One of the greatest holidays of all time! We could not have had a better week in this magnificent chateau - so perfectly equipped for chill and fun with days by the pool and meals on the terrace. We never felt the need to leave other than the inevitable rosé top-ups - we ate and drank like kings and queens. Some very fond memories to last us until our next visit - we hope!
David and Natalie were great hosts. It was easy to communicate with them, it was easy to communicate and they had really thought of everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. I must say that the garden and the pool have exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back and recommend the house to others.
Excellent. We had a very good stay. The villa is very well equipped, dishes, utensils, everything is present. An exceptional panoramic view of the vineyards from the house and the swimming pool. Warm welcome on our arrival and guaranteed rest in the middle of the vineyards.

We had a wonderful week at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious house is very well equipped. The swimming pool is incredibly warm and the children (even the baby) spent hours in it. The shaded area by the pool was essential as the weather was really hot. We loved the area. It is fairly rural but with easy access to the town. The house is very child friendly with toys, high chairs and plastic bowls and plates and lots of pool accessories. All of which were appreciated by our 5 grandchildren. A fabulous, relaxing holiday. We have all had an absolutely beautiful week here at Le Chanlie. A truly special house in a magical setting. We will be back ! The pool area was such fun for us all and the bedrooms so relaxing.
I have had one of the best holiday ever here. The weather was perfect and the pool cooled us down and provided a great source of entertainment. The beds were so comfy they got us ready for the next day. The bakery only a few minutes walk from here provided some delicious fresh bread each morning.
A memorable and wonderful time in the miracle of restoration you have created. If our visas are not cancelled we shall return to celebrate life with you again in this glorious environment.

Located in a beautiful environment by the Canal du Midi in a small village full of charm with its small stone bridge, restaurants and this incredible bookstore, this accommodation is perfect. Beautiful bedrooms with their own very spacious bathrooms, a very warm living room with its fireplace, beautiful ceiling height, a well-equipped open kitchen and pretty beams. A nice pool area, a large garden, lovely terrace are also worth highlighting. The hospitality is perfect. I highly recommend it.
We spent a wonderful holiday in Bessan and in your splendid house. We have been to the local market in Bessan. Pézenas is superb, we tasted wine at the Domaine Pal Mas and pancakes at La Riposte in Agde - both worth a visit. The children would have enjoyed the pool until midnight if only we had allowed them. We are very sad to leave and would be happy to come back.
We have just come back from having a fab week. It was beautiful. We had a week of wonderful hot sunshine which prevented us from using the wonderful sitting room and the fire. This would be a great place for the cooler parts of the year as well as the summer. Also the kitchen was probably the best equipped kitchen that we have ever had the pleasure to use on a self catering holiday. The Garden was lovely. All in all a great place.

Lovely location with beautiful views in a quiet and peaceful setting. Fantastic facilities, the house had everything you needed and more, super swimming pool, lovely and warm, well maintained and enjoyed by all the family. We had amazing times at Les Chapoux taking in the beautiful buildings and all the nice restaurants. The hosts were welcoming and gave us a lovely tour of the house. We highly recommend this place! We stayed with a family of 8 people and had a wonderful stay. The swimming pool is great, there is a ping pong table and a big and beautiful garden. There are a lot of different terraces to sit/hangout/have lunch and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped, there's a large stove and a BBQ for outside cooking. It's quiet and there's a lot of privacy. Sam and her husband are very friendly, communicative and helpful. We rented the electric bikes for two days and enjoyed the beautiful and rustique surroundings. There's a tennis court nearby that is very easy to arrange access to. Actually, we can't think of anything against the place, its really great!
What a pleasure we had spending a week full of sunshine in your magnificent villa! Four adults, eight children... and everyone found what they were looking for. Beautiful house, superb garden, fantastic swimming pool!!! We made the most of it. Thank you for your kindness and your availability. You are really very helpful and friendly. We have at last found paradise in a place we could all share. Thank you for sharing this beautiful, peaceful house. The countryside for early morning sun, endless swim day and night. The bird watching and the lazing in the shade. We had great fun wine tasting locally and having been blessed with stunning weather we have had long al fresco meal every day. I think we have made the most of all the games and puzzles inside and out and no TV! À bientôt!
Stunning renovation, not a person or light in front of us, fresh linen, ample space to relax and a place where we all could unwind with the family, we will be back again. 100%.
