Beautiful house, beautiful setting and wonderful location! We’ve had an amazing two weeks here and have loved both days here around the pool and some day trips out - Le Franqui beach, Carcassonne and our boys particularly enjoyed Lac’cro Park and the dinosaur museum at Esperaza. Thanks to Nathalie and Mike for always being on hand to help and answer any questions and for being so welcoming. We don’t want to leave!

A perfect place for a family stay. A large well equipped property that is decorated with great taste. There is something for all generations both inside and out including indoor and outdoor games for children. A great television room with a large choice of DVDs for both children and adults. Magnificent garden – great for aperitifs and barbeques and a beautiful swimming pool. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Our visit was unforgettable and we will certainly be coming back.
Words cannot express how fantastic this place is. The sunsets, the pool, the kitchen, the coffee machine…all sublime.
The house is very nicely furnished. The owners have very good taste. In the garden was good to have those old trees, to give enough shadow. We had a great time!
We were so lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful house. So quiet in the garden, sipping drinks relaxing by the pool, yet the bustling town centre is only a few minutes walk away. The markets on Wednesday and Saturday are well worth a visit. Recommend Le Regent for food located in the old town. The house itself is charming, with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Even with the high temperatures outside, the house was lovely and cool inside. We had a fantastic time and hope to return again soon.
We just wanted to thank you for the bottle of local wine and to let you know that we had a very nice time at Villa Corbières last week. Also, it worked well liasing with Ian who was welcoming and very helpful. The house is great and the garden looked really nice.

We enjoyed our stay in your wonderful holiday house. We loved the furniture and decorations, especially the maps! The of the hills is just great! We walked in the area and always came back to this great house with the fantastic pool. Thank you for everything.
Where do we start! Arrived at the gite and drove through the private gated entrance to see beautiful grounds and a very inviting swimming pool. Jean and Martyn were waiting to show us around and were the perfect hosts throughout our stay. The gite, grounds, outdoor kitchen and pool all immaculate and made for the perfect stay. The washing machine, dishwasher and many fridges are an added bonus. The bedrooms and bathroom a good size, fab open plan kitchen, diner and living room. Lots of extras in the kitchen which is great. Lauzun is a great little village with all the amenities you need, several other pretty villages near by (Issigeac and Eymet are lovely) Large hyper/supermarkets and various shops in Bergerac, 30 minutes away or a decent size Intermarche 10 minutess away. We would highly recommend the gite and will definitely be returning. Thank you Jean and Martyn for your letting us stay in your lovely property and not forgetting the very friendly, fluffy, German Shepherd Tanner. We had the best time, enjoyed sharing our many bottles of vino and our evening with you in Eymet.
Many thanks for a wonderful stay here in Rieux-Minervois. From your welcoming and informative e-mails prior to our arrival and a most generous arrival meal (due to it being a Sunday!) we were truly made to feel reassured and wholly welcome - thank you. We enjoyed some lovely days out from the beach in Narbonne to markets in Olonzac and Carcassonne. We particularly enjoyed Minerve for the breathtaking scenery too. Our Son's favourite haunt was le Lac de Larayere. A week's stay has gone all too quickly for us and sadly we make our way home to the rain, no doubt! Once again, many, many thanks to you both for your hospitality here. We eased straight into our holiday due to your kindness with baby equipment.
This lovely rural farmhouse provided plenty of space for our extended family of 6 adults and 3 children (aged 13 and 4) to spend a relaxing week in a more peaceful area of the Dordogne. The pool was a huge hit with adults and children alike whilst the many outside areas allowed space for both sun or shade throughout the day. In addition to games described there are lots of toys for younger children including a new sandpit which ‘appeared’ whilst we were there. Would recommend.
The house is perfectly equipped, clean and located in a fairly quiet area.

We had a very good stay at La Ferme Éclaircie which met all our expectations. We were very grateful for the initial supplies ( tea, coffee, wine , orange juice, loo paper etc ) which make a huge difference. The information pack - which was really useful. The maps. And the house was delightfully furnished and well supplied. We loved the area.
Philippe, you certainly know how to look after a place as this villa is stunning. The pastries you supplied were delicious and information on local places to visit were spot on. The lovely restaurant we went to you found us to was a really lovely meal. Would we come back? Most definitely.
