What a beautiful, well appointed home in a wonderful location. Despite the odd bit of rain we and our guests enjoyed our two week stay immensely. Thank you to the owners who were perfect hosts – helpful, friendly and on hand when needed, without encroaching an inch on our privacy. We could not have asked for more, either of you or of Domaine de Nérige. You have designed the perfect holiday home and we and our guests would have been happy to stay longer, much longer. We spent 2 weeks at Mas Saint-Cernin. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. John and Lesley provided excellent information before our arrival about the property, the local area and very clear travel directions. There was even a welcome basket of essentials for our breakfast on arrival. We had a fabulous time and hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful holiday at La Maison Blanche. The location is stunning, a huge garden with a large pool - overlooking a field of sunflowers when we were there. We were two couples with two older children and the house is very spacious and beautifully furnished. The location is very peaceful. Whilst that means that shops, local markets and restaurants are not within walking distance the house is very well equipped, both for cooking and barbequeing as well as entertainment with the pool, table tennis and games. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your gorgeous Piglet. You are both fabulous hosts - producing treats from your garden, wine and local knowledge. We loved staying here with the swimming pool, the garden and walking into Vouvant to try out the local cafés and restaurants.
Having been to multiple self-catering houses across Southern France over the 20 or so years, we thought we had a fair idea of what to expect. This blew all the others out of the water! The pictures provided here do not do it justice. A converted barn, it has been beautifully restored and is kept in immaculate condition. Perfectly equipped for any family, come rain or shine, we felt at home on arrival. On cloudier days there was more than enough room for us all to be comfortable inside when finished sightseeing. Brand new kitchen appliances and utensils made cooking a pleasure, whether inside or on the barbecue provided. Stunning vista from the decked outside eating area, looking out across the local bastide towns provides a great backdrop - with sun at breakfast and evening shade perfect for aperitifs. The garden is beautiful, with aromatic French lavender really setting it off. But the pool was the star, with its salt water and gentle warmth giving it a luxurious, bath–like feel. Its generous proportions meant there were 5 of us comfortably bobbing about in it at times... in all honesty, that was where we spent most of our time! It's not an exaggeration to say that this house made our holiday - we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone travelling to the region, as it truly takes the stress out of self-catering.
Our family of 10 stayed here for a week and we loved every minute. The attention to detail in the chateau was wonderful. Everything we could have needed was provided. Philippe and Frederique were the most wonderful hosts. We highly recommend Chateau de Marquisat!
We had the most amazing stay at Château Périgord. Twelve friends of 38 years celebrated two 65th birthday, one 60th birthday, two retirements and one 21st birthday. We couldn't think of a better place to celebrate. The house is magnificent and catered for all our needs. The owners have been amazing, thank you for all your recommendations. We will miss this place terribly, but what amazing memories we have, thank you!
We have had such a wonderful stay at Cottage du Jardin here in beautiful Périgord Noir. It has been the perfect base for exploring this stunning region of France. During our time here, we've enjoyedvisiting the charming nearby villages and towns, including Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, Montignac, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, Domme, and the beautiful villages of Fanlac and Saint-Géniès. Highlights include: the fascinating Lascaux IV, the peaceful gardens of the Manoir d'Eyrignac, the impressive Château de Beynac and the breathtaking views of the Dordogne River from Domme, Beynac and La Roque-Gageac. We also walked locally, taking in the scenery of the village, the Vézère River and even strolled to see the Château de Losse. Our holiday has been extremely relaxing -- just what we needed. Thank you Caterina and Steve for a delightful stay in such a beautiful cottage and for your welcome and friendliness. We will be back!
Our two week stay at this fantastic French villa has been the highlight of our summer. A massive thank-you must go to Philippe. From day one he has been an amazing host, bringing us personalised bread and breakfast pastries and taking Ed wine tasting. We loved our restaurant visit also organised by Philippe to La Tour in Montady. He has been our go-to for tourist information and local knowledge, from beach recommendations to where to buy a birthday cake. On top of that, our dogs (Bella and Luna) have loved him. The villa itself is gorgeous and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We’ve enjoyed days around the pool, barbecues in the evenings and games in the salon after many wonderful little excursions that surround Maureilhan. We do not want to leave! Mais c’est la vie!
We stayed with our 2 children aged 5 and 7 and had a wonderful time. There are plenty of things to do nearby and the accomodation was well equiped and great for a family holiday. The pool is wonderful for long hot afternoons and there is lots of outdoor space to explore. The hosts were very helpful and I would recommend this place to my friends.
We've had an excellent time in this beautiful villa. Sunbathing by the pool, swimming and rock climbing (just some of the things we've done). We hope to be back next year.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Provence, we highly recommend this estate (La Bastide 1718) for 8 days to accommodate 35 people for our wedding. We had planned activities throughout the week: hiking, yoga, visiting the butterfly garden without forgetting a visit to a cellar. Our group loved it! We organized the welcome reception, the wedding ceremony, the wedding lunch, dinner and the post brunch at various locations in the Bastide. It was so magical that we thought we were in a dream. The property still has a few things to improve for event planning and long stays but Thomas was welcoming and once there everything was perfect. The wine is also delicious. We love their 10 Euro rosé and drank cases of it during our stay. Their white wines are also very, very good. Their wine is delicious and hard to find in the United States! Overall, I highly recommend staying here. It will clear your mind as you are surrounded by nature, wildlife and vineyards that stretch endlessly. We enjoyed hiking right next to the property every morning. For a city break, you are 45 minutes from the coast, 40 minutes from old Hyères, which is our favorite Provençal town and 10 minutes from a Michelin star restaurant in La Celle. We highly recommend. Their olive oil is also delicious!
Maison Bourriette is a wonderful place to stay! In a peaceful location. it’s a perfect getaway with cool indoor spaces and beautiful tranquil outdoor spaces. The house boasts wonderful views across the valley, with many routes from the house for walks or runs. The village is a short walk away and has a well stocked traditional market, an outdoor gym for those feeling active! The artificial beach in the village also allows for swimming or relaxing and the local pizza restaurant completes the day! We have visited more than once and each stay is relaxing, with friendly, helpful hosts. We will definitely go back to this hidden gem!

We had a pleasant stay, the region is magnificent and reveals some treasures. Up to you to discover them !!! Lots of activities to do (pony riding, boat rides, Europarc, Lunaparc, jetski, city visits: Béziers, Cap d'Agde, Valras Plage... But our stay would not have been complete without talking about this wonderful villa which offers incredible comfort. The swimming pool is great and for relaxation, it's the best! We stayed at the end of June to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday with family and friends (16 of us). The setting is beautiful and looks out over a valley which is particularly nice in the evenings whilst relaxing on the terrace with a wine or two. We had a fabulous holiday. There's something for everyone at the château, lots of activities in the sports hall to keep everyone occupied but what we especially enjoyed was the vintage swimming pool and the golf course which was challenging but enormous fun. Our week flew by far too quickly and we will certainly look to return. Thank you to the owners Nicky and Richard for making us feel so welcome and for making my wife's birthday such a special occasion.
We've had a blissful week here. The house is beautifully and very stylishly renovated and is extremely comfortable and easy to live in. The surrounding environment is stunning. We've loved picking fresh figs straight from the tree breakfast and getting to know the local wines.
Beautiful French villa in the heart of Provence. Great Villa with an amazing panoramic view. I enjoyed the open space layout of the house, the ample kitchen fully equipped, the modern amenities and the overall functionality of the house. Outside on the large terrace we had many sunset dinners sipping rose wine. We also spent a lot of time in the pool. Central to beaches, shopping centres, restaurants, historic landmarks, airports etc. Prompt response from the owners for anything you needed. Overall great experience. Highly recommend it.
Such bliss, stunning retreat with luxury home comforts We have stayed 2 years in a row and have loved every minute. Relaxing, peaceful, comfortable luxury accommodation with everything a family or group could wish for. Manoir de Saux is very well appointed, with luxurious beds and lovely en suites. The heated pool is generous, as are the grounds and reception areas. Set in tranquil countryside yet within a short drive of picturesque historic towns.
Great spacious house with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults both inside and out with a suitably large pool. Would also suit 2 families holidaying together. Good peaceful location with all essential amenities within walking distance e.g. supermarket ; restaurant; butcher; etc. and easy driving distance to other local villages and Béziers. We had a great time here and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Lavinière and visited lots of beautiful places in the region. Villa Lavinière is a very cozy house, decorated with good taste and well equipped! Thank you.

In June, we stayed for a fortnight at L'Oliveraie. In the middle of the vineyards. Plenty of peace, space and beautiful views. The pool is great and beautiful views there too.
