Thank you Corelle and Stephen for a wonderful stay in your beautiful cottage. We loved the peace and quiet, cycling around the quiet lanes and watching the kingfishers flying in and out of their nests at the lake. We found it all so relaxing and tranquil and would love to return again. Thank you also for the welcome treats and the lovely chats with you both. Colombat Cottage is a very special place.
We had a wonderful stay in the Farmhouse. The weather wasn’t always as perfect as we hoped it would be but the gym, the tennis court and even the excellent piano kept the family fully occupied on the days we could not use the pool. The boys loved exploring the woods above the farmhouse and the parents enjoyed the wines. We were very happy to get a wine tasting on our first day (and we soon realised we needed an extra pitcher so we could water down the delicious grape juice to avoid the kids bouncing off the walls). Very enjoyable facilities and extremely gracious hosts! Thank you. P.S. We can recommend the tree-climbing park at Thoiré.
This place is truly magical. It’s clean and spacious with scenic surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Our week has been wonderful and made all the better due to the exceptional care and attention you both put into this special place. We have just returned from Château des Dragons after a wonderful family holiday with seven adults and five children. On arrival at this historical château we were greeted by the owners who showed us around their magnificent château with its beautiful antique furniture. They had provided a Welcome Pack of local food delicacies and essentials. The rooms were generous in size and decorated in keeping with the period. The kitchen was fitted with modern appliances and provided everything you may need. The rear terrace sited a larger table where we could all dine together and also barbecue. The heated pool was a great success especially with the children. The extensive wooded grounds were perfect for exploring and playing games. A tranquil place to unwind.
We came here to celebrate a couple of family birthdays and get some time together. From the moment we walked in the door we quickly came to realise what an amazing place this is. The view from the kitchen window (bu the sink) literally brought my sister to tears. ... in a very positive way. This week has allowed us to explore the area to some degree, but with so much on offer around and in the property, there was little incentive to go anywhere. The difficulty now will be to keep this gem of a property a secret from others, as we will undoubtedly tell everyone about this fantastic place. Thank you for so generously sharing your house. We have stayed in many French farmhouses over the years, the whole family agree that Le Malardier is the best by far. We have had a fabulous holiday. The youngsters have enjoyed the pool and working on their tans. We’ve all loved the opportunity to sit and watch the wild life and the beautiful landscape. Although it has been incredibly hot the house is wonderfully cool. We would love to come back!

Delightful stay in vineyard in Provence. Les Trois Maisons de Valescure was superb, situated up a track and literally miles from anywhere in the glorious vineyards, with delightful far-ranging views. Equipped to an extremely high standard with every room having an ensuite. The bedrooms were large, well-furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen and living space was ideal for our family of 21 which ranged from 10 months to 70+ years old. The swimming pool was completely safe and the games equipment etc. very useful. Thomas who helped us with our booking was unfaillingly helpful and dealt with all our queries really efficiently. Nicolas was charming too and so patient with every request we made. He also gave us an excellent tour of the winery. We were delighted by him. We would unreservedly recommend Valsecure hamlet to any family who want a holiday in a beautiful and quiet area of Provence.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. The villa is light, airy and spacious. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, everything worked and there are beautiful views from the upstairs terrace. The garden is very attractive. We loved having four bathrooms. The booking process was easy and efficient. We were confident that if there had been a problem, Ian, the very pleasant property manager who lives nearby, would have quickly sorted it out. The newly installed Wi-Fi was very dependable. With the restaurants in the village and the beach not too far away we didn't need to travel very far from the house - besides, the garden and pool were too good to leave for long! There are also some lovely walks in the hills behind the villa. The heated pool was the icing on the cake as we could swim on the couple of cooler days too. Even my 85 year old mum went in. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we would love to return.
We had a fantastic 2 week stay here, the house and outside space are really lovely and was the perfect setting for our family to spend time together. We explored the area but were always more than happy to return to the house and spend time around the swimming pool relaxing. Thank you

La Charmante Distillerie is a wonderful holiday venue. Situated in the heart of the French countryside, but 10 minutes away from a busy and enchanting town. Mark and Gary are perfect hosts, completely non intrusive but immediately available to offer the best advice on local places of interest, restaurants and generally help. The interior is stylish, the artwork beautiful, the furniture very comfortable and the bedrooms perfect. Six adults and three children occupied the property for a week. The hosts catered for our every need, even buying new toys for our 9 month old grandson. At no stage did La Distillerie feel crowded. The swimming pool was heated and my three grandchildren were continuously swimming and playing in the dedicated play area. Me and my family can absolutely recommend La Charmante Distillerie.
What a joy! We had such an amazing week at your fantastic house! We loved the house, the garden and the pool! The weather was perfect. We had a wonderful evening at ‘Poquelin’ and we had dinner at several of the restaurants recommended. (Chez Leo!!) Golf at Cháteau les Merles, what a beautiful place. We would love to come back.
Thank you Pascal and Julien for making us so welcome at your fabulous home. We really appreciated your special efforts to source a highchair for Hatta - who enjoyed her first proper holiday. A wonderfull family holiday we we will always remember. Our favourite moment was playing in the pool. We enjoyed Aubeterre with the underground church and Brantôme also the market at Ribérac.
A wonderful villa and a great host. We have had an amazing holiday in Maison des Communes and the surrounding areas. Delicious meals at restaurant de la Tour and Pica Pica in Béziers. Some enjoyable cycling and lots of relaxing by the pool (The pool was looked after excellently by the host). Breakfast delivery was a real treat too! Thank you.

We have had a wonderful relaxing week at Le Malardier. The house is stunning and photographs do not do it justice. We loved watching the sun rise, taking in the view with our morning coffee. The pool and pool house have been enjoyed by all. Leisurely lunches in the outdoor dining area and a game of boules in the evening. Many thanks to Richard and Gay who have been so helpful and superb hosts.

What a gorgeous holiday! The house was perfect for the nine of us, the view is stunning and the pool was fabulous. We were charmed by Najac - the night market and canoeing were a highlight. We would thouroughly recommend the take-away food from the hotel in Najac. Cordes-sur-Ciel and Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val worth a visit. Thank you for looking after us so well, Henrietta! We hope to come back one day.
Fantastic time in this great house and location. 2 weeks of rest, relaxation and fun with the kids and extended family. Thank you. What a wonderful place! So much for the kids to do - swimngs, slide, trampoline, swimming and may runing races, lots of yumy wines and cheese. Two scrumptious meals cooked by Tim and Ali. Very tempted to return next year! We have just returned from a fabulous week at Mas des Rivailles. The property is located along a quiet lane and for the majority of the time all you could hear were the birds singing. We have stayed in the local area previously but there were still places we wanted to visit. However we were lucky to have superb weather and we decided to stay at the villa most days as we just did not want to leave the pool and relaxing atmosphere. The salt water pool is definitely the best one we have had so far. The villa is well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and the gardens are well kept. We would like to give a special thank you to Frédéric who met us on arrival and was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He gave us a guided tour and explained how everything worked. It certainly made for a great start to our holiday. A delicious and generous welcome pack was waiting for us on our arrival too. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing break.
One week was NOT enough!! What a wonderful spot! The Loft was a perfect base and location for relaxation. The garden is lovely and we made good use of the boules court. Cycling by the Canal du Midi was lovely and we enjoyed a walk up behind Caunes-Minervois to enjoy the wildlife and sculpture park. The weather was perfect sunshine to allow some activity.
Terrific house with fabulous views, close to town. Our family of five had a perfect holiday. The house is spacious, filled with light and very well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces a lot, including the pool, the large terrace with stunning views and summer kitchen. It was easy to get to grocery stores and activities in the region. Our teenagers loved being able to walk to the village and explore the area. We all enjoyed walking or jogging on the path by the canal, accessible from the garden. We highly recommend this property!
