What a beautiful property and and great place, great lunches, greats hosts.
You have created a fantastic holiday home which we have enjoyed staying in very much. Thank you for your warm welcome, generous hospitality and advice about what to visit / where to eat in the Minervois region; it has been greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maison Gounou (August 2025). There were seven of us from the same extended family, aged from thirteen to sixty-two, plus two small dogs. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how quiet and peaceful the location was, which coming from south London was a real blessing. Although the house is situated on a small road, passing cars were extremely rare. We met some of the local neighbours when out dog walking, and they were pleasant and friendly. The house is beautiful and comfortable, very picturesque with a large gravelled driveway for several cars. We could close the iron gates to keep the dogs inside, which was useful. The pool was exceptionally clean, very refreshing and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of pots of pans for large-scale cooking, including many le Creuset dishes. The rooms were spacious, the bedrooms comfortable, with plenty of bathrooms and toilets for everyone. Bedding was changed half way through our two-week visit. The surrounding area is full of old bastide towns with markets and medieval buildings, outdoor evening dining events, medieval fairs, artisan shops . Although it was thriving, nowhere felt too busy or stressful. We found lots of places to eat including a lovely restaurant in Monpazier (Privilege du Perigord) that served a tasty three-course lunch for 23 euros. Highlights of the stay: peace and tranquillity, ability to let go and relax. Lovely veranda to sit and read/relax/fall asleep, lots of books to look at, lovely sitting room. More than enough space for seven people and two dogs. Lovely local towns to stroll around.
I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at Villa Bellara. It was immaculate and is perfectly positioned to access to supermarket, patisserie, beaches and numerous quality restaurants and a short walk to the train station - which we used most days to visit other coastal resorts. The villa was considerably larger than we expected and was well equipped for our stay. The quiet residential location was a bonus after having busy days out. All in all a perfect property. An exceptional house in an exceptional setting. We were able to stay a week in this house in so many different ways, as a family, as a couple with friends and this house allows to enjoy life! Take the time to enjoy the superb cuisine, professional level equipment, with and without a caterer, you will appreciate the heart of the house. A large piece of land that can be shared around the house for different activities, a superb seating area with views on the Rhone, a welcoming corner around a round table and its tennis court not far away. The land extends to offer a short walk, allowing digestive walks following the big banquets in the reception house where a large sofa, retro projector and bar await you! Perfect tranquility and very comfortable bedding, enough to spend an exceptional stay where rest and pleasure are the key words of our experience.

Everything works very well and we have had such a gorgeous, relaxed time among friends and family. You've imbued it with such beautiful little touches – it's felt homely and luxurious all at once.
We had a marvellous holiday at le Chambarru. It was the nicest house we have stayed in during our many visits to France over the years.

Thank you so much for our brilliant holiday. The property is near perfect for a relaxing holiday, we really couldn't want for anything! The area is beautiful and we especially loved the swimming at Ribaute. Lagrasse has some great restaurants and the Sunday market was really interesting. On the owner Ms W advice we took a trip to the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres - this is brilliant and we loved it. The owner Ms W made us feel very welcome, we really enjoyed the wine you left. Thanks again for making our holiday so GREAT!
We love the design and build of the house and have enjoyed our stay here with our family enormously. The pool has provided a great deal of fun for all and there is so much opportunity for relaxation and enjoying all the local produce!

Lovely property, very comfortable. A beautiful setting, well maintained, everything you need for a restful holiday.
We had an amazing two weeks in the sun, we spent some days by the pool. You can swim and look at the stunning view of the hills in the distance. The apartment is spotless and has everything we needed at the start of our holiday. The owners can speak English which is helpful if you needed anything which we didn't. We would love to go back again.

Thank you for giving us the chance to stay at Château Monjardin. It's such a beautiful château. Such an interesting building and such a peaceful setting. A lovely, comfortable home in a beautiful town. Pézenas is a fantastic place - you have a great location here. Thanks for all the tips and ideas in your folder - you obviously love the area and love exploring! The 'Estivals' (wine and local producers offer their products in the streets in the evening) of Pézenas were great fun and right on our doorstep, every Friday night in July and August.

We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. Every year, you have wonderful surprises in store for us: a new room furnished with unparalleled care and originality, a garden that is transformed, a vegetable garden that offers us seasonal vegetables of exceptional quality. And what can we say about the memorable adventures we experienced, as well as the breathtaking view of Provence and the majestic Pont du Gard during our breakfasts. A great family gîte with loads of space for us all. We had some great walks around here, the gorge, Orpierre and Rosans. Also managed to fit in time lazing around the pool, sunbathing and reading. Perfect holiday! Hope to be back...

A lovely and relaxing two weeks at the most beautiful villa! An amazing spacious villa that has been perfect for our family with plenty of space for us all. We absolutely loved the swimming pool and were in it everyday! Our holiday has made even more special by our attentive host Philippe. Philippe made us feel very welcome with some lovely wines and bread, spoilt with breakfast pastries and enjoyed a a delicious meal at Le Pourquoi Pas. The location was brilliant and we enjoyed talking to the bakery daily and enjoyed days out in nearby villages. Though most of the time we were just enjoying the villa! As cat lovers we adored the cats that we would see through the gardens and provided them with water in the hot days and some treats! Thank you so much for the most enjoyable holiday!
