We are having a great time and the house is just perfect. The kids are loving the games room and the pool - our 11 year old is pretty much wrinkly all the time!
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The private, secluded setting was just what we needed. We used th eoutdoor kitchen all the time, such a wonderful addition to the property. We will be back!

We have been renting villas in the south of France for over 20 years and we just say that owner of Maison des Communes has been the best host we have ever had. From the very generous welcoming gifts to the twice weekly breakfast deliveries to the excellent meal in Pourquoi Pas, he could not have done any more for us. Masion is ideally located, has a lovely pool and sturdy bikes. We had great fun cycling through the vineyards to Montady, capestang, Cazouls and also along the Canal du Midi. A great location for a group of friends on an extended holiday. Merci beaucoup.
Writing this sitting at the table and chairs by the well - blue skies and warm sunshine, it has been a perfect week, absolutely loved everything about the house, garden and pool - so hard to leave. To make the stay even more special, I celebrated my 60th birthday with all my family and we had yummy cakes delined by Amanda - huge thank you.

What a wonderful week, the house has real soul and you have thoughtfully made the very best of each view. Wonderful seats in the garden, shade and sun to maximise the pleasure. The house is absolutely charming and all the finishing touches have made for a very special week. Not only a holiday but I feel culturally enhanced too. Thank you so very much Benjy, Kate and Issy for welcoming us to the property. We have had the most heavenly week here and we leave feeling thoroughly relaxed. The lands, vineyards and pool are all spectacular and a fabulous location for a group of friends. The weather has been glorious and to be honest, it has been quite difficult to drag ourselves away from the house and pool… However, we did venture to Fontevraud (which we loved), and we discovered a couple of the local markets. We were very grateful for the small touches that made our stay special – the beautiful turn of the winery, the supplies of food (and drinks!) and the comfy beds and copious linen and towels. We also enjoyed cooking on the Aga – risotto, roast chicken etc. Delicious food to accompany your STUNNING wine! We very much hope to return one day.
Our stay at Maison Baleyssagues was prefect for our week in May was brilliant. A very spacious and exceptionally well maintained and equipped villa. Fantastic swimming pool and grounds. The property manager Frederic was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We can honestly say it was one of the best villa’s we have ever stayed in.
Beautiful surroundings. The accommodation met our expectations. A very warm welcome. Jayne and Wendy are very kind and friendly. They gave us a good introduction to the house and provided us with all the practical information we needed for our stay. A very successful vacation.
A gorgeous home, with so much to offer! 3 min walk into the beautiful bustling town of Pezenas and you have the tranquility of pool and garden! The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and very welcome after a day out exploring the area! We had some great fun playing table tennis and darts in the games room. We had a wonderful holiday, the lovely, very comfortable and well decorated home facilitated this!
This is the third time at Villa Kali and I can't think of any more superlatives. The villa ticks all the boxes and some. The beaches at Grau Agde and Portiragnes are well worth a visit as well as Valros with all its restaurants.

We have had a wonderful relaxed and fun week here at Le Manoir de Duras. It has felt like a home from home. All the practical equipment to making things smooth and lots of games and books to enjoy as the days go by. Thank you to the owners for a lovely family week. A real holiday.
A beautiful, pleasant and very well equipped house. Well maintained garden and swimming pool. We will also not forget this beautiful hill and this wonderful region. Not to mention the memorable ping-pong and table football match!
We had great week staying at this lovely house! It is in quiet, rural location and we enjoyed exploring the area, which is very pretty. Sam was a great host and showed us everything and then left us to it – but was very helpful responsive with any questions we had. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us all very easily. It is very well equipped and everything is in good condition and works well - lots of plates, glasses, large fridge freezer with ice maker, wine and beer fridges etc! The beds were comfortable and the house has two good bathrooms/shower rooms including a spa bath! There is a great choice of terraces and outside areas (covered and open) for sitting and dining, with lots of chairs, tables and sun loungers – which far exceeded expectations. The pool, surrounding terrace and gardens are really lovely and it is very quiet and private. The table tennis table was a bonus and we had a fun afternoon kayaking on the Dordogne, too! We would have loved a few more days there!

It was everything we dreamed it would be and more. We loved the pool and the house had all we needed for a great holiday.
