I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at Villa Bellara. It was immaculate and is perfectly positioned to access to supermarket, patisserie, beaches and numerous quality restaurants and a short walk to the train station - which we used most days to visit other coastal resorts. The villa was considerably larger than we expected and was well equipped for our stay. The quiet residential location was a bonus after having busy days out. All in all a perfect property. We have spent 2 weeks at lovely maison Charvin in Montlaur. This was our first trip to Languedoc-Roussillon, Occitanie. We realized at once when we arrived that this was the right house for us. It is so beautiful, carefully restored and homely decorated. Everything was spotless and clean. A bottle of local wine waited as a gift and we feelt so welcome. Books to lend all over the place. The kitchen had everything we could ever want and more, we loved the Italian stove. The outside area is fantastic, very private with the turquoise pool to cool off in. Even our teenagers feelt relaxed and happy just being there. Montlaur is a little village with friendly people. There is a shop, a bakery, a boucher, a pharmacie and a hairdresser. What else do you need? We spent our time reading, sunbathing, swimming and doing daytripes. Thanks to Sharon we ended up in all the right places, like the wonderful restaurants in Lagrasse, really nice both of them. Its perfect having a private guide who is so nice and engaged as the owner Ms W. She wanted us to get the most out of our vacation. Even borrowed me one of her favourite books with a little note; you might like this! Thank you ever so much Sharon, for opening your home to us, we are so happy that we found this little piece of heaven.
We had a wonderful couple of weeks. The accommodation was well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Debbie was a fantastic host and really made us feel welcome. She was there to help without being intrusive. It was great to have her on hand for advice on days out, restaurants, etc. The gardens and pool were fantastic and well maintained. The area is beautiful with lots to explore but didn’t feel like a well trodden tourist path. We enjoyed visiting local markets, walking, activities on the river and exploring the local villages and wineries. We would highly recommend and hope to revisit soon.
Our stay at the Marquises has been perfect, the house was everything we hoped for, thank you. We loved the views over the vineyards, the furnishings, the pool and the fig tree, for shade and figs.
The host met us on arrival and not only gave us a tour of the apartment but also the entire building and surrounding areas. The apartment was spotless, beautiful modern design with all amenities and so close to the beach. Most importantly for us it catered to a young baby with a high chair, cot, baby bath and even bath toys. Finally the location is immense if you wish to explore the French Riviera. We did day trips in our rental car both East and West from the apartment including Eze, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, St Paul de Vence, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Menton, Monte Carlo and Cap Ferrat. Thank you for giving us a perfect holiday.

We are having a truly wonderful holiday. We have not wanted for anything, Le Chai has been the perfect home for our 2 week hols.
We have returned from a lovely holiday at Maison Lamonzie in Bordeaux, thanks for your help in arranging.
Stayed at the property for two weeks at the end of July. The property has been beautifully renovated and most things are on hand at the villa. The house has everything that’s needed for family and friends to enjoy from a great kitchen to a nice garden and patio and good sized pool. All in all this is a beautiful house in a lovely setting and I would certainly return.
This is an idyllic luxury dream. A tranquil abode where resistance against rest and relaxation is futile. Welcoming in 2022 with Kate, Frans, their family and friends felt like home away from home with immediate family. They have created a home where you can freely engage in the beauty of this corner of France in an easthetic space curated to the highest level. We could class them as more than 'friends' - and definitely as 'MTFS'. The only antidote to departing is to plot the return and this has already begun.
A beautiful fun filled 7 days in this amazing house. Thank you. Equipped for all 8 of us. Kids swam everyday, favourite game of the week. Dads throwing balls high/low/long and making the biggest splash. Parents enjoying evening games of scrabble over a few too many. Lots of towns and markets visited. We plan to back back to make even more memories. Thank you.

Wow, wow and wow! The views are wonderful with the gorgeous sunsets. The whole family have loved all the facilities, particularly swimming in the multi-coloured lights at night.
Well, we all made it and have had the best time. This year we have certainly made use of the pool - even Chris! We have had some splendid lunches out and have found yet more restaurants and generally had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. As ever, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to be back - Chris and I are coming back in October when we hope it won’t be quite so hot!

The most enjoyable part of France. The most enjoyable stay in “luxe” villa. Highlights: fresh veg from Duras market on Monday. eating out at Eymet, almost any restaurant will do, but particular favourites are Cour d’Eymet and Château les Vigiers. watching the red kites hunting over the fields in the evening . The lizards and the geko on the patio. All in all a memorable experience.

After months of searching for the perfect 'retreat' we arrived at Le Presbytère! Exactly what we envisioned for our first trip to France with out kids. We have so enjoyed the pool, pond and of course, the whole place. We visited every bastide and market and cooked to our hearts content. Such an exquisite spot - we know the area very well - but rarely left this spot; instead played games, spotted frogs and foxes and explored every inch of this 'fab' property. Perhaps a X-mas visit next?! Many thanks for sharing this beautiful home - we hope to return soon. Gary and Louise were great - close at hand but unintrusive.

We love all things duck and Sarlat offers the best. Exploring the surrounding countryside has been a pure pleasure. We had the good fortune of spending June in Sarlat and enjoyed the village come alive with music. We hope to come again and thank you.
Magnificent property, super equipped, very large swimming pool at a perfect temperature, exceptional grounds, tennis court in perfect condition, well-appointed and comfortable common areas... Hard to beat for a family vacation! The place is perfect for children and less young people... Very clean, comfortable, very pleasant, excellent communication with the owners. The best!
An extra stay with friends (a dozen with adults, teenagers and children) in a magical place... a natural site of great beauty, as magnificent day or night under the stars; a superbly renovated Mas, where the character of the old stones combines with great comfort (equipment, bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.), space for everyone, huge rooms and more than careful decoration. original, each object, each piece of furniture is chosen with great spirit and arouses curiosity. Everyone found their privacy and activity of the day there (picnic by the river, shopping in very picturesque Anduze, reading by the swimming pool, Cévennes walk... and even revision of the Baccalaureate in a calm environment!). Very appreciable preparation of the place by the owners and attention to our arrival. See you next year for sure... We would like to sleep in all the rooms!
