We have all very much enjoyed our stay at Les Averries. The cottage is beautiful, charming and comfortable in all ways. The gardens, magnificent. The hosts, most gracious. We also enjoyed the pool. The lovely village, a short walk or bicycle ride away, has all that one might need. This is a perfect place for unhurried days and visits to the many nearby attractions, there is much to see and do for all ages. Young and old enjoyed the magnificent château. We do so hope to return.
Wonderful holiday in this beautiful and stylish home! The house has been refurbished to a very high specification and the bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are luxuriously contemporary. The kitchen is impressively well equipped. There is so much to do in the area which is steeped in history and blessed with natural beauty. The Roman ruins at Vaison are a must- see. We were amazed to find the largest archaeological site in France just down the road and the medieval town, on the other side of the river, with its winding streets, is charming. We found it hard to tear ourselves away from the stunning views and the peace and tranquility of the gardens and pool but outings to the hilltop villages of Seguret and Venasque and a wine tasting in Gigondas or Châteauneuf du Pape are experiences not to be missed!
Large family holiday, ages varying from 2-60. Beautiful house, great outdoor area with outside pergola and table plenty big enough to sit all 13 of us which was great. As in description location is very rural so definitely need cars - supermarket is 10 minutes drive away. Estelle was very helpful leading up to our holiday, and during our stay. Answering all our questions and popped by to make sure we were happy with everything. Local area very pretty, but we stayed in August and everywhere was deserted! Apparently lots of places in France shut down in August. Very well equipped house for great holiday.
From the moment I arrived at Les Cazettes, I was completely mesmerised by it. Every corner of the villa has the most beautiful architecture, thoughtful design and authentic charm in every detail, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Each room is a masterpiece. All that beautiful furniture and chandeliers speak of timeless elegance and gives it much more personality than any modern soulless contemporary interior designs that is more common to find among luxury villas. As someone who deeply values nature, the villa's surroundings became my nirvana place. With colourful fields that seem to stretch infinitely and forests that attract to explore it, there’s a certain magic that Les Cazettes holds. The air here is different - it’s charged with an energy so vibrant, yet very calming. It's rare to find a place that can give you the feeling of being home, especially when you're miles away from what you’ve always known. It’s an oasis where happiness isn’t just felt, it's lived. I've spent such beautiful moments here, makes me feel so warmly nostalgic as I write this review. Bring your favourite people with you and step into that bubble that feels from another world. A place where joy isn’t just a sporadic emotion but a permanent atmosphere that surrounds you. It's not just a holiday spot - it’s an experience, a journey, a lifestyle that I never wanted to end. We have just finished a very relaxing and enjoyable two week stay in Mas Saint-Martial. The house was very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is large with plenty of shade to enjoy when the weather is warm. The pool is one of the nicest we have enjoyed in any of gites we have stayed at in France. Long enough to swim for exercise and comfortably warm. The owners live in the adjacent building and were very welcoming and able to advise about local shopping, restaurants, but not at all intrusive. This is a quiet corner of rural France, but there was plenty to see and visit locally, with easy access to bakery and shops and good restaurants nearby. Some of the best value was the lunch in the local restaurant in Saint Martial.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Sauveterre-la-Lémance and cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Our group consisted of eight people across three generations, and the villa catered perfectly for everyone. There was plenty of space to spend quality time together while also allowing each family member to enjoy their own space when they wanted to relax. It really was the ideal setting for a multi-generational family holiday. Our hosts were exceptional. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived, always happy to offer help, local recommendations, or advice whenever we needed it. Their hospitality genuinely made us feel at home and added to what was already a fantastic experience. We were fortunate to have fantastic weather throughout our stay, allowing us to make full use of the excellent facilities. The villa exceeded our expectations and was exactly as shown in the Oliver's Travels photographs. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
Just a quick note to thank you for organising our week’s holiday at Domaine de Brugairolles. We had a great time all together and enjoyed being at the Domaine. Annoyingly the weather wasn’t very good which slightly changed the dynamics of the holiday! But we enjoyed visiting Carcassonne, Mirepoix and Limoux – it’s a very attractive part of France. The four houses are well appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool area with the fabulous kitchen/dining/lounging area is great. The kitchen has all one wants with lots of fridges. It’s the real highlight of the venue! We also enjoyed being close to the Vineyard, its restaurant and its separate bar. The walks too all around the vineyard and the sleepy village of Brugairolles are great. Another plus are all the sporting facilities. Zoe, the Manager, was extremely helpful, cooked and left us a delicious dinner on the night of our arrival and was generally friendly as was her daughter Melissa. Many thanks again for your help.
What a fabulous week we have had with great friends in this lovely villa. Thanks Galina for making us so welcome. The villa has answered all our needs, have loved the pool, boules court and the bikes have been great to get out and explore.

We spent, with our 4 children, stepchildren and our 2 granddaughters, 2 weeks of extraordinary holidays at Domaine Rabassie, from September 12 to 26. Domaine Rabassie is a magnificent place, a true haven of peace, beautifully decorated and more than comfortable. The photos on the site are already very pretty, but the reality is even better. What about the facilities: the super hyper equipped kitchen, the bedding (super comfortable king size beds), the heated swimming pool and its many sun beds, the pizza oven (homemade pizzas cooked on wood, a delight!), Billiard, the ping-pong table and….. the tennis court with, what's more, night lighting. We played tennis games at all hours…. a real pleasure. We cannot, of course, talk about Domaine Rabassie, without talking about the caretakers who live 2 km from the Domaine. They take care of the Estate with passion and perfection, they are charming and so dedicated. They greatly contributed to the success of our vacation. Many thanks to them. Thank you also to the owner for the hospitality (without forgetting the Blanquette de Limoux as a welcome gift). You feel at home at Domaine Rabassie. Holidays to live or relive without any hesitation.

We have stayed in many different holiday properties in Europe but this one was certainly one of the very best. The house was well equipped and comfortable, the location excellent and the pool area perfect. We were sorry to leave - there was so much to see and do in the area. We would be very pleased to book the Villa again.

We have absolutely loved staying here. It's a stunning place - both inside and out. We enjoyed cooking meals in the excellent kitchen, eating on the terrace and had great times pool-side. Highlights had to be: pool, Pézenas, people of Servian so so friendly and the table tennis gave many hours of fun and laughter.
In June, we stayed for a fortnight at L'Oliveraie. In the middle of the vineyards. Plenty of peace, space and beautiful views. The pool is great and beautiful views there too.
This is a beautiful property and it is well taken care of. We had everything we could possibly think of to enjoy an amazing weekend with family. I imagine this estate as a perfect venue for anything from a group holiday to a wedding. We would definitely stay again.
We had a lovely weeks break at this beautiful house in this lovely old historic town. The food was lovely, the beach 20 minutes away was nice and quiet and our children absolutely loved it there as well as enjoying the lovely and very warm pool! The house itself caters for all your needs. A perfect week away at a beautiful house in the perfect location for you to enjoy all the area has to offer.
I have stayed in this property twice now, once with family and once with a group. Both times have been excellent. The villa itself is large, spacious with all the facilities you will ever need and very well maintained. On the last visit, it was noticeable that money had been spent modernising the interior. The key asset is the large pool which is fantastic. We spent most of our time using the kitchen and barbeque area in the pool house and dipping in and out of the pool. Very relaxing. The grounds are large too so plenty of space for the kids to run around safely. Vidauban itself is a traditional French village with shops, cafés and restaurants around the town square etc. and slightly further afield good access to the Côte d'Azur, several water parks and the gorgeous and picturesque Lac du Verdon, with a plethora of water activities from windsurfing, to pedal boat rentals and of course a great number of Vineyards to sample the local Rose wine. Recommend very highly.
We have been renting villas in the south of France for over 20 years and we just say that owner of Maison des Communes has been the best host we have ever had. From the very generous welcoming gifts to the twice weekly breakfast deliveries to the excellent meal in Pourquoi Pas, he could not have done any more for us. Masion is ideally located, has a lovely pool and sturdy bikes. We had great fun cycling through the vineyards to Montady, capestang, Cazouls and also along the Canal du Midi. A great location for a group of friends on an extended holiday. Merci beaucoup.

Ideally located close to the Dordogne and Sarlat, Le Borghesia offers great services in a preserved and calm environment. Its interior layout perfectly combines the charm of the old with modern comfort. The decoration, partly composed of family furniture and paintings, adds a touch of soul to this charming farmhouse where we spent a very pleasant week. The very welcoming owners are a wealth of information about the region. One regret, not having had time to visit their other rentals located close to Borghesia.
We found the villa straightaway and were very pleased with the quality of the accommodation. Jacky was a great guy who made us feel at home and at ease.
We all had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation suited us so well, we were very lucky with the weather and the pool was perfect, such a great place to relax. We enjoyed eating outside looking at the wonderful views to the Mediterranean.
Thanks for a lovely two weeks here at Piglet. We have absolutely loved staying here. Thanks for such a warm welcome and the extra touches, too ! We've loved getting to know the village and will miss our café noisettes and glass of wine at the café. And the crepes and ice cream are fabulous. Loved exploring the area, especially the Plages des Belugas.
