We had a very happy stay in your villa. We visited le jardin Saint Adrien which was beautiful but did not stay for the horses and the music. The villa really was perfect and thank you for allowing us to use it.

We had a great couple of meals in St Émilion and we visited some vineyards. All in all a fabulous holiday. Great hoss, and the house is very well equipped!
Our family gathering of 6 adults and a toddler was thoroughly enjoyed at this lovely villa. It is very large and spacious with huge bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. It was very generously kitted out, especially the kitchen which had more than enough for our large party. The grounds were very child friendly with safely gates and mainly level surfaces. It was ideally suited to access the lovely town of Pézenas which has an abundance of individual shops and places to eat. We would highly recommend it for a large group and wouldn't hesitate to return
We had a brilliant holiday and I enjoyed the trampoline. House was brilliant for hide and seek.
We just wanted to thank you for the bottle of local wine and to let you know that we had a very nice time at Villa Corbières last week. Also, it worked well liasing with Ian who was welcoming and very helpful. The house is great and the garden looked really nice.
This must be the perfect summer holiday Villa for a small family. As a couple we were joined by some friends for part of our stay and we had a great time in the sun. The O 13 Clochers restaurant in Monteton is under new management and serves superb food. Hostellerie des Ducs good quality- and the restaurant in Seyches is incredible value. We are sure to return.
Beautiful house - everything you could possibly need for a totally carefree and relaxing holiday. We loved it so much here we only ventured away from the property for 2 half days. We would love to return! A huge thank you to Gary and Louise for managing the property so well and giving expert local knowledge.
A luxurious spot with the most beautiful heated pool and views to the Mediterranean. The pool and its view absolutely makes this property. It is absolutely spotless, heated to a perfect 30 degrees and is an infinity pool which adds to the luxurious feel. There is a diving board and a fun water slide and there are foam pool loungers available too. The terrace is also beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and seating and a table for meals. Inside the property is spacious with some interesting antiques and the bedrooms are air conditioned, which is lovely even though there is plenty of shade on hot days anyway. The car can be parked right next to the villa for ease of carrying luggage and supermarket shopping etc. All in all Les Fumerates feels like a slice of paradise, peaceful and calm and difficult to tear yourself away from despite the easy proximity of the coast. The pool is the star attraction, always lovely to swim in even in late evening and with a slide, diving board and floating loungers if wanted. The terrace and pool are lit at night and the calm, luxurious atmosphere makes it almost impossible to leave despite its proximity to some lovely places to visit!

We spent 5 days in September in Château Entre-Deux-Mers, we were 4 couples of friends. It is an exceptional castle very well located with all modern luxury. The building, garden and pool are fascinating and the interior has been recently decorated with design furniture by a very talented architect offering a modern and luxurious experience. A superior place for demanding guests. We recommend to use the available local catering options (dinners and breakfast) who cook excellent meals with respect of local ingredients and recipes. Plenty of wine châteaux to visit in the surroundings and the city of Bordeaux is worth discovering for a guided tour, dinner or cultural activity. We will definitely come back!
This property has the WOW factor! We were blown away by it when we arrived. It is beautifully renovated and the grounds and surrounding countryside are stunning. The main house is very spacious with a large living room, TV lounge room and a big kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you might need (including 2 great coffee machines and a pantry with essentials that you can use). Also, a lovely large dining table. Upstairs there are 4 big airy bedrooms with very comfy beds, great linen and towels. Plus 3 pristine luxe bathrooms. The views out of every side of the house are idyllic. The outside space too is fantastic. Great terraces for eating / relaxing on, beautiful warm clean swimming pool with comfy loungers, herb garden, fire pit, well equipped gym, pétanque court, vineyard, landscaped gardens. The gîte across from the main house is also lovely and provides 3 extra bedrooms plus additional bathroom, kitchen and lounge. We enjoyed our stay enormously and appreciated the level of detail and care that the owners have put into this house.
We had a great week in a particularly nice house in a great location. Was very quick on our texts. If we get the chance, we will definitely go back to this special place.
A challenging end of year led to my very last minute search for somewhere special to stay for Christmas. We jumped for joy when your Loft showed as available for 8 days arriving on Christmas Eve. Throughout the five hour drive from Cannes, I stressed about finding a tree and decorations to make the holiday perfect. To my utter AMAZEMENT, the Loft had been fully decorated beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you so much for all your very thoughtful and generous touches. As a seriously experienced traveller, I can assure you that exceptionally few hosts go to the same lengths as yourselves. You made our Christmas very SPECIAL and, dare I say, UNFORGETTABLE! Thank you so much - keep on keepin’ on! Christmas 2022.

We stayed here with 8 friends and had a wonderful time. The villa is in a beautiful environment, with a lot of green and hills around. Communication with Sophie was perfect. The place is a bit further away so you do need a car. Would recommend to ask about chef michon. She provided 2 lovely dinners for us !

An Amazing Place. This is an amazing place to stay and Michael and Denise made us feel so welcome with their warm, attentive hospitality. The villa was immaculately presented with everything one might need. The swimming pool is wonderful, warm, clean and you might want to spend lots of time in there. We had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful location. The castle is extremely comfortable, very well restored with spacious rooms and tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail. The welcome is warm and everything is thought of for a perfect stay. We were 14 people.
We all enjoyed the stay at the villa. We liked the location - both in Lezignan and the fact that it is close to Pézenas and easy to get to other locations (we went to Carcassonne; Montpellier, Millau etc) Thanks you for making the bicycle available and the table football! It was also nice to have a pool - although we only used that once. A lot of useful information was also provided in the villa. We liked the fact that you contacted us personally - it offered us reassurance prior to our trip - thanks for your help. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if in the area would visit the villa again. I really want to keep this jewel hidden for myself! That's great. The apartment is what we all want to have. Two bedrooms with double beds. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Private parking. Private place with chairs on the sea side. Beach club very close. Relaxing and easy to communicate with the owner Paul. Upon arrival, Ben was there with the keys and a lot of advice on the area. Arranged reservation, etc. Very easy to access and super helpful. So don't go because we want to go more often!
