Wow, wow, wow – when I first saw the pictures it looked gorgeous, but when we arrived the villa was even more stunning. We have had the most amazing week. Debbie and Brent are absolutely lovely and make you feel so welcome. The grounds were so picturesque. This was our first holiday with our 1 year old baby and we couldn't have wished for a better holiday. Thank you La Bastide!
What a fantastic holiday we had in Debbie and Rupert’s beautiful home! The house was so lovely and comfortable and so nicely located next to the vineyards. The family had such fun times by the pool and also managed to have some adventurous trips to the beautiful surrounding villages. Debbie and Rupert were so welcoming that we even ended up staying a few extra days! We’ve definitely made some great new friends and we can’t wait to come back!

Villa Funel was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and the whole place was light and airy. The DVD player and the large supply of films was great for late viewing. The pool area and garden were a delight. We had a lovely relaxing time. We will certainly return.

Maison Bourriette is a wonderful place to stay! In a peaceful location it’s a perfect getaway with cool indoor spaces and beautiful tranquil outdoor spaces. The house boasts wonderful views across the valley, with many routes from the house for walks or runs. The village is a short walk away and has a well stocked traditional market, an outdoor gym for those feeling active! The artificial beach in the village also allows for swimming or relaxing and the local pizza restaurant completes the day! We have visited more than once and each stay is relaxing, with friendly, helpful hosts. We will definitely go back to this hidden gem!

We absolutely loved being here. The home you’ve created is a beautiful entity, with such thought at every turn, and the surrounding gardens have a tremendous sense of peace. Thank you for all the well-planned details, and the delicious tart that awaited us (and therefore an introduction to the most incredible boulangerie!). What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful gardens and a lovely pool area. We had a lovely time at the Médiéval festival in Monflanquin (very special!) Gary and his team were fantastic. Would definitely come back!
What a wonderful break away!! Mark and Gary have created a perfect haven…the attention to detail both internally and externally is amazing. Beautiful decor and art in the gite and a stunning pool area surrounded by nature and birdsong- it’s so restorative and peaceful. From the minute you arrive you feel looked after with the luxurious welcome hamper, cocktail on arrival and local artisan soaps and moisturisers throughout the gite. Would highly recommend and will be back!
Thank you so much Isabelle for letting us stay in your gorgeous house in Bordeaux. The house is huge and beautifully finished. It feels both luxurious and like a comfortable family home. Caroline made us feel very welcome and we really appreciated the grocery shop on arrival with several hungry children in tow. The pool was such a hit, especially when the weather got really hot. The area is stunning too. We will be back!
We, grandparents, parents and our little daughter, spent two fantastic weeks in this wonderful villa in Fréjus. The villa offers plenty of room for a bigger family. You can find everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's fully furnished. lovely decorated and well appointed with kitchenware and with everything you might need. There is a lushy, well maintained garden with a swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. We loved our stay there with the beautiful view over Fréjus to the sea. We can recommend this villa to everyone looking for a peaceful, quite summer vacation. The owners are as well extremely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay. We had a great week. The villa is magnificent, very spacious, very well equipped and arranged, nothing was missing. The geographical location is perfect. We are 5 minutes from Agosta beach, restaurants. The residence is very quiet. We were very well received by Emmanuelle. We will come back with pleasure.
A true haven of peace! We had an unforgettable stay in this magnificent country house. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sun, while the large terrace offers stunning views of the village. The house is spacious, well equipped, and the atmosphere is calming, ideal for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle. A place that I highly recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway.
We had a really pleasant holiday in the villa and enjoyed the swimming pool and the view from the garden in particular. The air-conditioning is fantastic! We found the bedrooms large and spacious and appreciated the fact that they were all ensuites. Thank you!

A fabulous setting for our family gathering. Some of us were here for two weeks some for one. We all enjoyed it thoroughly, the swimming pool was so restful, it was great for keeping cool, the children loved it. The outside seating being undercover was great as we ate out every night, we were able to watch an amazing lighting show one evening. The beds were very comfy, fans in the room was a real plus as the nights were hot, lots of bathrooms for a big group was also a plus. Some of us had been here a few years ago and it didn't disappoint, we would love to come back again, we loved your well stocked and very clean home
We had the most wonderful time at Villa La Baronne. I think our children spent most of their time in the pool. Beautifully decorated house with plenty of space for all our family.
We had a very good stay at Villa des Pivoines. Everything was perfect, we had a few requests which were fulfilled with great care and attention. Very responsive host too! The place is very clean, quiet and the environment is magnificent! I recommend.
Thank you so much for a wonderfully relaxing stay at your ‘Loft’. We have stayed here many times before under previous ownership, but we must say that you have moved it up several notches! The attention to detail is second to none; from the luxurious ‘The White Company’ products to all the goodies in the fridge and cupboards - very much appreciated. The terrace, garden and pool are just so peaceful that we haven’t ventured far! Most of all thank you for being there and for your wonderful company. We hope there will be many more visits to come. This is the easiest and most satisfying review we've ever written. Quite simply, Mark and Gary are two of the warmest and thoughtful people we have ever met and they have created the most wonderful home in the perfect rural location that it almost seems too good to be true... but it isn't. Everything about La Charmante Distillerie encourages you to unwind and relax... whether it be the sumptuous and luxurious interior spaces, the pool and adjoining terraces giving shade and privacy or the surrounding woodland and rustle of the leaves on trees in the gentle cooling breeze. Early mornings and evenings were our particular favourite as we would just sit and listen to the silence whilst enjoying an espresso or cold Pineau. It was truly idyllic. Our daughters, aged 12 and 14 years old, were so happy playing in the pool for hours or relaxing on the terraces and in their own private snug that has been beautifully created. We would love to keep La Charmante Distillerie as our own little secret and not share it with anybody, but of course we can't. So regretfully we have to tell anybody that asks that we have found the perfect destination with the perfect hosts. C'est magnifique.
