We (family of four, 2 adults and 2 children) enjoyed a lovely week here in July. Fantastic with private pool which was cleaned every day, walking distance to pretty village and bakers, lovely and very welcoming hosts. The house contains two sweet bedrooms, large and relaxing lounge / kitchen area, outdoor kitchen and terrace plus a nice pavilion by the pool. Lots of games available including a table tennis table. Had a great week and happy to recommend.
We had a wonderful holiday at La Maison Blanche. The location is stunning, a huge garden with a large pool - overlooking a field of sunflowers when we were there. We were two couples with two older children and the house is very spaceous and beautifully furnished. The location is very peaceful. Whilst that means that shops, local markets and restaurants are not within walking distance the house is very well equipped, both for cooking and barbequeing as well as entertainment with the pool, table tennis and games. Stunning retreat Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our time in your gorgeous home. We all spent hours in the pool and visited the neighbouring vineyard for some delicious rose, Corinne's daughter Chloe served up some fantastic food and Isabelle looked after the kids while we escaped two nights. It really is a stunning retreat.
Lovely mini break exploring Sarlat. The weather has been very mild for October and we've been able to lounge in the sun which we weren't expecting. Visits to Beynac Chateau and Eyrignac gardens were also lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Absolutely stunning. We visited the house last summer and had an absolutely amazing time. The house is stunning with views over to Grasse and down toward Cannes. As a family of 5 (children 8, 5 and 12 months), it had everything we needed including a god sized pool and the interiors of the house are beautiful. It is a short drive to the local supermarket and amenities and only 20 minutes drive to the beaches of Cannes and Antibes. Nearby Mougins and Grasse provide an abundance of restaurants. A car is a must as the house is accessed up a steep road but views are spectacular. We can't wait to visit again this summer.

Mas de Clouze is a stunning, peaceful place! We had an amazing family holiday, and the setting was absolutely beautiful. We loved exploring the grounds and lounging by the pool, and eating on the patio and in the bar area was a real treat. There’s plenty to do around the gite, too - great walks, pétanque, table tennis and of course the heated swimming pool.
We have just come back from this absolutely wonderful property in Collioure and we would like to share our impressions with you. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and his wife and the property is just like the pictures and more. This is a truly exceptional house with every conceivable thing you might want available. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and well equipped. Upstairs the kitchen has all a hobby cook like myself could possibly want with an abundance of spices available for our use. The house comes with a manager (Dany) who lives close by and will help with every problem you might have at an instant notice. The gastank of the barbecue was empty so after a message to the owner, Dany came by within 10 minutes to change it. This house does not dissapoint in any way and we would highly recommend it to anybody who wants true luxury close to the very lovely coastown town of Collioure.
Our 4-day stay with family (8 adults and 5 children aged 11 to 1.5 years) went very well in this beautiful house. The spaces are well appointed and decorated with great taste. In addition, its location in the city center is very practical while having a very peaceful environment in the garden and around the swimming pool. To recommend.
We have rented this villa for a week and have not been disappointed! Everything was arranged by the owner to answer our queries prior to our stay and so that everything goes smoothly. The house is very nice, clean and renovated with good taste. The heated swimming pool is a must. We do recommend the property!
We really enjoyed our stay in your house and wished we could have had more time. We spent most of our time in the garden, under the oak tree or at the swimming pool. The evenings are absolutely marvellous with the typical Provence colours and smells. It must be a great place also to spend some time in the winter. At that time it will be probably more time spend inside the house which is beautiful as well and very nice decorated.
We have just returned from a wonderful ten day stay at Château des Grillauds with our three children (aged 8, 7 and 5). The château and grounds are absolutely beautiful and perfect for a peaceful (except for the children) break. The children loved and lived in, the swimming pool all day and fell asleep each night watching movies in the upstairs lounge, while the adults enjoyed the elegant charm of the house and (a few bottles of) the local produce. I almost didn't write a review because I wanted to keep this gem of a house a secret, but we could not recommend it highly enough. Special thanks are due to next door neighbours who welcomed us and could not have been more helpful or better company during our stay; including taking us to Le Pizou for the local Tuesday evening fiesta (wrong word I'm sure). In summary, a magical ten days - can't wait to come back.
Thank you both very much for a fantastic holiday. We have all loved it for so many different reasons. Your house and the surrounding area has catered for all our needs. It was a pleasure getting to know you both and if you ever want to visit Scotland to play golf you would be most welcome.
A luxurious spot with the most beautiful heated pool and views to the Mediterranean. The pool and its view absolutely makes this property. It is absolutely spotless, heated to a perfect 30 degrees and is an infinity pool which adds to the luxurious feel. There is a diving board and a fun water slide and there are foam pool loungers available too. The terrace is also beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and seating and a table for meals. Inside the property is spacious with some interesting antiques and the bedrooms are air conditioned, which is lovely even though there is plenty of shade on hot days anyway. The car can be parked right next to the villa for ease of carrying luggage and supermarket shopping etc. All in all Les Fumerates feels like a slice of paradise, peaceful and calm and difficult to tear yourself away from despite the easy proximity of the coast. The pool is the star attraction, always lovely to swim in even in late evening and with a slide, diving board and floating loungers if wanted. The terrace and pool are lit at night and the calm, luxurious atmosphere makes it almost impossible to leave despite its proximity to some lovely places to visit!
We were with the family, the house is perfect for that. The bedding of the beds are recent and comfortable. Nothing was missing for our comfort. Fans in every room. Everything was very clean. The house is gigantic but the real plus is the garden and the pool! Large grassy area to play ball, petanque, ping-pong table, vegetable garden... and the huge swimming pool. Many deckchairs and garden armchairs, barbeque, plancha, shade in short all is perfect! Eva and her adorable friend, do not hesitate to ask her for a good address for a restaurant! I recommend.
What a terrific home to say in. Totally relaxing with so much thought given to every detail. We really loved the tour of all the buildings and we look forward to visiting again to see the developments. Its a glorious place, we loved it here, such a relaxing, comfortable and interesting place to be staying. Its been a privilege to stay in your home. Cannot fault this property. Lovely house and pool - beautifully furnished. Christophe was extremely helpful and discreet (it was not really apparent that they were living next door as we hardly saw them). I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful break with lots to do within easy reach.
We had a very good week as a family. The house is well equipped and the swimming pool is very good. No noise at night for impeccable sleep. Restaurant nearby, bakery etc... The sea is nearby. We will gladly come back.
We booked the Manoir de Monflanquin in Oct 2020. It was between lockdowns and it was a very weird and scary time for us as a family. We were so looking forward to the holiday. We then postponed it due to the travel restrictions in 2021, we just didn’t want to risk it. It’s the longest time we’ve ever waited for a holiday. Our holiday in Monflanquin was the best holiday we’ve ever had and we’ve been on some great ones! The house was elegant but robust enough to cope with the 9 of us. It was better than the photos we’d been pouring over for two years. We never got used to the views, the space and beauty of the place. The pool, garden, hammocks, table tennis, badminton net and pool table kept us fully entertained. The kitchen was such a lovely place to be and so delightfully organised. We all took it in turns to cook and had gorgeous evenings outside chatting and eating at the tables out front. The weather was incredible - we had days of glorious sunshine and then spectacular electrical storms. When it rained we just wandered into Monflanquin, set up camp in a pretty cafe and played cards. The view of Monflanquin from the garden always made me pause and remember how lucky we were. The views of the house as we strolled round the fields also gave us joy. It sat so firmly and proudly on its plot. Please thank the owners for providing such a lovely place for us to all get together. It was perfect. Thank you from us all.
We’ve been visiting here on and off for years. It's a beatiful place inside and out. The decor is amazing. When we visit we really don’t feel there are many other places to visit.

Mas du Château is really beautiful and tastefully finished. Great location with beautiful views and surrounded by villages to visit. We were the first to rent and we can say that everything was planned for comfort and well thought out for the party (beautiful lights and sound system available). I totally recommend! We had a wonderful holiday here in glorious Sarlat. The house is perfect with beautiful furnishings, well equipped kitchen and amazing showers. The pool was just what was needed after a long days exploring the wonderful sights of the Dordogne (Gouffre de Padirac being a highlight) The location of the house is perfect, walking distance into town yet very peaceful surrounded by a beautiful mature garden. We hope to return next year. Thank you Jackie and Geoff for a wonderful holiday.
