What an amazing house in a fantastic location. Now that we have returned to the UK, I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Le Grand Verger - just right for our family get together with plenty of space, everything we could ask for in the house and plenty of things to do in the local vicinity without necessarily getting in the car. Yet another Pure France property that has more than met our expectations!
We loved the house! Very equipped, very well decorated, the exterior is incredible with a space by the pool very pleasant. And the area is beautiful.

Thanks for an amazing holiday – just the break that we needed. A lovely property with everything you could need. Make sure you visit the market at L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue on Sunday morning – the best market by far, but be prepared for the crowds! If you are feeling adventurous, kayaking on the Dordogne was fab, if a long way (1.5 hours). Book through Get Your Guide – very easy. Hope to see Florence again.
We had a good week in the quiet In a setting conducive to recovery and rest. Pleasant stay that we recommend.
In June, we stayed for a fortnight at La Picholine. In the middle of the vineyards. Plenty of peace, space and beautiful views. The pool is great and beautiful views there too.

We would love to come back again x We have had an amazing week here at Maison La Pérouse. Oscar and Olive have both loved exploring the garden. Oscar has particularly enjoyed playing hide and seek in the wood, doing tricks on the trampoline and spotting fish in the pond. Our visit exceeded all our expectations. We came to this beautiful villa for a family reunion and a very special 60th birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the charm, beauty and atmosphere of this property. The villa is absolutely stunning with plenty of space for everyone to relax, socialise and enjoy quality family time together. The surroundings are breathtaking and all of us made memories to last lifetime. We will treasure this for years to come. If you would have us again, then we will be back. Thank you for opening your extraordinary home to our extended family. Our holiday at Château Périgord surpassed all expectations. The beauty of the area and of your home are perfect compliments. We enjoyed shopping the local markets and cooking together in the inviting kitchen. We loved our time spent in the pool and playing badminton, as well as the time simply enjoying our pleasant surroundings and views. We explored prehistoric caves and Médiéval villages, we tasted wines of the region, visited famous châteaux, took canoes down the Dordogne river and always ended the day eager to return and enjoy Château Périgord.
Weary of election nonsense and pandemic restrictions, we sought respite in France and found it at Colombat Cottage.
This is our 3rd visit and yet again we have had a lovely time. Weather a little more energetic than previously but still lovely and warm. So relaxing, peaceful and calm, with the advantage of Poitiers to explore and the fantastic bakeries nearby. Thank you so much again.
Feeling a little sad writing this as it means bidding farewell to a very special place but delighted to be leaving with some wonderful memories of an extremely enjoyable week.

Our family of 15 (aged between 1 - 64) have just enjoyed a fabulous week at this wonderful property. It is the most well equipped place we have ever stayed and all the extra touches (including small children's toys and books) ensured a relaxed and easy break for the whole family. Thank you for a lovely stay. The house is so comfortable and a great base to explore the region from. Highlights were Dinan, Le Mont-Saint-Michel and Faugères. We also loved driving through the countryside. The boulangerie in Bazouges-la-Pérouse was fantastic! We loved the welcome basket - it was such a thoughtful + helpful gift. We stayed in Maison Rohmer for 11 nights in June and thoroughly enjoyed the house and peaceful setting at the end of a private track. Everything was very clean and well furnished with excellent bathrooms and plenty of hot water. We swam in the pool every day bar one, when there was a big thunderstorm that drenched the area and had a strange effect of gradually turning the colour of the water in the pool to green, but was perfectly ok to swim in. The owner was on hand to answer any queries we had despite being in the USA at the time of our stay, something that we both appreciated greatly. Gordes and the area around was lovely with so many beautiful towns and villages to explore on foot or bike or car, a great area of France to return to again.
Thank you so much for your beautiful house and what was a lovely holiday! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves – everyone agreed it was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. We will certainly keep you in mind for another trip – it’s rare we find a property that the whole family really love – so thank you once again!

Peter and I just returned from our holiday in France and I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our week at les Marquises! The property is just lovely- the views from the terrace and the master bath really are stunning. The kitchen was a pleasure to use, everything one needed was provided. I know you did nt arrange this but the weather was superb-sun and very warm temps every day. It was a pleasure to return to the pool and cool off with a view of the vineyards! We even got to see the grape harvest in the fields directly behind the pool! We found the location perfect -close to Nyons but super quiet and private. This charming home is cleverly decorated and very comfortable. I also found booking with Pure France wonderful- fast replies, easy payment and most helpful responses to any questions I had. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay at this unique property and to explore a beautiful part of Provence. A la prochaine!
