Mas de Clouze is a stunning, peaceful place! We had an amazing family holiday, and the setting was absolutely beautiful. We loved exploring the grounds and lounging by the pool, and eating on the patio and in the bar area was a real treat. There’s plenty to do around the gite, too - great walks, pétanque, table tennis and of course the heated swimming pool.
We have been visiting France on a regular basis for very many years. In more recent times we have been searching for a place that we might return to, and return to; a home away from home. We need look no more. The Loft is beautiful and a testament to great care and wonderful taste. The garden is inspirational, Mack and Mabel are a delight and Rieux is just what we had hoped for. Above all we think that we have been fortunate in meeting such kind and wonderful hosts who we now regard as friends. In summary our whole experience has been truly exceptional.
We have been coming to the south of France for over 20 years and Maison Theron was the best we have stayed in. The decor, furnishings and bedding were such good quality, we felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel! The local housekeeper did an amazing job as the house was spotless when we arrived. Thank you so much we will definitely be back!

The villa lives up to the photos and description and the location, in the heights of Saint-Raphaël, allows you to avoid the traffic down there! We recommend because we had a vacation as we hoped!
We have had a fantastic, relaxing week here. The house is amazing and has everything you could need. Lots of great places to visit nearby. The children loved the pool and table tennis. Our hosts have been very helpful and welcoming. We would love to come back again.

I've had the privilege to stay at Villa Lavinière for three weeks and have felt welcomed, relaxed every day. Cycling to nearby by villages, visiting the vineyards and enjoying the sun and the wine of the local area are all highly recommended. Thank you for allowing me to stay for this very special get away. I will cherish the memory of the time here.

Torn between seeing the countryside, castles, vineyards and markets versus walking, canoeing or swimming, or just relaxing in the garden beside the pool ; too much choice! May 2024 A lovely well presented place to stay with everything you need in a cozy, clean house. Pool was lovely and heated for us even in early May. Close to Carcassonne and loads of nice local walks. Peaceful village.
Such a beautiful house! Had a lovely relaxing holiday. Visited Sarlat, Bergerac and Périgueux - would recommend Sunday morning market in Aubeterre. Will miss waking up to the sound of the countryside.

Thank you so much for arranging our stay in Maison Augustin. The house was marvellous and ideal for our family of 14. Four children, three partners and five grandchildren, ranging from 10 months to twenty years. They all thought it was a great location. In rural France but with a bar a couple of hundred metres away! The pool was much used by one and all with a ceremonial whole family jump on the last night (excluding 10 month old Alice!)
We have had a wonderfully pleasant stay at Le Malardier. The weather was very hot for a few days and much rain is needed. The views and layout of the property are very suitable for a large family group. The years of construction and design have really paid off. So, thank you for your kind hospitality.
We had a wonderful week in La Tourouzelle. The large pool and adjoining deck was a gift in the strong sun. The house has everything you would want, with each bed and couch as comfortable as the next! The view from the terrace, taking in the vines, the woods and even the Pyrénées is breathtaking!
We have had a really lovely week at La Maison Cabanon. It was great to feel home from home here. All the children relaxed straight away. We had a couple of cloudy days so went to Baux de Provence. Saint Remy de Provence market (Wednesday mornings) and explored L 'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue - all nice things to do. But we mainly enjoyed the fab pool! Beautiful surroundings, lovely atmosphere. We are finally home and now reflecting on happy memories of our wonderful holiday in France and particularly our 10 nights spent here. Where do we begin to ever thank you for all that you did and for making our holiday so special. We felt like we had our own personal butler looking after us throughout our stay. Even prior to our arrival we welcomed the emails, the ease of booking and then promptly replying to any query that we had , as well as the phone call to offer help and support the week before we were scheduled to arrive. We really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies and all the other little things that you had thoughtfully put in the fridge, making our arrival into the gîte a very warm and welcome one. Your 'blood, sweat and tears' have truly paid off as we could see the attention to detail that has gone in to making this a luxury gîte for your guests. We noticed the quality of furnishings and fittings, bed linen, sumptuous soft towels and then separate towels laid out for us by the pool, all of which made for an exciting stay ahead! The beds were extremely comfortable and accompanied by the peace and tranquility at night meant we both woke each morning feeling fully refreshed! We particularly enjoyed our time spent around the swimming pool and also using the outdoor kitchen/BBQ. Everything was spotlessly clean and we know that you ensured the pool area was cleaned down for us every morning. We were blessed with good weather too. The views from the terrace were stunning and we never tired from sitting there overlooking the local Cuzorn area and the valley beyond. It was a pleasure getting to know you and hearing about your journey from Essex to Lot-et-Garonne. For us, as first guests it was a privilege staying at Lasserre and we will be talking about you and our holiday for years to come. I equally hope that for you and Kate your first guests did not let you down and we have left a wonderful impression on you too! We sincerely hope that you are rewarded for the fruits of your labour and whilst we would like you to have a busy season, just secretly we would like to keep this little bit of heaven purely for us!
We have had a splendid time here and greatly enjoyed the villa. It was very relaxing and comfortable place with incredible views over the vineyards and hill. We spent a lot of time by the pool but also explored the neighbouring sights - Roquebrun was great fun and we also liked Minerve and managed to get down to the coast at Cabaues-les-Fleury.
Feel good in Cannes. Very high quality equipment, Kitchen complete with everything you need and more.
Who would have guessed you could have daily swims in April? This fabulous pool really was the star. The apartment is well equipped and immaculately clean. The village is a comfortable walk away and there's an excellent ELeclerc grocery that's a short drive. (You will need a car if you intend to go anywhere once you've arrived. Get a small non-electric one.) We've already booked our next stay.
What a privilege to spend a week in this beautiful environment. The facilities have been fantastic, we’ve enjoyed being active or lazy. It is a lovely area, views in the day - perfect, skies full of stars at night. Thank you for a perfect holiday.
Fab location. Well-equipped house. Lovely setting. La Ripaille was a fab restaurant to visit.
The place is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it enough justice. The grounds are spacious, there’s a huge garden with everything you need in terms of a pool, BBQ, play area, etc. You have your own driveway and a covered car park.
An Amazing Place. This is an amazing place to stay and Michael and Denise made us feel so welcome with their warm, attentive hospitality. The villa was immaculately presented with everything one might need. The swimming pool is wonderful, warm, clean and you might want to spend lots of time in there. We wish to thank Michael and Denise for a wonderful holiday, we highly recommend this beautiful place and hope to be back there very soon.
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bellara. Jean-Luc is a great host and explained all we needed to know upon arrival. The villa is spacious and has all the facilities you’ll need. Its location is perfect - no need for a car: boulangerie, supermarket, beach and restaurants all within a short walk, as is the train station which allows quick and cheap access to other resorts along the coast. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.
We had a truly fantastic family holiday for 6 adults and 4 children in this wonderful house in this stunning location. The house is spacious, imaginative, inviting, well equipped and has everything needed for a break away from it all. We chose to eat outside for every meal and were able to make the most of the different perspectives and views that the house offers. We loved the cooler early mornings watching the cattle and buzzard, the shade of the trees or the pool house in the heat of the day and the breeze in the evenings as we watched the clear constellations above us. The owners, Richard and Gaye, had exactly the right balance of friendliness and attentiveness if needed tempered with discretion about our privacy. We didn't explore the area as much as we had intended because the house provides so much and we really do hope to plan another holiday here in the near future.
We had the most fabulous 2 weeks - Maison de Saint-Jean is amazing and it is so well equipped that we didn't lack anything at all.
