We had a wonderful stay at Maison Hirondelles. We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful villa. Accommodation was excellent, well equipped and very comfortable. Maison Sebastien is a wonderful place for a holiday: a cool stone Bastide, with magnificent views over forested hills, so peaceful and restful, stylishly decorated and homely it was an absolute pleasure to spend time in and around the house; as well as exploring hilltop villages, markets, wineries and excellent restaurants within manageable driving distance. The pool was refreshing and alluring too. In addition, we appreciated all the effort made to make the property sustainable with solar power and careful use of water. The owners and the Guardien, Francois, were welcoming and helpful at all times which made it a stress free stay. Our extended family loved it and would highly recommend this property.
Breathtaking transformation! A truly magical fairytale castle overlooking the Dordogne in a vast area of private grounds. There is an enchanting walk to Carlux and a little climb up to some ancient ruins up above the Château. The owners are extremely friendly, generous and kind. I cannot capture in photographs the reflection of the breathtaking transformation they have created! Dressing gowns, towels, pillowcases and even aprons are finely embroidered and each room has a different theme furnished accordingly. The attention to detail in every part of the house and surroundings is utterly stunning and beyond anyone's imagination.
One week was not long enough. Fabulous house - didn't want to leave. Visit Pézenas, just wonderful and great shopping.
Magnificent castle, setting, furniture, comfort, equipment. We had a perfect stay, with good recommendations, a very warm welcome... We highly recommend this exceptional place! Thanks again to both of you.
We have spend a wonderful holiday at the villa. The villa is ideal, spacious and nicely decorated. The children loved the pool and the table tennis table! It is an ideal base to visit the region. The market in Pézenas should not be missed. We have driven a boat, ridden horses and hired bikes in Marseillan and seen flamingoes! Dream holiday. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality. We had the most amazing stay with some friends in Château Entre-Deux-Mers. I was delighted by the charm of this château. The exterior is traditional. There is a lovely garden with swimming pool. We have some good memories taking an appetizer in the evenings outside! The rooms were spacious and decorated with a superb taste. But most of all : it's situated in the middle of vineyards; so great to do some cycling (bikes are available). So we can certainly recommend this place!
Many thanks for a truly memorable family holiday. Whether it was charting the unexplored reaches of the Dordogne by canoe, the delights of Sarlat by night or the history of Castelnaud we had a fantastic time. The family time around the pool and on the terrace have given us many memorable moments for an all too rare family holiday!
Galina was a great and accommodating host and we appreciated our stay at her villa. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Just note that the connected rooms on the first floor have separate entrance. More generally and even thought there are a couple of elements which could be improved, we certainly will recommend renting the villa.

The meal at Le Pourquoi Pas was outstanding! A lovely part of France to explore. We went to Béziers, Carcassonne, Vendres and Capestang. All lovely. A superb week spent in the Loft du Vigneron. Thank you Karen and Russell for being wonderful hosts and recommending amazing restaurants and equally great days out. Our 'home' for the week was truly special with so much attention to detail and gorgeous touches.
Mas du Château was simply perfect. It was spotless, comfortable, peaceful and he was a wonderful host; nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and didn’t want to leave.
Had a lovely relaxing 2 week stay. John and Annie are gracious hosts - lovely touches - wine and cheese and flowers. Fabulous palces to visit - La Rochelle, Fontenay, Plage des Belagus. Vouvant is a charming village. Ideal for a great holiday.
Peaceful French retreat. Lovely family stay here with great pool and Al fresco dining area for the summer months. Enjoyed being out in the countryside with local town and large supermarkets just a short drive away. Would certainly stay again.

We have had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in this beautiful house in divine location. The garden is filled with wildlife and we've enjoyed many an hour listening to the birds and watching the bumblebees and butterflies. My recommendation would be to sit back, relax and just take it all in.
I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and we felt very lucky to be able to stay. We were lucky with the weather and swam every day after market trips. The house is one of the (if not the) best we have ever stayed in and we are making plans to return when we can.

We have had a lovely family holiday in your beautiful house. The weather ended up being perfectly pleasant for our stay - allowing us to spend plenty of time outside with the little ones. We have all enjoyed making daily use of the pool and the outdoor eating areas. We have enjoyed our daily walk to the boulangerie for our breakfast croissants and the crème doudou. The house has been well placed for us to explore the surrounding attractions of the Périgord-Noir. Thank you for all the care and attention to detail you have put into creating a lovely, relaxing family home.

Everything was made so easy for us - the Loft is fitted out perfectly with so many additional little touches that we wanted for nothing. We particularly enjoyed the barbecue, the fantastic coffee machine (we're buying one when we get home!) and having breakfast and dinner on the amazing terrace. We had a good look round the local area and were particularly grateful for all your tips and recommendations. You have both been the most wonderful hosts and we have really enjoyed getting to know you over a glass of something cold! Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

Thank you again for opening your home to us this summer. We all really needed a vacation and the house was a superb way to relax and enjoy perfect weather. We all had a great time and fully enjoyed the house and the property. The overall layout of the house and inside the rooms is very thoughtful and was perfect for all of us. We had three families, 4 kids of different ages and a grandma. The different spaces allowed us to handle the different kid routines and moods in a way that gave everyone privacy. The kitchen is large and extremely well furnished. Makes it comfortable to cook for large groups. The pool is actually enormous. The way Patrick takes care of it seems to produce much better results than I have seen in other places: the water stayed clear all the way through. The pool house is an incredibly valuable area, especially because it is so well furnished, this is a serious luxury. The small supermarket in St-Antonin-du-Var is surprisingly good, if you are not a big cook you could totally live off this (they opened on Sunday am!). We also organised a Casino home delivery for the day before we arrived. We used P and Geraldine for 16 hours a week, to get the kitchen cleaned, make the beds, light housekeeping, remove rubbish, clean the BBQ and pool house areas and this made a huge positive difference.
Lovely villa, boys enjoyed the pool and the garden! Had great trips to Montpellier and Carcassonne. Visit Pézenas on a Wednesday evening and visit all of the artisans stores! For beaches the long stretch between Sète and Agde is very quiet.
We've had a wonderful week, lounging by the pool, playing table tennis and pool. All great for teenagers. Vinsobres so lovely and only minutes away. Good trips out to Vaison-la-Romaine and Nyons. Thanks for a great week!
We stayed at Maison Rohmer for a week at the beginning of September 2017. The house was delightful and the pool area very beautiful. We had a brilliant week with fantastic weather. We loved the village of Gordes so magical and magnificent. Market day on Tuesdays is a must. There is so much to see and do though I must admit we did a lot of lazy days by the pool. Things I would recommend a visit to Domaine De La Citadelle vineyard, beautiful wines and a very informative talk on how they produce. We also had a fabulous canoe trip with canoe evasion at Fontaine-de- Vaucluse. It's a must. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day.
An exceptional discovery in Meursault! The property is finely furnished, clean and comfortable. Just a stone's throw from the center and various wineries. I highly recommend it to everyone! We will return soon! Well done.
