We have had the most relaxing Fantastic, self indulged weeks stay here. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful place. We will definitely be coming again and bringing our chidren and their partners.
We had a really nice holiday at Château Entre-Deux-Mers... it's an amazing place and everything was just fine.
It's been an absolute cracker. The house is a joy and the pool has been the centre of our stay. We've loved exploring the local area, particularly the beach side lunch in Cannes and wild afternoon at the inflatable waterpark at the lake.
Thank you so much for providing this little patch of paradise for our holiday. Such a lovely house and garden, a wonderful view and a haven of tranquility. Suffice to say that none of us wanted to leave.
Thank you so much for your hospitality this last week. Staying at the Loft du Vigneron is more a 5-star hotel experience than a typical rental property! We loved sitting out on the terrace at all times of the day and there were so many little touches that made staying here such a pleasure. You are great hosts - discrete yet friendly and so helpful when required. As for activities in the area, we particularly enjoyed Lastours and the Friday night pop-up tapas bar at the château. All the best for your new venture - we're sure it will be a great success!
Fabulous week learning about wine in an amazing setting. Manoir Lemance is the most wonderful, tranquil and stylish place I have stayed in France and I have stayed in many. The owners have taken great care and attention in restoring the beautiful buildings, choosing the internal furnishings and creating the amazing swimming pool and grounds. We were warmly welcomed and looked after really well all week. The local area is full of amazing villages, great vineyards and beautiful countryside. If you are looking for a very French holiday with the added support of English speaking hosts, in the most beautiful setting, then this is the place for you.

We have spent a very happy week here. The house is charming, very comfortable and relaxing. We have loved spending lazy days around the pool, enjoying the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The cafés of Poitiers were worth a visit. Thierry and Véronique have been lovely hosts, thank you.
Piglet is the prfect spot to visit all the graet spots in the Vendée, our favourite being La Rochelle and the Belugas beach. There are wonderful touches of luxury at the house; beautiful linens, towels and bathrobes. Vouvant is a charming and beautiful village. definitely a fabulous find !

An absolutely fabulous villa, decorated and furnished inside and out to an exceptional standard. Perfect location with an amazing pool and relaxation area. Very efficient air conditioning. The advertising for this villa does not do it justice. Facilities like this are hard to find in a holiday rental.
You have transformed this building into the most wonderful house and more than that, into a welcoming and comfortable home, in which we feel privileged to have been guests. We lacked for nothing (except maybe a little more soleil and a little less vent). Everyone who came to stay with us expressed their appreciation in a similar vein. Thank you so much. After 2.5 years in the making, everything conspired against us. Well worth the wait! The Loft is exactly as expected and the welcome even better! We loved the ambiance, the garden and the area after the last months of lockdown etc - it has been wonderful. We cannot thank you enough for your generosity - the mobility aid was indispensable and the evening spent getting to know you both was great. Can we also thank you for your incredibly comprehensive welcome pack. We enjoy cooking and we’re very grateful for the extras. Thank you Karen, for delivery on day one - BREAKFAST WAS BRILLIANT! We have really enjoyed the garden - a lot of hard work, we know, but much appreciated. We do hope we keep in touch as we will miss Russell’s lengthy epistles - always a good read! He should write a book; maybe the history of your home with the trials and tribulations of renovating thrown in (‘A Year - or Two - in Minervois’, perhaps?). If you are ever back in the region, you know where we are!
We had a wonderful holiday at La Maison Blanche. The location is stunning, a huge garden with a large pool - overlooking a field of sunflowers when we were there. We were two couples with two older children and the house is very spaceous and beautifully furnished. The location is very peaceful. Whilst that means that shops, local markets and restaurants are not within walking distance the house is very well equipped, both for cooking and barbequeing as well as entertainment with the pool, table tennis and games. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Your home is beautiful, so well equipped and very clean. The pool has been amazing, so wonderful to cool down in and the children have had a blast playing in it everyday. We have loved Lagrasse, Carcassonne City and the lake near Carcassonne was a particular highlight for the children. We ate at the Vins de Dagne a couple of evenings and the food and wine were great. Shame the shop was closed, it would have just made things a bit easier but the croissants / baguettes we ordered from Vins de Dagne were super. Mosquitos were a bit of a pain and the extreme heat towards the end of our stay - but that's nature! Also, thanks so much for all your help and tips !
Brilliant holiday in a lovely house. Loved the pool. The games room upgrade was amazing from when we came 7 years ago. Three generations from 71 - 11 and we all loved it and were entertained all week.

We had high expectation of this holiday and were not disappointed. The property is a piece of history in an area steeped in the past. From the moment we arrived, greeted by a couple you seemed to have been friends with all your life, the stresses of every day life evaporated. We immediately felt at home and were very quickly making plans for our next visit. The cottage looks picture postcard from the outside and there really is no detail left undone. The inside has its historic charm in place but with all the amenities necessary so that you are not required to live the Médiéval lifestyle of many some other rural accommodation in France. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated and there are large bathroom and shower facilities (upstairs and down). The private swimming pool is superb and was for our sole use. Its clear waters under pine trees and a blue sky were idyllic. It was difficult to tear my wife from the pool side. The cottage fits perfectly into an area of outstanding beauty where many of the sites we wished to visit were only minutes away. The owners were very welcoming and provided good advice on the places to visit but were not overwhelming so that you could always enjoy complete privacy. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and cannot recommend it more highly. If you want to tour the area to see the 1,000 châteaux and the countless prehistoric sites in the area or just chill by the pool, this is the place for you. Thank you for a lovely week.
A rental that keeps its promises: the place is charming, the house pleasant and clean, the equipment very complete, the swimming pool with a magnificent view of the Dordogne. We received a very warm welcome and particularly appreciated the welcome basket. The geographical location is ideal for visiting from Sarlat to Bergerac and exploring the Dordogne valley with its magnificent castles, bastides and vineyards. We really liked your house (nothing disappointed us) and we will keep fond memories of this stay. The setting, the decor and the equipment make it a particularly appreciable place to stay.
Just a brief note to say a big thank you for letting us use the property for 2 weeks. The house is very well kitted out with lots of information on hand. During this week we visited Gordes and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The area is gorgeous and we will be back.
We have all loved our stay here. Wish we had booked 2 weeks. Very traditional but you have provided all the modern amenities needed, with out compromising that gîte feeling. Hope to return. enjoyed afternoons in the pool and watching the amazing sunset from the driveway. Enjoyed the live entertainment in the square of Verteillac outside Le Calice bar. Must visit the beautiful town of Brantôme.

It's impossible not to smile in the Gers. At the heart of Gascony, this land is green and gentle, with hills, rivers, armagnac, ducks, arcaded village squares and solid people ambling a couple of hours behind mainstream France. Given the feudal feel, a château fits the frame. Few are more sumptuous than the Château Mézard, near Condom, which sleeps 13. Surrounded by 42 acres, it's the sort of place ordinary mortals pay to look round, not stay in.
We had a pleasant week with friends. The accommodation met our expectations. The host was responsive and accommodated us for the arrival time. I recommend.
