This home is spacious and beautifully appointed with spectacular views that offer an ever-changing backdrop. We found the early mornings particularly beautiful and loved watching the amazing sunsets sitting by the pool or on the veranda. This stylish and well-equipped home from home was a truly wonderful place to stay and had everything we could wish for to have a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to returning very soon.
We have had the most wonderful week at Malardier. We have enjoyed every minute. The layout of the house is a godsend - allowing all three generations of family to have our own space. Thank you SO much!

Maison Theron is spotlessly clean and immaculately presented, we couldn’t have been happier and would have been delighted to spend much longer there. Great beds - very comfortable a lovely living space and a private and cleverly done garden with a pool. This quiet and calming home is a wonderful find.
Maison Des Vignobles is a property full of character features and a really high level of facilities with thoughtful finishing touches. Very spacious downstairs is complemented by a superb master bedroom with large en suite looking out over the neighbouring vineyard. Top quality plumbing next to period features is always good! Debbie was the perfect neighbour/owner, being super helpful and generous with a welcome pack and her local knowledge. The laundry room with local products for sale (including wine) was an unexpected bonus. The courtyard, pool and gardens are all lovely, though one tiny shame is that they are on the other side of the house from the big view across the vineyard - but many of the windows have that view so no reason to miss the sunsets and stars.
We have had a wonderfully relaxing week in an idyllic location - thank you very much. C'est magnifique.
Back home, I simply wanted to thank you very much for the exceptional welcome you gave us during our long weekend in Maureilhan. As we told you this morning, we had a great time at Maison des Communes – and we greatly appreciated your extraordinary generosity. With cheese platter, wine and pastries, it was close to incredible. Certainly, we have never before benefited from such generosity when renting in France, in the UK or elsewhere. And as you well know, your home is just as remarkable, with a mix of styles and moods that make it as interesting as it is luxurious and welcoming. We really didn't want to leave this morning... So a big thank you once again and hopefully see you soon.
Just to say thank you. We had a lovely time and your home was wonderful and we will recommend. I don't think that there is anything you could improve! Thanks also for arranging great weather! We had managed to get around to quite a few of the places you recommended and had some very nice meals in Pézenas and Neffiès. Hope to be back at some point.

We certainly appreciated the supper that you provided for us on the first night - much appreciated after a day of travel. In 25 years of renting houses for our summer holidays, Château Mabrouke truly topped the lot! Ed and Katie have kept it as a family home which gives the house a lovely ambiance and makes it so welcoming and interesting. We loved the artworks, both in the house and the garden. The guide to the house, helpfully shared in advance, was comprehensive. It meant we weren't struggling to work anything out for ourselves and the information on the local area was really helpful. The local team gave us a lovely welcome too and looked after us flawlessly throughout our stay. The rooms all have great character and were very comfortable indeed. The hilltop setting gives outstanding vistas all round and the terraces surrounding the house and pool offered the best of the sun at all points of the day, particularly sunsets at dinner. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped and the cooker is fabulous. Martin and Philippa, who Katie recommended, cooked a wonderful meal for us and were thoroughly engaging company. There is so much to do, in and around the house and in the local area, that it was hard to do it all justice in a mere two weeks. A day's white water rafting and kayaking with Eau Vive at Foix was a big highlight.
Having stayed at your property, we would like to thank you for the nice holiday we had. The house, the organisation, all was perfect. Also Gary and Louise, fantastic persons, very friendly and helpful. Long time since I experienced such a perfect service from A to Z.

Once again there are no words that can really explain what a wonderful time we have had and how fantastic the Loft and the grounds are. Your hospitality is more than we could have asked for. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay here permanently as it’s difficult to leave the place! Until the next time ( and yes, there will be a next time ), au revoir - not goodbye.
Superb house that has preserved the charm of yesteryear. The exteriors are beautiful with a huge garden and woods adjacent to it. We had a very relaxing stay with our friends and children. We had an excellent stay in March in this large, very well appointed and superbly equipped house to accommodate our group of 11 people. Beautiful amenities in the house, quality bedding and a paradise for children. With its large swimming pool, its two terraces and its numerous outdoor games, the area must be even more appreciated in the summer season. We highly recommend this rental, ideal for large families or groups of friends. We were able to discover an enchanting setting in the region. We enjoyed the calm and beauty of the surrounding countryside. Obviously, we couldn't resist the desire to taste the extraordinary local products (wines, gastronomy, etc.). An exceptional place in which we will return for a vacation.
Thank you for your hospitality. We really appreciated the breakfast items and the wine and cheese. The meal at Le Pourquoi Pas was amazing although we had a bit of an adventure finding it! Lovely weather in the first half of the week but a shame we had wind and rain in the last few days. Good meal at Pizzeria La Cremade in Béziers Villeneuvre - next to a lock on the Canal du Midi. Worth visiting the Nine Locks as well. Enjoyed the beach at Serignan. Merci Beaucoup. Thank you for petit velo.

Our stay here has been most enjoyable. The villa is very comfortable and a pleasant mixture of modern and antique décor. The pool has been used every day, even though the weather has become a little cooler at the end of September. Bessan is well situated for visiting lots of interesting places. We have been made to feel must welcome by Lisbeth

The house is pleasant and the host is welcoming. There is space for a large group. It is easy to park in front of the house and there is also an option to park in the garden. Well located, you can buy bread on the houseboat across the bridge and the bookstore is a must!

Superb property with all the comforts. We spent a week in July 2023 with family and loved the beauty of this area. The infinity pool, the jacuzzi and the ping-pong table delighted the children.
