A wonderful fortnight of celebrations for friends and all our family (17!) for Mike’s 70th Birthday! The manor was the perfect place for us all — so big and comfortable and so much to do. What a gem it is! Thank you so much for allowing us to come again. We have made some amazing memories!
This property is so beautiful you may not want to venture out, but if you do there are great restaurants and bars nearby as well as lovely walks and biking trails. The rooms are very comfortable, all en-suite and everything you could wish for is provided. The huge swimming pool / pool house / relaxing / eating and barbecue areas mean that you can be outside all the time but the gorgeous well equipped kitchen and indoor rooms offer a cool alternative. Cant wait to go back!
We stayed at the Le Manoir des Sines in September and it was simply exceptional! Nestled on top of a hill in the middle of the French countryside. This place is a real gem. The service was impeccable, always at our disposal and the beauty of the place is breathtaking. The photos are incredible, but the reality is even more impressive. All our guests were enchanted by this magical place, perfect for a group. We had an unforgettable time that will leave us with incredible memories for the rest of our lives. There is also plenty of space for everyone and everything was spotlessly clean. An experience to recommend without hesitation!
We have had a fantastic time, our 2nd holiday here, weather was brilliant-sunshine every day, we all loved the pool, a great way to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary!

We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. Incredible pool and extremely comfortable beds! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at your wonderful villa, it certainly wasn't long enough! We loved everything, the location, the spectacular views, incredible pool and extremely comfortable beds! The whole place was immaculately presented and you made us very welcome! We certainly appreciated the bottle on arrival after the journey we had had! We would love to return in the not too distant future.

Wonderful villa, pool and location We loved everything about our stay. Danny was very welcoming on our arrival and charming when we left. The villa is superb with a beautiful view, lovely garden and is very well equipped. The pool is incredible and we swam every day. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area. We highly recommend it.
Our stay at Maison Baleyssagues was prefect for our week in May was brilliant. A very spacious and exceptionally well maintained and equipped villa. Fantastic swimming pool and grounds. The property manager Frederic was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We can honestly say it was one of the best villa’s we have ever stayed in.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Orchard Farmhouse and would have no problem recommending this beautiful house to friends and family. We liked eating on the terrace admiring the spectacular view of the Dordogne landscape. Great facilities for the children, especially in the games room. A very nice holiday in this house and this Var region. Very good communication with the owner and personalised welcome to find the house. Easy parking for 2 cars. Utopia. There are many things that make a perfect villa holiday. Location: Les Granels is situated in the most idyllic part of Southern France. Views: the vista is spectacular. Products: two dishwashers, good Wi-Fi, amazing sound systems, a gym, a hot tub, stacks of sports equipment, a multitude of inflatables, not to mention the best coffee machine ever. Space: this villa is vast. Plenty of places to escape and relax and plenty of places to gather and chat. Swimming pool: the pool is amazing, a constant temperature and under water lights. But,by far the most important thing about a relaxing holiday is comfortable beds. The mattresses and beds at Les Granels are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Think 5 star hotel comfort and you’re getting close. This villa is the epitome of relaxation. A wondrous expanse of high-end chic that cannot fail in taking your worries and stresses away. From the initial booking and liaising with Pure France representatives to the thoroughly professional and entertaining manager Steve. The whole experience was a joy. The villa was immaculate when we arrived. We had a couple of minor problems that Steve sorted very quickly. We were sad to leave. Still dreaming of going back. Thoroughly recommend.

A truly beautiful house and gardens. We have had a tremendous week. We really appreciated the generosity of our hosts - full use of the sport equipment made for three very happy children!
Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay in Helen's lovely, spacious, well equipped house with its beautiful garden, pool, boules court, summer kitchen and vue du château! Plenty of space, outside and in, as the heat allowed. The cooler basement provided table tennis, gym equipment and jigsaws, all completed during the extreme heat! Location was great for canyoning (Héric), kyaking (Orb), river swimming (Reals), karting (nr. Laurens), scuba diving (Montpellier), painting classes (Pouzolles) etc. Great local restaurants and bars (Roujan, Gabian) and small domaine wines to discover. The large Super U in Roujan has an excellent adjoining boulangerie/patisserie, open Sunday mornings too. Nothing lacking for a brilliant holiday!
The place is lovely and very well furnished. As someone else said in your guest book, your house offers almost everything we were hoping for in our holiday in France. A large, well-appointees home with fantastic views and a cool fairly deep pool, proximity to a nice town where supplies are aplenty; vineyards in the surroundings and even a couple of michelin-starred restaurants nearby.
Wonderful week in a great villa. Kids loved the pool and Pézenas is a lovely little town.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Mas des Rivailles. The property is located along a quiet lane and for the majority of the time all you could hear were the birds singing. We have stayed in the local area previously but there were still places we wanted to visit. However we were lucky to have superb weather and we decided to stay at the villa most days as we just did not want to leave the pool and relaxing atmosphere. The salt water pool is definitely the best one we have had so far. The villa is well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and the gardens are well kept. We would like to give a special thank you to Frédéric who met us on arrival and was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He gave us a guided tour and explained how everything worked. It certainly made for a great start to our holiday. A delicious and generous welcome pack was waiting for us on our arrival too. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Our week of vacation spent in your property was a success. The house is spotless, very, very clean and with a lot of attention (welcome products in the bathrooms, recent and clean linen, welcome basket, games). The barn with the ping pong table, darts, table football, billiards and where we could play sports, is wonderful. The long walks around the vines with Tutus delighted me, despite the showers. The Super U in Mirambeau has a very nice butcher's department. The meat is excellent. The fish department, with its oysters, shrimps and fish is also excellent. Tracy goes to great lengths to keep everything spotless when the vacationers arrive. The bouquet of fresh flowers on the table when we arrived was another attention that everyone noted.
Best villa we have stayed in during 10 years of staying in France for holidays. Extremely well-equipped, great setting and fantastic views.
Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful house with us for our honeymoon. We have had a wonderful time exploring the Loire valley, highly recommended, we even got to spend 3 days by the pool! The garden is simply stunning and is a real credit to your hard work.
