra touches were much appreciated - from the breakfast deliveries and amazing meal and setting at Le Pourquoi Pas. We also enjoyed the visit to the cave at Saint-Chinian. We enjoyed the meal at the family run restaurant La Tournelle, a friendly service and very reasonable prices. For another gourmet lunch with an impressive view we enjoyed the Tour at Monterey. Good value set lunch. Thank you for everything.
Thank you for a lovely stay. The house is so comfortable and a great base to explore the region from. Highlights were Dinan, Le Mont-Saint-Michel and Faugères. We also loved driving through the countryside. The boulangerie in Bazouges-la-Pérouse was fantastic! We loved the welcome basket - it was such a thoughtful + helpful gift. Spacious and beautiful house and grounds. Shaded areas a welcome balance. Very child and baby friendly. Lovely pool. Everything thought of and provided for a 3 generation family. Toys / DVDs / Books perfectly stocked. Playroom and comfortable seating a huge bonus. The WII very much appreciated! Food delicious and in perfect quantities. Very helpful to have options - prepared and / or catered. Thoughtful and considerate catering for children.

We spent a wonderful week in the accommodation. We were able to take full advantage of the swimming pool and the outdoor space. The amenities matched the photos and everything was top quality. This is the most wonderful place to have a family holiday; beautifully furnished, spotless, spacious and as peaceful as you could possibly hope a holiday to be. The pool is glorious, we spent hours playing table tennis, had wonderful meals on the big table outside and we watched the stars at night time. In the local area are vineyards, beautiful mediaeval towns and castles and lots of lovely food to be found in markets. It’s a perfect place for a happy holiday.
A brief note to advise that we have enjoyed a wonderful week at Château de la Ronde. It is a very special location and premises of the highest order. Claire is a charming host. We hope to maybe return one day.

Swimming in the sun at La Barde we experienced a luxurious time in the perfect place to be reminded of the most important parts of life - family, nature and love. It's so obvious that every corner of this house was built and is maintained with love. A perfect getaway in the hills of Lusignac.
Words cannot express how fantastic this place is. The sunsets, the pool, the kitchen, the coffee machine…all sublime.
Thank you so much for restoring this beautiful château, having impeccable taste and letting us share your wonderful home. It far exceeded our expectations! We came here for my 60th birthday and danced (in the hall!) till the small hours, played games in the pool, badminton at night, ate, drank and enjoyed the amazing homely atmosphere of this elegant place. It could not have been better!
We have throughly enjoyed our stay at Mas Saint-Martial. Thank you for being such warm and welcoming hosts. The house and grounds are beautiful and we've enjoyed using the pool, playing badminton, table tennis and boules. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in such quiet and peaceful setting. Brantôme is a very pretty town on the river. Aubeterre-sur-Dronne also a beautiful place to visit with. remarkable underground monolithic church. Bergerac worth a visit for the Hal-timbered buildings. A fantastic stay thank you.
A lovely property that worked well for our family of 5 adults. The outside space and pool were great and we liked the location of the house.
Thank you - it was another fabulous two weeks at Les Granels for us - and we loved the new additions of the hot tub and beach volley ball court.
If you're looking for French charm and a true get away, then Le Mas de Combet is the place for you. A beautiful house with everything you need for a trip away with family or friends (the accommodation in the barn is so handy for young familys too). The property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored plus communication was spot on, it was easy to book and any questions I had were answered promptly.
Malina and her husband have always been available and responsive. Good welcome. The house conforms to the description, large, well equipped and pleasant. I recommend these hosts and the accommodation for a future stay. Thanks.
Many thanks for your hospitality; we've very much enjoyed our stay at the Loft. You've clearly gone to a lot of effort to ensure that your guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We certainly appreciated the supper that you provided for us on the first night - much appreciated after a day of travel.
