We have enjoyed several wonderful visits to this most delightful property set in bucolic rolling countryside. The house is elegant and extremely comfortable, giving maximal privacy inside and out so that guests can enjoy the peace, whether swimming in the lovely pool, or just relaxing in shade or sun. There is also a lovely terrace for al fresco dining and a fabulous collection of books. The creation of the gardens is masterful . We loved the nearby market in Condom and the creamy stone architecture of the area.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It provided everything we needed for our family reunion of 3 families – fabulous pool, large garden, lots of outside sitting/dining areas, beautiful and spacious interiors, a large and very well equipped kitchen (we loved the ice dispenser!). The children (1-5) loved the nearby lake where they paddled, splashed about and built sandcastles. Plenty of shade and grass and a good restaurant. We had amazingly good weather so were mostly outdoors but if one hit a rainy day, there is plenty of entertainment (great dvd collection) inside. This was our first ever holiday rental and it has set the bar very high indeed. From the moment we arrived to a warm and friendly welcome by our hosts (Katerina and Stephen) to the time we departed with the same warmth and friendliness still on display we could not have wanted a better start to our extended holiday. The cottage is very well appointed and is a perfect size for a couple. It had all the facilities one would hope to find to make our two weeks very much a 'home from home' sensation and provided space for the two of us to move around comfortably. The pool is also excellent and reflects the great care our hosts took in ensuring everything was perfectly presented. The location - in the Vezere valley - is ideal for visiting the numerous attractions of the area. Pre historic caves, stalagmite and stalactite caves, fortified houses, gorgeous châteaux and so many utterly charming villages. We even ventured into a canoe for a 12km cruise down the Vezere which allowed us to see the valley from a different perspective. Although we love visiting different places there is a high probability of us coming back again!
We celebrated a week's holiday with 6 adult children and 2 grandchildren. The house is equipped with all modern conveniences, has a beautiful and complete interior, but still has an authentic appearance. The space in and around the house is gigantic and there is plenty of entertainment for everyone: from a nice swimming pool with many sun loungers to a room with numerous games and a good tennis court. Highly recommended for a family holiday. We will definitely go back again.

It is a beautiful property, is very well equipped and worked very well for our group of 6.
I stayed in Château Bellevue with my family and some friends last Summer. It was magical, right from the moment we drove up the drive and I passed the swimming pool and saw the house, I couldn't wait to explore the château and its gardens. I stayed in one of the 'children's rooms' on the upper floor, which are beautiful rooms with lots of books to read. I spent my days playing with my friends in the grounds, we particularly liked laying in the shade under the old oak trees chatting and in the evening we loved playing one of the many of the board games. The beach, mountains and pretty little villages are close by and beautiful.
What a fabulous 2 weeks we have enjoyed at your beautiful house. Everything was really lovely and many thanks for your lovely welcome basket on our arrival. A delightful holiday in a super house. Many thanks.

We had a marvellous holiday at le Chambarru. It was the nicest house we have stayed in during our many visits to France over the years.
We absolutely loved this beautiful place. Everything was perfect and the communication with the host was excellent. We want to come back as soon as possible!! It is a slice of paradise.

Our stay at Le Mas de Combet was fantastic. We had a warm welcome at our arrival, the house is perfectly situated in the countryside. It is very quiet with a very nice view on forests and fields. The swimming pool is big and clean and although the weather wasn’t very hot, the pool was perfect. Our host has given us ideas and indications about what to do in the area and has cared about us during the stay, offering his help and assistance, even with fresh bread! We definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again, whenever possible!
It is early spring. My husband and I decide to go to the South of France for a fortnight. Our eye has fallen on Les Oliviers du Sud. It is in the Gard region and close to nice places. Like Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon. What a surprising place on arrival. Two enthusiastic owners, proudly showing off their new domaine. There are two gîtes. A large swimming pool, several terraces and expansive views. Our gîte is very comfortable. Spacious living room with dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom is very spacious with good mattresses. Large bathroom with two sinks. As it can be quite chilly in the evening in spring, this cottage has a wood-burning stove with hot air conditioning. It is comfortably warm then. The garden is tastefully decorated. You have your own privacy and that choice is nice. We had a lovely two weeks here and will definitely come back next year. Thank you Esther and Leo for your hospitality.
Thank you for letting us stay at this lovely stylish villa, one of the best we have ever stayed at. So well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Nardia recommended ‘Le Grand Frais’ supermarket at Carcassonne where we were able to buy some wonderful fresh produce on arrival and which saw us through the week. An absolutely fantastic place! Our week went so incredibly quickly. It is our second time in the Carcassonne area, but still so much to do and see. This time we discovered the Gorges de Galamus and the labyrinths at Nebias. Amazing! Short treks around the beautiful Villelongue were also so nice. We loved the compost recycling bin at the end of the commune. Very green! Thanks to Mike for sorting the awning for us on a very windy Sunday. Hope to be back!

A lovely town house in a quiet village, with the added bonus of a pool. We enjoyed dining on the terrace in the evening watching the sun set.

Absolute Heaven. My family, fourteen of us from 70 to 1 year, had a memorable and joyful two weeks at Manoir Alvère. The house and grounds are magical. An easy walk takes you into the village and there are many very good places to eat within an easy drive. The owner made the process of checking in and out easy; the caretaker Georges was onsite in case of any problems. I envy anyone who finds themself in this very special place!

My stay in this charming artist's house was really pleasant, particularly thanks to the calm setting that surrounded it. The owner Olivia was very attentive and friendly, which made my stay even more pleasant. The breakfasts and swims in the pool were delicious. I left with beautiful memories and fully refreshed.
