We would like to say what a wonderful time we had at Maison Valière, we were warmly welcomed by Eric and Dominique, a welcome pack included home made jam, local produce, Eric also introduced us to the local Ventenac-en-Minervois Chateau wine, the cave is well worth a visit. The property is fantastic, apart from the pool there is plenty to keep all ages occupied, there are lots of unique features in this property including Eric’s sound systems. The pool was kept clean and topped up on a regular basis. Eric and Dominique were always available at the end of a phone to offer advice on the area and places to visit. Would we go again, yes without any doubt whatsoever. I should also say our first time booking through Pure France which was seamless and a pleasure.
We had a wonderful stay and could not fault the property which was a joy to experience. The interior was spotless and modern, the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in, the open plan living and dining space relaxing and the bedrooms extremely comfortable. The views outside were truly beautiful and it was perfect to make use of the decking area for either sun bathing or eating outside, not to mention the infinity pool for cooling down in. All in all a very relaxing stay.
The area is wonderful! We spent a rejuvenating week. Our morning walks allowed us to observe tremendous biodiversity. A big thank you to Thomas for his availability and his kindness as well as to Julien and Frédéric. See you soon.
Can't really add to what's said before, but totally agree the house is a perfect home from home and is a great base for a fantastic holiday.
The villa is beautiful and we loved the area - although was a little warmer than I had anticipated we were so thankful for the air conditioning! Linda was fabulous and super helpful so please pass on my thanks to her as well. Thank you again and hopefully we can visit again later this year!
Truly the most magical and enchanting holiday home we’ve ever stayed in. The views are heavenly and the design and architectural features of the house are so wonderful and unique it’s like being in an Aladdin’s Cave. The house is so open, full of light and air and so many charming seating areas inside and out leaves you feeling positively joyous. Thank You!

Mostly enjoying the weather and pool! We have seen the red squirrel, lizards, water vole and many birds. It's so peaceful and beautiful, we will miss it.

Well equipped, nice pool and amazing views! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Corinne is a great host, quick to respond and accommodating. The house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and we felt very welcomed. We loved spending the day by the pool and taking in the picture perfect views from the top terrace during the evenings. Seillans and the neighbouring area are a true gem, the nature, nice markets and plenty of local produce. Quiet area but full of life, just perfect. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. We have had a a relaxing week in this lovely gite. Madeline and Alan are great hosts. Respect your space but on hand for advice, local knowledge and a chat. We enjoyed kayaking on the Lot, exploring the local area on our bikes and enjoyed using the lovely pool each day (our son's favourite part!). We loved our visit to the Latour-Marliac for a great lunch and a lovely walk around the gardens and amazing water lilies. On our last night we had a great meal in the fish restaurant 'Blue Marine', Villeneuve-sur-Lot. We also had a nice meal in the week at 'La Commonderie' at Temple-sur-Lot. A great holiday. Thank you. The village and surrounding towns again were beautiful and couldn't have asked for more! We will definitely be recommending the House of Swallows to all of our family and friends.
What a super week at the villa! The pool was fabulous – great size and depth. The villa felt like a home from home, with everything catered for. Can recommend a bike ride over to Capestang – lunch of pizza and salad was fantastic. What can we say about Philippe? He has been welcoming, attentive, receptive, but somehow invisible at the same time! Many thanks for organising the ‘fauteuil’ for mum. A casual enquiry about hiring a wheelchair led to a delivery of one for the week. Who could ask for more?!
Driving down the lane to Maison Bourriette, you know you are on holiday. The farmhouse, set in lovely grounds with views over the countryside, is charming, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. There are markets, hilltop villages and beautiful country walks on the doorstep to explore and then a wonderful warm pool to really unwind! Evenings relaxing by lamplight in the stunning courtyard with wine and friends - memories are made of this!
Unusually for a rental, both the house and cottage are exceptionally stylishly decorated. Elegant yet tranquil, each space has a different but harmonious feel. It has all the comforts you could possibly want, including a well stocked kitchen, recently re-done and so thoughtfully laid out, it is a joy to cook in. The garden has been planted so prettily, as you look out beyond the sweeping beds of fragrant lavender, to the gently rolling fields beyond. The Persian garden is just ravishing, certainly unique and the water features most pleasing. The infinity pool is generously sized for those who enjoy their lengths, the water temperature just right. The property itself is tucked away at the end of a tiny, yet enchanting and very peaceful hamlet. It is in a corner of France which is heaven for foodies, spoilt for choice with plenty of markets, lovely produce and an excellent offering of local restaurants.
We had a lovely week at the farmhouse with lots of swimming and relaxing by the pool. The children (and adults!) have enjoyed the excellent selection of toys and games. Wonderful location for days out nearby and we would recommend the local boulangerie for morning croissants and freshly baked bread. Leaving with lots of happy memories.

We enjoyed our stay in your wonderful holiday house. We loved the furniture and decorations, especially the maps! The of the hills is just great! We walked in the area and always came back to this great house with the fantastic pool. Thank you for everything.
We had a fantastic family holiday everyone loved the pool / tennis court, BBQ's, trips to the local villages. We came last year and we will definitely book again.

Great Country Home in Domme. Eight of our family recently spent a few days in the Dordogne region greatly enjoying our home away from home, well located in Domme. Le Borghesia was a beautiful, very impressive and very old home renovated and appointed for today’s lifestyle. It is well located in a lovely country setting. Checking in and out was seamless. I would definitely recommend Le Borghesia to other travellers.
This is the ideal destination for an outdoorsy type holiday. The walking is superb and the scenery is magnificent. It is, quite frankly, a bit of a wrench to be leaving.
We have had the most wonderful time, the house, the pool, the surrounding area and villages, it has been ideal and such a quality time for our family. Thank you for having us!

To begin with, the place is simply magical. It allows you to experience what castle life is. And above all, the quality of the guests' reception is simply exceptional. The space available is very spacious, the quality of the property is perfect.
Unfortunately we could not meet Eva but we were welcomed by Harold who is a very nice person. The house is very pretty and very pleasant. The rooms and the living room are very spacious. The terrace area with its plancha, the pool with its small beach and the deckchairs to relax are very appreciable.
