Perfect surroundings to relax and spend our holiday week. We have enjoyed the spacious house, garden and the pool as well as the wonderful warm weather! The pituresque villages nearby have truly been a spectacular experience. We have spent a very nice week at the villa. We would have loved to stay longer but our holidays are now over and we are going back to the North.
Lovely quiet house with pool in the heart of a pretty village - garden well maintained and flowered with magnificent views of the Dordogne - Interior decoration - friendly welcome - Geographical location (30 minutes from Sarlat and Domme) - The area is superb. There are numerous activities and visiting castles or cities, biking and canoeing... Well recommended!
A memorable week in Les Trois Maisons de Valescure. Our host Thomas was very caring and attentive. Very good services (top bedding and cleanliness, nothing to complain about. We've spent a great week in this very quiet and verdant location. A very nice and comfortable house, indoors and outdoors. Terrace, swimming pool, sun loungers... It was great! Near Pézenas (wonderful), Valmagne Abbaye (wonderful) and local markets... The owner is sweet and very discreet.
Echoing all previous comments. It was a pleasure to stay here and on behalf of the two English-born cricket enthusiasts, we enjoyed the cricket net, as well as all the other sports. You are obviously a man with fine tastes!
We were the first French to stay in this house, which is very pleasant and practical for family life, especially with children. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped and we had a very nice basket filled upon arrival. The garden is extremely pleasant, enclosed, with a pétanque court at the back and games for children. The barn has several games: billiards, table football, table tennis, darts. It is also possible to play badminton and rackets are available. Ideal even when the weather is not nice.

Beautiful maintained home and grounds. Excellent facilities for young families. All modern and child / baby amenities provided. Daily housekeeping was an added bonus compared to previous holiday rentals.
This property has the WOW factor! We were blown away by it when we arrived. It is beautifully renovated and the grounds and surrounding countryside are stunning. The main house is very spacious with a large living room, TV lounge room and a big kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you might need (including 2 great coffee machines and a pantry with essentials that you can use). Also, a lovely large dining table. Upstairs there are 4 big airy bedrooms with very comfy beds, great linen and towels. Plus 3 pristine luxe bathrooms. The views out of every side of the house are idyllic. The outside space too is fantastic. Great terraces for eating / relaxing on, beautiful warm clean swimming pool with comfy loungers, herb garden, fire pit, well equipped gym, pétanque court, vineyard, landscaped gardens. The gîte across from the main house is also lovely and provides 3 extra bedrooms plus additional bathroom, kitchen and lounge. We enjoyed our stay enormously and appreciated the level of detail and care that the owners have put into this house.

We certainly appreciated the supper that you provided for us on the first night - much appreciated after a day of travel. La Cigaliere is a very spacious, calm, well appointed and comfortable holiday accommodation for up to 8 people in the lovely Languedoc. We have enjoyed many lovely evening meals around the family table a L’exterieur following a late afternoon dip in the large, safe and welcoming swimming pool. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and well appointed and the kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. Our cars were safe in the large and self contained garage and games and cinema style watching were enjoyed in the large family den. If you enjoy family time in high quality accommodation within the historic Languedoc with wine tasting on your doorstep, then La Cigaliere will suit you very well. This lovely home, just on the outskirts of the old historic town of Pezenas, is everything we hoped it would be. A short stroll into the town centre with bars, restaurants and bakeries a plenty! All offering great value ! Aside from the location, the house is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. A lovely sitting area outside for outdoor dining. The sun is over the pool and on the sun lounges well into the evening. The Games room was well used and a great area for teenagers to have space for themselves. The area has much to offer, something for everyone to enjoy! Walking, cycling or lazy days on the beach in Sete or Agde (both offer water sports).Kayaking in Saint Guilherme de Desert or wine tasting in La Croix Belle or Picpoul (neither to far from the house.) The market day on Saturday is fabulous! Thank you to owners and managers!
We had a superb 11 day stay in Fitou. Everything was as expected when we arrived - the property has everything you would expect and more when travelling with young children - in our case a 10 month old as well as 2½ year old twins. The car beds were a huge hit with the twins! The village of Fitou is also really nice - there are over 10 wines caves selling high quality local Fitou. There are also some excellent restaurants - would recommend Vidals if you are taking the kids. Outside of Fitou, Perpignan, Narbonne and Carcassonne are all realistic day trip options and the resort of Leucate is also good for a more traditional seaside ambience.
The villa proved to be the perfect home for the week, as it ticked so many boxes:- A friendly villa owner who spoke good English, a ten minute stroll to the beach and restaurants, five minute walk to Cros de Cagnes station where you can take the local train to Cannes in 24 minutes and Nice in 15 minutes - so no need to have the hassle of car hire, a well stocked supermarket a 10 minute walk away, within walking distance of the free bus up to the beautiful hilltop village of Haut de Cagnes. A clean, well furnished villa, with every room having individual controls for the air conditioning settings... lovely when you come in from a hot day out! Ice on tap from the huge fridge and a swimming pool at just the right temperature - day and night.
We have had a very enjoyable 2 weeks stay at Le Pigat. There is plenty of room and it is very well equipped with everything you need. The daily delivery of fresh bread is a must for anyone staying here. Very tasty. We spent lazy days by the pool. Lots of fun. Evenings spend dining on the terrace, in the true French way. We would like to thank everyone for their very friendly welcome on our arrival.
We spent a truly magical and wonderfully memorably week at Maison Tilleul last summer. It was everything we dreamed of. Stunning grounds, modern facilities, beautiful décor and every amenity you could need. The village is peaceful and picturesque. The countryside was quintessentially French. The historic and geographical wonders that provide endless options for afternoon drives or day trips, were all worth every minute driving through the vineyards and mountain passes that the region offers in abundance. There are wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance and short drives. We had a spectacular evening watching the sun set with a cocktail at Côté Resto set amongst the vines of Domaine Gayda, followed by exquisite cuisine and a buoyant atmosphere. We sampled traditional Blanquette at the atmospheric Abbaye Saint-Hilaire. Explored the impressive Gorges de Saint-Georges and mountain villages. The Cathar castles and ancient city of Minerve, were stunning and like nothing I’ve seen before, both in scale and the history associated with them. I have visited the Languedoc for years, but Le Parc made it a year like no other. Thank you for the privilege – memories have been made and will be treasured.
We can't wait to go back! A chateau with some serious wow factor, this beautiful home in Burgundy was the perfect setting for our family holiday. Luxurious but also wonderfully laid back, it had every possible amenity - tennis court, swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, gas barbecue, DVD with full library of movies, games room, etc – allowing us all to relax, unwind, keep everyone entertained and also treat ourselves. Would highly recommend hiring the local chef too for an extra special treat. Can’t wait to go back!

The house is great, each room has its independence in terms of shower and toilet. It is very spacious and well furnished: a billiard table, table tennis, barbecue, overhead projector, enormous kitchen/bar very well equipped and swimming pool (unheated). The hostess is very nice.
