Staying here was lovely - the house is stunning and is set in a really peaceful location. The view is really amazing and the house is really nice. We loved it!

Our first family holiday ion 3 long years! We have treasured our time together in this beautiful villa. The weather as so hot but the a/c was great! Thank you for all the local recommendations for restaurants and shops!
You don't need us to tell you what a beautiful house this is and the bath with a view indeed. We didn't eat out much as the super markets were so convenient and the kitchen well equipped. We arrived in a heat wave, not complaining though! It was amazing and the wonderful pool helped us cool off. The children took their push bikes over the back of the vineyards to the cycle path and biked into Nyons, we also walked it which was most pleasant. As regards places of interest, we took ideas from the house book as it was too hot to visit the tourist information centre during opening hours and most of our exploring was done in the evenings.
Excellent stay! Our host Nathalie was very responsive by message and accommodating. The house was clean and perfectly matched the description. We would have stayed there longer!
Thank you for everything your wonderful château had to offer. We have all, young and old, enjoyed every minute. A wonderful gathering of so many of our family and friends from New Zealand, UK and Australia in celebration of J and R's wedding.
We had a wonderful time at your beautiful domain. We explored the region extensively, but would love to come back again to enjoy more of the peace and quiet here on your property. The villa was a great place to stay. We have been renting villas for nearly 20 years now and this is the first time ever that we didn't use a car. So near the airport, so near shops, restaurants, the sea, the train station for days out to Nice and Antibes. And the villa itself was lovely - it was more spacious than we expected. Moreover at 30 degrees the pool was marvellous. Only complaint - a week was too short!
We enjoyed the house, pool and garden. We took a private boar charter on the canal. We visited restaurants and enjoyed using the 'running track' around the garden.
Just to say that we have enjoyed our time here enormously. You have the most beautiful home in a wonderful location! We only left the house twice other than to shop for food. Once to go to Château Bridoire (a good recommendation thank you) and Château Montbazillac and a second time today to go to an aqua parc. Thank you very much!
We loved your house and it is clearly your pride and joy. So thank you for sharing it with us. We seem to have had a very hot week so the pool was the place to be and we didn't get round to the sight seeing we thought we would do!

Château des Dragons is located in such a magical part of France....so beautiful. The chateau sets in an enchanted forest...just driving through the gates and up to the chateau takes your breath away. Our hosts Christian and Alla greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm. The chateau is perfect for large gathering and our hosts were so accommodating and eager to help with all of our questions and needs. They helped us secure an incredible private chef from Paris, as well as helped us find an incredible restaurant called Les Archives in Poitiers for our friends and offered great advice for things to do around the area. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. When we had the chef come to the chateau for our private dinners..they set an incredible table using their own collection of gorgeous china, added fresh flowers ..it really made the experience elevated. The rooms were comfortable and the common spaces very inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were so pleased. I would highly recommend Château des Dragons to any one and we hope to return for another stay some day soon.
Thank you for sharing your fantastic home with us. Perfect location and layout of the house, with a great outside bathing area to watch the sunsets with a glass of wine. Laprade not to be missed. If you are prepared to drive a little further Issigeac (Noth East of Eymet) worth a visit with a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Big thanks to Olivia, always on hand to help. It is difficult to put into words how special our stay has been. Everything about the Loft is first class and we are going to miss it dearly. On top of that, all your little touches have been incredibly helpful and generous. Above all though, you have been the most warm, considerate and welcoming hosts - you really could not have done anything else to help us. Having travelled extensively we definitely rate you as the best! Of course, we have loved exploring the area, including a wonderful trip to the Pyrenees, and we are very keen to get to know it better. Finally, the last word goes to Mack and Mabel - they are adorable and we have enjoyed sneaking down for cuddles. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.
Thank you for the opportunity to have another wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. Everything has just been perfect! Came prepared this year with my 'adult basic piano lessons' and loved the chance to try and play again. Not so sure it was as pleasable for those listening! Thanks to Frederic and Natasha for all they do to make the 2 weeks go so smoothly.
We had a wonderful stay - especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the chickens, great to have fresh eggs every morning!
Our family of 4 spend a perfect week in the lovely and nicely renovated gîte. House is spacious and well equipped. The outdoor area did not leave much to ask for with shady terrace, grill, a big green garden with a nicely furnished pavilion and not least the large and clean pool. Jean and Martin were there when needed, very helpful and made you feel at home. The small village Lauzun great for evening walks. This gîte can be recommended.

Two weeks of idyllic bliss in the rolling French countryside with superb weather to atch. As a family young and old, we enjoyed the stunning house, garden, pool and views. To agree with the previous guests, Laparade is the place to be on a Tuesday evening. Days spent at Biscarosse beach and lakeside both worth the journey. Would also highly recommend in house beauty treatments. We had massages and facials. Fantastic. Just ask Olivia.
As regular visitors we choose this area for over 30 years. This is without doubt the loveliest property we we ever had. The location and settings are glorious. We loved to sat in every places of the garden and at different times of the day. Loved the relaxing and beautiful pool area enjoyed the tasteful but functional rooms and cooked every night in this well appointed kitchen. All the small touches and details show great level of consideration from the owners. Thank you so much Frederick has been welcoming and helpful it was lovely to come back and we hope to return at least once next year.
A fantastic place to be, hosts are very friendly and helpful. The gîtes are beautiful decorated and the view is stunning. We had a great time and I would not hesitate to book this beautiful domaine for a holiday again. I wrote a comment in the guestbook to encourage other people to spend their vacation at L'Oliveraie.

A true haven of peace! We had an unforgettable stay in this magnificent country house. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sun, while the large terrace offers stunning views of the village. The house is spacious, well equipped, and the atmosphere is calming, ideal for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle. A place that I highly recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway.
