Hi, we arrived last night and have managed to get installed into this lovely house! We had high expectations, but the house exceeds them!

We had a unique experience in this very exclusive and exceptional location. An ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy memorable family moments. The pool is impressive and the night lights add a magical touch. You are surrounded by nature in a setting of the highest quality.
I think I can speak for all 11 of us in saying we had a wonderful holiday at La Barde once again. I'd never been so early in the year before (in May), but we still used the pool every single day. The advantage of coming a little earlier this year was seeing your garden in full glory and the Dordogne before being 'bleached' by the sun - and we really enjoyed burning logs on the huge open fire in the kitchen every late evening (it's normally too warm for this!). Everything was just right, Helen, as usual (and beds even more comfortable than last time)! I always enjoy the mixture of authentic farmhouse and stylish chic design of La Barde. And it was as peaceful and relaxing as ever - batteries are recharged!
Wonderful stay, 5 children and 8 adults all found happiness. Bedroom, bathroom, very spacious living room as well as a pool terrace perfectly arranged for everyone and the little extra of an outdoor kitchen with barbeque. The proximity is very quiet, in the countryside but at a very correct distance to do activities. We thank the host for making this villa available for our holidays. We recommend without hesitation. We had an excellent stay in this magnificent house where everything has been thought out so that young and old can make the most of the holidays. We were a group of 3 couples and 4 children and each got enough space and privacy. The house is very beautiful, well decorated and pleasant to live in. The garden is very beautiful and the pool area is perfect! The barn converted into a games room was also very popular (especially since the sun was not there). The kitchen is fully equipped. In short, we highly recommend this rental!

We’ve had the most special stay and made so many happy memories. The house is such fun with a young family and the children have been on many wildlife explorations around the grounds and we gave all spent hours in the pool. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was the most perfect house for our extended family to reconnect and relax in. The house was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The outside spaces were lovely, with plenty of options for a large group to socialise. We particularly enjoyed the outside kitchen, pool and table tennis in the barn. The walk back from the local bar was lovely. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to return one day. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for a much needed relaxing week in your beautiful home! We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially time spent in the beautiful garden where we enjoyed the wonderful weather and had lots of fun - very enjoyable for my 5 year old! We were able to have a great week with friends at this house, which matched the photos perfectly. The host is very accommodating and accommodating. Amenities are complete, different living spaces are spacious, the pool area is a real plus. I'd recommend it!
A very belated note to say thanks very much for your help in making our stay in Les Rocans go smoothly. We had a great time and loved how relaxed it was. We were considering rebooking for next year however Mum has just announced she will be taking a larger place to celebrate her 70th in next summer, so the good news is she will pick up the bill (!) but the bad news is we can't stay with you again next year. We will however certainly bear Les Rocans in mind for the future as we had a thoroughly relaxing time.
Such a beautiful and luxurious home. a perfect layout, wonderful pol and relaxation area. We spent 10 days playing golf, as such it was perfect. The holiday home had eveything we needed and more and particularly liked the artwork. Thank you once again.
The hosts have thought of every comfort. A fantastic base from which to explore this part of France. It was difficult to draw yourself away from the beautiful garden and pool. We stayed with them many times when they managed to create yet another little haven at their new base in France!
We truly had a fantastic holiday. I needed the rest and some time with my children and parents and Château Entre-Deux-Mers certainly afforded me that. Again thank you, your château is lovely and it provided my family with some great memories of a relaxing holiday in France.

We loved the house and pool and most of all the beautiful views. To be in a village and yet so quiet is unique. We very much hope to come back.

The apartment was super clean and has everything you need. The view is even better than the photos! The location is wonderful - walk to everything. Beach, pool, grocery, water sport activities, marina, tons of restaurants. The ourdoor deck is such a nice treat. The kitchen has all the things you'll need for cooking. High end appliance, everything is new. Washer/dryer was very helpful. The infinity pool view is stunning! Safe place and very private. I didn't want to leave! First time to the French Riviera and hopefully not the last. Dream vacation!
Fantastic nice accommodation, beautiful details, well preserved beautiful floors. Perfect patio with a small pool. All happy adults- as children. Highly recommended.
Our family loved staying in this farmhouse. We couldn't get the kids out of the pool, the sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the birds fly all around us. It was a great place to come home to after a full day of sightseeing. Very relaxing!

Magnificent decor, quiet without being far from the center of Meursault on the doorstep. Penelope and John do their best to make everything perfect and are very nice. Definitely to be done again.

Just wanted to say thank you for a lovely stay at château Perigord. Everything was great…a remarkable property beautifully done in gorgeous countryside. We had a wonderful time!
What can I say but awesome. We all arrived at the same time to drive up the long drive to the picturesque château. Obviously we had seen pictures but they did not do it justice. We were met with a glass of bubbly and were shown around the property. It was like being shown around a personal home rather than a holiday rental property. There was everything you could want for a relaxing holiday for our two families, including a tennis court, swimming pool, snooker / pool table, croquet set and the all important ice machine as we were in the middle of a heat wave. All the rooms were luxurious with all but one bedroom (which had it's own bathroom) having ensuite bathrooms and the two main bedrooms having dressing rooms as well. The grounds were spectacular and there was even gorgeous little chapel. The best endorsement I can give is that we were all discussing how we could come back next year.
