Fabulous Villa and location We've been coming to the south of France for year and specifically to this area and to Seillans for the last 5 years... and this villa is as good as we have ever stayed. The villa is impeccably kept, extremely comfortable and has the most magnificent views. Everything in the villa is as advertised and works well. The restaurants of Seillans are a short walk away. Although the town itself unfortunately has no boulangerie or patisserie, Fayence is only a 5 minute drive away and has a great one of those, plus a boucherie / charcuterie around the corner, both of which are close to the big Super U supermarket. The terrace and pool are East-facing. We were worried that in the photos it looked like there was little shade provided but with the big awnings for the terrace and a few parasols for the pool, finding shade from the morning sun was not a problem. We love this area for the beautiful mountain villages (seillans, Callian, Tourrettes etc) but the ease of getting around in the largely flat area south of those villages so you can get to Cannes, Grasse and the beaches. A wonderful week in le Paradou. A delightful house in a beautiful part of France. Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Paradou. The house is charming with an excellent kitchen and a wonderful garden and pool. Located within driving distance to so many sights, our week stay was not nearly long enough. The garden was beautifully maintained. Indeed, if we had not been so keen to explore Provence, we could have spent a very relaxing week eating "al fresco" in the garden and swimming in the sparkling pool. Peter, a very attentive owner, provided us with valuable information about the surrounding area, the market days for each village and local restaurant recommendations.
Château La Roche-Posay is a very special place. The gite is super comfy and well appointed, with fantastic views over the river Creuse. Definitely worthy of its five star rating. Laura and Ian are highly professional, experienced chateau hosts who know how to look after their guests.
A week stay with all the family. Villa Colline is a superb ultra modern luxury villa, fitted with stunning furniture and accessories. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are all very luxurious, especially the master room with its hot tub. For me, it was the pool and the numerous sun terraces which pleased me, especially the private areas with each room - little havens of peace! We had a fantastic week and we give the villa 10/10 ! Thank you!
The house is pleasant and the host is welcoming. There is space for a large group. It is easy to park in front of the house and there is also an option to park in the garden. Well located, you can buy bread on the houseboat across the bridge and the bookstore is a must!
Turtle name suggestions- Flash Louie Elliot Raphiel We have really enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. We have been lazy and mostly stayed by the pool. We had a great couple of meals in St Émilion and we visited some vineyards. All in all a fabulous holiday. Great hoss, and the house is very well equipped!
A magnificent place for the family with everything to share great moments and enjoy privacy... The property has many different areas which will satisfy everybody. Guaranteed serenity in the heart of the Basque countryside.

“What a fantastic holiday we had in Debbie and Rupert’s beautiful home! The house was so lovely and comfortable and so nicely located next to the vineyards. The family had such fun times by the pool and also managed to have some adventurous trips to the beautiful surrounding villages. Debbie and Rupert were so welcoming that we even ended up staying a few extra days! We’ve definitely made some great new friends and we can’t wait to come back!
Excellent. To be recommended without moderation. Charming, welcoming hosts. Caretaker's house renovated in the style of the building, with taste and attention to detail. Very clean. Superb swimming pool in a beautiful wooded and very well maintained park. Very quiet environment. Pleasant local restaurants... ideally placed for visiting Montignac, Sarlat, the eyzies, the Rosue Gageac and other tourist sites. To recommend and congratulate Caterina and Steve for the renovation of this magnificent property.

I went there with my wife this weekend, the decor is crazy and the perfect location to relax. A peaceful corner of nature that I recommend to all vacationers looking for a neat villa that allows for all leisure activities.
We were traveling with our 3 children. The house is even more beautiful than the photos. We ate all meals when we were home outside on the terrace. The pool was fantastic. The wonderful windows open to the perfect temperature outside. It was an immediate sense of relaxation. You can walk to town, the Roman Ruins, lake and the asylum where Van Gogh stayed. Town is charming and chock full of things to do. Wednesday market throughout town was a blast for all of us. Great restaurants, 2 artisan chocolate makers!
Plenty of bike riding, good wine, shining sun, spectacular sunsets and pool. Thank you to Kim for providing a venue for the family holiday to remember.
Lovely quiet gîtes with beautiful views over the wine fields. Close to Uzès, a very pretty historical market town (20 min. by car). The gîtes provide everything you need, i.e. comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, cosy sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a swimming pool with lounge beds and our gîte (L'Oliveraie) even had a small private pool. The area is great for walk through the woods and over the wine field. There are restaurants in the area that are a short drive away. We had a great and relaxing time and will definitely be back!

Thank you both for the most wonderful stay at your beautiful villa. We’ve had the most incredible week exploring the South of France – an area we love – and discovering new places. This spot is extremely special and we’ve relished the relaxing days and evenings spent here (made even more special by the sighting of a wild boar with babies and your marvellous set up for the gorgeous cats) – thank you for showing us this! The secluded spot, surrounded by woodland, an aromatic and fragrant garden attracting many butterflies, a beautiful pool and terrace area is somewhere we won’t forget and would love to come back to. Everything has been thought of at this place which makes it so homely. Everything from kitchen utensils and supplies to the BBQ, bowls and the TV set-up – the place has it all. You have both been such friendly and discrete hosts, allowing us such privacy and the personality you have stamped on the place (from plants, to artwork and sculptures as well as the lovely cats) makes this space so full of character too. Thanks again and we wish you both the best – hopefully we’ll return in the future!

Fantastic Water Temperature. There isn't much to add to the previous reviews except to say, thank you Denise and Michael for a great week. To be able to walk straight from the house into the pool and not have to brace yourself for the water temperature was fantastic! The apartment was wonderful with real attention to detail and of course everything was spotless.
Another wonderful stay in such delightful surroundings, fabulous food and the best nights sleep ever!
