Had a lovely restful week here. Kids spent 90% of their day in the pool! A few trips out, one to Olonzac market and the beach, but best days spent at the villa. Stunning views and so peaceful. Enjoying cooking diner and the kitchen has everything you need. Off North in the camper van tomorrow to continue our holiday but will miss the luxury of the villa.
Fabulous location with views to die for. Pool gorgeous and vital. Village cute with decent local restaurant. Food/wine pairing at Domaine Gayda fabulous - walking distance too!

It is with a heavy heart that this 3-generation family are leaving this wonderful and magical place! We have spent a week here and we all agree that it was not long enough! Where do I begin? The château itself is truly gorgeous and to be lucky enough to stay in one with magnificent views is a dream come true. We have stayed in many places over the years and can see that a lot of thought has gone into making this such a comfortable holiday place for all, including tiny children. We hope to come back! In the meantime many thanks to Henrietta for all her help pre- and during our stay. She even organised the purchase of a new cot for our 3 year old grandson. Very thoughtful and well beyond the call of duty.
A fabulous property, everything you need in one place, especially the pool. A wonderful location and the local restaurant has been ideal.
We have had the most amazing week at Malardier. We have visited lots of lovely towns and villages. We have had so much fun by the pool and have made lots of happy memories. We can't wait to return.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks at the Maison Baleyssagues in Lot-et-Garonne. Great days out in Bordeaux and the countryside. Weather great for the most part. Really enjoyed the super pool - which has been the best so far. Thanks so much to Frederic for being such an entertaining host. See you gain soon.
So much love and thought has gone in to creating the Loft! It shows in every detail, but most importantly, in the ambiance it radiates throughout. You made us feel so very welcome, both before and after our arrival. Your kindness and generosity have meant a great deal to us, and the ‘wine time’ we had with you has been great fun too! We so admire what you have achieved with the Loft and wish you every success with the renovations of the maison de maitre - can’t wait to see the finished article. Very sad to leave after a fantastic stay at Château du Pic de Rigaud. Fantastic location, amazing historic villages all close by. This is by far the cleanest property we have stayed in over the past 20 years visiting France - thanks to Henrietta and Peter. Pool was also the best we have had - only recommendation is a toilet closer to the pool!! We would love to return some day!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful, fairytale cottage. The setting is superb, from the lovely gardens around the house to the graceful trees around the pool. The large pool was the perfect place to relax, with the temperatures in our week pushing 40 degrees. The cottage itself is cool and spacious and provided with every convenience required for a comfortable stay. The location, too, is ideal for exploring the area which has so many interesting historical sites and attractive villages to visit and enjoy. Our hosts Caterina and Stephen were friendly and welcoming. They took great care to give us complete privacy but were always close at hand if there was anything we needed. We have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful cottage and hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Favourite Moment: Staying in the pool in the afternoons with wildlife, cheese and wine for dinner! A fantastic place to be, hosts are very friendly and helpful. The gîtes are beautiful decorated and the view is stunning. We had a great time and I would not hesitate to book this beautiful domaine for a holiday again. I wrote a comment in the guestbook to encourage other people to spend their vacation at L'Oliveraie.

The house is great for a large group and the surroundings are really beautiful. The fig and almond trees in the gardens were in full fruit too. The pool area would benefit from shade such as the awning in the online picture. The weather was very hot while we were there and the upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortably warm. Take not that the a/c is only in the living area.
We had a lovely stay at the property. Everything was as expected and more. The owners, Benedict and Pierre Balteau were very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit the Languedoc, Occitanie and will certainly be recommending this property to our friends and family. We have had a wonderful time in your very beautiful house! 2 weeks have gone by much to fast and we are sad to be leaving. Although the weather was not very sunny the last few days we swam every day. The pool is great and we will miss it. We visited Minerve, Carcassonne, Béziers, Narbonne and Lagrasse. Croissants every morning from the van at 10am, delicious! Love the decor and everything in the house, vintage design and you have great style. Hope to be back someday soon.

Very relaxing. Wonderful venue. Would have no hesitation recommending this magnificent château to friends and family. Hosts very knowledgeable and took time to recommend places to visit. A very beautiful home. Glad we got to experience it. Wonderful setting.
Looking for a relaxing holiday in a stunning environment? Château Entre-Deux-Mers offers it all. The panoramic view on the vineyards, the nicely decorated rooms, the orangerie full of daylight, the library to read at ease, the dining room with huge fireplace, the kitchen where the local cook prepared breakfast and dinner (hmmmm..), the different lovely corners in the flowered garden... Really, I can recommend this castle for a stay with family and friends. I can guarantee: you will come back as reborn. And for those who look for some activities: we used the bikes to explore the surroundings, we made nice joggings and visited Bordeaux with a guide. We will certainly go back :-)
An absolutely fabulous villa, decorated and furnished inside and out to an exceptional standard. Perfect location with an amazing pool and relaxation area. Very efficient air conditioning. The advertising for this villa does not do it justice. Facilities like this are hard to find in a holiday rental.
Lovely mini break exploring Sarlat. The weather has been very mild for October and we've been able to lounge in the sun which we weren't expecting. Visits to Beynac Chateau and Eyrignac gardens were also lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay.
We have really enjoyed our holiday at La Maison Cabanon. It has been very quiet yet near enough to town, just perfect for a family holiday. We have been blessed with great weather and the kids really enjoyed the pool and being together in the bunkbed room. The facilities in the house are of a much higher standard than usual villas. A real home from home.
We enjoyed our stay at Villa des Pivoines Sérignan. A very beautiful villa, nicely located in a quiet area. The private pool was truly a treat! Eva was very responsive to our questions and was easy to contact. We can certainly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to return if we are in the area again.
Beautiful house in a great location. The house is spacious and has everything you would need and more. Very quiet and peaceful and the location was perfect, halfway between Montignac and the prehistoric sites and Sarlat and the Dordogne river. Florence the concierge was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. I highly recommend.
A fantastic week exploring the area, with the beautiful house to retreat to. The local markets have been wonderful, with lots of delicious food which has been enjoyed in the surroundings of Le Malardier. The other highlights have been visiting Aubeterre, canoeing and a trip to the Chateaux. A magnificent week.
We had a very happy stay in your villa. We visited le jardin Saint Adrien which was beautiful but did not stay for the horses and the music. The villa really was perfect and thank you for allowing us to use it.
