Had THE best relaxing week ever. Your house has everything. Loved your fridge! Pool was lush. Wished we had booked 2 weeks.
I have passed along the property information to several of my friends with glowing recommendations. And of course we hope to return soon as this was simply the most lovely place we have ever stayed!
We have enjoyed a 2-week stay at Laserne gite. We were Pete’s first guests last year and our second visit has been as special as our first stay. Pete has been a delightful host, checking on us daily to make sure everything was OK. The pool has been such a delight in this hot and sunny weather. The highlights of our stay are the wonderful views from the gite and the tranquillity of furniture and fittings.
We had a lovely time at your house, we really like Pézenas and the surrounding area. The house itself was superb and very well equipped, we and our 18, 20 and 21 year old children were very happy. Being able to enjoy the shops and restaurants in Pézenas then wander back to the tranquillity of the house made for a great holiday.
Thanks for looking after us so well - you have a fabulous home. We've enjoyed our stay in this part of France.

In June, we stayed for a fortnight at L'Oliveraie. In the middle of the vineyards. Plenty of peace, space and beautiful views. The pool is great and beautiful views there too.
We loved the site; very peaceful and relaxing, despite the suburban setting. Everything you need is here! Pézenas is a beautiful place and we also liked Meze, Tourbes and especially enjoyed kayaking down the Hérault river.
We had 2 nights at Le Château de La Loire and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. The accommodation was beautifully appointed and there were several equally beautiful places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The setting overlooking the loire was stunning and the adjoining street art park was an unexpected treat. We loved the pool and spa area and were fortunate to have it to ourselves a couple of times. We would love to return some day.
Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Villa Montplaisir. This is a lovely villa in a nice location. The owner could not have been more helpful and we were provided with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
A wonderful 2 weeks for 8 adults and 7 grandchildren in a most beautiful château. Extremely well looked after by Robert and his team.
Our weeks stay at Les Marquises was exceptional, this is due to the skilful combination of old and new, colour and light, greenery and shadow combined in a tasteful and harmonious style that characterises the interior of the house and its domain. When you stay in such a place, even for only one week, a place that was restored, recreated and maintained with so much love, you can only love it back, the house, garden, the scenery creates a rare feeling of magic that will stay with us. We felt wonderful and grateful to be guests at the house. Thank you.

It is an extraordinary place, very quiet and well-equipped. The terrace and pool are really nice. Lots of villages to visit around. Recommended!
As our week draws to a close I wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you both for another fabulous week staying in your lovely house. As with last year, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time, both chilling around the pool and house as well as exploring the local area - so many treats to be found.
Excellent, everything exceeded our expectations. Lovely space. It was so lovely to arrive to hot food after a long journey and to not have to worry about shopping for the first few days. We had a fantastic holiday and will book again for next year. Thank you both so much.

Beautiful house with pool, nice and private yet a short walk into the centre of Sarlat. The house is very well equipped and cosy for those days when the weather didn’t play ball! The surrounding area has so much to offer. We will be back. We had a wonderful family vacation in your beautiful house. We will definitely be back. Sun, river, pool, food, canoes! What more do you need... Oh and wine!

This is a spacious, stylish house perfect for families, friends and couples in the heart of pretty Vezenobres located within an easy hour of mountains, rivers, gorgeous markets, Roman towns with their summer festivals and even the Mediterranean. The house itself is so lovely both in and out - you will no doubt be back again and again!
A fabulous setting for our family gathering. Some of us were here for two weeks some for one. We all enjoyed it thoroughly, the swimming pool was so restful, it was great for keeping cool, the children loved it. The outside seating being undercover was great as we ate out every night, we were able to watch an amazing lighting show one evening. The beds were very comfy, fans in the room was a real plus as the nights were hot, lots of bathrooms for a big group was also a plus. Some of us had been here a few years ago and it didn't disappoint, we would love to come back again, we loved your well stocked and very clean home
Why on earth did we delay visiting this haven for so long?! Collioure is a gem. We have had a truly wonderful time, thank you.
Thank you so much for our lovely relaxing stay in your home. We have waited a couple of years due to covid and our boys (and ourselves) really enjoyed our stay. You made us feel so welcome and we have very muh enjoyed spending time in your garden watching regular visitors like woodpeckers, buzzards and barn owls, etc. We are already planning to come back and promise to visit more of the region. We have just returned from two weeks at La Roquette and had an amazing time. We are a group of 10, two parents, 4 adult daughters and now their partners who have been holidaying annually for 34 years now and I have to say this place is hard to beat. The setting is beautiful . Deer and hares in the fields and birds as the only sound. The house itself is so well equipped with plenty of space inside and outside to be together or to seperate and a wonderful pool which was very much needed in a heatwave of 40 degrees!! We did a wonderful vineyard tour/tasting at Domaine Bois de Devès with a lovely English wine maker, Nick Smith,and visited several recommended restaurants, the local Burger bar being a huge favourite…only 6 mins away. We will definitely return in the future when it’s cooler to explore more. Many thanks to all at Pure France, to Patricia the owner and Andrew (the pool guy) for always being on hand for questions and to help. Highly recommended!
