What a most wonderful place to stay. We were with a group of great friends. Didn't know what to expect... but Château Entre-Deux-Mers was mind blowing! The owner had been informing us correctly with all the necessary information we needed in advance. We have enjoyed the beautiful decorated château from the beginning till the end. It is the proof of how a classical building can be reinvented by a good decorator. The kitchen, dining room, living room and all the rooms with their bathrooms were beautiful. The dinner and the breakfast we ordered, were delicious. And the service was elegant and discrete. A true recommendation to go again!
A truly beautiful house and gardens. We have had a tremendous week. We really appreciated the generosity of our hosts - full use of the sport equipment made for three very happy children!

The house and grounds are truly outstanding. Excellent facilities! The Wii provides welcome entertainment for the children (and adults) during breaks from the sun. The kitchen was very well stocked. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were very well hosted throughout. This was an exceptional holiday which I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Great spacious house with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults both inside and out with a suitably large pool. Would also suit 2 families holidaying together. Good peaceful location with all essential amenities within walking distance e.g. supermarket ; restaurant; butcher; etc. and easy driving distance to other local villages and Béziers. We had a great time here and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
What a beautiful, well appointed home in a wonderful location. Despite the odd bit of rain we and our guests enjoyed our two week stay immensely. Thank you to the owners who were perfect hosts – helpful, friendly and on hand when needed, without encroaching an inch on our privacy. Utterly charming property with wonderful views across the landscape. The property has a tasteful appearance and matched by comfortable furnishings and very well appointed. The swimming pool terrace is a superb elevated location from which to appreciate the beautiful scenery of the surrounding villages. The rooms are all a good size as are the unspoilt and private gardens, which are well stocked and quite attractive. We had a superb vacation with friends and we would certainly return again in the future. The local villages are blessed with an array of shops selling good quality local produce, as well as a selection of restaurants, bars, café s etc and we would recommend some of the local vineyards for excellent Rose du Provence wines. Highly recommended.

Swimming in the sun at La Barde we experienced a luxurious time in the perfect place to be reminded of the most important parts of life - family, nature and love. It's so obvious that every corner of this house was built and is maintained with love. A perfect getaway in the hills of Lusignac.
Located in a beautiful environment by the Canal du Midi in a small village full of charm with its small stone bridge, restaurants and this incredible bookstore, this accommodation is perfect. Beautiful bedrooms with their own very spacious bathrooms, a very warm living room with its fireplace, beautiful ceiling height, a well-equipped open kitchen and pretty beams. A nice pool area, a large garden, lovely terrace are also worth highlighting. The hospitality is perfect. I highly recommend it.
We have had a wonderful time here in the house. Eric has been a tremendous host and looked after us brilliantly. We have enjoyed lazy days by the pool with an odd burst of ping pong for exercise. The trip to Carcassonne has been the highlight and a wonderful place to be as the sun sets. Merci beaucoup.

We have had a very enjoyable 2 weeks stay at Le Pigat. There is plenty of room and it is very well equipped with everything you need. The daily delivery of fresh bread is a must for anyone staying here. Very tasty. We spent lazy days by the pool. Lots of fun. Evenings spend dining on the terrace, in the true French way. We would like to thank everyone for their very friendly welcome on our arrival.
This is an idyllic luxury dream. A tranquil abode where resistance against rest and relaxation is futile. Welcoming in 2022 with Kate, Frans, their family and friends felt like home away from home with immediate family. They have created a home where you can freely engage in the beauty of this corner of France in an easthetic space curated to the highest level. We could class them as more than 'friends' - and definitely as 'MTFS'. The only antidote to departing is to plot the return and this has already begun.
Lovely home to spend a family week relaxing in the Dordogne. The space is great for 3 families and the boys particularly enjoyed the garden and then swimming pool.
It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. A wonderful villa in a stunning location, plenty of sightseeing within driving distance. A fantastic holiday for a 3 month old boy and all the family.
You could not wish for more in a holiday accommodation. Everything about this place is perfect – the warm welcome by the hosts, the beautifully designed and furnished gite, the very special location and brilliant views over vineyards, forest and softly rolling hills, the helpful recommendations from Esther and Leonard. We only have one regret – and that is that we didn’t stay long enough.
At La Picholine, we felt like God in France as usual. From the sunny terrace, with a glass of wine in hand, a cheese nearby, we enjoyed the vines in the valley below us in ‘deafening’ silence, watched the olives come out of the blossom and listened to the cheerful twittering of the birds. The flat of the ever friendly and helpful hosts Esther and Leonard is furnished with taste. A touch of nostalgia with the look of today. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is comfortable. Everything not only looks new, but is new. From the first moment, we felt at home here. The nearby forests invite you to go for a nice walk. By the way, you can walk everywhere in the area. Tip: the route along the medieval village of La Roque-sur-Ceze with the waterfalls nearby. In the village of Tresques, near Domaine Cadignac, we imagined ourselves in the France of old. A medieval tower with an exhibition of contemporary art, a bakery and grocery shop, a water spring where the villagers tap their daily drinking water and a good winemaker. Where do you still find these villages? The residence is conveniently located for visiting larger cities. Half an hour’s drive and you are in Orange with memories of the Dutch royal house or in the papal city of Avignon, where you can browse in one of those real French bric-a-brac markets in a suburb every Saturday morning. Or you can walk around Nîmes Collesseum after an hour’s drive and have visited the impressive aqueduct built by Romans on the way there. The ancient city centre of Nîmes and of historic Avignon are also an eldorado for funshoppers. In short, the fully equipped and rustic L'Oliveraie was an ideal base for us to (re)discover French nature and culture. We will definitely come back here again!
Fabulous home in a beautiful location This was easily one of the best holidays we have had. The house itself is beautiful, it's been refurbished to a high standard from the waterfall showers in the high spec bathrooms to the large range in the kitchen to the cosy decorating in the bedrooms. The back garden has a lovely private in ground pool to cool off in and the surrounding patio has loungers to sunbathe in and is surrounded by pretty landscaping. There are endless beaches and historic towns to visit within short driving distance but you will be equally as content not leaving the house. The village is lovely, it has a couple of pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the house, along with boulangeries, a butchers, green grocers and a supermarket. Markets every other day in the square. The house is within a stones throw of it all which we found so handy. Terry was always available should you need any assistance and was very thoughtful and considerate, as was his housekeeper agent Paul. I can't say enough about this property, it was fabulous in every way!
Many thanks for a wonderful stay here in Rieux-Minervois. From your welcoming and informative e-mails prior to our arrival and a most generous arrival meal (due to it being a Sunday!) we were truly made to feel reassured and wholly welcome - thank you. We enjoyed some lovely days out from the beach in Narbonne to markets in Olonzac and Carcassonne. We particularly enjoyed Minerve for the breathtaking scenery too. Our Son's favourite haunt was le Lac de Larayere. A week's stay has gone all too quickly for us and sadly we make our way home to the rain, no doubt! Once again, many, many thanks to you both for your hospitality here. We eased straight into our holiday due to your kindness with baby equipment.
From the moment we arrived to the warm welcome until our final evening, we have loved every second of our stay. Your helpful advice and local knowledge have been invaluable. The house could not be in a better location, fabulous views and only minutes from the bakery. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Pete has been a brilliant host with lots of recommendations. Thank you! We have had a fantastic stay at a beautiful location. With our 3 children (12, 10 and 7) we have really enjoyed Chateau de Biron – lots of outdoor toys / games for the kids + a nice picnic area. Lac de Lougratte – safe swimming / paddling for little ones, a diving pontoon and inflatable courses for older ones. Take a picnic! Canoeing (Canoe Rabaska) + Monflanquin night market at Loubéjac.
