We had a fabulous holiday in Villa Pey de la Salle. The villa was lovely and so was the weather!

Magnificent house in the middle of the fields, tastefully decorated. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Nothing is missing. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the deckchairs as well as the surroundings (medieval city of Chauvigny, Futuroscope).
We had a pleasant stay with friends in the charming area of Stanislas. We were 12 adults with children and the two houses allowed us to each have our own private space, it was nice. Special mention for the outside which offers an unobstructed view, with lots of vegetation. I recommend this accommodation :)
We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay. The gite is very well appointed with lots of games, which our daughter really enjoyed. We especially enjoyed the warm swimming pool (cleaned daily), summer kitchen, beautiful garden and multiple outside seating areas. It is very well located and within easy reach of some beautiful Bastide villages. We especially liked Villareal and Eymet. Special thanks to Jean and Martin, who are perfect hosts and on hand to provide recommendations if needed. The local village of Lauzun is within a five-minute walk and we recommend the boulangerie and weekly table gourmands held during the summer. We are already planning a return visit!
Best villa in 15 years of visiting France. Pool was wonderful and essential for cooling off when the temperatures exceeded 30 degrees. Super area for cycling and hiking. Best meal was at L'Aspargus (Valros) - well worth the drive. Best meals in Pézenas at Les Marronniers.
A wonderful week at Maison Baleyssagues. The house is extremely well set up and equipped. We enjoyed cooking and eating at all of the dining spots inside and outside. Some of our party even swam in the pool, though the season was over. We also enjoyed walks in the surrounding countryside and three terrific day trips. We highly recommend La Table de Catusseau- imaginative and exquisite. Thanks to Frederic for his excellent support.

Hi, we had a fabulous stay as a family of 4, including two teens. Completely peaceful and beautifully renovated to a very high standard. We found it hard to leave to do other activities, although the Saturday market in Auch was lovely, Aside from the pool and space, the complete plus for us was watching the wildlife. Hare, rabbits, deer and owls coming in the evening, with the widest range of birds of prey flying over that we’ve ever seen. Luckily we’d brought the camera and spent time every day trying to get good pictures.. Michelle was a great host and really took time and care to make sure we had everything we needed for a super stay! We’d love to return..
Well equipped, nice pool and amazing views! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Corinne is a great host, quick to respond and accommodating. The house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and we felt very welcomed. We loved spending the day by the pool and taking in the picture perfect views from the top terrace during the evenings. Seillans and the neighbouring area are a true gem, the nature, nice markets and plenty of local produce. Quiet area but full of life, just perfect. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!
I had a great stay at Le Mas de Combet with a group of 9 adults and 2 infants as we were attending a wedding nearby at Chateau de St Paul (c. 10 - 15 minutes drive) The house was clean, well equipped and very peaceful and private. The villa is remote so a car is definitely required but it's a beautiful setting with wonderful views of the countryside and the pool was well used during our stay! We had a couple of days of rain but the house is so comfortable and has plenty of space for indoor and outdoor entertaining. One small note was that there is no soap, shower gel or shampoo provided as described on the listing but that was a very minor inconvenience which was easily resolved. Dermod, our contact was extremely helpful and responsive and even personally arranged a lift for one of our party back from the wedding venue (thanks to Patricia!). Thanks for a great stay - we would definitely recommend!

We arrived at a large house that matched well and even more to what the photos showed. This is the first time we have found a vacation rental with so many dishes and kitchen supplies. As we were a large family with a few small children, this environment greatly favored the well-being of our stay. We sincerely thank our host for this generous sharing.
It's hard to know where to start with this wonderful home, the inside and outside are so special its impossible to choose a 'best bit'! I didn't know this part of France at all and whilst it was a wonderful discovery, the château itself stands head and shoulders above its surroundings (literally) with his jaw dropping views. 360 degrees of rolling hills, almost no building in sight and just the sheep and their charming bells the only signs of neighbours. The pictures simply can't do it justice. The house itself is extremely luxurious in its proportions and furnishings. The main difference to other holiday homes is that it is so evidently a comfortable home. We had one rainy day on our trip and the excuse to be inside for the evening with the fire and comfortable sofa's was a great treat. The mixed accommodation is wonderful, with the farm house next to the château and the two charming cottages in the grounds. Very much one for a gang of friends or large family. The owners provide some brilliant suggestions on what to do when venturing further afield - should you want to! But there seem to be endless possibilities, in our brief 10 days we discovered so much and feel we could happily come back every year for 10 years and still be finding new spots. The castle at Foix is an absolute must for children and for adults, if you don't want to go parachuting after your market trip to beautiful Mirepoix the Michelin restaurant 8 minutes away in Camon is a must. But equally with the tennis court, heated pool, choice of terraces to eat on, chapel, lake and boat it would be entirely possible to spend a happy week going no where at all. Perhaps apart from a trip down the drive to Olivier and Marielle's informal shop. Heaven.

Location is stunning, great views. Loved our spot under the walnut tree. Highlights - Monflanquin, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Auvillar and Condom - Bourg de Visa was a fantastic central hub for visiting all these places. Thank you Meryl and Richard for a great holiday. We has the most amazing time at Domaine du Château! The pictures do not do the beautiful property justice, on site and surrounding areas very well kept and very quintessential, especially views during afternoon pool time! Each room is very comfortable and luxuriously appointed. Great thought went into unique details of each room and space and privacy for a large group. The best part of the whole experience was the wonderful staff, who produced incredible meals for us and made sure that our every need was met. It was a vacation that we will not soon forget. Wonderful stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wanted to immerse into the French wine country.
We have stayed now on five occasions and will return again. Accommodation has everything you could wish for in self-catering accommodation and the pool is superb. Lovely little villages to visit nearby as well as Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Monaco all within easy reach. Easy drive from Nice Airport to a very peaceful location.
From the moment we arrived to the warm welcome until our final evening, we have loved every second of our stay. Your helpful advice and local knowledge have been invaluable. The house could not be in a better location, fabulous views and only minutes from the bakery. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
We had a wonderful holiday, thank you! It is such a beautiful part of France. We realised we had stayed in a house just the other side of Lauzerte about 7 years ago in the days before children and we could drive around in a soft top! The house has been so nicely done and the arrangement worked really well for us as a family. The view was out of this world! And we loved having the auberge round the corner. We may well be back!
A wonderful week in le Paradou. A delightful house in a beautiful part of France. Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Paradou. The house is charming with an excellent kitchen and a wonderful garden and pool. Located within driving distance to so many sights, our week stay was not nearly long enough. The garden was beautifully maintained. Indeed, if we had not been so keen to explore Provence, we could have spent a very relaxing week eating "al fresco" in the garden and swimming in the sparkling pool. Peter, a very attentive owner, provided us with valuable information about the surrounding area, the market days for each village and local restaurant recommendations.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. a wonderful treat to spend summer half term in the incomparable Le Grand Mas de Valcros. A house that really has every luxury and comfort with the most insane views. Endless pool-time, boules tournaments, visits to bastide towns and a trip to the sea - all missions that were completed with happy smiles. A million thanks for letting us share your home.
A little corner of paradise ! Everything is perfect; the house, the exteriors, the decoration, the atmosphere.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. The villa is light, airy and spacious. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, everything worked and there are beautiful views from the upstairs terrace. The garden is very attractive. We loved having four bathrooms. The booking process was easy and efficient. We were confident that if there had been a problem, Ian, the very pleasant property manager who lives nearby, would have quickly sorted it out. The newly installed Wi-Fi was very dependable. With the restaurants in the village and the beach not too far away we didn't need to travel very far from the house - besides, the garden and pool were too good to leave for long! There are also some lovely walks in the hills behind the villa. The heated pool was the icing on the cake as we could swim on the couple of cooler days too. Even my 85 year old mum went in. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we would love to return.
