We booked for 3 weeks this past summer at the Maison Emz. It was a fantastic experience. Jacky and Anna are absolutely wonderful.
It is rare to find such beautiful decoration where high-quality antiques and contemporary art coexist. We appreciated the authenticity of the place, the preserved nature and the proximity to major tourist sites. Through their kindness and recommendations, the hosts greatly contributed to our pleasant stay. We highly recommend this recently opened accommodation, which is continually evolving.
The accommodation is beautiful in a quiet (somewhere nowhere). A very beautiful property with old trees and delicious fruit trees. The pool is large and with salt water instead of chlorine. The interior of it is tastefully decorated. Stan is a friendly host. For those who want to be calm, spacious and relaxed you are at the right place.
This must be the perfect summer holiday Villa for a small family. As a couple we were joined by some friends for part of our stay and we had a great time in the sun. The O 13 Clochers restaurant in Monteton is under new management and serves superb food. Hostellerie des Ducs good quality- and the restaurant in Seyches is incredible value. We are sure to return.
The place is exactly as described - spacious and yet warm and comfortable. Highly recommend
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely house. We were lucky enough to see the (almost) full moon rising from the perfect spot in the garden on our first night. We loved the house and pool and most of all the beautiful views. To be in a village and yet so quiet is unique. We very much hope to come back.
Beautiful house in a great location. The house is spacious and has everything you would need and more. Very quiet and peaceful and the location was perfect, halfway between Montignac and the prehistoric sites and Sarlat and the Dordogne river. Florence the concierge was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. I highly recommend.
Thank you for an amazing stay in this wonderful house, the view, kitchen facilities and the entertainment available were all perfect. We enjoyed the bbq every night in the garden and early morning swims. The house was equipped with everything we needed we cooked with herbs from the garden and improved our pool playing. The wine tasting next door was very special, we liked the decor in every room and would recommend this house to stay in, its a lovely place. We had an incredible holiday.

I loved staying in this lovely house. The garden was my favourite part of it. I did enjoy having a dip in the pool. I'm glad to say I am satisfied with my stay.

Very quiet with swimming pool in the heart of a pretty little village - Very well maintained and flowering garden with superb views of the Dordogne - Interior decoration - Friendly welcome - Geographic location (30mn from Sarlat-la-Canéda or Domme) - The region is superb and the activities are numerous: visits to castles or towns, bike rides or canoe trips ... In short, to recommend!
Beautiful setting, fantastic space. Well kept both inside and out. Facilities were fantastic. Great pool - child friendly and garden toys were a perfect addition too. Lovely family holiday enjoyed by all ages.

Stayed at this villa in June 2024. It has been finished to an exacting standard, and is open and airy. The views are spectacular. Everything you need for a relaxing stay - plenty of areas outside to either soak up the rays or sit in the shade. The alfresco dining area was used all day. The owners have left their paintings and sculptures in the house which gives is a very unique feel. It's incredible, will return in 2025!

I loved the house. It was perfect for children and the scenery is gorgeous.
We are finally home and now reflecting on happy memories of our wonderful holiday in France and particularly our 10 nights spent here. Where do we begin to ever thank you for all that you did and for making our holiday so special. We felt like we had our own personal butler looking after us throughout our stay. Even prior to our arrival we welcomed the emails, the ease of booking and then promptly replying to any query that we had , as well as the phone call to offer help and support the week before we were scheduled to arrive. We really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies and all the other little things that you had thoughtfully put in the fridge, making our arrival into the gîte a very warm and welcome one. Your 'blood, sweat and tears' have truly paid off as we could see the attention to detail that has gone in to making this a luxury gîte for your guests. We noticed the quality of furnishings and fittings, bed linen, sumptuous soft towels and then separate towels laid out for us by the pool, all of which made for an exciting stay ahead! The beds were extremely comfortable and accompanied by the peace and tranquility at night meant we both woke each morning feeling fully refreshed! We particularly enjoyed our time spent around the swimming pool and also using the outdoor kitchen/BBQ. Everything was spotlessly clean and we know that you ensured the pool area was cleaned down for us every morning. We were blessed with good weather too. The views from the terrace were stunning and we never tired from sitting there overlooking the local Cuzorn area and the valley beyond. It was a pleasure getting to know you and hearing about your journey from Essex to Lot-et-Garonne. For us, as first guests it was a privilege staying at Lasserre and we will be talking about you and our holiday for years to come. I equally hope that for you and Kate your first guests did not let you down and we have left a wonderful impression on you too! We sincerely hope that you are rewarded for the fruits of your labour and whilst we would like you to have a busy season, just secretly we would like to keep this little bit of heaven purely for us!

A gorgeous home, with so much to offer! 3 min walk into the beautiful bustling town of Pezenas and you have the tranquility of pool and garden! The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and very welcome after a day out exploring the area! We had some great fun playing table tennis and darts in the games room. We had a wonderful holiday, the lovely, very comfortable and well decorated home facilitated this!

The villa lives up to the photos and description and the location, in the heights of Saint-Raphaël, allows you to avoid the traffic down there! We recommend because we had a vacation as we hoped!
An Amazing Place. This is an amazing place to stay and Michael and Denise made us feel so welcome with their warm, attentive hospitality. The villa was immaculately presented with everything one might need. The swimming pool is wonderful, warm, clean and you might want to spend lots of time in there.
