First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you! It is such a beautiful part of France. We realised we had stayed in a house just the other side of Lauzerte about 7 years ago in the days before children and we could drive around in a soft top! The house has been so nicely done and the arrangement worked really well for us as a family. The view was out of this world! And we loved having the auberge round the corner. We may well be back!
Perfect villa, lovely hosts and amazing view. Wow, this villa is just perfect in every way! It's beautiful, peaceful, clean and is very close to Saint-Paul-de-Vence which is gorgeous. The owners were so lovely to us, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The whole week felt so luxurious and comfortable and the pool was devine! We will almost definitely be returning here as we had a fantastic week. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt so relaxed and cared for! I cannot express the lovely week we just had in this villa, everything was simply perfect! Thanks again for such a fantastic holiday and hope to return again soon!

We had a great couple of meals in St Émilion and we visited some vineyards. All in all a fabulous holiday. Great hoss, and the house is very well equipped!

The meal at Le Pourquoi Pas was outstanding! A lovely part of France to explore. We went to Béziers, Carcassonne, Vendres and Capestang. All lovely. We have had such a wonderful stay at Cottage du Jardin here in beautiful Périgord Noir. It has been the perfect base for exploring this stunning region of France. During our time here, we've enjoyedvisiting the charming nearby villages and towns, including Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, Montignac, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, Domme, and the beautiful villages of Fanlac and Saint-Géniès. Highlights include: the fascinating Lascaux IV, the peaceful gardens of the Manoir d'Eyrignac, the impressive Château de Beynac and the breathtaking views of the Dordogne River from Domme, Beynac and La Roque-Gageac. We also walked locally, taking in the scenery of the village, the Vézère River and even strolled to see the Château de Losse. Our holiday has been extremely relaxing -- just what we needed. Thank you Caterina and Steve for a delightful stay in such a beautiful cottage and for your welcome and friendliness. We will be back!
Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely villa. The elegant surroundings of Baleyssagues helped made our holiday here in Duras very relaxing. The hillside settings was the perfect back for to stunning sunsets, sunrises and shooting stars. It was a shame to leave...
We had a wonderful holiday at La Maison Blanche. The location is stunning, a huge garden with a large pool - overlooking a field of sunflowers when we were there. We were two couples with two older children and the house is very spaceous and beautifully furnished. The location is very peaceful. Whilst that means that shops, local markets and restaurants are not within walking distance the house is very well equipped, both for cooking and barbequeing as well as entertainment with the pool, table tennis and games. We have had a wonderful week in this beautiful house in this stunning location. The sunflowers fields are just gorgeous and we will forever have fond memories of Gascony and the sunflowers. We stayed in this beautiful house in June of this year Wow what a find ! Situated in the magnificent village of Pezenas the house is only a few minutes walk away from amazing antique shops , Boulangeries, and craft shops. The house itself is perfect throughout with a great outdoor pool and lovely outdoor area for eating and even has separate games room too ! Carcassonne and Montpellier are easily accessible and should be explored! So much to do in the area, we will be back! Would highly recommend.
Excellent, everything exceeded our expectations. Lovely space. It was so lovely to arrive to hot food after a long journey and to not have to worry about shopping for the first few days. We had a fantastic holiday and will book again for next year. Thank you both so much.

We were looking for a relaxed holiday and certainly found it at your beautiful house. We have not travelled too far but enjoyed visits to Nîmes and several to the pretty town of Uzes returning late afternoon to relax on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful views. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to revisit in the future. We appreciated the quality and care taken to equip and renovate the house.
It's hard to know where to start with this wonderful home, the inside and outside are so special its impossible to choose a 'best bit'! I didn't know this part of France at all and whilst it was a wonderful discovery, the château itself stands head and shoulders above its surroundings (literally) with his jaw dropping views. 360 degrees of rolling hills, almost no building in sight and just the sheep and their charming bells the only signs of neighbours. The pictures simply can't do it justice. The house itself is extremely luxurious in its proportions and furnishings. The main difference to other holiday homes is that it is so evidently a comfortable home. We had one rainy day on our trip and the excuse to be inside for the evening with the fire and comfortable sofa's was a great treat. The mixed accommodation is wonderful, with the farm house next to the château and the two charming cottages in the grounds. Very much one for a gang of friends or large family. The owners provide some brilliant suggestions on what to do when venturing further afield - should you want to! But there seem to be endless possibilities, in our brief 10 days we discovered so much and feel we could happily come back every year for 10 years and still be finding new spots. The castle at Foix is an absolute must for children and for adults, if you don't want to go parachuting after your market trip to beautiful Mirepoix the Michelin restaurant 8 minutes away in Camon is a must. But equally with the tennis court, heated pool, choice of terraces to eat on, chapel, lake and boat it would be entirely possible to spend a happy week going no where at all. Perhaps apart from a trip down the drive to Olivier and Marielle's informal shop. Heaven.
Thank you, we have had a fun two weeks at Le Pigat. We have cycled, run and explored the rural countryside. We have spent warm nights playing cards and dominoes with our children. We have loved the pool and the quiet and eating outdoors. It is fair to say that we have had a memorable two weeks here and we are sad to leave to go back to work and school. Great house, perfect location, private and peaceful. Lasting memories... On revient...
We had a wonderful week in your most charming house. The weather has been perfect and our two and five year olds have made the most of the your swimming pool and lovely garden. We would love to return again soon!

We returned to Maison Charvin, Montlaur for the second year running. Returning to the same holiday destination can sometimes be a mistake, for obvious reasons, but definitely not in this case. Everything was exactly as we remembered it.:-) Maison Charvin itself was a lovely, comfortable and roomy as ever. The house together with the restful garden and beautiful swimming pool made for some very relaxing days in the sun. The gorgeous surrounding countryside made for several enjoyable day trips to Carcassonne and Lagrasse to name but a few. Sharon, our host, was as ever attentive, gracious and extremely welcoming. Thank you once again for allowing us to visit your beautiful house for the second year in a row – it was every bit as enjoyable as our first visit.
Everything was amazing at La Bastide 1718. We had to travel to the area for work, which was made especially difficult during the pandemic and lockdown. However, the villa and host, Thomas, made our trip as enjoyable as it could be within the circumstances. Thomas the host was always on hand for anything! Very professional, kind and thoughtful. Honestly one of the best hosts I have ever had! The villa is incredible. Each bedroom is up to a hotel standard; from the bedding, aircon and heating, TVs, bathrooms and styling. The kitchen and facilities are very well maintained and equipped, with anything you could possibly need! We spent every evening in the dining and living room with the fire burning, which was a great setting for the team to relax. There are so many facilities and things to do in the Villa, you would never get bored during your stay! The location is stunning and well worth the long driveway to get such seclusion and stunning views. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the villa which I don't want to give away. Each of them made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. Thank you again to Thomas and the team behind La Bastide!

We stayed in Maison Bouquier after falling in love with the area on a previous trip and loving then the walking in the Dentelles the tranquility, the pretty villages and excellent vineyards. If you feel active then Les Baux (and the outstanding Carrieres de Luminieres), Avignon, Orange And Châteauneuf-du-Pape are all good outings. Caromb is a great base to stay, with an extremely good supermarket, good range of local shops plus cafés and an outstanding restaurant in the town square. The house is situated at the edge of the village so is very peaceful. The house is really attractive with lovely gardens. It is extremely stylish yet very relaxing and was really well equipped. We appreciated the very comfortable beds and sofas, the powerful showers, the top of the range cooker, quality appliances and fans. It was lovely to always eat in the outdoors dining area, shaded even at the sunniest time of day, with a wonderful view. The pool, patio and second little seating area were all much enjoyed. We had a fabulous week.
A family home that will enchant you for a weekend or more. A large exterior with swimming pool and in addition, very well arranged where all the spaces are wonderfully well thought out and decorated. A perfect arrival with recommendations on visits and things to visit nearby. An over-equipped kitchen and a whole bunch of practical utensils. The bonus, 9 bicycles are available to enjoy the surroundings. I highly recommend.

However when we walked in we realised it gem! There is really nothing we did not like about your house. Its feels like home to us after one week and it made our family vacation even more precious. We certainly hope to be back in the future!
