Le Petit Palais provides the perfect place for families and groups. We consist of six parents and six kids of ages 1-5 years old. The bedrooms provided the perfect split and were also very comfortable with a bunk bed which was every kids choice. Downstairs has plenty of space for all to enjoy and breakout to do their own thing or sit together for a meal. The provision of toys and games for all ages was great to keep our kids entertained plus the table football, climbing frame and trampoline all helped to keep the kids busy. The pool area is sizeable and secure with comfy loungers and shaded area with table. Around the house there’s different spots to enjoy lunch or have an evening drink. The kitchen is fully setup and provides all you’d need to prepare meals for large groups, this is so often not the case when you stay at a holiday rental. All in all our weeks stay was perfect and the house and provisions did everything we needed and wanted. The house is easy to find and well located for day trips. Isabelle and Caroline are quick communicators and offer really helpful advice at all times. Thanks again for letting us stay and hopefully we’ll be back again soon.
Wonderful stay, 5 children and 8 adults all found happiness. Bedroom, bathroom, very spacious living room as well as a pool terrace perfectly arranged for everyone and the little extra of an outdoor kitchen with barbeque. The proximity is very quiet, in the countryside but at a very correct distance to do activities. We thank the host for making this villa available for our holidays. We recommend without hesitation. Les Palmiers is a beautiful holiday home. Nestled in a tiny hamlet the house has all the ingredients for a fantastic relaxing break. The garden is beautiful with views over the rolling hills to the distant Pyrenees. Lovely bedding, fluffy thick hotel towels and everything you need to enjoy the holiday. We hope to be back soon. We really enjoyed our trip to Las Tours. The views after the climb were well worth it. Probably preferred it to Carcassonne.
This was a great find for our annual French holiday. Your lovely house was perfect for the whole family, it was hard to get the kids out of the pool at the end of the day. Monflanquin is a great town, a real discovery with lots of great restaurants.
Had a lovely relaxing 2 week stay. John and Annie are gracious hosts - lovely touches - wine and cheese and flowers. Fabulous palces to visit - La Rochelle, Fontenay, Plage des Belagus. Vouvant is a charming village. Ideal for a great holiday.
It is with a heavy heart that this 3-generation family are leaving this wonderful and magical place! We have spent a week here and we all agree that it was not long enough! Where do I begin? The château itself is truly gorgeous and to be lucky enough to stay in one with magnificent views is a dream come true. We have stayed in many places over the years and can see that a lot of thought has gone into making this such a comfortable holiday place for all, including tiny children. We hope to come back! In the meantime many thanks to Henrietta for all her help pre- and during our stay. She even organised the purchase of a new cot for our 3 year old grandson. Very thoughtful and well beyond the call of duty.

We would love to come back again x We have had an amazing week here at Maison La Pérouse. Oscar and Olive have both loved exploring the garden. Oscar has particularly enjoyed playing hide and seek in the wood, doing tricks on the trampoline and spotting fish in the pond. The most wonderful time. Our family of 7 adults and a teenager had the most wonderful time at Villa Saumane. The property is set in beautiful grounds with a Provencal garden, a large orchard and big swimming pool. The home itself is exceptional, many large interior and exterior living and dining rooms and a kitchen straight from heaven (Smeg fridge, Lacanche cooker etc etc). The attention to quality with linen, cutlery and music systems makes the villa far superior to most. The villa is in the countryside but just 3 minutes from the nearest boulanger in beautiful Fontaine de Vaucluse, and just a little further to all the restaurants and markets of Provence.
Had a wonderful holiday with good friends as usual. Great area with lots to see. Recommend the Moulin à papier for an interesting visit - beautiful area. Love the views from this villa. Thank you.
We very much enjoyed our stay with Anna and Michael. The house is conveniently situated in a small hamlet, close to the beautiful town of Monflanquin. Our kids loved the pool and the variety of toys to play with. We absolutely recommend this accommodation.
A fantastic week at this beautiful villa! we appreciated the warm welcome from Frédéric and the fresh flowers in nearly every room. We made full use of the pool and BBQ and enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening. It is a shame to leave. Thanks!
Piglet is the prfect spot to visit all the graet spots in the Vendée, our favourite being La Rochelle and the Belugas beach. There are wonderful touches of luxury at the house; beautiful linens, towels and bathrobes. Vouvant is a charming and beautiful village. definitely a fabulous find !

Narbonne is a classic, small French city. The villa is a perfect match and then some - more spacious than the pictures suggest and terrific spaces both outdoor and in. Well be back for more visits and more wine!

We loved the house, pool, garden and secret staircases. Robert and Nelly looked after us so well and were charming and friendly. We had lovely dinners, picnics, running, cycling and there were several games of Sardines. Thank you so much; it's been the perfect place for a holiday.
