Fantastic villa. Villa Chiavari is and has everything one could wish for! Located perfectly with stunning views over the sea and great sun exposure throughout the day the villa provides high quality amenities only. Air condition, great BBQ, TV room, plenty of kitchen utilities and not to mention a great pool. We were 4 families in total but still had plenty of space. The villa is very child friendly (apart from the pool which always requires supervision anyway). There are plenty of beaches and good beach restaurants within 10 - 20 minutes driving distance. Shopping facilities are a bit further away so make sure to buy weekly supply first time. We hope to come back soon!

Very beautiful house in Périgord. The house is sublime. A perfect blend of rustic, tradition and modern comfort. Wonderfully restored. And 5 bathrooms for 5 bedrooms is rare. Huge fireplace, perfect for a week at Christmas. Very well equipped. And Florence greeted us with kindness and is very responsive to questions and requests.
It’s such a beautiful villa in a wonderful location. The owners touches and approach make it a very special place and we will be back in the future. A very special villa which we love. The whole experience is also hugely aided by Frédéric and the way he manage the property and interact with the visitors. It makes a big difference.

Wonderful villa, beautiful pool and perfect location! We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Les Fumerates. We had a lovely warm welcome from Michael and Denise and the attention to detail in the property was faultless with soap, shower gels, coffee pods and more provided, made even better with comfy beds, air conditioning and immaculate presentation. We loved the character of the property and it's suberb layout. The fantastic infinity pool lent itself to some lovely memories sitting on the terrace for a meal or drink and then dipping into the gorgeous water and looking out at the amazing views. We also had fun on the slide and diving board and relaxation floating on the comfy pool loungers. Les Fumerates is ideally placed to visit places such as Nice, taking the bus from the end of the road worked perfectly as well as being only 15 minutes drive from the airport! We also visited Monaco, Antibes, Saint-Tropez and Port Grimaud but one of the highlights was the short walk to the magical village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence for a drink and a meal. We have enjoyed one of our best holidays yet and will definitely be back!
One of the best houses we've stayed in. Wow, what a holiday! We've just returned from a fantastic week at the house and all 14 of us have nothing but praise for the whole week. The house has been beautifully renovated and is perfectly equipped in every way. We ranged from 75 to 1 yr old and had plenty of space for us all. From the crisp white linen on the very comfy beds to the pizza oven, full sized bar, the lovely sun loungers and very well equipped kitchen... We couldn't have asked for more. The kids loved picking tomatoes and lettuce from the kitchen garden and my sister and I loved the fabulous gym with amazing views across the valley. In the run up to the holiday, I had all my questions answered by Mark and George was on hand for anything we needed during our stay. We're already planning our return visit next year, hopefully for a couple of weeks as one just isn't enough!
Thank you so much for a much needed relaxing week in your beautiful home! We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially time spent in the beautiful garden where we enjoyed the wonderful weather and had lots of fun - very enjoyable for my 5 year old! Thank you so much for a wonderful week in your house. We enjoyed the sparkling wine, the beautiful flowers and the house is just amazing with everything we needed. Highlights for us were nine holes of golf just outside of Saumur, cycling, a wine tour, meals out and relaxing by the pool. We caught roach, dace and three large bream. There was a beautiful kingfisher by the stream. Perfect weather and we have appreciated everything all the more after all the restrictions of the last two years.
Unique in its kind: Le Mas Pouget has preserved its history (stones, layout) and offers a modern layout and an original, sophisticated decoration, while being soft and soothing... We stayed with 4 couples of friends and enjoyed each with plenty of privacy and space. The rooms are very large, bright, the bedding is of very good quality. The welcome is perfect, we were seduced by the attention of the owner (unheard of despite our numerous rental stays)! Finally, the region is magnificent and offers plenty of activities. If we had to look for a negative point?.... We didn't find it. We will come back, for sure.
Absolutely fabulous week here. Wonderful facilities and the children have loved every minute. It's our 18 months’ old first villa holiday in France and certainly memorable for us all.
The perfect holiday home. Beautifully furnished with a huge pool, deck and garden. It's spacious and airy and perfectly situated for a family holiday. Homps is a charming little town within easy reach of Carcassonne and Narbonne. We loved the pizzeria next door and the corner shop on the quayside selling fresh bread daily. We can't wait to go back!
We had a wonderful time at the villa, it was even better than we hoped. If we return to the South of France again we will certainly book it again, if it's available. Thanks again.

Stayed at this villa in June 2024. It has been finished to an exacting standard, and is open and airy. The views are spectacular. Everything you need for a relaxing stay - plenty of areas outside to either soak up the rays or sit in the shade. The alfresco dining area was used all day. The owners have left their paintings and sculptures in the house which gives is a very unique feel. It's incredible, will return in 2025!

We stayed with a group of friends for the week before our wedding and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to have some quality time and enjoy the great pool! We were also treated to a bottle of champagne for our wedding. What a great place! Would highly recommend.
We had a very good week as a family. The house is well equipped and the swimming pool is very good. No noise at night for impeccable sleep. Restaurant nearby, bakery etc... The sea is nearby. We will gladly come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Château Des Grillauds. It was the pinnacle of our European vacation this summer. This property is full of character, well equipped and comfortable with lots of bedrooms and space. We loved the location with very good local markets almost every day and it is within an hour of Bordeaux and notable vineyards as well as being very central in the Dordogne district. Our kids loved the pool which was heated and kept at 30 °C. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you so much.
We stayed in this beautiful house with a pool with my family. Everything was perfect: the house is spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and well equipped. The pool is a true haven of peace, ideal for relaxing in the sun. The hosts were very warm and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this house!
Wonderful holidays in Nissan-Lez-Enserune. We had wonderful holidays there. Location was very convenient, inside the village where shops / market were at walking distance. Our car remained within the property, so no pb to park. We took it only to visit the nearby cities of Narbonne, Gruissan and Béziers (20/30 min ride). The house was clean, with recent works being done and well equiped (nice kitchen and bathrooms). Pool was large, clean and surrounded by beautiful oleanders. We'll consider coming again for sure. Our stay with friends in Duras in August 23 was exceptional thanks to this large house made for moments of sharing. Indeed the house is very spacious with sufficiently separate spaces for everyone to have different activities. Several differently exposed terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors at various times of the day. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool as much as we did, the security system of which is very reassuring. The house remains cool despite the heat and its well-equipped kitchen allowed for real convivial moments preparing meals. Finally, the house is ideally located, in the very pleasant village and at the foot of the magnificent castle. An enchanted parenthesis to share with family and friends.
