Just wanted to say what a wonderful property Moulin de Terrac is. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Probably the best property we have stayed in since we started holidaying in France 16 years ago. And also what a great manager Bonnie was – really helpful and friendly.
What a beautiful home. The gardens, view and pool are simply stunning and we have had the most beautiful, restful holiday gazing at the view, enjoying the amazing pool and the delightful sofa which was a great place to hang out in the shade of the Mulberry tree. Marianne [housekeeper] has been marvellous – we enjoyed canoeing on Le Dropt and a trip to Eymet, otherwise we have everything we needed here!
Great stay in your wonderful home. Enjoyed exploring the area including Nerac and its chateau museum. Good lunch at Le Vert Gentil next to the river in Nerac. Loved the lily gardens at Temple Sur Lot and managed to get a table for lunch without booking. Beautiful setting and pretty good food too! Night market here (last of the season) was great fun and amazing setting overlooking the lot valley. Janet and Mark you’ve been great hosts and really helpful. Thank you.
Thanks again for your outstanding hospitality and your completely over the top meals. Wow, what an experience! As you know we have been to Europe many many times and this stay is right at the top! Thanks again for everything.

A true haven of peace! We had an unforgettable stay in this magnificent country house. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sun, while the large terrace offers stunning views of the village. The house is spacious, well equipped, and the atmosphere is calming, ideal for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle. A place that I highly recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway.
I've had the privilege to stay at Villa Lavinière for three weeks and have felt welcomed, relaxed every day. Cycling to nearby by villages, visiting the vineyards and enjoying the sun and the wine of the local area are all highly recommended. Thank you for allowing me to stay for this very special get away. I will cherish the memory of the time here.
The house and the grounds are fantastic. The rooms were all spacious and we particularly appreciated the bedroom set up with interlinking rooms from the nursery. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and went for walks/runs. The children loved exploring the forest area. The swimming pool was fantastic. Loungers etc comfortable. The kids loved the swings etc and the playroom was well stocked. Everything we needed was here. The food was delicious and we really appreciate you taking into account the intolerances. A beautiful house with a great view and pool. Very spacious and kitchen was fully equipped. The housekeeper was very responsive and provided great care. Would love to come back and definitely recommend for a remote getaway for a group of 7.
Very sad to leave after a fantastic stay at Château du Pic de Rigaud. Fantastic location, amazing historic villages all close by. This is by far the cleanest property we have stayed in over the past 20 years visiting France - thanks to Henrietta and Peter. Pool was also the best we have had - only recommendation is a toilet closer to the pool!! We would love to return some day!

We've had a wonderful holiday. The house has been perfect for our three families and the pool is quite superb.
We had a wonderful couple of weeks. The accommodation was well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Debbie was a fantastic host and really made us feel welcome. She was there to help without being intrusive. It was great to have her on hand for advice on days out, restaurants, etc. The gardens and pool were fantastic and well maintained. The area is beautiful with lots to explore but didn’t feel like a well trodden tourist path. We enjoyed visiting local markets, walking, activities on the river and exploring the local villages and wineries. We would highly recommend and hope to revisit soon.

We had a great couple of meals in St Émilion and we visited some vineyards. All in all a fabulous holiday. Great hoss, and the house is very well equipped!
We've been lucky enough to stay at Manoir de Fouilloux on two separate occasions and have loved our stay both times. The house has been decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard. The property is blessed with beautiful views and a number of perfectly maintained gardens, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine, either on the terrace or in the Moroccan courtyard and den or by the swimming pool. It is also within a short distance of picturesque towns and châteaux. If you fancy some wine tasting St Emilion is close by as are the vineyards of Bergerac or maybe a visit to a local food market in Riberac. We are certainly planning to stay again! A wonderful place to relax
Spending time in this lovely serene hamlet is heaven, overlooking the most calming landscaped from the house and terraces. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted for foodies and in a setting with fantastic food markets just 15 minutes in proximity. The gardens surrounding the house are beautiful and have a fabulous pool. The is French countryside brilliance at its best.

Comfortable. Well equipped château. Spacious. Well tended grounds. Stunning pool area, very inviting! All really good. Comfortable sitting area. Well organised roomy playroom being a real bonus. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Helpful at all times and unobtrusive. Huge bonus having the daily housekeeping service as well as shopping service. It’s such a beautiful villa in a wonderful location. The owners touches and approach make it a very special place and we will be back in the future. A very special villa which we love. The whole experience is also hugely aided by Frédéric and the way he manage the property and interact with the visitors. It makes a big difference.
We have been staying in gites and villas in France for many, many years and Mas des Rivailles is one of the best. Very clean, comfortable with everything in place for a lovely relaxing holiday. The pool was great but didn't get used as much as we would have liked due to the inclement weather we experienced for the two weeks we were there. The welcome pack was an unexpected surprise and much appreciated. Frédéric was helpful and informative as were our friendly neighbours (no English spoken) but it gave us a chance to practice our limited French. Lovely little villages to visit and good restaurants, Clement in Lauzun was a favourite. Fully recommend this property.
What a beautiful place to spend a week. The villa is fabulous, spacious and homely with everything we needed. The location was perfect to explore Collioure on foot. We have never visited this part of France before, so we have loved investigating and had some fantastic meals!
We've had an excellent time in this beautiful villa. Sunbathing by the pool, swimming and rock climbing (just some of the things we've done). We hope to be back next year.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. I would like to thank you for the lovely week we spent at Château du Pic de Rigaud. Henrietta was charming and extremely helpful. The house was beautiful and not too formal. The views were amazing both from the house and the pool. We left feeling uplifted.
