We have had a fantastic stay in Rieux-Minervois thanks to your kind and generous hospitality! The Loft is beautiful and filled with everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kitchen felt modern and easy to cook in; the beds were extremely comfortable and the pool and garden were splendidly kept. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful property. It was so comfortable and relaxing, with enough space for peace whenever we needed it.
We were absolutely overwhelmed by beauty, tranquility and views surrounding the wonderful home. Such a privilege to spend time here forming special memories with the family - especially celebrating a significant birthday! We enjoyed the gorgeous pool, BBQ'd, had a vineyard tour and wine tasting, kayaked on the Dordogne and much more. Frédéric's warmth, helpfulness and attention to detail was very much appreciated- we can't praise the level of service and thoughtfulness enough! Thank you so much!

A Great Week in Provence. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mas Paradou. The home and setting fit beautifully in the quaint little village of Le Paradou. We loved the proximity to the markets and relaxing by the pool while enjoying the local food and wine. It was great to be able to walk to boulangerie every morning and we loved dining at the house as well as the surrounding restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped and the Viking stove is a plus. The owner was very accommodating and provided lots of information about the surrounding villages and markets. You couldn't pick a better locale.
Here we are again! The Loft and it’s setting never loses its WOW! factor; we have had yet another ( fifth ) visit, having enjoyed the garden, pool, local area and not least your wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much - an oasis of calm in the Covid-19 storm! The measures you have taken to protect guests have been executed with your usual discretion and thoroughness, allowing us to truly relax.
A beautiful home in a beautiful village, so much hospitality and the house had everything we needed. We did not want to leave! :) La Table de Jean is a much recommended restaurant, fantastic food and people. Lovely stay.
A fantastic home on the border of the Dordogne and Bordeaux. The house and garden were amazing. It's a "home" rather than a rental and we loved this. It has everything you need and it has a lovely warm feeling to it. We had a lovely 4-week stay here. The house managers were fantastic and we were very sad to say goodbye and gave us loads of great tips on places to go. Lac Jemaye, the food festival in Le Pizou, local markets, canoeing near Montpon, local farm shop that sold milk straight from the dairy etc. The standout for us was wine tasting around Pomerol and Saint-Émilion - we ended up doing three wine tasting days! St Emillion really is one of the most beautiful villages you could ever hope to visit. It's ground zero for wine and it's steeped in history. We miss the château terribly. Hopefully one day we will return.

This is an updated and more comprehensive review of our stay in June at the wonderful Maison des Cordeliers in Sarlat. After a very long journey down to Sarlat from Calais via Orleans through some frankly biblical rain storms, it was a relief to arrive at such a welcoming home! The house was very cosy and had all the home comforts you would want. The beds were super comfortable (that's saying something from a fussy bed person) and there was plenty of storage for luggage. Kitchen and living area were again stocked with all you needed and the satellite TV was a bonus for the Euros! As the weather improved, we spent a lot of time round the lovely pool or when it got too hot the veranda was a welcome spot to get some shade and relax with a book. The air con was also massively appreciated! We had never stayed in this part of France before, normally heading to Provence or the Côte d'Azur, but the town did not disappoint. Beautiful medieval architecture, fabulous markets and lovely shops and restaurants. Sarlat is a real wonder and the fact it's an easy 5 minute stroll from the house is such a bonus. I can honestly say we had a wonderful, relaxing, break at Maison des Cordeliers and would be delighted to stay again the next time we find ourselves in the Dordogne.
I am writing to say what a wonderful time we had at Les Rocans during the week of 3th-10th August. It suited all our needs and we were amazed by the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings.

Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful home. Despite the unseasonable weather we had a fantastic time here and have thoroughly enjoyed the house, pool and gardens. The views are spectacular. Frédéric is a gem, he has been so very friendly and welcoming, always contactable and helpful even in the thunderstorm and following power cut. We will take away photos and memories that will last long into the future.
The chalet: a real jewel in the heart of a magnificent valley, the spacious and sunny terrace with a breathtaking view. Games room, sauna and jacuzzi allowed us to spend very good times with family. Modern amenities make everyday life easier. The "artistic" decoration soothes the mind and opens to daydreaming.
We had a lovely time. Such a cosy comfortable, peaceful place to stay. We are sorry to leave!
We rented Château Savigny for the Pentecost weekend with 5 families. The castle has 5 large bedrooms with annexes for children who are very appreciated. Downstairs, the living and the kitchen are very large. The estate is gigantic and stunning. We were hosted very well and the host was always available. Lots of play for the kids available. Finally the pool not even heated was a real treat for 3 days for the children. I recommend the estate to everyone, you will have an extraordinary stay.
We had a wonderful week at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious house is very well equipped. The swimming pool is incredibly warm and the children (even the baby) spent hours in it. The shaded area by the pool was essential as the weather was really hot. We loved the area. It is fairly rural but with easy access to the town. The house is very child friendly with toys, high chairs and plastic bowls and plates and lots of pool accessories. All of which were appreciated by our 5 grandchildren. A fabulous, relaxing holiday. We were so impressed with the quality of this home with a high contemporary finish in every room. The kitchen and lounge dinner opens onto an exquisite terrace with far reaching views and ideal for outdoor dinning . Loved the pool area with private patio. This is in the centre of a charming village with all amenities. The unspoilt coastline is stunning and to think it's under an hour from the airport. We would strongly recommend this home and we can't wait to return. Did we forget to mention it's also exceptional value for money.
Such an amazing experience! We had an amazing experience at Les Fumerates. The place is sparkling clean, amenities top notch and the view from the infinity pool is beautiful. We were a bit tired when we arrived the first day and ended up spending the evening at the villa, having a couple of drinks in the garden, overlooking the pool and it was such an amazing experience. The hosts have put in a lot of thought in the arrangements and it shows. We highly recommend.

I stayed at this stunning villa with my three children (13, 12 and 10). It is a beautiful home set on a gorgeous property with lots of things to do in the area and within a 30 minute drive. After a day of touring around, the deck and pool area are perfect for sipping some local wines and looking out at the incredible views. It has all the amenities needed for a great family holiday. I highly recommend it!
We just wanted to let you know everything is great here and we are all having a wonderful time. What a fabulous house with so much character! It is working perfectly for us; we absolutely love it. We can't get over how well set up it is. And we are having so much fun in the pool. This is the perfect place for us! This beautifully maintained property is less than two hours outside of Paris. We never wanted to leave the grounds, there is everything to keep the kids happy: miles to run, pool, tennis and playhouse. We adults lazed all day by the pool while the children run happy and wild on the enclosed grounds. The owner gave us wonderful recommendations for off the beaten path wine tastings. Make sure she shows you the mill across the stream where they make the best croissants and bread. The layout of the château allows for several families to enjoy a vacation together, while maintaining peaceful, private moments. Best family vacation ever.
We have just returned from Villa La Baronne where our family of 15 had a wonderful time! The villa is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. It is in an ideal location, less than a 10 minute drive to the nearest supermarket.
