We have just returned from Domaine de Nérige what a fabulous house and the owners made everything perfect during our stay. All our needs were met and more, they just wanted to ensure we were happy and enjoyed our stay, they arranged catering, shopping, where to eat, what to do in the surrounding areas etc. On our last evening she arranged a tapas night for 18 of our friends at Domaine de Nérige as it was my husbands 60th birthday celebrations we had a ball and fabulous memories were made. Domaine de Nérige is a special place to stay everything was stress free from the moment we arrived to the time we sadly had to say goodbye, a huge big thank you to the owners and housekeepers. We so enjoyed our time in France you are all so special too.
Thank you for making me feel so welcome at your home. You really have thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I hope to return with my parents.
Perfect surroundings to relax and spend our holiday week. We have enjoyed the spacious house, garden and the pool as well as the wonderful warm weather! The pituresque villages nearby have truly been a spectacular experience. We have spent a very nice week at the villa. We would have loved to stay longer but our holidays are now over and we are going back to the North.
Thank you for being the best host ever. You have been so helpful and generous with your thoughtful gifts and help. We've had a super time in the house, made some fabulous meals, enjoyed al fresco dining and of course the pool! We enjoyed exploring especially Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.
The house and grounds are truly outstanding. Excellent facilities! The Wii provides welcome entertainment for the children (and adults) during breaks from the sun. The kitchen was very well stocked. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were very well hosted throughout. This was an exceptional holiday which I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
The pool is really heated! Many pools in the south of France 'suggest' they are heated. However, Les Fumerates' pool - which is huge - actually is heated! In fact when we arrived the pools temp was 29C (86F)! After unpacking we took an early evening swim followed by an early morning swim... You get the idea... Like the picture suggests the views here are amazing. We had the downstairs apartment which was perfect. Two sets of French doors lead you to the pool, there are retractable awnings to shade you while having breakfast. The master bedroom is very large with a king size bed and a queen size bed which is great for unpacking or sitting on etc. There's a second bedroom and a breakfast / TV room. The kitchen was spotless with a view over the pool. A/C worked well (very important from mid June until end of August). Also there are 2 bathrooms (very handy). All in all highly recommended.
We have spent a great holiday at the property and we are sure we will be back for future holidays.
What a fabulous two weeks here at Piglet Barn. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. We enjoyed every moment of the peace and slow pace of life here.
The villa was just as described and was perfect in every way. We chose the villa because everything was on one level and the pool and terrace area were located very close to the main house. We had the most wonderful time and the arrangement of the bedrooms meant we had plenty of space to relax in. The BBQ area was well used. The air conditioning was welcomed during the warm Mediterranean nights. It was also the first villa we have stayed in where we were able to walk to the local town in order to buy our daily croissants. The service we had from Pure France and Philippe was exceptional. We stayed with a group of friends for the week before our wedding and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to have some quality time and enjoy the great pool! We were also treated to a bottle of champagne for our wedding. What a great place! Would highly recommend.
Thank you for letting us stay in such a gorgeous place. We ate lots of cheese, lots of figs and lots of mulberries. We made good use of the BBQ and the pool. Made several trips to Carcassonne and Olonzac.
Marie-Christine's house is ideal for a family, it is decorated with great taste, modern and airy. It has all the amenities and its location is ideal (supermarket, bakeries, shopping center, city center, train station, etc.) Marie is a charming person. She gave us advice and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend his house which is completely renovated. Such a lovely stay. Nothing but good things to say about it! The host was EXTREMELY attentive, the villa was in an excellent location and it was stunning. The view was extremely beautiful as well.
We had a lovely lazy two weeks by the pool! With the hot weather the air conditioning was very welcoming at night time. We have used Pure France several times over the last 6 years and this villa has definitely been the best equipped and most accurately described. 5 / 5.
We've spent a great week in this very quiet and verdant location. A very nice and comfortable house, indoors and outdoors. Terrace, swimming pool, sun loungers... It was great! Near Pézenas (wonderful), Valmagne Abbaye (wonderful) and local markets... The owner is sweet and very discreet.
What a fantastic holiday we have had! Every aspect has been superb. We both agree (and that's unusual!) that this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is superb and your warmth and hospitality has been much appreciated. We shall look forward to a return visit.
Who would have guessed you could have daily swims in April? This fabulous pool really was the star. The apartment is well equipped and immaculately clean. The village is a comfortable walk away and there's an excellent ELeclerc grocery that's a short drive. (You will need a car if you intend to go anywhere once you've arrived. Get a small non-electric one.) We've already booked our next stay.
We have had the most delightful holiday! It began with your friendly and welcoming e-mails well before we got here! We have self-catered across Europe in some pretty good places but none quite so lovely as 'The Loft'. The way you prepared it for our arrival, and your warm and generous welcome was simply stunning! We have since enjoyed the quality and comfort of this 'home from home', and your thoughtful attention to all those little details that have made our stay so very special. Our celebration 'bubbly' and delicious cake was a complete surprise and a real treat. We have wondered how it has taken us quite so long to discover the Languedoc, Occitanie! From our all too brief stay we have seen some of the most beautiful countryside, enjoyed the wines and food and visited some of the prettiest towns and villages (many thanks for the suggestion of the Sunday market at Saint-Chinian - what a delight!). We have no doubt that we'll be back and thank you again so much for making us feel so welcome.
We have had a fantastic time staying at Maison Brunet despite the heatwave. We have been out exploring beautiful Bastide towns and enjoying wonderful food on offer in the local markets. It has been lovely to come back after a hot day and cool down in the pool.
I can only agree wholeheartedly with what Sue and Mike have written. You have a lovely home and I have really enjoyed my stay here. The weather could have been better but you more than made up for it with your company. Thank you so much and good luck for the future. Hopefully I will be back to listen to more of Russell's stories!

Just to say we really enjoyed staying here. Lovely and relaxing just like being at home, especially with the ponies down the lane and swimming every day and visiting the Dordogne valley, beautiful.
Absolutely stunning, luxury converted distillery in the countryside of Challignac. Extremely high end furnishings and appliances. Beautiful interior design, all air conditioned and with an amazing outdoor heated pool with spacious patio, cushioned loungers, sofas and outside dining together with BBQ, Boules court and children’s play area all surrounded by beautiful gardens, and stunning tranquil countryside. It was beautiful to sit out with a morning coffee, watching deer walk through the field at the front. The beds were the most comfortable we’d ever slept in, the showers were fantastic, everything is top notch. Gary and Mark made our week extra special with fabulous recommendations of places to visit and excellent restaurants all nearby. They responded instantly to any request we had, but were totally respectful of our privacy unless we contacted them. We cannot recommend staying here enough and are booking for next year.

We have just arrived back from Maison Palatini and we all had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful in such a quiet place and yet minutes from the town centre. The pool is wonderful. Almost a month of rest at Château Seyches, enjoying the serenity and silence of the countryside. We love old stones, which tell a piece of French history and Château Seyches did not disappoint us. We were very happy to spend our holidays and to relax here thanks to the silence of the countryside. All the best.
