Ideal stay of dreams. Very beautiful restoration with great taste and maximum comfort. Very large rooms, large bedrooms and large fully equipped bathrooms. Short stay very pleasant and recommended to discover this splendid region located in the heart of the golden triangle.

A lovely, comfortable home in a beautiful town. Pézenas is a fantastic place - you have a great location here. Thanks for all the tips and ideas in your folder - you obviously love the area and love exploring! The 'Estivals' (wine and local producers offer their products in the streets in the evening) of Pézenas were great fun and right on our doorstep, every Friday night in July and August.
Fabulous week learning about wine in an amazing setting. Manoir Lemance is the most wonderful, tranquil and stylish place I have stayed in France and I have stayed in many. The owners have taken great care and attention in restoring the beautiful buildings, choosing the internal furnishings and creating the amazing swimming pool and grounds. We were warmly welcomed and looked after really well all week. The local area is full of amazing villages, great vineyards and beautiful countryside. If you are looking for a very French holiday with the added support of English speaking hosts, in the most beautiful setting, then this is the place for you.
A great time was had by all. We loved this little piece of paradise in Provence! Magnifique! Hope we'll be back again sometime.
This is the easiest and most satisfying review we've ever written. Quite simply, Mark and Gary are two of the warmest and thoughtful people we have ever met and they have created the most wonderful home in the perfect rural location that it almost seems too good to be true... but it isn't. Everything about La Charmante Distillerie encourages you to unwind and relax... whether it be the sumptuous and luxurious interior spaces, the pool and adjoining terraces giving shade and privacy or the surrounding woodland and rustle of the leaves on trees in the gentle cooling breeze. Early mornings and evenings were our particular favourite as we would just sit and listen to the silence whilst enjoying an espresso or cold Pineau. It was truly idyllic. Our daughters, aged 12 and 14 years old, were so happy playing in the pool for hours or relaxing on the terraces and in their own private snug that has been beautifully created. We would love to keep La Charmante Distillerie as our own little secret and not share it with anybody, but of course we can't. So regretfully we have to tell anybody that asks that we have found the perfect destination with the perfect hosts. C'est magnifique.
Magnificent villa, we loved our stay. Fatima welcomed us very well. I highly recommend. Once again, a big thank you to Fatima.
Our 2nd visit to Mas de Lozanne and it certainly didn't disappoint. The extreme heat curtailed some outings, but the pool area was a haven! We still managed daily coffees in Café d'Art and a couple of early evening drinks. We made good use of the barbecue. Pezanas keeps on giving and this house, nestled in the vines, is a delight! We have spent 2 weeks in La Maison Tournesol and have had the best family holiday ever. The gîte is just fantastic, home to all of us and even better with such great views and surroundings. Richard and Meryl have through to everything to make all the family feel extremely welcome. We recommend a good, relaxing bike ride along the canal at Moissac, Park Walibi in Agen and Agen centre. A must is the crazy golf at Château Stelsia - such a beautiful place and a fantastic game of golf for everyone. Our girls have learnt to swim and do front and back flips in the pool. An unforgettable memory for us all - along with fun packed hours of monopoly! Thank you Meryl and Richard for everything. Also thank you Poppy for all the kisses and cuddles.
Thanks for a lovely week in your fabulous holiday house, it was very kind of you to let us arrive early so we could easily visit the market. It was quite entertaining seeing the gendarmes trying to organise the market day traffic (and the usual bonkers French parking!) We have stayed in quite a few properties in the South of France but not managed to find somewhere that was both walking distance to a nice town and a high spec house. Yours certainly ticked both of those boxes. Especially with the weather not being on our side, we spent a lot of time in the house and really appreciated all of the luxury living area and kitchen features. The kids loved the pool (and it did stay at 26 degrees!), so we did manage to venture in almost every day, much to the amazement of some of the locals! Thanks also for all of the information and recommendations that you and Lisa sent through before and during our stay. It was very much appreciated and hugely helpful.
The house was great, very clean and incredibly maintained Nothing to say, everything was perfect.
If you’re looking for a beautiful respite from the everyday grind, look no further than Nerige. What a tranquil, pristine and magical place. The Pyrenees mountains rise across the valleys of vineyards and the air is clear and crisp. The property itself is massive, yet so comfortable and cozy. The rooms are decorated with the highest quality linens and furniture. Sandie is a true old-school host. She greeted us in person, showed us all the highlights of the property, prepared an amazing meal for our arrival and stocked the pantry so we had breakfast in the morning. Traveling with 2 small children and 2 older parents... we were exhausted from our trip... and this was exactly what we needed! She also arranged for a wonderful massage therapist to come to Nérige the next morning to kick off our relaxation! This is how to travel and travel well. This is how to see the world. Don’t second guess this place. Book now before the whole world finds out about this magical gem!
We have had a lovely relaxing weeknight at the castle. Wine tasting at the Chateau Grand Pierre. Night market in the village. Butchers and boulangerie I the village both excellent. Pleasant setting for pizza intent little square. House lovely. Setting on outskirts of the village was perfect for us. Thank you for sharing the home grown tomatoes from the garden.
We have just returned from our stay at Le Petit Pigeonnier du Lot and wanted to let you know what a lovely place this is. Firstly the property itself is extremely comfortable with a beautifully maintained pool in a lovely setting overlooking the vineyards. The proprietors, Debbie and Rupert, are very welcoming and helpful. They are not intrusive but they do go the extra mile to make the holiday enjoyable. Everything was included that we could possibly have needed and Debbie gave us some delicious home made yoghurt for breakfast. Secondly, this is a brilliant area to visit. It's located pretty much on a crossroads between different areas, so whichever direction you travel in the countryside is different and there are some incredible places to visit: beautiful villages, vineyards, Cahors, the river Lot and its valley, Peche Merle for prehistory and a lovely little prehistory museum in Luzech with some amazing exhibits. We've re-visited places we've been to over the years and also seen some new. It has been everything that we could have wanted - and more.
We have had a fantastic time, our 2nd holiday here, weather was brilliant-sunshine every day, we all loved the pool, a great way to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Orchard Farmhouse and would have no problem recommending this beautiful house to friends and family. We liked eating on the terrace admiring the spectacular view of the Dordogne landscape. Great facilities for the children, especially in the games room. We had a brilliant restful time at Villa Funel as part of a longer tour of France. The location of the property was so tranquil with a beautiful garden and pool to relax in when not out sight seeing. The furnishings, towels and bedding were of good quality and there was plenty of everything you could possibly need. Carole and Jean Luc were very relaxed, friendly and helpful but we really seemed to have the place to ourselves with not a soul in sight which was perfect. We hope to return one day.

Wonderful time here in Sarlat. This house is perfect for seeing the area. Lots of great things to do within easy distance. The house is in a beautiful location and with the high temperatures this week the pool has been a godsend. Everything in the house is geared for visitors and it's really well equipped. This is my first time in the Dordogne and it's absolutely beautiful. I will certainly come back soon. Thank you Jackie and Geoff for a wonderful holiday.

Château La Roche-Posay is a very special place. The gite is super comfy and well appointed, with fantastic views over the river Creuse. Definitely worthy of its five star rating. Laura and Ian are highly professional, experienced chateau hosts who know how to look after their guests.
We loved Le Séchoir we have come home and booked for three weeks again next year. Positioned in the wooded hills above the village of Salviac. It's mixture of contemporary and old was perfect. The house is spacious and well equipped. Whilst the large swimming pool may seem remote from the house it is perfectly positioned for sun all day... that special last swim at the end of the day as the sunsets over the valley and the Rosé waits chilled!
What a fab house. We have enjoyed every last hook and cranny. Thanks for making sure we had all we needed to make a fabulous holiday and memories for us and the boys. Sad to leave.
