We recently spent two weeks at the property, with six other friends. The whole place has been beautifully decorated with bright, fresh colours, along with the two, lavishly supplied kitchens. Most of the bedrooms have their own sitting room and full ensuite bathroom. We had the yellow bedroom which overlooked the courtyard and the mountains. The inside of the property is truly as attractive as the pictures on the website. There are two large sitting rooms, including a big screen TV. The outdoor pool and dining area are well maintained and a joy to use. The very generous sized patio, overlooking the Pyrénées, is wired for sound and can be lit up at night, for outdoor dining and dancing. The owner suggested, one night, that we try a local restaurant, call Gayda. If you stay at the property, you must go to the Gayda for dinner. On Sunday night they will present you with a truly gourmet meal, plus all the wines to complement the five star meal and all for around 25 Euros per head. (We went three times). Everything you need for a fabulous holiday is provided at the property. You'll love it.
An amazing and wonderful place to stay! We only had a week but it was a very special week, our first time in the Dordogne was made into an extra special one by staying in this fairytale cottage with the owners providing everything that you would want or need for a brilliant holiday they were the perfect hosts! The cottage was perfect, clean and very comfortable not to mention the pool which was an added bonus we would be very happy to recommend this beautiful cottage and location for a relaxing holiday!

Our stay has been excellent! A super house with great facilities. Lake Cassien we all fell in love with. We visited Cannes and Monte Carlo which were not that far. Thanks for a great holiday which we have all thoroughly enjoyed.
We had a wonderful holiday at Domaine de Nérige and thought it was absolutely superb - extremely comfortable, spacious and with lots of toys! We couldn't recommend it highly enough and it was a bonus to meet the owners and hear how they had transformed a derelict wreck into such a wonderful home.
Beautiful Home with Large Gardens and Heated Pool. A very special place. The house is spacious and the layout gives plenty of areas to relax. The garden and pool is beautiful. With woodland views, there are lots of seating areas and loungers, a hammock and games to play in the huge grassy area. And the pool is perfect. Sam is a super host, happy to help and is kind and fun. If you love yoga, then there is the chance to have a session with Sam in her beautiful yoga studio. We had the best time. Thank you!

I loved this holiday. I love sport so I sent most of my days in the gorgeous pool, I would practice my swimming and then float around and look at the blue sky. I loved the tennis court and spend hours practicing my forehand. The château is so pretty, it could have been made up. Any kid would love this place.

We had the most wonderful time at Villa La Baronne. I think our children spent most of their time in the pool. Beautifully decorated house with plenty of space for all our family.

The house is magnificent and very well equipped, for the kitchen or for activities, everything is planned for a good stay. The welcome is warm with very friendly neighbors. I highly recommend the Château des Grillauds for a peaceful stay in the Dordogne. We had a pleasant stay and the house is very well equipped. There is everything you need to have a great vacation with family or friends. We were able to have lunch outside to enjoy the garden and the swimming pool. We thought this was the perfect setting for our extended family holiday. We had long lazy days by the pool, some nice days out to the bastide towns and alfresco dinners followed by games We rescued several frogs from the pool! There were plenty of distractions in the house for every age and we found the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Fabulous weather for two birthday celebrations and we found it to be a very peaceful and idyllic setting. Amazing house! We all made amazing memories and had a great time.
As you know we have stayed in your house twice. It really is an exceptional property and in terms of facilities, location and aesthetic qualities we could not fault it. The views are fantastic, the pool is perfect and the house itself brimming with character – not to mention that every lamp works, as do the showers and all utensils.
We had a fantastic 2 week holiday in this beautiful house with amazing surroundings! We visited several picturesque villages. Spent some lovely days and evenings around the pool and BBQ's. Totally relaxing!
What a wonderful stay we have had and what a special part of France! Olonzac market on a Tuesday was a real highlight. Kayaking at Puicheric was so much fun and the water was crystal clear for swimming. Narbonne and the market was quite a spectacle - such a fun and varied trip. We love all things duck and Sarlat offers the best. Exploring the surrounding countryside has been a pure pleasure. Perfect surroundings to relax and spend our holiday week. We have enjoyed the spacious house, garden and the pool as well as the wonderful warm weather! The pituresque villages nearby have truly been a spectacular experience. We have spent a very nice week at the villa. We would have loved to stay longer but our holidays are now over and we are going back to the North.

An old building in a somewhat isolated place where there is a desired tranquility and calm. A house decorated with great taste! A sunny swimming pool from morning to evening ideal for relaxing and sunbathing with just a corner of shade where you can relax and enjoy. Discreet, pleasant hosts who take great care of their guests!
