We enjoyed our stay at Villa des Pivoines Sérignan. A very beautiful villa, nicely located in a quiet area. The private pool was truly a treat! Eva was very responsive to our questions and was easy to contact. We can certainly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to return if we are in the area again.

Fabulous week learning about wine in an amazing setting. Manoir Lemance is the most wonderful, tranquil and stylish place I have stayed in France and I have stayed in many. The owners have taken great care and attention in restoring the beautiful buildings, choosing the internal furnishings and creating the amazing swimming pool and grounds. We were warmly welcomed and looked after really well all week. The local area is full of amazing villages, great vineyards and beautiful countryside. If you are looking for a very French holiday with the added support of English speaking hosts, in the most beautiful setting, then this is the place for you.

Our week at the villa was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived we were struck by the peacefulness of the surroundings. The villa itself is beautifully maintained. It was very windy during our stay and Philippe came each morning to clean the pool! We spent hours in the pool - it is just beautiful! Every day brought a new adventure – the wine tasting tour at Le Cave was really interesting (although we did end up spending a fortune! Philippe was just the perfect host – so lovely. The pastries delivered twice weekly were lovely and a huge thank you to Philippe for the birthday cakes for my husband's 60th on the Friday! The meal at La Tour was just amazing – so much so we decided to return for birthday celebrations. It has been the kind of stay that recharges you in every way. We are leaving relaxed, inspired and already planning our return! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a serene French escape paired with genuine and caring hospitality! Thank you so much Philippe – we are so so sad to be leaving but wonderful memories made!

Very atmospheric, beautifully quiet, well equipped villa. Great pool and ideal for a large family stay. Nice market found 9 km to the left, at the bottom of the hill. Great local scenery, walks and bike rides and easy driving! Pool is fantastic and clean. Lower floor really cool when it gets hot! We've all had a great relaxing time!

This year again, I would like to return at the house. This place embodies the very essence of a welcoming home for friends, so far from impersonal rentals devoid of warmth. At home, we immediately feel a warm atmosphere, imbued with your exquisite taste and the place's true soul. Every year, you have wonderful surprises in store for us: a new room furnished with unparalleled care and originality, a garden that is transformed, a vegetable garden that offers us seasonal vegetables of exceptional quality. And what can we say about the memorable adventures we experienced, as well as the breathtaking view of Provence and the majestic Pont du Gard during our breakfasts. Thanks to you, this place is transformed into a real family home. We are already starting to count the days that separate us from our next stay. See you soon.
It is early spring. My husband and I decide to go to the South of France for a fortnight. Our eye has fallen on La Picholine. It is in the Gard region and close to nice places. Like Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon. What a surprising place on arrival. Two enthusiastic owners, proudly showing off their new domaine. There are two gîtes. A large swimming pool, several terraces and expansive views. Our gîte is very comfortable. Spacious living room with dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom is very spacious with good mattresses. Large bathroom with two sinks. As it can be quite chilly in the evening in spring, this cottage has a wood-burning stove with hot air conditioning. It is comfortably warm then. The garden is tastefully decorated. You have your own privacy and that choice is nice. We had a lovely two weeks here and will definitely come back next year. Thank you Esther and Leo for your hospitality.

Very nice accommodation. Host is very friendly. Maison Joigneaux is a perfect place to stay when visiting the region. We couldn't have wished for a better place to spend our extended weekend with friends.
We have just returned from a wonderful ten day stay at Château des Grillauds with our three children (aged 8, 7 and 5). The château and grounds are absolutely beautiful and perfect for a peaceful (except for the children) break. The children loved and lived in, the swimming pool all day and fell asleep each night watching movies in the upstairs lounge, while the adults enjoyed the elegant charm of the house and (a few bottles of) the local produce. I almost didn't write a review because I wanted to keep this gem of a house a secret, but we could not recommend it highly enough. Special thanks are due to next door neighbours who welcomed us and could not have been more helpful or better company during our stay; including taking us to Le Pizou for the local Tuesday evening fiesta (wrong word I'm sure). In summary, a magical ten days - can't wait to come back.
Beautiful! We do feel thoroughly spoilt and have had a wonderful time. The playroom alone is better than our own and the pool is perfect. Very friendly, helpful and efficient service.

We spent a night in this pretty villa lost at the bottom of the woods and vineyards during a wedding evening nearby (Franco's estate, also a superb place). We were quiet (and for good reason, no neighbours around). The villa is very well equipped. The bedding is excellent. Wonderful.
The pool and garden are lovely and well kept. The main living area is light and airy. The laundry room was very useful. The area is quiet and peaceful.
We had a wonderful two weeks at Château des Dragons. One week as a family of ten with two small children and the second week as four adults. The château worked perfectly for both. Plenty of privacy for all with a separate toilet and bathroom for each double room. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs and we were able to produce some delicious meals. The location of the château is ideal as it is very peaceful with beautiful well kept grounds. The owners responded to all our requests quickly and were really helpful. Their recommendations for activities and restaurants were a great help and led to some great experiences for us, including a balloon ride and local wine tasting. We had a car with us, which was useful to get around, but we also used the local taxi service, including the 9 seater - the taxi company was friendly and arrived on time. The pool, château and the grounds were immaculate and the outside areas were great for mealtimes. The antiques and artwork meant there was always something new to discover. All in all, would highly recommend and may well return.
Your house is lovely and we all had a relaxing and enjoyable week. I think I can safely say that in all the years of hiring holiday accommodation in France we have not stayed in such a well appointed and well equipped property. We have just returned from a wonderful 3 weeks at La Fontaine. Your property is set in such a beautifully tranquil location and you have done it out so tastefully. We also appreciated that you are so trusting of people who rent it. Furthermore, we very much valued help from Marjorie and Dave with a couple of minor problems. Obviously, we are now subject to the UK's quarantine restrictions, but we feel this is a small price to pay for the lovely time we had. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at La Fontaine.
a wonderful treat to spend summer half term in the incomparable Le Grand Mas de Valcros. A house that really has every luxury and comfort with the most insane views. Endless pool-time, boules tournaments, visits to bastide towns and a trip to the sea - all missions that were completed with happy smiles. A million thanks for letting us share your home.
So much love and thought has gone in to creating the Loft! It shows in every detail, but most importantly, in the ambiance it radiates throughout. You made us feel so very welcome, both before and after our arrival. Your kindness and generosity have meant a great deal to us, and the ‘wine time’ we had with you has been great fun too! We so admire what you have achieved with the Loft and wish you every success with the renovations of the maison de maitre - can’t wait to see the finished article. Merci! We have spent a wonderful week in your beautiful and charming home. It is so well equipped with everything that we would possibly need. We all loved the swimming pool and our 2 girls had great fun on the trampoline and playing ping-pong. We were delighted to visit Montsoreau again, 9 years after out last visit and 2 children now added to the mix. We had another lovely dinner at Le Montsoreau watching the glorious sunset over the Loire. Fresh bread every morning from Long was a treat. The weather has been perfect and the days with some cloud cover gave us great relief. Thank you for your hospitality.
