We had a wonderful stay at this villa in the south of France. I think we have booked through Pure France twice last year and we have been very happy with our booking. The personal customer service is excellent. I will definitely use Pure France again.
Thank you for the warm welcome - Rêve de Pêcheur is very charming. We enjoyed village life and visits to Château de Villandry, the Cadre Noir, Château de Langeais and Fontevraud Abbey.

We have just returned from two weeks at La Roquette and had an amazing time. We are a group of 10, two parents, 4 adult daughters and now their partners who have been holidaying annually for 34 years now and I have to say this place is hard to beat. The setting is beautiful . Deer and hares in the fields and birds as the only sound. The house itself is so well equipped with plenty of space inside and outside to be together or to seperate and a wonderful pool which was very much needed in a heatwave of 40 degrees!! We did a wonderful vineyard tour/tasting at Domaine Bois de Devès with a lovely English wine maker, Nick Smith,and visited several recommended restaurants, the local Burger bar being a huge favourite…only 6 mins away. We will definitely return in the future when it’s cooler to explore more. Many thanks to all at Pure France, to Patricia the owner and Andrew (the pool guy) for always being on hand for questions and to help. Highly recommended!
We found the property by chance a few years ago and have been back twice since and will be returning with our 4 and 6 year old kids again this July! We have come to think of it as our French home away from home. The house is beautifully located and the interior and exterior space makes for a fabulous family vacation. The pool on the lower terrace gives enough separation that you can keep the kids safely away and the pool alarm adds that extra level of comfort. The owners continue to maintain and upgrade the property well and the new BBQ area on the terrace gets used daily for those lunch and evening meals overlooking the valley. The short stroll to town is easy and avoids having to worry about cars and parking, although a glass or two of Provence wine helps with the walk back up the hill afterwards which could be a challenge for those less mobile. Most hire cars will fit up the lane to the house (we had a Volvo C90 last year and were fine) but if you have a very large people carrier it can get a little narrow to maneuver round the corner at the bottom. The house is perfect for one or two families to enjoy a wonderful escape.
We absolutely loved this house for our week-long stay for a friend's wedding - the house itself is gorgeous - really stylish with luxury fittings and furnishing, ample kitchen crockery etc and even well-stocked to use the BBQ and have food and drinks outside. The pool and view are just magnificent and there is a lovely restaurant just two steps away, as well as more bars and restaurants in nearby towns... just a perfect place for a relaxing south of France stay! We would love to return!
How appropriate to stay in this house and emerge ourselves in the Medieval village of Sarlat! Relaxing by the pool with a cool glass of wine was perfect after a long day of wandering through the town or the beautiful pays de la Dordogne!
Everybody in the group is very happy over the stay. We have enjoyed the pool and the shade on the huge terrace, especially these hot days. We very much agree that you have a fantastic home. We would love to come back another year.

Every year, you have wonderful surprises in store for us: a new room furnished with unparalleled care and originality, a garden that is transformed, a vegetable garden that offers us seasonal vegetables of exceptional quality. And what can we say about the memorable adventures we experienced, as well as the breathtaking view of Provence and the majestic Pont du Gard during our breakfasts. Thanks to you, this place is transformed into a real family home. We are already starting to count the days that separate us from our next stay. See you soon.
Well, what can we say other than we have had a ball and our 'musicals' night with you both will enter the folklore of the families. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality, friendship and laughs - what a holiday! We've loved every minute of our holiday. The Loft is superb in every aspect. Wonderful two weeks stay. So peaceful at Mas de Pitou and so much nearby that we never had need to travel beyond where we could reach by foot or bike. The house manager Carole couldn't have been more helpful.

Just returned from a week in La Maison Tournesol. Omg what a gorgeous place, huge, loads of space, gorgeous interior with every single thing you need. The pool was huge with gorgeous surroundings. The water was a bit cold but it didn't stop us having a splash. The owners are the best hosts I have ever come across, friendly, down to earth and nothing was too much trouble. It was our wedding anniversary and Meryl made us a sponge that I've got to say, was the best we d ever had. Richard gave us a lift to the nearby restaurant and even picked us up. They are the best Poppy their dog was so cute, it was lovely seeing her because we were missing our doggy while we were away. Would we ever come back Yes 100% Thank you so much again Richard and Meryl for letting us stay in your beautiful gîte.
The space, the history and beauty of the surroundings. The swimming pool. The range of children's toys. The bedroom arrangements in the house that was perfect for 4 families. Maps and leaflets of things to do in the locality. The fans in rooms upstairs etc etc. In all we are sad to leave!

We spent a beautiful 2 weeks here! We felt at home in this fabulous house. La Baie du Lac was a real favourite. We really hope to return.
We felt very comfortable here in this house with the beautiful garden and pool. Peacefulness, rest and relaxation - What more would you want? We particularly appreciated how attentive and helpful people were in Bessan and Agde as we needed help for our little Leah. We have greatly enjoyed our time, recovered and will definitely come back. We’ve had a wonderful time thank you. Yes, it did get pretty hot last week, but coming from England we shouldn’t moan..! It’s such a stunning location and the house is very comfortable and cool in the heat. We really don’t want to go home but I’m afraid we have to… Maybe we can come again next summer?
Very easy decision to come back again next year, after spending a great couple of weeks here. Mas de Lozanne has an excellent outdoor area – large pool, a terrace that's in the shade all day, 2 hammocks and ample space for table tennis and badminton. All the facilities work well, inc the Wi-Fi and especially the air conditioning which is not only very effective but remarkably quiet. Plus Ina and Dominic (both English speakers) are only a text away to come and help if something goes wrong. The house itself is classic, roomy French farmhouse equipped with all mod cons – comfy lounge with all the British freeview channels, high ceilings and picture postcard views from the bedroom windows. And on top of all that is its brilliant location – there's a 10 minute leisurely walk through a vineyard into the beautiful old historic town of Pézenas.
We very much enjoyed our stay with Anna and Michael. The house is conveniently situated in a small hamlet, close to the beautiful town of Monflanquin. Our kids loved the pool and the variety of toys to play with. We absolutely recommend this accommodation.
Thank you for a lovely stay. The house is so comfortable and a great base to explore the region from. Highlights were Dinan, Le Mont-Saint-Michel and Faugères. We also loved driving through the countryside. The boulangerie in Bazouges-la-Pérouse was fantastic! We loved the welcome basket - it was such a thoughtful + helpful gift. I just wanted to send a quick note to say that your house is truly amazing. The pictures framed our expectations but being here has exceeded them. We love the indoor / outdoor design of the house and the thoughtful marrying of aesthetics with functionality. We are wanting for nothing! My husband thoroughly enjoyed working at the desk on the mezzanine yesterday (the Wi-Fi and cell coverage was flawless), we both enjoyed long runs on the country roads and green walking trail and my boys love bouncing between the pool and huge yard for ball sports. Oh and I love cooking in your kitchen! I'm a cook and a believer that the kitchen should be the center of the house as it is in yours. Your lovingly done house is a magical place and I didn't want to let another day go you know by without letting how grateful we are to be here.
