A luxurious spot with the most beautiful heated pool and views to the Mediterranean. The pool and its view absolutely makes this property. It is absolutely spotless, heated to a perfect 30 degrees and is an infinity pool which adds to the luxurious feel. There is a diving board and a fun water slide and there are foam pool loungers available too. The terrace is also beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and seating and a table for meals. Inside the property is spacious with some interesting antiques and the bedrooms are air conditioned, which is lovely even though there is plenty of shade on hot days anyway. The car can be parked right next to the villa for ease of carrying luggage and supermarket shopping etc. All in all Les Fumerates feels like a slice of paradise, peaceful and calm and difficult to tear yourself away from despite the easy proximity of the coast. The pool is the star attraction, always lovely to swim in even in late evening and with a slide, diving board and floating loungers if wanted. The terrace and pool are lit at night and the calm, luxurious atmosphere makes it almost impossible to leave despite its proximity to some lovely places to visit!
It has been 6 years of trying to get to stay here but eventually we did it and it was worth the wait. The owners were so kind and helpful. Providing super cheeses, wine, early morning deliveries and a lovely meal out. And all of that before even mentioning the beautiful house :) Everything was amazing except for the canicule, 42°C (phew!) but the pool saved us, it was amazing also. Many thanks for a load of super memories.
Our second time here and more amazing than ever. A beautiful home and stunning location. Superb food and atmosphere. We highly recommend it ! The town of Brantome, too - it is gorgeous ! We will be back again. - family O-H
We all enjoyed the stay at the villa. We liked the location - both in Lezignan and the fact that it is close to Pézenas and easy to get to other locations (we went to Carcassonne; Montpellier, Millau etc) Thanks you for making the bicycle available and the table football! It was also nice to have a pool - although we only used that once. A lot of useful information was also provided in the villa. We liked the fact that you contacted us personally - it offered us reassurance prior to our trip - thanks for your help. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if in the area would visit the villa again. Just ending a wonderful week at La Roujal. So sorry to leave! What a wonderful place with such character. Very well fitting out. Just superb. We enjoyed visits to the many pretty hilltop villages and Château de Bonaguil a huge spectacular château and Domme in the North (very lovely old town with great views over the river and decent interesting shops. Do try the crepe cafe, specialising in nuts - really good! Coming back another time.
We loved our stay - we were in a mixed group and it worked really well as each couple had their own space and privacy, but there are wonderful spaces for entertaining as a large group. The pool area is stunning and the setting is calm, quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed taking the bikes on trips to nearby villages too!

This was the second time we stayed at La Maison Bosquetere. It is not without reason that we return to this place. Once again we had a very pleasant time for our holiday. A beautiful and well-equipped house in a nice location. Facilities are well maintained. Good base for the area. But also a perfect place to relax, while the children enjoyed the pool.
We stayed at this beautiful place with 10 adults and one child. The house is large and magnificent with every comfort thought of. Beautifully decorated and everything of quality. The heated swimming pool was amazing. Jim was charming and helped us organise the stay and the housekeeper gave us a very warm welcome. We will definitely be coming back for future family reunions.
The house is a magical island setting in the countryside, with a wonderful rural and secluded ambiance. The size and comfort are simply perfect. I loved the morning runs in nature and the breakfasts on the terrace. Carelle and her husband are warm and supportive owners. The three dogs present themselves from time to time as friendly travelers. A great experience.

This was one of the very best holiday experiences we have ever had. Superb accommodation, spacious and elegant with a stunning pool and table tennis. The area is glorious with mediaeval towns, wineries and close to Bergerac airport should that be required. It really is a spectacular location and can recommend it without any reservation, not least as the owners are completely committed to the satisfaction of their clients. It’s outstanding.
Wonderful. We had a wonderful stay in a very nice and pleasant house. Everything is well thought out down to the smallest detail. Our hosts are lovely. I thank them very much for everything. We loved these magical moments. A little haven of peace.
What a fabulous three weeks we have had staying with you at the Loft again. Thank you again for all your hard work preparing the Loft for our arrival and, of course, for your oh so warm hospitality! So many new memories for us to take home and we are coming to terms with the Boules Trophy making its way to Guernsey this year! Thank you so much for accommodating all the comings and goings of our family and friends again this year. As ever, we have loved spending time with with you and it's great to reflect that visit number four is already booked for 2020. We know we'll be in touch in the meantime.
The place was amazing, we went with 2 other families 6 adults 6 kids under 5. Loads of games, toys, trampoline and climbing frame to keep the kids entertained. Lovely spaces for adults and the pool was brilliant. Looking to book again next year. Thank you for a great week.

Torn between seeing the countryside, castles, vineyards and markets versus walking, canoeing or swimming, or just relaxing in the garden beside the pool ; too much choice! We has the most amazing time at Domaine du Château! The pictures do not do the beautiful property justice, on site and surrounding areas very well kept and very quintessential, especially views during afternoon pool time! Each room is very comfortable and luxuriously appointed. Great thought went into unique details of each room and space and privacy for a large group. The best part of the whole experience was the wonderful staff, who produced incredible meals for us and made sure that our every need was met. It was a vacation that we will not soon forget. Wonderful stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wanted to immerse into the French wine country.
We enjoyed a very special week in this outstanding house in the beautiful Burgundy Region. We would, of course, highly recommend it for wine enthusiasts (a topic about which we learned a lot!) but it also worked very well for us as a venue for an extended family get together. The experience was enhanced further by taking up the option of a 5 course catered dinner in the house one night which was absolutely first class.
This is the ideal destination for an outdoorsy type holiday. The walking is superb and the scenery is magnificent. It is, quite frankly, a bit of a wrench to be leaving.

Many thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. Charming house, full of space and activities to satisfy travelers of all ages. We also loved the bike paths, visiting San Sebastian and Biarritz and the beach. Nice to show the horses to the baby and to pick fresh raspberries and figs from the trees and bushes. Excellent place for the dog too. Michel the chef was pleasant and accommodating, allowing us to discover the local cuisine. We will be back!
