We fell under the spell of the Château du Marquisat. Completely renovated with great taste, you will find the charm of yesterday and all the comfort of today. Although we stayed there in winter, we were able to appreciate this beautiful region of Minervois, the proximity of the Canal du Midi and the beaches of the Mediterranean. In addition, the owners are really welcoming, we only have one wish: to return in summer!
With our thanks for allowing us to spend a week in your marvellous villa. Weather could have been kinder but lovely and easy to re-visit the Languedoc towns and attractions that we know well. La Panouille (village restaurant in walking distance) a big hit with us.
The children really enjoyed the swimming pool. Pleasant house for its tranquility.
Just a quick note to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday at Mas de Lozanne. Beautiful house, well looked after, close to the fabulous town of Pézenas with some brilliant weather. Thank you for sharing this charming oasis in Sarlat with us. We have greatly enjoyed our week here. The house is just perfect and the location incredible. Highlights include: The town of Sarlat itself, Goufre de Padirac, Domme, Rocamadour, canoeing on the Dordogne, visiting Beynac and Castlenaud and of course the pool! We have had a fantastic and unforgettable holiday and hope to return.
A wonderful fortnight of celebrations for friends and all our family (17!) for Mike’s 70th Birthday! The manor was the perfect place for us all — so big and comfortable and so much to do. What a gem it is! Thank you so much for allowing us to come again. We have made some amazing memories!
Went to this beautiful holiday cottage for the second time. What a great experience again this time. We were warmly welcomed and our house felt like coming home again. Host and hostess Leo and Esther gave us great tips so that our holiday became a great experience again. The visit to Nîmes was impressively beautiful. I especially recommend visiting Avignon to everyone with its beautiful center and the cozy terraces around the market square. The swimming pool overlooking the vineyards is a pearl. The silence descends on you wonderfully in the evening. Truly unique. Thank you for another great holiday.
The most perfect location for a peaceful and restorative family holiday! Children and adults alike kept entertained by the games room, toys, amazing pool ... we so appreciated how well-equipped and thoughtfully designed the house is - it became a running joke of "is there anything this house doesn't have?!"
Great house specially the swimming pool, garden and the amazing sunsets. Quiet area, for those really looking for a place to disconnect. We loved it!
The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cascaret. It was beyond our expectations and Susan was a delightful host, even doing some shopping for us before we arrived. We would definitely recommend Pure France and Cascaret to any client of yours.
The villa has been great. We have a lot of villas for a two week holiday and that is the first time we have had that. The two cleaning ladies are really thorough, very attentive and they do a great job.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. A wonderful relaxing part of our trips spent in Montsoreau, living the dream! While really enjoying the local cafe/restaurants we made great and regular contact with the local boulangerie, boucher and wine producer who are all starts of their trade. Living local in Montsoreau for 2 weeks was great fun and delicious and... the accommodation provided us with the quiet and rest we needed. Spacious and with a place to read and watch the river on the terrace. Thank you.
Probably the best holiday we have ever had. Taught our boys to dive, caught fish and fully relaxed. Didn't hold back on the French food and wine either.
Fabulous! Amazing! Wonderful! We had a wonderful week! The view from the terrace only enhanced the local wines! We will be waiting to see your next project finished - it will deserve another visit.
Impossible to overestimate how very kind and helpful are the two hosts, Caterina and Steve, Cottage Du Jardin is peaceful and very comfortable. It’s wonderful to have a comfortable sofa in the gite as we know from experience. Everything you need is there: washing machine, dishwasher, washing line, fridge, freezer, UK TV channels et cetera. The TV takes DvdS. The long pool is set among beautiful plants in the garden. You can do 20 back strokes, it’s so long, the sun loungers are comfortable. Shady table for cool lunches. Intermarche just up the road. The best thing is that the local casino little shop has daily bread and there are two restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended by two France veterans. Visit Lascaux 11- one English tour a week. You’ll remember it for life. And visit Le Bugue market on Tuesdays - Bruno’s town in the Martin Walker Books. Lots and lots of fiction in the cottage; save on your packing weight.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful villa, thank you. We had a hire car so were easily able to explore the gorgeous local Languedoc region. Close by we had a wonderful time at the Seigneurie de Peyrat enjoying the choir of cicadas during our 'PIQUE-NIQUE CHIC' experience which was interactive and fun! We also hired a chef one evening to cook for us at the villa, which was a great success and truly delicious. Wishing you a successful Summer 2022 season and hope to see you again soon.

Thank you for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Your house, gardens and surroundings are all spectacular. We very much enjoyed picnicing in the back garden and our kids absolutely loved the tree house. Highlights were Saumur market Saturday morning. Dining at La Licorne Fontervuad Château d'Ussé, Zoo BioParc de Doce and the gardens at Château de Villandry. Also a visit with the kids across the road to see the rabbits at the invitation of your friendly neighbours. Many thanks.
We returned after 3 years and so glad we did. Another fabulous time - weather not aways in our favour but didn't stop a great holiday again. Two restaurants we would recommend Le Masion Tourbes - great food, lunchtime was very busy, so get there early - very popular with the French. Saint Germain Hotel - excellent food and value. Best value kids menu we have found and adults set menu was great value and for an extra euro you can get 1/4 litre wine! Hope to return again - Love to all.
We had the most amazing stay with some friends in Château Entre-Deux-Mers. I was delighted by the charm of this château. The exterior is traditional. There is a lovely garden with swimming pool. We have some good memories taking an appetizer in the evenings outside! The rooms were spacious and decorated with a superb taste. But most of all : it's situated in the middle of vineyards; so great to do some cycling (bikes are available). So we can certainly recommend this place!
We had all looked forward to staying at La Barde just from its location and seeing the lovely pics and the reality was still better and just perfect for two families of five. There's a wonderful secret garden feel and we were surrounded with the best of early summer in the garden. The house has a lovely laid-back, stylish vibe with a huge kitchen, spacious bedrooms and a large comfy sitting room we never needed to use. The shady terrace outside the kitchen with roses and jasmine and every possible seating and lazing opportunity was the centre of 'activities' and wonderful for every meal. Early morning swims with the scent of jasmine and lavender were a particular treat and there were endless pingpong, badminton (and tanning) challenges. La Barde is perfectly positioned for enjoying local life from markets to canoeing and Périgueux is just an hour away. We loved the Lusignac bar. You won't be surprised to read that we are returning this year!
Maison Forgeron is a fantastic house, four large bedrooms with bathrooms, plenty of living space, lovely garden with a great pool. It is decorated to a very high standard and extremely well equipped. In all, a perfect destination for a gathering of families.
Our week at Maison des Communes has been the most perfect way to celebrate 3 very important birthdays. Two 60th and one 40th. We have enjoyed every moment and couldn't have wished for a better location, or host to make this stay as special as possible. As a group of six adults (three couples) it was great to each have our own space with the villa, but also lovely communal areas to have our meals and relax together. Everything about the villa has been ideal from the pool, bikes and comfortable bedroom to the spacious sprawling grounds. the icing on the cake has been Philippe. What a gracious host bringing fresh pastries, leaving welcome gifts and even arranging a beautiful meal at a local restaurant. Thanks so much. we will be back.
We were passing through for a weekend with friends. Christophe and his wife gave us a very warm welcome they are very attentive and attentive. We had a great stay in their house which is just beautiful.
We stayed in this beautiful house with a pool with my family. Everything was perfect: the house is spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and well equipped. The pool is a true haven of peace, ideal for relaxing in the sun. The hosts were very warm and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this house!
Château Mézard really is as lovely as it is depicted on the website! It was a magical place for a holiday. The house and grounds were amazing, the set-up of the house provides great privacy even for a large group. Exploring the surrounding countryside, towns and cities provided the perfect French country get away. Returning to the amazing luxury of the château for a dinner on the terrace or a swim in the pool was the highlight of each day.
