We would like to thank you both for a wonderful stay in your beautiful house. Everything we could have asked for was there. A holiday we won't forget.
We absolutely loved our time here. The owner was a joy to work with. The home was absolutely charming. It was located on a picturesque hill, featured spacious, comfortable rooms and every luxury one would need while there. The home was spotless upon our arrival and the neighbors on the street were extremely helpful, pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed swimming in the crisp, cool pool; hearing the church bells ring and exploring the neighboring villages as we attending the daily farmer's markets. We cannot wait to come back and are considering an extended stay as we fell in love with the area and this home. I would highly recommend it if you would like to truly experience the people and feel of the region.
The house is easy, open and welcoming. Details are lovely. The garden is natural and flowery. The pool is a wonderful addition even in the early season. We enjoyed the town and its wild surroundings. The food, the wine, the beauty of the land as well as the warm welcome we received made it the best vacation ever.

Fabulous Villa and location We've been coming to the south of France for year and specifically to this area and to Seillans for the last 5 years... and this villa is as good as we have ever stayed. The villa is impeccably kept, extremely comfortable and has the most magnificent views. Everything in the villa is as advertised and works well. The restaurants of Seillans are a short walk away. Although the town itself unfortunately has no boulangerie or patisserie, Fayence is only a 5 minute drive away and has a great one of those, plus a boucherie / charcuterie around the corner, both of which are close to the big Super U supermarket. The terrace and pool are East-facing. We were worried that in the photos it looked like there was little shade provided but with the big awnings for the terrace and a few parasols for the pool, finding shade from the morning sun was not a problem. We love this area for the beautiful mountain villages (seillans, Callian, Tourrettes etc) but the ease of getting around in the largely flat area south of those villages so you can get to Cannes, Grasse and the beaches. Merci beaucoup.
We had a pleasant stay with friends in the charming area of Stanislas. We were 12 adults with children and the two houses allowed us to each have our own private space, it was nice. Special mention for the outside which offers an unobstructed view, with lots of vegetation. I recommend this accommodation :)
Thank you both very much for a fantastic holiday. We have all loved it for so many different reasons. Your house and the surrounding area has catered for all our needs. It was a pleasure getting to know you both and if you ever want to visit Scotland to play golf you would be most welcome.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. The Loft has been amazing for us - so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We have very much enjoyed our morning coffees, lunches and dinners on the terrace. We have relaxed and read lots of books, which is just what we needed. We have stayed a few times at Maison Sebastien and always had a wonderful time there. The setting is beautiful, the house is spectacular and has been renovated and furnished with supreme taste and sensitivity, without sacrificing luxury and comfort. Lunches on the terrace, swimming in the spectacular pool, walking in the surrounding countryside - all make for a supremely relaxing and restorative holiday. Highly recommended.
Gorgeous people and house. The house and landscape is amazing and the spot very well located, taking profit from both rural slow life and the urban facilities and events of the nearby city of Carcassonne.
Very pleasant typical house, each room has a shower/WC area which is a real plus, you feel very comfortable there, bright and friendly living room, very comfortable sofa, we didn't miss anything. The patio and pool area would require better maintenance to be at their best. The village is pretty, there is a bakery, for other amenities such as supermarket, gas station, only 5 minutes by car to Magalas. We recommend this accommodation.

Where do we start! Arrived at the gite and drove through the private gated entrance to see beautiful grounds and a very inviting swimming pool. Jean and Martyn were waiting to show us around and were the perfect hosts throughout our stay. The gite, grounds, outdoor kitchen and pool all immaculate and made for the perfect stay. The washing machine, dishwasher and many fridges are an added bonus. The bedrooms and bathroom a good size, fab open plan kitchen, diner and living room. Lots of extras in the kitchen which is great. Lauzun is a great little village with all the amenities you need, several other pretty villages near by (Issigeac and Eymet are lovely) Large hyper/supermarkets and various shops in Bergerac, 30 minutes away or a decent size Intermarche 10 minutess away. We would highly recommend the gite and will definitely be returning. Thank you Jean and Martyn for your letting us stay in your lovely property and not forgetting the very friendly, fluffy, German Shepherd Tanner. We had the best time, enjoyed sharing our many bottles of vino and our evening with you in Eymet.
We had a wonderful holiday at La Maison Blanche. The location is stunning, a huge garden with a large pool - overlooking a field of sunflowers when we were there. We were two couples with two older children and the house is very spacious and beautifully furnished. The location is very peaceful. Whilst that means that shops, local markets and restaurants are not within walking distance the house is very well equipped, both for cooking and barbequeing as well as entertainment with the pool, table tennis and games. Beautiful French villa in the heart of Provence. Great Villa with an amazing panoramic view. I enjoyed the open space layout of the house, the ample kitchen fully equipped, the modern amenities and the overall functionality of the house. Outside on the large terrace we had many sunset dinners sipping rose wine. We also spent a lot of time in the pool. Central to beaches, shopping centres, restaurants, historic landmarks, airports etc. Prompt response from the owners for anything you needed. Overall great experience. Highly recommend it.
I'm going to preface this review by saying our extended family have hired a number of châteaux over the years, so we have something to make comparisons with! Without doubt this château offered the best value for money we have ever enjoyed. Our party of 18 used all the 10 bedrooms on offer, without anyone having to compromise on bedroom space. The kitchen was large enough to cater for the entire party with plenty of worktop space and a large island unit. Refreshingly there are plenty of cooking utensils and professional sized pans etc. There are three fridges, we used the large stand alone fridge for food,= and the two under counter fridges for 'adults' and kids drinks. The lounge diner is huge and comfortable, with good quality games available, including chess and backgammon. The pool is among the largest we've ever enjoyed with a deep end you can actually dive into. At points we had a dozen people in the pool and still had room to swim around. There are two main terraces, both easily able to accommodate at least 20 people. Smaller seating areas are dotted around the grounds so if inclined you can take yourself off for a bit of peace and quiet. There is a new and very good quality BBQ on the rear terrace with a moving charcoal tray which means you can raise the heat source as charcoal burns away. We were able to BBQ for 18 on half a bag of lump wood. Our party had 5 cars, the driveway was large enough for them to be parked so that everyone could drive out of the château without the need to move another vehicle. Saving the best to last, the sports hall/games room is magnificent. With a full sized badminton court, a basket ball hoop, 2 table tennis tables, table football, a darts board,= and a full sized pool table our whole party had plenty of activities to choose from. This facility was constantly used for weeklong knockout completions including our own decathlon type event. Modesty prevents me revealing who the best pool player was. From our perspective, this vast array of facilities and activities provided the perfect ingredients for our first ever holiday where children needed no entertaining at all. Finally a place they can truly entertain themselves.
A beautiful spot. We loved the views and the new swimming pool. So wonderful to have a nice pool for early morning swims! Our boys loved the lonely grounds too. We enjoyed the night markets, castles and activities around.
The château is beautiful! It had everything we could have wanted to make our family holiday very happy.

We have just returned from our long drive back from Communes and would like to say what a absolutely wonderful property and fantastic hosts. Would recommend to anyone. Will start looking in diary for next year + to arrange another visit
Back again! We loved our stay here so much we decided to come back and it did not disappoint. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed both local walks (marked maps provided at the house). Impressive thunder storms and lovely blue skies. Would recommend Castres, Revel and Hautpoul for local trips (all within 30 to 40 minutes drive).
We have absolutely loved staying here! We have enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, laying by the pool and preparing meals together. Chef Arnaud was wonderful and we highly recommend him. We visited Duras, Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Saint-Émilion, Sainte-Foy, Bordeaux and Cap Ferret. Coming back home here at the of the day always felt like home and we hope to visit again. This is our 10 years anniversary and this home was great vacation for a special trip together. Thank you for sharing your house.
Seillans is a hidden gem! We normally stay closer to the coast, but we have had a fabulous holiday in your villa in the beautiful Provençal countryside. Lovely house with everything we could ever need and unforgettable evenings in the local restaurants.
We had a great time. The property was beautifully furnished and equipped and it all exceeded our expectations. We would recommend it to anyone!
Maison Des Vignobles is a property full of character features and a really high level of facilities with thoughtful finishing touches. Very spacious downstairs is complemented by a superb master bedroom with large en suite looking out over the neighbouring vineyard. Top quality plumbing next to period features is always good! Debbie was the perfect neighbour/owner, being super helpful and generous with a welcome pack and her local knowledge. The laundry room with local products for sale (including wine) was an unexpected bonus. The courtyard, pool and gardens are all lovely, though one tiny shame is that they are on the other side of the house from the big view across the vineyard - but many of the windows have that view so no reason to miss the sunsets and stars.
We had an excellent time in Maison Saint-Julien, thank you. We would love to go back for another year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The accommodation was first class, very well appointed, bright and spacious with comfortable beds. The pool was attractive and inviting. There were plenty of areas around it to sit, lounge and relax, surrounded by beautiful blossom. There was plenty to do in the area from perched villages to golden beaches. The owners were friendly and helpful, yet unobtrusive. We would certainly recommend a stay.
