We have just returned from our long drive back from Communes and would like to say what a absolutely wonderful property and fantastic hosts. Would recommend to anyone. Will start looking in diary for next year + to arrange another visit

Excellent, at all levels. We were 11 adults and 3 children and we had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, isolated and quiet. The house is very well equipped (we particularly appreciated the presence of pool towels). The outdoor space and the equipment allowed us to fully enjoy real moments of relaxation. Sam is a very responsive host, ready to answer any questions. In summary, we highly recommend and thank Sam for his impeccable welcome!
We stayed from July 22 to 29, 2023 in Les Trois Maisons de Valescure. 4 generations, 19 people. Our stay was very pleasant, magnificent hikes, visits - Cotignac is a little marvel, like on the postcards - swimming pool, both logistically and environmentally. Perfect equipment for the twenty-somethings that we were. Thomas contributed to the success of our stay thanks to his attention and efficient responsiveness and excellent communication.

We visited as 3 families of 4 with 6 children age 7 and under between us. The pictures don’t do the house or grounds justice. It was absolutely wonderful with everything we could have needed for adults and children. Plenty of space, inside and out and the pool that kept everyone happy for hours every day. We would highly recommend to others.
It's impossible not to smile in the Gers. At the heart of Gascony, this land is green and gentle, with hills, rivers, armagnac, ducks, arcaded village squares and solid people ambling a couple of hours behind mainstream France. Given the feudal feel, a château fits the frame. Few are more sumptuous than the Château Mézard, near Condom, which sleeps 13. Surrounded by 42 acres, it's the sort of place ordinary mortals pay to look round, not stay in.
This is a beautiful, fully modernised house in a lovely friendly village. A well designed spacious house over two floors with a large balcony from the modernised kitchen and lounge overlooking the pool and views of the surrounding areas The property is perfect for lazing by the pool and is Ideally placed for trips to many nearby beaches and to the cities of Narbonne, Béziers and Montpellier.
Spent a lovely week here, Lived up to all our expectations. Wonderful setting with splendid views. Plenty of room to seat all of us for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the sun or shade. The house wanted for nothing.
We have spend a wonderful holiday at the villa. The villa is ideal, spacious and nicely decorated. The children loved the pool and the table tennis table! It is an ideal base to visit the region. The market in Pézenas should not be missed. We have driven a boat, ridden horses and hired bikes in Marseillan and seen flamingoes! Dream holiday. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality. Very nice stay in a beautiful house. The unit is ideally located by the Canal du Midi. There are many activities to do in the area (hikes, water sports, tastings, ...). The hosts are lovely and available. We particularly appreciated the many recommendations for discovering the region. The accommodation is well decorated, spacious and well-equipped. The pool is large and not overlooked. The bedding is also nice. A big plus is the number of bathrooms that makes it easy for a large group to get organized. We had a great time in a fantastic setting with a rare value for money. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks again!
We've had a lovely week here at the villa. It's been especially good for our youngest family member who has really enjoyed playing here. We loved the heated pool, especially when the clouds come over the fun can continue. Absolutely recommend a trip to see Carcassonne for those wanting a day trip, but remember to check what is open. What a wonderful week, the house has real soul and you have thoughtfully made the very best of each view. Wonderful seats in the garden, shade and sun to maximise the pleasure. The house is absolutely charming and all the finishing touches have made for a very special week. Not only a holiday but I feel culturally enhanced too. Uzes is absolutely perfect + great shops + food!
Stunning, really well maintained and clean. Feels very safe for our young family. Very well-thought-through facilities for an inter-generational group. Great use of pool, playroom, BBQ, dining areas. Delicious and varied menu enjoyed by all. Good interaction with hosts; always available (even with chocolates!). Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and hope to return.
La Petite Maison Générille is pure magic. Tucked away in the rolling hills of the Dordogne, this peaceful gîte blends rustic charm with stylish comfort. The saltwater pool is dreamy, the interiors are beautifully done, and every corner feels like a breath of fresh French countryside air. We didn't want to leave — and we're already planning our return.

We had a very good week as a family. The house is well equipped and the swimming pool is very good. No noise at night for impeccable sleep. Restaurant nearby, bakery etc... The sea is nearby. We will gladly come back.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We have had a fabulous time in the pool, playing pool and losing at table football. We would like to recommend going to Monflanquin for the medieval festival on the 16th August.

Our Stay at Château Bellevue couldn’t have been more delightful and could not have been better appointed, the furnishings were gorgeous, the room proportions, very good, the views onto the grounds very relaxing and peaceful. Close by is the glamour and razzmatazz of Biarritz whilst the beautiful city of Bayonne is so handy for wonderful shopping and fabulous restaurants. The log fire was a great treat for cosy evenings. The tennis court and swimming pool makes the château a holiday centre in itself where you can while away days before realising that maybe you should explore a little further into the surrounding countryside, cities and world famous beaches.
Beautiful château and very well maintained grounds which are well equipped to prevent children from being bored. The kids absolutely loved the pool and having the shaded area was brilliant for everyone. Everything you could need for a fortnightwith the family - our party included toddlers, a newborn baby and grandparents. the daily housekeeping service was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend a catered evening (we chose Indian food). Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. We hope to be back.

Well, we all made it and have had the best time. This year we have certainly made use of the pool - even Chris! We have had some splendid lunches out and have found yet more restaurants and generally had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. As ever, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to be back - Chris and I are coming back in October when we hope it won’t be quite so hot!
Beautiful house with pool, nice and private yet a short walk into the centre of Sarlat. The house is very well equipped and cosy for those days when the weather didn’t play ball! The surrounding area has so much to offer. We will be back. We had a wonderful family vacation in your beautiful house. We will definitely be back. Sun, river, pool, food, canoes!
