A wonderful villa in a stunning location, plenty of sightseeing within driving distance. A fantastic holiday for a 3 month old boy and all the family.

Excellent, at all levels. We were 11 adults and 3 children and we had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, isolated and quiet. The house is very well equipped (we particularly appreciated the presence of pool towels). The outdoor space and the equipment allowed us to fully enjoy real moments of relaxation. Sam is a very responsive host, ready to answer any questions. In summary, we highly recommend and thank Sam for his impeccable welcome!
Once again, we had an excellent stay at Le Borghesia. The pleasant house, the large swimming pool, the view of Domme, the tranquility make this residence a very pleasant little corner for a quiet family holiday. Efforts are made year after year to keep improving the practical side... opening of the barn for easy access to the swimming pool and tiled floor. The materials are of quality. In short, we will come back with great pleasure!

The Loire! What an overwhelming heritage. Châteaux, abbeys, caves - and Michel's house is central to all of it. Bourgueil is a charming town with delicious foods and outstanding wines. Every night we enjoyed the pool. Thank you Michel for an exceptional week.
Can't really add to what's said before, but totally agree the house is a perfect home from home and is a great base for a fantastic holiday.
Really brilliant week at Mas Saint-Cernin. We have loved the houses, garden, pool, views, sun-rises and sunsets, birds, red squirrels etc etc. The local towns are so pretty and the fantastic markets provided most of our food. Lots of coffee stops. Found it easy to do boulangerie trip. Intermarche just outside Castillonnes was an easy supermarket shop (done on Tuesday after visiting the great market where we got large boxes of peaches, apricots and haricot vert for 5 Euros. Great wine tasting at Les Verdots - wish we had gone there earlier for our wine. La Brucellerie great for a meal. Bikes hired from Bergerac cycle hire, google Apolo cycles. Best to book in advance but really helpful man there. Huge thanks to John and Lesley for providing such wonderful accommodation (they have thought of everything) and for being so warm and helpful all week. We have appreciated your many kindnesses. Hope to return soon.
We have had an amazing time and are very sad to have to leave! We have loved our time lazing by the pool and leaving all the stresses of our normal lives far behind. The owners have been perfect hosts. and the house has had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed visiting this part of France for the first time and would recommend all the beautiful Bastide villages. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can come back!
We had a wonderful two weeks at Château des Dragons. One week as a family of ten with two small children and the second week as four adults. The château worked perfectly for both. Plenty of privacy for all with a separate toilet and bathroom for each double room. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs and we were able to produce some delicious meals. The location of the château is ideal as it is very peaceful with beautiful well kept grounds. The owners responded to all our requests quickly and were really helpful. Their recommendations for activities and restaurants were a great help and led to some great experiences for us, including a balloon ride and local wine tasting. We had a car with us, which was useful to get around, but we also used the local taxi service, including the 9 seater - the taxi company was friendly and arrived on time. The pool, château and the grounds were immaculate and the outside areas were great for mealtimes. The antiques and artwork meant there was always something new to discover. All in all, would highly recommend and may well return.
Many thanks for your hospitality; we've very much enjoyed our stay at the Loft. You've clearly gone to a lot of effort to ensure that your guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We certainly appreciated the supper that you provided for us on the first night - much appreciated after a day of travel. Drinks and nibbles in the garden with you both was also a lovely touch; always on hand, but never imposing. Best of luck with the next chapter of your renovations!

After many weeks of uncertainty, our decision to drive down to the Loft du Vigneron has been vindicated by a superb week. We, grandparents, parents and our little daughter, spent two fantastic weeks in this wonderful villa in Fréjus. The villa offers plenty of room for a bigger family. You can find everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's fully furnished. lovely decorated and well appointed with kitchenware and with everything you might need. There is a lushy, well maintained garden with a swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. We loved our stay there with the beautiful view over Fréjus to the sea. We can recommend this villa to everyone looking for a peaceful, quite summer vacation. The owners are as well extremely friendly and helpful.
A really nice villa with peaceful garden. We all especially children enjoyed the pool. Weather was also excellent, we were really lucky. Enjoyed the nature of L'Hérault, walking in Lac du Salagou and the Gorges d'Hérault and swimming in the mountain pools.

We have just finished a two-week family trip. The house was simply great! Excellent facilities and the air conditioning in the rooms is a real life saver. The property is eccentric! And there are so many small terraces and places outside where we found that we never sat. The location is great for day trips and we enjoyed swimming in the pool after a busy day. We were a group of several generations and everyone loved it! The neighbourhood is great and within walking distance. Local bakery, local fruit and vegetable stand as well as access to supermarkets. Thank you for your unforgettable stay!

We really appreciate all of your efforts for making our stay so comfortable. Such a lovely touch having fresh bread, eggs and veg from your garden waiting for us - perfect. We had a wonderful stay at Maison Charvin for 2 weeks in August 2022. The house itself is lovely. The pictures on the site perhaps do not do it justice. We are a family of 6 (four teenagers) however there was ample accommodation for all. Most importantly, for the teenagers, no complaints about the Wi-Fi! The village in which the house is situated is picturesque to say the least. There is a fantastic restaurant within walking distance, Vins de Dagne where the food and wine were truly exceptional (but you need to book ahead). There is also a small store, but that was not really sufficient for anything other than the odd top up (and a bit overpriced). Although we were a little concerned about the lack of onsite parking, that really was not a problem at all, with ample roadside parking just at the end of the street. The fact that the outside areas are all surrounded by high walls did worry us at first, as you would inevitably get shade in one part or other at either end of the day. However, the weather was blisteringly hot and so the shade provided by the Courtyard garden was an absolute godsend. That said, the same shade meant that the pool never quite got to a truly comfortable temperature for the millennial teenagers and was a bit chilly. Although, on many of the hottest days, to my mind, that was a blessed relief! It is the outside areas that truly make this house. It is completely private, not overlooked at all, beautifully lit up at night and well equipped with BBQ, table and chairs (for six) and a multitude of loungers and towels. The location of the house was good. The town of Montlaur is just; 20 minutes drive to the nearest Le clerc just outside Carcassonne. 30 minutes to the lake at Caracassone with its inflatable aqua park and the ‘go ape’ tree climbing and zipwire site. 90 minutes to the beach at Narbonne. A little over 90 minutes to the airport at Toulouse and to the whitewater rafting at Belvianes-et Cavirac (which was fantastic!) Sharon was extremely helpful when needed, only a phone call away but otherwise we were left to ourselves. All in all it was great holiday and a house that I would truly recommend.
We have just returned from a fabulous week at Mas des Rivailles. The property is located along a quiet lane and for the majority of the time all you could hear were the birds singing. We have stayed in the local area previously but there were still places we wanted to visit. However we were lucky to have superb weather and we decided to stay at the villa most days as we just did not want to leave the pool and relaxing atmosphere. The salt water pool is definitely the best one we have had so far. The villa is well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and the gardens are well kept. We would like to give a special thank you to Frédéric who met us on arrival and was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He gave us a guided tour and explained how everything worked. It certainly made for a great start to our holiday. A delicious and generous welcome pack was waiting for us on our arrival too. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing break.
