We have had a wonderful week in your fantastic home. It has been so peaceful and tranquil here by the pool. Seeing the amphitheatre at Nîmes and canoeing under the Pont Du Gard were the highlights.
We have enjoyed every moment of our holiday here. We wanted to get away from our busy lives in London…and we did! Lounging by the pool or in hammocks, followed by evenings with delicious BBQs. Pézenas is a sweet little town with great places to eat and shop. Visit the market on Saturday for an explosion of the senses! We can't wait wait to return next summer.

We are a family of two adults and three teens and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Le Somail! The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of space inside and out. The pool area is very sheltered and private - having the pool to cool us down on the hottest of days was certainly appreciated! We enjoyed being so close to the canal and seeing the boats sailing past, it’s a beautiful location. There is a good selection of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk of the house, yet the house was very peaceful and we were never disturbed by any noise from the restaurant next door. There were plenty of activities within an easy driving distance to keep us all amused for the duration of our stay including lakes, beaches and shopping. We hope we can return again, thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I just wanted to say that we all found your house to be absolutely lovely. Everything we could have hoped for. So many nice touches, you clearly put a lot of thought and no doubt effort into making it a very special place. We especially loved the pool of course, which has such a great design for the little ones with the shallow section, but we loved the whole place. Everyone was very happy there. Many thanks

Many thanks indeedfor letting us share your wonderful cottage - it made for an excellent week! Torn between seeing the countryside, castles, vineyards and markets versus walking, canoeing or swimming, or just relaxing in the garden beside the pool ; too much choice! Thank you also for the bottle of fizzy on our arrival and the personal touch of roses in every room - all were much appreciated!

A wonderful week spent at this wonderful villa. Had a lovely time visiting Château de Monbazillac, Montcaret and Bordeaux. We all have had a fantastic time in the swimming pool. Thank you very much indeed for renting your beautiful property to us for the past fortnight. My husband and I have been renting houses in France from time to time over the past thirty years. We are both agreed that Chez Pascale is the best and most generously equipped house that we have ever experienced. The setting, too, is delightful and so peaceful and quiet - a welcome change from our noisy city lives. We visited some of the local attractions which we enjoyed and agree that Sarlat, Domme and the surrounding villages and towns are justly famous for their scenic beauty and unique architecture as well as the local gastronomy. Our family members have now returned to their separate homes, but we will all retain some very happy memories of our holiday together in lovely Chez Pascale. Thank you, once more.
Thank you for a much needed relaxing couple of week. We very much appreciated your kind consideration for our comfort. This has been our first escape from London for three years and it certainly did not disappoint. The high temperatures slightly constrained our ambitions, but Camirout is a holiday in its own right! What a delight it was to find this stunning house in such a wonderful location. The added bonus was owner Ms W who was so warm an welcoming and could not have been more helpful. There was a wealth of information on the local area available at the house but prior to reaching the house Sharon had armed us with all of the practical directions and information that make a holiday so much easier and relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you could want (and then probably more)! We enjoy cooking and there was never a cooking utensil or piece of equipment that was not to hand. If you do not like or wish to cook have no fear the local shops and markets provide all you need and in the local areas there is a large range of restaurants if you wish to have a meal made for you. We have also taken note of a number of book titles to look up when we get home based on the 'library' of books at the house. I would recommend reading a book while sitting on one of the many window seats soaking up the views! We were travelling with extended family and with so many additional areas for relaxation it meant that we all had our own space when we needed and could come together when we wanted. So this is a house that would meet the needs of a large / extended family or a group of friends. Though we did not have scorching weather we did make use of the pool and after a day of sightseeing it was refreshing. Again, Sharon's sense of humour, warmth and willingness to help in anyway she can ensured we got the very best out of our Lauguedoc vacation. I cannot recommend Maison Charvin enough!

Great house specially the swimming pool, garden and the amazing sunsets. Quiet area, for those really looking for a place to disconnect. We loved it!
We spent a wonderful holiday in Bessan and in your splendid house. We have been to the local market in Bessan. Pézenas is superb, we tasted wine at the Domaine Pal Mas and pancakes at La Riposte in Agde - both worth a visit. The children would have enjoyed the pool until midnight if only we had allowed them. We are very sad to leave and would be happy to come back.
We certainly had a restful and memorable holiday at Château Monjardin... the house and grounds are magnificent and provided a lovely quiet retreat that the whole family enjoyed.

On our first house hunting trip we could not have me more friendly and welcoming people than you. La Jolie Vue does not only offer a magnificent view on the rolling hills, it was restored with much care and love !we thank you for your outstanding hospitality dare we say friendship. Herman will pick up the guitar again and hopefully we will find time to make music together soon.
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very nice, bright, very well equipped. The large terrace overlooking the small harbour and the sea is at the top, with the sound of cicadas. The living space is very bright and pleasant to live in. The kitchen is very well equipped. Local shops, including a large Giant Casino, are accessible by car, on Beaulieu, 5 minutes by car. Even if access to the station and bus is quite simple, prefer the car... or the boat, because the port is at the bottom of the building.
Such bliss, stunning retreat with luxury home comforts We have stayed 2 years in a row and have loved every minute. Relaxing, peaceful, comfortable luxury accommodation with everything a family or group could wish for. Manoir de Saux is very well appointed, with luxurious beds and lovely en suites. The heated pool is generous, as are the grounds and reception areas. Set in tranquil countryside yet within a short drive of picturesque historic towns.
Relaxing beauty and inspiring glimps of art and decoration. (esp. Tim's Raven!) Top spot here! Thank you for everything! "Elan" gives us an everlasting memory. Groeten!
