We had a wonderful stay and could not fault the property which was a joy to experience. The interior was spotless and modern, the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in, the open plan living and dining space relaxing and the bedrooms extremely comfortable. The views outside were truly beautiful and it was perfect to make use of the decking area for either sun bathing or eating outside, not to mention the infinity pool for cooling down in. All in all a very relaxing stay.
Beautiful seaside villa. We had a fantastic week with all our family. Villa Chiavari was perfect for all ages and offered plenty of space with numerous tranquil spots both on the balconies and the garden overlooking the sea. The recommendations from the owners on what to do were a great introduction to this area of Corsica. We look forward to staying longer next time!
We had the most amazing stay with some friends in Château Entre-Deux-Mers. I was delighted by the charm of this château. The exterior is traditional. There is a lovely garden with swimming pool. We have some good memories taking an appetizer in the evenings outside! The rooms were spacious and decorated with a superb taste. But most of all : it's situated in the middle of vineyards; so great to do some cycling (bikes are available). So we can certainly recommend this place!
Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay in Helen's lovely, spacious, well equipped house with its beautiful garden, pool, boules court, summer kitchen and vue du château! Plenty of space, outside and in, as the heat allowed. The cooler basement provided table tennis, gym equipment and jigsaws, all completed during the extreme heat! Location was great for canyoning (Héric), kyaking (Orb), river swimming (Reals), karting (nr. Laurens), scuba diving (Montpellier), painting classes (Pouzolles) etc. Great local restaurants and bars (Roujan, Gabian) and small domaine wines to discover. The large Super U in Roujan has an excellent adjoining boulangerie/patisserie, open Sunday mornings too. Nothing lacking for a brilliant holiday!

Great feeling of space with plenty of room for children to play. Pool was superb and much used. The childrens swimming skills improved immensely. Thank you Takayla for lovely food and for accommodating late arrival and intolerances. Nick and Takayla were available and friendly without being intrusive. A fantastic time was had by all the family. Many thanks and looking forward to next year already.

Thanks so much for the restaurant recommendations - will look into doing that. We are having a fantastic time here. I think your house is possibly the best house we've stayed in in France over the years. Yes, it's just fabulous! We've had a really fantastic week here and I'm pretty sure we'll be wanting to come back next year. Your house has been so generous... I've read some books here, loved looking through the coffee table books too. Your welcome basket was the most generous we've ever received in any of the houses we have rented. Allowing us to use pool towels as well. And I know it sounds a bit like a hotel review but the bed linen / towels and bathrooms were just top quality! Taking a break from it now to start packing up! P.S. We went to Le Moulin for lunch and it was superb. We will be in touch to hopefully book same week again next year.
What a lovely place to spend two weeks relaxing and enjoying each other’s company, the views from the table are a wonderful backdrop for every meal and the swimming pool has given hours of fun for the children and adults alike. Nyons market on a Thursday and Saturday was great with lots of variety and wonderful hustle and bustle. We would love to visit another time.
Fantastic place. Peace and tranquillity and magnificent view from the balcony. Proximity to a private beach. Perfectly equipped kitchen, large living room. I highly recommend it to everyone. Merci! We have spent a wonderful week in your beautiful and charming home. It is so well equipped with everything that we would possibly need. We all loved the swimming pool and our 2 girls had great fun on the trampoline and playing ping-pong. We were delighted to visit Montsoreau again, 9 years after out last visit and 2 children now added to the mix. We had another lovely dinner at Le Montsoreau watching the glorious sunset over the Loire. Fresh bread every morning from Long was a treat. The weather has been perfect and the days with some cloud cover gave us great relief. Thank you for your hospitality.

Fabulous Villa and location We've been coming to the south of France for year and specifically to this area and to Seillans for the last 5 years... and this villa is as good as we have ever stayed. The villa is impeccably kept, extremely comfortable and has the most magnificent views. Everything in the villa is as advertised and works well. The restaurants of Seillans are a short walk away. Although the town itself unfortunately has no boulangerie or patisserie, Fayence is only a 5 minute drive away and has a great one of those, plus a boucherie / charcuterie around the corner, both of which are close to the big Super U supermarket. The terrace and pool are East-facing. We were worried that in the photos it looked like there was little shade provided but with the big awnings for the terrace and a few parasols for the pool, finding shade from the morning sun was not a problem. We love this area for the beautiful mountain villages (seillans, Callian, Tourrettes etc) but the ease of getting around in the largely flat area south of those villages so you can get to Cannes, Grasse and the beaches. We have had an amazing holiday! A gorgeous villa, clean and well-equipped. Thank you Philippe for being such a wonderful host – especially for the delicious pastries! The villa is so lovely that we have been more than happy to have some lazy days but we have also had some great outings. Carcassonne and its castle is not to be missed. The market at Olonzac on a Tuesday is fabulous. Narbonne beach is stunning and we really enjoyed seeing and taking a boat trip on the 9 locks of Fonseranes. We would not hesitate to return here – I think it would be very hard to find another place as good as this! Very sad to be returning home but very lucky to have made some amazing memories!

The villa has been all we hoped for and more. The accommodation is superb as are all the facilities. What a bonus to have the (choose and order) breakfast deliveries,. The lemon cake was gorgeous. Would recommend the Tuesday market at Clairac Market. Our week was VERY HOT – so we made very good use of the lovely pool. We enjoyed walking / cycling into Mauvezin. The shopkeepers were all very friendly and welcoming. The villa was perfect for our family of 8. Would absolutely recommend it. Merci beaucoup Philippe, superb host and translator!
We had such a fantastic stay at Maison Lanave. We loved the house, pool, location and surrounding area. It was really a special trip. David and Kirstie were so great at making us feel welcome and giving great recommendations for wine tasting, night food markets and local restaurants during our trip. The pool area and outdoor BBQ is fabulous for big groups, BBQs and meals. It exceeded everyone's expectations and the photos really don't do the property justice. We loved it!
We had a wonderful holiday in Montlaur. The house was fantastic and the pool a real winner with the kids especially.
Gorgeous. Very well maintained, yet still updated with modern amenities. All in all, an amazing stay and trip and we'd recommend Château Charente to anyone touring the area.

We have enjoyed relaxing by the pool on hot sunny days and BBQs in the evenings watching the sunsets. Would love to return with my sisters at some point.
Thank you for an amazing stay in this wonderful house, the view, kitchen facilities and the entertainment available were all perfect. We enjoyed the bbq every night in the garden and early morning swims. The house was equipped with everything we needed we cooked with herbs from the garden and improved our pool playing. The wine tasting next door was very special, we liked the decor in every room and would recommend this house to stay in, its a lovely place. We had an incredible holiday.

Private pool in perfect surroundings. Maison Meunier is a great little find. I stayed in the larger house last year so was excited to return to the area. Inside there are 2 good sized bedrooms, clean bathroom and kitchen with full facilities and a stylish and spacious living and dining area. And then there is the outside...! There is a beautiful pergola covered terrace with BBQ which is perfect for al fresco dining and evening chats over a bottle of wine (from the local vineyard of course). The pool has stunning views over fruit trees, the fishing lake and forest covered hills in the background. It feels very private and isn't overlooked. The pool is immaculate and perfect size for playing / floating / chilling. The pool area also has sun loungers and a covered portion for the shade seekers. The area of Saint Front-Sur-Lemance is beautiful. Very sleepy and laid back but has all the best necessary amenities within a 5 minute walk (shop, cafe, Albert's pub) or 10 - 15 minute drive (Blanquefort-sur-Briolance for moules frites at Auberge des Moulins or Fumel for bigger shops and 25m outdoor pool). The owners are great hosts; not intrusive but always nearby to provide advice or help if needed. We can't wait to return next year.
We have stayed several times in this superb house, very well equipped, the swimming pool is great and the view is breathtaking. This little village is worth the detour.
At last, a gîte that really does cater for all of us! We've had a lovely 2 weeks, the pool is fab and surrounding area perfect for our activities. ie climbing, caving, kayaking and via ferrata. Thanks for providing such a superb place.
It has been 6 years of trying to get to stay here but eventually we did it and it was worth the wait. The owners were so kind and helpful. Providing super cheeses, wine, early morning deliveries and a lovely meal out. And all of that before even mentioning the beautiful house :) Everything was amazing except for the canicule, 42°C (phew!) but the pool saved us, it was amazing also. Many thanks for a load of super memories.
We (family of four, 2 adults and 2 children) enjoyed a lovely week here in July. Fantastic with private pool which was cleaned every day, walking distance to pretty village and bakers, lovely and very welcoming hosts. The house contains two sweet bedrooms, large and relaxing lounge / kitchen area, outdoor kitchen and terrace plus a nice pavilion by the pool. Lots of games available including a table tennis table. Had a great week and happy to recommend.
We rented this home in December 2022/January 2023 and highly recommend it for families or large groups. Due to the time of year. we were concerned about the heat but all of the rooms were more than adequately heated. Additionally the fireplace in the living room produced a very warm, cozy atmosphere. We were 8 adults and 4 children (ages 5, 3, 3 and 1) and everyone had enough space. The children especially enjoyed playing with all of the toys in the playroom which allowed the adults to socialize in the living room just next to it and still keep an eye on them. It was perfect for everyone! The children also enjoyed playing outside in the fully enclosed yard. The pool was closed for the season but it, too, is fully fenced making it safe for the children to play outside with minimal supervision. The kitchen has a beautiful gas and electric stove as well as a wood burning stove and the back terrace has a barbecue which we used often. The kitchen table seats 8 comfortably but we were fortunate to have some warm days and could eat on the large table on the back terrace. All of the bedrooms are good sized and well appointed and each had individual heating units. The beds were all comfortable with clean, crisp linens. In addition to the half bath on the main floor there were three large bathrooms conveniently located between bedrooms with large soaking tubs and it was more than enough for our large group. The exposed beams and stonework throughout the home was gorgeous and each room was well decorated yet comfortable – we didn’t feel we needed to worry about the children breaking anything. The internet and Netflix were consistently reliable for anyone who is trying to work while on vacation. Finally, dishwasher and washer and dryer made for easy living.! Communication with the host was exceptional and checking in and out was very easy. We can’t say enough about this wonderful gem. We had a relaxing time, did a few hikes, visited some local sites as well as nearby vineyards. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend it to family and friends!”
