I loved the house. It was perfect for children and the scenery is gorgeous.
A lovely fortnight here in Ventenac-en-Minervois. The house and all of its wonderful facilities are exactly as billed and everything is in first class condition. We enjoyed eating at the 'Grillade du Château' - excellent meat cooked on a wood fire whilst being entertained by their chickens! We also explored villages by the Canal du Midi - Homps and Le Somail and went to the medieval village of Lagrasse which was excellent. Thanks to our excellent hosts, Eric and Dominique, they were extremely helpful and responsive to any queries we had. We recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
What a wonderful stay we have had and what a special part of France! Olonzac market on a Tuesday was a real highlight. Kayaking at Puicheric was so much fun and the water was crystal clear for swimming. Narbonne and the market was quite a spectacle - such a fun and varied trip. Thank you for all the tips and for lending us your beautiful Loft.
We had a wonderful time at Villa Estephe. As we mentioned while there, this is about our sixth visit to the area so we were very well acquainted with its beauty. As you know, the weather was fantastic, even a little too hot in the second week, so shade from the trees and air conditioning were both very welcome. The accommodation is excellent and very comfortable. If we visit the area again, we will certainly be considering your property. Thank you for our stay.

We have had an amazing time and are very sad to have to leave! We have loved our time lazing by the pool and leaving all the stresses of our normal lives far behind. The owners have been perfect hosts. and the house has had everything that we needed. We absolutely loved Maison de la Calade. A beautiful villa in a gorgeous location with stunning views. Five stars from us. Beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean (We met the cleaning girls upon arrival who were lovely and welcoming and very helpful) very well stocked in terms of everything you need. We had a mixture of ages and there was something for everyone, room to socialise if we wanted to but plenty of nooks to escape to. The gorgeous sized pool In the lovely garden grounds was a huge hit in the August heat. Biot although up a hill is only a stones throw away and has lots of great restaurants - we'd love to come back one day.

We have had a wonderful week. The children have spent almost the entire week in the pool and the adults some wonderful meals at Le Petite Coutures, Verteillac evening market and lunch at La Cour de Miracles. We've loved the views and the full moon rising over the forest was spectacular. Thanks for a lovely stay.
We have spent an excellent stay at this lovely villa, decorated with good state. The owner is charming. Generally, the house is very functional. However, the villa is for a maximum of 4 and not designed for more. Close to Pézenas, lovely town to go out. I heartily recommend this house.

We had a pleasant stay, the region is magnificent and reveals some treasures. Up to you to discover them !!! Lots of activities to do (pony riding, boat rides, Europarc, Lunaparc, jetski, city visits: Béziers, Cap d'Agde, Valras Plage... But our stay would not have been complete without talking about this wonderful villa which offers incredible comfort. The swimming pool is great and for relaxation, it's the best! Having been to multiple self-catering houses across Southern France over the 20 or so years, we thought we had a fair idea of what to expect. This blew all the others out of the water! The pictures provided here do not do it justice. A converted barn, it has been beautifully restored and is kept in immaculate condition. Perfectly equipped for any family, come rain or shine, we felt at home on arrival. On cloudier days there was more than enough room for us all to be comfortable inside when finished sightseeing. Brand new kitchen appliances and utensils made cooking a pleasure, whether inside or on the barbecue provided. Stunning vista from the decked outside eating area, looking out across the local bastide towns provides a great backdrop - with sun at breakfast and evening shade perfect for aperitifs. The garden is beautiful, with aromatic French lavender really setting it off. But the pool was the star, with its salt water and gentle warmth giving it a luxurious, bath–like feel. Its generous proportions meant there were 5 of us comfortably bobbing about in it at times... in all honesty, that was where we spent most of our time! It's not an exaggeration to say that this house made our holiday - we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone travelling to the region, as it truly takes the stress out of self-catering.

I love the pool. This holiday has been the best! Le Glacier is a big restaurant. The food is lovely and you get presents in your ice cream. I want to come again!
The house is magnificent and very well equipped, for the kitchen or for activities, everything is planned for a good stay. The welcome is warm with very friendly neighbors. I highly recommend the Château des Grillauds for a peaceful stay in the Dordogne. We had a pleasant stay and the house is very well equipped. There is everything you need to have a great vacation with family or friends. We were able to have lunch outside to enjoy the garden and the swimming pool. Thank you to Marie-Thérèse for your availability. Highly recommend, we will be happy to come back!
