A fantastic week in Ventenac-en-Minervois. the house was perfect for our family. Happy evenings on the terrace and beautiful time. Cup - in very friendly and excellent café. Eric is so helpful. We will definitely return.
We took the risk and booked La Maison Tournesol for an entire month! We have not been disappointed - in fact we wish we could say longer. These are just some of the memories we will take home to Australia: The changing moods of the expansive sky in different weathers and different times of day The abundance of lavender, sunflowers, barley and wheat. The magnificent patchwork views across the fields to distant farms. The local walks through dew-drenched woods and chemins. The warmth and hospitality of our very congenial hosts. Our favourite market was Montage de Quercy on Saturday morning. We loved our visits to Laureate, Roquecor, Castelsagrat, Auvillar and Montauban. Oh yes - and St Nicolas de Grave! And Moissac of course. Nothing better than coming home after a day out and relaxing by the delicious pool with a cup of tea and a slice of Meryl's coffee and walnut cake. All the better if Poppy makes a visit too! Thank you Richard and Meryl for your attention to detail.
Thank you for taking care of our family. The house is absolutely amazing. Such wonderful memories have been made by us all. We so enjoyed the pool, night market and beautiful sunsets.
This is a spacious, stylish house perfect for families, friends and couples in the heart of pretty Vezenobres located within an easy hour of mountains, rivers, gorgeous markets, Roman towns with their summer festivals and even the Mediterranean. The house itself is so lovely both in and out - you will no doubt be back again and again!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house, beside the river. Everything really comfortable and close to lots of things to do. We had a lovely day in Bordeaux visiting the fantastic cathedral and the great shops. Sadly, we are going home tomorrow but will remember our visit fondly.
Quick note to express our gratitude for the hire of your property. What a wonderful time somebody had restoring this place to what it is today. We had a superb family celebration for our ruby wedding and explored the Drome and Ardeche localities. Many thanks.

The house is pleasant and the host is welcoming. There is space for a large group. It is easy to park in front of the house and there is also an option to park in the garden. Well located, you can buy bread on the houseboat across the bridge and the bookstore is a must!

To others who get to enjoy Les Jumelles: this home was like a true little paradise for my husband and I and our two nephews. It is very well appointed with all the amenities you will need. We vacationed during mid-June and found that the house was very fresh with a lovely breeze. A lovely touch was having a freshly cut rose in each bedroom upon our arrival. We found ourselves enjoying the home and grounds so much, we tried to have all our dinners (suppers) here. Our hosts were very friendly yet non-intrusive and provided us with wonderful suggestions in terms of sites to visit while in the area. We were taking a day to go back to Paris and both owners helped provide us a sound plan as to best use our time there for our nephews who had never been. We will recommend this destination to friends and relatives for sure and even try to com back in the not too distant future. Merci. PS: The shower is great but ask for the trick to turn it on!

From the moment we arrived we have had a wonderful hols - Richard and Meryl's welcome pack - so thoughtful - made a huge difference and allowed instant relaxation! and Meryl's lemon drizzle and apricot jam were to die for! The gîte is in just the most beautiful location and couldn't be bettered, with it's 360 degree views, sunshine (well, weather permitting!) on all sides and glorious views of the countryside. The bird song while having breakfast or lunch was a delight. Highlights of the week include an amazing 4 course meal for €15 (make sure you are hungry!) and an afternoon's cycle along the canal at Moissac. We came quite early in the season so couldn't sample many of the restaurants but we are looking forward to the opportunity on our next visit! Thank you Richard and Meryl (and Poppy) for being so welcoming and such excellent hosts... and Richard for guidance on beautiful walks straight from the gîte.
We have had a wonderful week in your fantastic home. It has been so peaceful and tranquil here by the pool. Seeing the amphitheatre at Nîmes and canoeing under the Pont Du Gard were the highlights.
Thank you to Pure France for the prompt, polite and easy booking process, to the owners of Manoir Coutenson for allowing us to rent the property and also to David, the property manager who greeted us on arrival and was so helpful. Our family of 15 (aged between 1 - 64) have just enjoyed a fabulous week at this wonderful property. It is the most well equipped place we have ever stayed and all the extra touches (including small children's toys and books) ensured a relaxed and easy break for the whole family. We would unreservedly recommend the Manoir to any family group. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mas Saint-Martial, the pool was incredible and the owners were fantastic hosts. Probably the most relaxing yet inspiring holiday and people we have met for a long time which will have a long-lasting positive impact on us.

We've rented a lot of other villa, châteaux and domaines, but this one was the best! The six ensuite bedrooms were all the same size and had the same amenities so none of the six couples had a less than optimal room as we've experienced in other rentals. The two on-site staff were wonderful and spoke perfect English (they're Irish so not a surprise). The location in Burgundy was perfect for day trips. If you book this rental, you'll be delighted!

Absolutely delicious property in a beautiful part of the world. The property is very well maintained and rustic. I can recommend to any group planning a stay in the Dordogne. Our stay was in mid April when the weather started to improve. 26 degrees on our last day, perfect!

Your hospitality and company have been wonderful and matched only by the breathtaking accommodation and gardens. Everything you would need is provided for a perfect stay in this part of southern France. A range of seating areas throughout the garden and the pool were delightful. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable The hosts were charming, friendly and helpful, but very discrete.
