I stayed at this stunning villa with my three children (13, 12 and 10). It is a beautiful home set on a gorgeous property with lots of things to do in the area and within a 30 minute drive. After a day of touring around, the deck and pool area are perfect for sipping some local wines and looking out at the incredible views. It has all the amenities needed for a great family holiday. I highly recommend it!

Les Fumerates encompasses everything you dream about for a vacation on the Côte d'Azur. We were met by Michael and his wife who gave us a full tour of Les Fumerates. We unpacked and got to soak in the beauty of the place. From the moment we stepped in, we could tell that much love and care had been put into their home, down to the smallest of details. The location, absolutely perfect - next to one of the most beautiful hill towns in Southern France: Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Lovely place to explore and have an al fresco dinner. Don't miss Restaurant Le Tilleul and La Colombe d'Or. But also don't miss the chance of cooking your own dinner and eating al fresco at the villa. The view of the pool area, city and the azure sea in the distance all add to the dining experience! Les Fumerates is located in a perfect spot - away from the hustle and bustle of Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo and yet easily accessible to these locations (truly). A supermarket, boulangerie and great shopping mall are all a short drive down the hill. We took the opportunity to see as much as we could see and as many places as we could see - yes, I need a vacation from my vacation! During France's heatwave, we were happy to return to the villa which had air conditioning in the main living area and all of the bedrooms. We also made good use of the gorgeous swimming pool. Reluctantly, we had to leave Les Fumerates and continue our journey to Provence. Without a doubt, we would like to return - but next time at a more leisurely pace! Depending on your itinerary for visiting the French Riviera, as there are so many places to see (we didn't even make it to Italy), I would urge you to consider 2 weeks at Les Fumerates. You won't regret it! Truly a memorable experience that will last a lifetime!
We had a pleasant stay with friends in the charming area of Stanislas. We were 12 adults with children and the two houses allowed us to each have our own private space, it was nice. Special mention for the outside which offers an unobstructed view, with lots of vegetation. I recommend this accommodation :)
Thank you for being such welcoming hosts. We have had a thoroughly relaxing week and have loved staying in Loft du Vigneron. Everything is so stylish and spotless. We loved the swimming pool! A little touch of heaven on earth...

Just wanted to say what a wonderful property Moulin de Terrac is. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Probably the best property we have stayed in since we started holidaying in France 16 years ago. And also what a great manager Bonnie was – really helpful and friendly.
We have been staying in gites and villas in France for many, many years and Mas des Rivailles is one of the best. Very clean, comfortable with everything in place for a lovely relaxing holiday. The pool was great but didn't get used as much as we would have liked due to the inclement weather we experienced for the two weeks we were there. The welcome pack was an unexpected surprise and much appreciated. Frédéric was helpful and informative as were our friendly neighbours (no English spoken) but it gave us a chance to practice our limited French. Lovely little villages to visit and good restaurants, Clement in Lauzun was a favourite. Fully recommend this property.
This was our first ever holiday rental and it has set the bar very high indeed. From the moment we arrived to a warm and friendly welcome by our hosts (Katerina and Stephen) to the time we departed with the same warmth and friendliness still on display we could not have wanted a better start to our extended holiday. The cottage is very well appointed and is a perfect size for a couple. It had all the facilities one would hope to find to make our two weeks very much a 'home from home' sensation and provided space for the two of us to move around comfortably. The pool is also excellent and reflects the great care our hosts took in ensuring everything was perfectly presented. The location - in the Vezere valley - is ideal for visiting the numerous attractions of the area. Pre historic caves, stalagmite and stalactite caves, fortified houses, gorgeous châteaux and so many utterly charming villages. We even ventured into a canoe for a 12km cruise down the Vezere which allowed us to see the valley from a different perspective. Although we love visiting different places there is a high probability of us coming back again!
Thank you for another lovely stay in the Loft; a relaxing half-term break for us all. We will look forward to seeing you again for the next one!

Thank you for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Your house, gardens and surroundings are all spectacular. We very much enjoyed picnicing in the back garden and our kids absolutely loved the tree house. Highlights were Saumur market Saturday morning. Dining at La Licorne Fontervuad Château d'Ussé, Zoo BioParc de Doce and the gardens at Château de Villandry. Also a visit with the kids across the road to see the rabbits at the invitation of your friendly neighbours. Many thanks.

The house, grounds and pool are beautiful and it's just so peaceful here. Gavin had the perfect 'big birthday' here too so we will take back lots of wonderful memories of our stay with you. We spent a week with two families (9 people) aged 6 -70 in Le Mas Repenti and we had the most wonderful time. It is nestled in the glorious vineyards with views of the hills in the distance. The house itself has been lovingly restored and every inch is perfectly presented. Stunning furniture, decorations and soft furnishings. It is charming and yet completely comfortable – the master bedroom is like the best suite in any hotel! The grounds are beautiful and the boules pitch and swingset were a big hit with the children. The pool is perfect with plenty of loungers for everyone and a great pool house area for getting some shade and having a drink. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. Every pot, pan and serving dish you could ask for along with plates and glasses for an army! The terrace was wonderful and the huge table very accommodating of our feasts. We did not experience much intrusion from bugs, other than a few mozzies who battled through our Jungle Formula! We loved the local vineyards – several within a 5 minute drive. Our favourite was the rose from Château Beaumel. Highly recommend this home for an extremely relaxing and authentically French experience!
We had a lovely week at Mas de Rivailles and would absolutely consider returning. The photos do not do the house and grounds justice. The property is beautifully presented and is very well-equipped. We enjoyed the morning walk to the local boulangerie over the fields. The pool was lovely and our older teenage daughters enjoyed the games room. We're reluctantly offering a review as we don't want the property to be fully booked for next summer... Frederic the property manager was very attentive but not intrusive with high quality prompt communication. We would rate Mas de Rivailles 5 stars.
We have had the most wonderful time at Maison des Hirondelles. The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed, so clean, comfortable and well thought out. Thank you for making us feel so welcome Cédric. Our daughter Edie, who is 8 months old had a wonderful time in the swimming pool and very much enjoyed her first holiday here in France. We visited Narbonne, Carcassonne, Gruissan, Minerve (fantastic chocolate shop!), Béziers, Canal du Midi with the 9 locks. Thank you for showing us your wine cellar, such a lovely touch. We would love to come back.
We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous property. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. The house is amazing - beautiful blend of old and modern. Impressive double height ceilings and doors. Very spacious and well appointed. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool. The gardens are lovely - we liked the hammock and swing. We also made use of the table tennis table. The house and grounds are very private and secluded. We had a beautiful view over surrounding sunflower fields. We would thoroughly recommend this property to families.

The villa was a great place to stay. We have been renting villas for nearly 20 years now and this is the first time ever that we didn't use a car. So near the airport, so near shops, restaurants, the sea, the train station for days out to Nice and Antibes. And the villa itself was lovely - it was more spacious than we expected. Moreover at 30 degrees the pool was marvellous. Only complaint - a week was too short!
We had a wonderful week staying in Maison Charvin, you have created a truly stunning home with everything and more one could wish for. Your kitchen is definitely the best we have seen in the many years we have been holidaying in France. We loved your garden courtyard and the delightful pool was a welcome relief on the days when the temperature soared. We found the people of Montlaur very friendly and enjoyed a great evening of food and music in the village square with the locals (the pizza was delicious). Montlaur is well placed for exploring the Corbières and Cathar countryside. The historic cite of Carcassonne is well worth visiting, as is Lagrasse. We had a great day at Leucate beach under an hour away. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, it was a pleasure to meet you and your adorable dog.
It worked out great for our family of 7 adults, a little girl, and 2 small dogs. The space is perfect, with plenty of nooks for relaxing, eating, or just having some peace and quiet. The air conditioning was excellent in the heat this week. The TV was huge for the Wimbledon finals, and the owners were very welcoming. Thank you so much for everything. See you next time!!!
My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Maison Estephe. What a wonderful home, it was very enjoyable to stay at an unusual home! We had everything we needed and the home was very tidy and clean. Thank you again for letting us stay at your home.

Everything is fantastic, the chalet is even better than in the photos and we notice the affection we gave it in the smallest details. It has everything you could need and the devices are big brands. We were a group of nine friends and spent 4 nights at this gorgeous house. I don't know where to start, everything was just perfect: The pool, the view, the furnishing, the comfy beds... it's heaven on earth. Sandie and her husband are very lovely people and amazing hosts. I recommend booking the catering option - the food is great and the chocolate fudge cake is to die for. We will definitely come back.
