We already came a few years ago. Nothing much has changed within this walls, around Duras or within France. Frédéric as helpful as ever. The perennial aide. Perfect place for vacation in Provence. We (two families – couple with a child in each) spent 9 nights in this place and used it as a base to visit the area. Only 45 minutes from the Marseille airport. The property is located in the small village just next to forest and if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place for you. This is large charming house with big pool, green garden, private parking area, very well equipped kitchen (by all that you only can imagine). It is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. When we came back from our days out we rested up around the large dinner table outside until late and it was a real pleasure. We cooked breakfasts and lunches every day, big village supermarket with a lot of various delicious foods made our self catering easy and pleasant. Free Wi-Fi, TV and very reach films library were also a good surprise. The owners were very friendly and helpful; they supplied us with comprehensive information about all local attractions. This house met all our expectations and we can definitely recommend it for friends and families planning their vacation in Provence.
Our stay was very comfortable, great beds, we had the best sleep ever. The house was very clean, Rosetta your housekeeper was perfect, such a lovely welcome from her. 5 Star Stay! – Thank you.
We have had a wonderfully pleasant stay at Le Malardier. The weather was very hot for a few days and much rain is needed. The views and layout of the property are very suitable for a large family group. The years of construction and design have really paid off. So, thank you for your kind hospitality.

Spent a wonderful and relaxing 2 weeks in this villa last year and have just booked to return again this summer. The villa is modern, spacious and very well equipped and with internet and satellite it fully met the needs of our teenagers. The outdoor area with pool is beautiful, well maintained and private. The location is within walking distance of the lovely village of Fitou and a short drive to the beaches and many other attractions. Communication with the owner Julie has been prompt, easy and helpful. We would highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to our next visit!
We had an excellent holiday at the villa, it was just perfect. The pool was perfect and the seating areas outside were ideal for eating and drinking and gazing at the stars. We will definitely recommend the villa to friends and family, it's a dream we want to share.

Villa du Château exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, and Claire’s warm hospitality made us feel at home straight away. We were a multi-generational group, and everyone had an amazing time. Adults loved the peaceful setting and the nearby wineries and restaurants, teenagers enjoyed the lively atmosphere in the village, and the children had endless fun between the pool, the gardens and exploring the château. Wonderful home for a family vacation, amenities all on one level with nice pool with good alarm protection. Also a great place to live outside with pizza maker, BBQ and very easy to use functional kitchen. Lots of outside shaded seating areas. Air conditioning in bedrooms was a great benefit during hot weather. Lovely furnishings and felt like the home of a happy family. Easy access to boulangerie, supermarket and local restaurant - all less than 5 minutes walk. Thank you.

It hardly seems two minutes since we were here in the summer - time goes so fast! As ever, we have had a lovely time and have had some splendid lunches at all our favourite restaurants. The weather was really very good for October - only the odd shower. As always, thank you for your wonderful hospitality - you are such good company.
Fantastic stay in an amazing location. We were 6 adults and 5 children staying for 2 weeks. The weather was still mild and sunny in October and the views on the Corsican mountains and the bay of Ajaccio were stunning. The villa is spacious, very well furnished and in top shape. We used the living room fireplace (it has an extraordinary sixteenth century mantelpiece) every night, it was magical. It is a great place for families.
Thank you so much for a lovely stay at your beautiful house. The weather wasn’t the best but just being here with the cows and enjoying all the little touches in the house was enough for us - oh and we still enjoyed the pool! We were also luck to see some shooting stars which was magical. We hope to come back.

We needed a break away from it all to decompress and chill. We came across La Charmante Distillerie via a recommendation and it completely exceeded our expectations. The kids were away from their devices playing boules, garden football, badminton and even building sand castles. Then cooling off in the pool with lots of pool games to entertain them. Most memorable of all was the welcome! Mark and Gary are amazing hosts. The welcome to their gorgeous holiday home was so genuine as was their hospitality- just at the right level for us. We will certainly return and look forward to star gazing with the house telescope in the clear night skies Xxx
Beautiful holiday destination, especially nice garden, optimal exposure. With young children there are many activities surrounding and great moments of fun by the pool. Everything needed for children. Quiet and peaceful setting with amazing views. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Highly recommended!
Lovely both in the day and even more so at night, when it is more peaceful than anywhere I have ever been! It is a lovely spot and a very special home.
Les Fumerates encompasses everything you dream about for a vacation on the Côte d'Azur. We were met by Michael and his wife who gave us a full tour of Les Fumerates. We unpacked and got to soak in the beauty of the place. From the moment we stepped in, we could tell that much love and care had been put into their home, down to the smallest of details. The location, absolutely perfect - next to one of the most beautiful hill towns in Southern France: Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Lovely place to explore and have an al fresco dinner. Don't miss Restaurant Le Tilleul and La Colombe d'Or. But also don't miss the chance of cooking your own dinner and eating al fresco at the villa. The view of the pool area, city and the azure sea in the distance all add to the dining experience! Les Fumerates is located in a perfect spot - away from the hustle and bustle of Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo and yet easily accessible to these locations (truly). A supermarket, boulangerie and great shopping mall are all a short drive down the hill. We took the opportunity to see as much as we could see and as many places as we could see - yes, I need a vacation from my vacation! During France's heatwave, we were happy to return to the villa which had air conditioning in the main living area and all of the bedrooms. We also made good use of the gorgeous swimming pool. Reluctantly, we had to leave Les Fumerates and continue our journey to Provence. Without a doubt, we would like to return - but next time at a more leisurely pace! Depending on your itinerary for visiting the French Riviera, as there are so many places to see (we didn't even make it to Italy), I would urge you to consider 2 weeks at Les Fumerates. You won't regret it! Truly a memorable experience that will last a lifetime!

Villa La Baronne has been an absolute dream holiday! The house itself is beautifully decorated and a pleasure to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed all the activities on site, especially splashing around in the pool, playing on the pool table and attempting to have a go at croquet. Villa La Baronne is also in a great location, short drives away from lots of restaurants and especially some playing fields which we enjoyed kicking a ball around on. We love it here! We don't want to go! Thank you!
We had the most wonderful ‘family and friends ‘gathering at La Petite Maison Générille. The hosts were most wonderful and nothing was too much trouble . They told us of markets, restaurants, gardens and vineyards… all were wonderful. The houses are spacious and well equipped the grounds and gardens perfect and the salt water pool... bliss. We had children and tiny grandchildren with us and it was the perfect base to explore the wonderful villages such as Sarlat with its night market and Domme . We went canoeing and swam in the river, visited nearby châteaux and ended our week at a wonderful Bricante taking a few French antiques home… Altogether a fabulous week I only wish we had stayed longer ! We look forward to returning to this very special place with wonderful hosts who were so kind and helpful.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The house is very well equipped for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect, offering peaceful surroundings while being close to local attractions, restaurants and shops. Loved Saint-Émilion, parked easily and not too busy. Very friendly tortoise enjoyed lettuce and came when quickly we called him Ted. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the Farmhouse. The weather wasn’t always as perfect as we hoped it would be but the gym, the tennis court and even the excellent piano kept the family fully occupied on the days we could not use the pool. The boys loved exploring the woods above the farmhouse and the parents enjoyed the wines. We were very happy to get a wine tasting on our first day (and we soon realised we needed an extra pitcher so we could water down the delicious grape juice to avoid the kids bouncing off the walls). Very enjoyable facilities and extremely gracious hosts! Thank you. P.S. We can recommend the tree-climbing park at Thoiré.

We had a great one week vacation in Maison Lemance. The house is fully equipped and you will find everything you need in the kitchen, games room for the children, great pool and even a ping-pong table. There is a big and beautiful garden that is great for the children to run around, while we were drinking wine on the balcony. The owner left us a list of recommendations for activities and restaurants in the region which was very useful. We highly recommend staying in Maison Lemance.
