We had a lovely time at Corinne's apartment. It is very clean, had all amenities for daily living, she has thought of everything. Beautiful, peaceful location, amazing balcony to relax on. Full shutters and blinds on all windows and doors for complete privacy. It is a very calm and peaceful place to unwind and short walk to restaurants and right on the beach. Massive supermarket directly opposite which sells everything you could ever need including excellent seafood. Highly recommended.
We spent an excellent weekend in a house that corresponds in every way to the description: comfortable, spacious, magnificent view. The weather was unfortunately not favourable for a dip in the pool in February, but we imagine how pleasant it can be. Ideal house for a family reunion
This beautiful, secluded cottage is in the grounds of a historic house, both of which have been painstakingly restored by our hosts. It contains all you could need for a self-catering holiday, although there is an excellent local restaurant in the village, only five minutes walk away and others in local villages. The large private swimming pool is an added bonus. We used this as the base for a week's exploration of the Dordogne. Thonac is plum in the middle of the historic / pre-historic area of the Dordogne; the caves of Lascaux, famous for the pre-historic cave paintings, are just down the road and there are numerous ancient cave settlements nearby. A little further away, you can visit the castle at Castelnaud and its fascinating collection of ancient weaponry. We also ventured as far afield as Périgueux and Rocamadour, carrying out an in-depth investigation of the local cuisine as we went. To cap it all, Caterina and Steve are wonderful welcoming hosts, more than happy to chat about the history of the property and potential outings in the local area and keen to make sure their guests have everything they need. Highly recommended. Finally, I would like to thank you and everyone at Pure France for the excellent service you have provided this year and am looking forward to another successful year with you.
Fantastic house to stay in – comfortable, clean and everything needed provided. Beautiful garden, pool and terrace. The views are stunning especially with a morning coffee or glass of wine (at dinner!)
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your fantastic home! After a warm welcome we managed to settle down to enjoy all the facilities and the actual location of this beautiful area. Saint-Tropex, Saomy-Maxime, Grimaud and the beach. We fully enjoyed this wonderful holiday and would be honoured to able come back here again. Many thanks.

We've had a wonderful holiday. The house has been perfect for our three families and the pool is quite superb.
A really fabulous time had by all 9 in our 'gang', you have left no stone unturned here in this great house. Location is perfect, Revel is a smashing town with everything you need whilst still retaining the feel of a rural French setting. A holiday none of us will forget. This holiday has been great! I have really enjoyed playing in the pool and running round the huge garden for exercise. Written by a teenager pretending they are 48!
We loved the house! Very equipped, very well decorated, the exterior is incredible with a space by the pool very pleasant. And the area is beautiful.

We had a wonderful week. A lovely cottage set in a beautiful garden surrounded by picturesque countryside. We would highly recommend Mas Saint-Martial to families looking for a cosy base with a lovely pool and plenty of facilities to entertain the whole family.
This truly is a wonderful property with friendly, welcoming hosts; it was even better in the flesh than in the pictures. The house lacks for nothing in either charm or the quality of the finish internally and everything was provided to make our stay as comfortable as one would hope. This was a true 'home from home' with several thoughtful little touches that made all the difference (fresh soap in the bathroom, coffee pods and bottled water if we wanted it in the kitchen to name just a few). All of this, in combination with a fantastically picturesque and peaceful location means that we cannot recommend this property highly enough and will most definitely be back next time we visit the Languedoc, Occitanie region!

We are back home after a very good two weeks. The weather was nice and warm the first week (wonderful for the pool). We drank very good wine and visited very good restaurants. (Franck Putelat in Carcassone, Octopus in Béziers, Cot Mas, Lauzun in Gignac, Presbytery in Vailhan etc). We visited the marches and cooked with excellent and fresh products. We discovered a bakery with wood fire in Canet and visited many beautiful places. With this beautiful house - a perfect vacation. We met Olivier and Raphael - friendly and funny and we drank a beer together. We look forward to returning next year.
A fantastic holiday and would love to return. The night market at Lacapelle a real highlight as well as Parc en Ciel, kayaking at Vitrac and of course the pool.
Absolutely fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks and would love to return. It's so well equipped, you've thought of everything UK TV meant we could stay in touch with local news not mention avidly watching the olympics. The property couldn't be bettered!
The perfect holiday home. Beautifully furnished with a huge pool, deck and garden. It's spacious and airy and perfectly situated for a family holiday. Homps is a charming little town within easy reach of Carcassonne and Narbonne. We loved the pizzeria next door and the corner shop on the quayside selling fresh bread daily. We can't wait to go back!
Just a quick note to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday at Mas de Lozanne. Beautiful house, well looked after, close to the fabulous town of Pézenas with some brilliant weather. A wonderful week in the villa! The sun has shone and we've made the most of the pool! Very welcome relief from the heat. Villa is very well appointed - everything has been thought of. Local team were great, a quick response to our queries. We explored Pezanas and the beaches at Portiragnes and Sète - both fabulous! We agree - the welcome wine was a lovely thought - a good introduction to local wines! Thank you for a great week!

A fantastic home on the border of the Dordogne and Bordeaux. The house and garden were amazing. It's a "home" rather than a rental and we loved this. It has everything you need and it has a lovely warm feeling to it. We had a lovely 4-week stay here. The house managers were fantastic and we were very sad to say goodbye and gave us loads of great tips on places to go. Lac Jemaye, the food festival in Le Pizou, local markets, canoeing near Montpon, local farm shop that sold milk straight from the dairy etc. The standout for us was wine tasting around Pomerol and Saint-Émilion - we ended up doing three wine tasting days! St Emillion really is one of the most beautiful villages you could ever hope to visit. It's ground zero for wine and it's steeped in history. We miss the château terribly. Hopefully one day we will return.
Fab house! What a lovely property! Lots of space. We were a big family group, mixed ages. The pool was a godsend as the weather was tres chaud! Beautiful sunsets. The place was very well equipped. The owner was very communicative and helpful to my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Really nice to receive some wine and coffee on arrival too. What a wonderful holiday we have had! Our week at Maison des Communes has been the most perfect way to celebrate 3 very important birthdays. Two 60th and one 40th. We have enjoyed every moment and couldn't have wished for a better location, or host to make this stay as special as possible. As a group of six adults (three couples) it was great to each have our own space with the villa, but also lovely communal areas to have our meals and relax together. Everything about the villa has been ideal from the pool, bikes and comfortable bedroom to the spacious sprawling grounds. the icing on the cake has been Philippe. What a gracious host bringing fresh pastries, leaving welcome gifts and even arranging a beautiful meal at a local restaurant. Thanks so much. we will be back.
