We have had an amazing two weeks here in this lovely home. We have enjoyed exploring the local area. We loved kayaking and using a pedalo on the River Lot. We have made really good use of the pool and the secret garden. Thank you so much Alan and Madeline for all your kindness and consideration - and especially taking us on that lovely walk. A really special holiday - thank you!
A lovely five weeks with nice warm weather. We had several guests from family and friends and everyone was very impressed by the house and garden and the extra advantage of having everything (shops, attractions) nearby. Lovely house and garden and pool.
What an amazing chateau you have, breathtaking; everything that we needed and more. We have enjoyed 1 wonderful week, wish it could have been more. Julie, Paul and Steven - you have been fantastic, always on hand for advice and support and ideas. Especially enjoyed our ‘feast’ in the Dining Room celebrating Alan’s 70th birthday with laughter and some lovely memories that will stay with us all forever. Amazing house for outside living ,lots of BBQs and rose on the terrace. Our outdoors loved the walk through the woods and we enjoyed the local markets. Highly recommend L’Effet Maison restaurant in Monflanquin – fantastic food and great wine. Look forward to a new pool side! Thanks for having us!

Our 2nd visit to Mas de Lozanne and it certainly didn't disappoint. The extreme heat curtailed some outings, but the pool area was a haven! We still managed daily coffees in Café d'Art and a couple of early evening drinks. We made good use of the barbecue. Pezanas keeps on giving and this house, nestled in the vines, is a delight! Many thanks from us all x.
A lovely 2nd week of our 2025 French trip here in The Piglet Barn. More relaxing than planned due to lovely high temperatures ! But where better to chill out than in the garden and pool. Saturday music evening and pizza man were great fun. And our hosts... well, thank you Annie and John for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality.
Beautiful surroundings. The accommodation met our expectations. A very warm welcome. Jayne and Wendy are very kind and friendly. They gave us a good introduction to the house and provided us with all the practical information we needed for our stay. A very successful vacation.
Fabulous time - lovely area. Enjoyed the markets, some great restaurants, playing water volleyball and drinking and buying lots of wine!

Lovely spacious house, at the edge of a village. Beautiful pool area and pool house with shaded eating area. Excellent bathrooms and spacious modern shower facilities. Useful utility area. Lovely quiet setting. Good shop in next village, 4 miles away but bread machine just near property. House was lovely and clean and excellent welcome from caretaker.

Absolutely delicious property in a beautiful part of the world. The property is very well maintained and rustic. I can recommend to any group planning a stay in the Dordogne. Our stay was in mid April when the weather started to improve. 26 degrees on our last day, perfect!
Swimming pool and area were kept clean and were well used (daily). The trampoline was an excellent addition for children. The toy room was very well stocked and used and all the cildren enjoyed the toys. We enjoyed some fabulous barbecues. the baby sitting service was a great bonus and the house in general was kept in top condition.
Wonderful house for 7 people. The rooms were very spacious, as was the outside space. Excellent for families I would say. A very warm welcome by the host and pool was attended to throughout. Many thanks to Victoire and Gaby.
Wonderful week! Maison Estephe was absolutely outstanding everything we could have wished for. Lovely little village, fresh bread and croissants from the little baker shop every morning, weather was great, lots of exploring, sampled some wine and discovered the wonderful port of Meze. Outstanding week will need to look at available dates for next year when I know my time off.
Delighted to be the first guests of the season in this magical house and garden. The week went too fast of course but we enjoyed the market in Ribérac. Visits to Bergerac. The owners were great hosts.

what a lovely villa to stay in relaxing and great for our children who have had such fun in the pool. We would definitely recommend the villa and will hopefully come back soon. Thank you for your hospitality and kind reception.
An extra stay with friends (a dozen with adults, teenagers and children) in a magical place... a natural site of great beauty, as magnificent day or night under the stars; a superbly renovated Mas, where the character of the old stones combines with great comfort (equipment, bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.), space for everyone, huge rooms and more than careful decoration. original, each object, each piece of furniture is chosen with great spirit and arouses curiosity. Everyone found their privacy and activity of the day there (picnic by the river, shopping in very picturesque Anduze, reading by the swimming pool, Cévennes walk... and even revision of the Baccalaureate in a calm environment!). Very appreciable preparation of the place by the owners and attention to our arrival. See you next year for sure... We would like to sleep in all the rooms!
I can only agree wholeheartedly with what Sue and Mike have written. You have a lovely home and I have really enjoyed my stay here. The weather could have been better but you more than made up for it with your company. Thank you so much and good luck for the future. Hopefully I will be back to listen to more of Russell's stories!

A lovely family house beautifuly equipped Immaculate property, all the bedrooms are great with the addition of air con in the master bedroom, great kitchen, bathrooms and perfect showers! British TV to keep the kids entertained. The pool area is sheltered and a real sun trap! Our favourite time was BBQ in the evening on the first floor terrace with beautiful views . Very convenient for a stroll onto the pretty village with bars restaurants and lovely markets. Superb unspoilt beaches only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend going into Narbonne only half an hour away, you must visit the indoor food market.
Thank you for a great holiday - will live long in the memories ! Everything we needed and more. Lovely countryside setting and a lovely cottage. Spent most of the time just lazing round the pool but did enjoy trying the sauna ! L and L
We did have a really, really lovely time in France and we'll no doubt be seriously considering using Pure France again on a future occasion.
