We've sadly come to the end of a lovely week here chez Karen et Russell. They have been perfect hosts and have made our stay so memorable. The Loft is beautiful and the wonderful weather was very popular with the girls who loved their time around the pool. We look forward to returning in a few years to see how the magnificent looking maison de maitre comes together.

It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. This must be the perfect summer holiday Villa for a small family. As a couple we were joined by some friends for part of our stay and we had a great time in the sun. The O 13 Clochers restaurant in Monteton is under new management and serves superb food. Hostellerie des Ducs good quality- and the restaurant in Seyches is incredible value. We are sure to return.

Fantastic time in this great house and location. 2 weeks of rest, relaxation and fun with the kids and extended family. Thank you. What a wonderful place! So much for the kids to do - swimngs, slide, trampoline, swimming and may runing races, lots of yumy wines and cheese. Two scrumptious meals cooked by Tim and Ali. Very tempted to return next year! We had the best week here in this beautiful house, such a perfect location, the house had everything we needed. We didn't have a car but everything was in walking distance. We spent every evening having drinks at 'Le Pub' in the centre of town, very nice cocktails. Restaurant Chez le Gaulois served the best cheese and meats platter, couldn't recommend them more. WE LOVE IT HERE and will definitely be back next year. Thank you Jackie and Geoff for this beautiful stay.

We loved the villa, everything was perfect. The children loved it and my 3 year old son refuses to go home. Beautiful fruit from the garden.
La Maison Somail was even more beautiful than expected, with an eye for detail, beautiful garden and swimming pool. Nice environment and a very friendly host.
We have thoroughly enjoyed the markets, the wine and the village we visited and walks. The weather has been lovely and hot. It was wonderful to return each day to such a lovely and very well appointed and equipped house and gardens. One of us really appreciated the pool.
Absolutely amazing views. I spent few glorious days in that beautiful villa in South of France. The house has hypnotising views and all the surroundings and accommodation were perfect, modern facilities but still warm and welcoming vibe.
Thank you for a wonderful two weeks at your beautiful home, we fell in love with Les Marquises as soon as we stepped out of the car the gorgeous gardens, plants, flowers and the views! Then the house where to start, the clever beautiful sense of style and decoration in every room is enchanting, warm and welcoming and although we enjoyed visiting Nyons, Vaison la Romaine and Orange, the best part of our holiday was just relaxing around the swimming pool and enjoying this outstandingly beautiful place. A truly fabulous house, super comfortable and well equipped with everything you could want. The incredible kitchen is a joy to cook in. The pool was warm and super clean. This was a really special place for our family holiday with lots of space to spread out. Clare gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Andy cooked us a delicious meal for us which is a real treat. The area is lovely and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards, unspoilt local towns and villages. We would love to return and show the area and house to other friends and family.
We stayed at Maison Rohmer for a week at the beginning of September 2017. The house was delightful and the pool area very beautiful. We had a brilliant week with fantastic weather. We loved the village of Gordes so magical and magnificent. Market day on Tuesdays is a must. There is so much to see and do though I must admit we did a lot of lazy days by the pool. Things I would recommend a visit to Domaine De La Citadelle vineyard, beautiful wines and a very informative talk on how they produce. We also had a fabulous canoe trip with canoe evasion at Fontaine-de- Vaucluse. It's a must. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day.
Lézigno affords an extraordinary slice of regal French splendor - a small palace rather than a château - beautiful gardens and pool. Peaceful and elegant. The staff, Thierry and Nadine were kind and helpful.
La Charmante Distillerie is a wonderful holiday venue. Situated in the heart of the French countryside, but 10 minutes away from a busy and enchanting town. Mark and Gary are perfect hosts, completely non intrusive but immediately available to offer the best advice on local places of interest, restaurants and generally help. The interior is stylish, the artwork beautiful, the furniture very comfortable and the bedrooms perfect. Six adults and three children occupied the property for a week. The hosts catered for our every need, even buying new toys for our 9 month old grandson. At no stage did La Distillerie feel crowded. The swimming pool was heated and my three grandchildren were continuously swimming and playing in the dedicated play area. Me and my family can absolutely recommend La Charmante Distillerie.

Spacious, pretty and very well located house! We had a great week in your accommodation! Host attentive and available to answer questions. Accommodation next to the house (the atelier) is very good when two families stay, each has their own autonomy with their own personal space. We recommend this house without hesitation!
What a wonderful house. Superb vistas - just like a second home - we don't want to leave (which is why we are still here!). We've explored, swam all day in the pool, drunk many bottles of Rose and canoed. Thank you so much.
