Would like to keep this place a secret. We had such an amazing stay, there was plenty of room inside and out. We knew the area quite well and there are plenty of activities for the kids and adults within 20 minutes drive. The accommodation is beautiful, clean and simply stunning! The children loved the spaces inside and out there was lots of areas to play and explore. Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer extremely helpful without too much intrusion. I’m not sure I want to leave such a good review as would like to keep this place a secret as we hope to book again. Thanks again Katie for a wonderful stay!

Thank you for a much needed relaxing couple of week. We very much appreciated your kind consideration for our comfort. This has been our first escape from London for three years and it certainly did not disappoint. The high temperatures slightly constrained our ambitions, but Camirout is a holiday in its own right! We have visited many properties in France and this is one ofthe loveliest ! Vouvant is a delightful village with its interesting history and vibrant community.The guided walk of the village is recommended as well as a visit to the zoo - great for kids. The highlights for me were swimming lengths in the warm pool, strolling around the beautiful garden with all the different types of trees (olive, fig, pomegranate etc) and exploring the delightful surrounding Provence countryside in its full glory. Despite being a large group of people, the house always felt cool and spacious and the amenities functioned perfectly. There is also a marvellous restaurant within walking distance. Thank you again for making my holiday so enjoyable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks here, very quiet and peaceful with plenty to do. A very warm welcome from the hosts.
The House by the lake is fantastic. There are good sport accessories for kids and adults. My family enjoyed the garden especially and were either in the hot tub or lake everyday. Thanks!

Wonderful time in a wonderful house. So peaceful here. The house had everything we could possibly want and more besides (including a visiting woodpecker). Laparade night market was a highlight. The restaurant there is pretty fabulous too. We spent loong days by the pool and long evenings on the terrace. Frédérique and Hélène at the shop provided all we needed including homemade lasagne. And Olivia couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you, Mark and Janet.

The combination of lovely accommodation, beautiful surroundings and the swimming pool made Piglet Barn a wonderful place to stay. In addition to being an interesting and picturesque village, Vouvant is a great location for the start of circular bike rides and walks. We especially enjoyed the riiverside walk, the Sentier des Rives. The Saturday market in Fontenay provides an enjoyable shopping experience. Many thanks for a great holiday.
We have spent an excellent stay at this lovely villa, decorated with good state. The owner is charming. Generally, the house is very functional. However, the villa is for a maximum of 4 and not designed for more. Close to Pézenas, lovely town to go out. I heartily recommend this house.
We've sadly come to the end of a lovely week here chez Karen et Russell. They have been perfect hosts and have made our stay so memorable. The Loft is beautiful and the wonderful weather was very popular with the girls who loved their time around the pool. We look forward to returning in a few years to see how the magnificent looking maison de maitre comes together.

We just wanted to thank you for the bottle of local wine and to let you know that we had a very nice time at Villa Corbières last week. Also, it worked well liasing with Ian who was welcoming and very helpful. The house is great and the garden looked really nice.
Thank you for letting us stay in such a gorgeous place. We ate lots of cheese, lots of figs and lots of mulberries. We made good use of the BBQ and the pool. Made several trips to Carcassonne and Olonzac.
We stayed with our 2 children aged 5 and 7 and had a wonderful time. There are plenty of things to do nearby and the accomodation was well equiped and great for a family holiday. The pool is wonderful for long hot afternoons and there is lots of outdoor space to explore. The hosts were very helpful and I would recommend this place to my friends.
We have had a wonderful week. The children have spent almost the entire week in the pool and the adults some wonderful meals at Le Petite Coutures, Verteillac evening market and lunch at La Cour de Miracles. We've loved the views and the full moon rising over the forest was spectacular. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Plenty of room for the whole family. Lovely outdoor dining area with scenic pond. BBQ was great. The swimming pool area was beautiful, very clean and child friendly. There was enough seating in all spaces for the whole family. Thank you for a very enjoyable holiday.

Fantastic facilities, the house had everything you needed and more, super swimming pool, lovely and warm, well maintained and enjoyed by all the family.
