This year we opted for a “green” vacation with 2 couples of friends and their children (in total 6 adults and 5 children) and were very happy with our rental. It’s never easy with the internet and what a great discovery on arrival: a huge, superbly renovated house. Great comfort in this beautiful stone building, in a very preserved natural setting. The rooms are magnificent and particularly large, the 2 mezzanine bedrooms were occupied by the children by adding an additional bed. The collective spaces are also very neat (comfort, decor) and pleasant to live in, special mention for the kitchen equipped with professional equipment, spacious and equipped with much more than is necessary. The pool is even bigger than it looks in photos. For the youngest children we closed it with the electric shutter, practical and efficient. The garden is ideal for a change of scenery and contemplation, the setting is absolutely beautiful. In the end we regretted having only rented for a week, the house is so pleasant that we wanted to stay there and relax but we will come back to continue discovering the Cévennes. In short, an excellent stay and a rental to recommend.
We just wanted to say thank you for a great week in your beautiful house. It is a magical place and we have fond memories already. Thanks for arranging for Suzanne to cook for us. Her dinners were a great success and her sorbet surprises were a matter of intrigue on both evenings! We hope to come back again in the future and we look forward to seeing you again.
We have had a great stay in this beautiful house in the most beautiful area. We've swam, played ping pong and cards against Humanity! We've all been up the fortress Tower and kayaked down the rapids! Thank you all, Henrietta, Magali and Elodie, for the most fantastic stay - such lovely warm welcome from you all.

We had a wonderful holiday at La Maison Blanche. The location is stunning, a huge garden with a large pool - overlooking a field of sunflowers when we were there. We were two couples with two older children and the house is very spaceous and beautifully furnished. The location is very peaceful. Whilst that means that shops, local markets and restaurants are not within walking distance the house is very well equipped, both for cooking and barbequeing as well as entertainment with the pool, table tennis and games. We had a lovely time at the villa it’s beautiful and the pool and gardens are amazing. We have been coming to France for many years and always stay somewhere different and this is the first time we said that we would consider returning to a property. Everything seems to have been thought of. Inside the place is spacious as well, with separate quest rooms. The house is very suited for a large family and/or 3 couples due to the lay out. The master bedroom is huge and the separate bathroom is very luxurious and also spacious. The place is very suited for a nice formal dinner in the separate dinning room. We ate outdoor all the time but the inside is very nice too. My little one had to chose between the grand piano and the pool, a mayor dilemma. The pool is large enough to swim in it and not only to play around in it. It is surrounded by lavender bushes for a true French experience. Duras is in the neighborhood, there you can find a few shops, bars and restaurants such as bakers, a butcher, pizzeria and a supermarket. You should visit the Castle of Duras, it’s a recommendation definitely if you have kids. All and all, I should not recommend it too much…. so we can keep it to ourselves!
Such an amazing home in a lovely part of France. We had such a great stay. The house has everything you can think of in terms of comfort and cooking. We even had a raclette whilst we were there as there was a raclette machine! Sandie was a brilliant host and always there to help us, even at Christmas time. We couldn’t think of a better place for a family reunion. Lots of space indoors and also lots of outdoor space with many games, they all came in handy as we had to self isolate for 2 days upon arriving in France due to the latest rules. Even with small children who like to run around, we had plenty of space to have fun and play games! Couldn't recommend the place more.
You have created the best house in Collioure ! We have had the most relaxing holiday and enjoyed every moment. Wonderful views - lovely sea and beaches and excellent restaurants.
The villa has been great. We have a lot of villas for a two week holiday and that is the first time we have had that. The two cleaning ladies are really thorough, very attentive and they do a great job.
Thank you so much for our lovely relaxing stay in your home. We have waited a couple of years due to covid and our boys (and ourselves) really enjoyed our stay. You made us feel so welcome and we have very muh enjoyed spending time in your garden watching regular visitors like woodpeckers, buzzards and barn owls, etc. We are already planning to come back and promise to visit more of the region. Fabulous villa with view. Staying at the property made our vacation unforgettable. We were a group of 8 and the house was plenty big enough for all of us adults. The terrace with the pool was unbelievable. We spent many evenings dining and laughing and enjoying the beautiful view which showed the city of Grasse in the distance sparkling. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. Every amenity was available. The owners were so helpful with any question. We can't wait to return to the Côte d'Azur and this house.

Every moment has been enjoyable and I am full of admiration for the way you have lovingly restored the house over 15 years, the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. It has certainly been a holiday to remember, in such a lovely setting and area of France.
A real paradise... Villa with everything available Beautiful. Very quiet and convenient place, well served by shops and supermarkets. We were driving a few minutes from the beaches and the cities of Cannes... Nice... The owner was very welcoming and kind.
I would, rather belatedly, like to say how much we (5 adults and two girls aged 3 and 6) enjoyed our stay end of May in Maison La Perouse. The gorgeous house worked well for our 3 generations; it was so comfortable and very well equipped. Although the weather wasn’t brilliant the girls played and ran around in the fabulous garden whenever possible. However the trampoline was the highlight for them. The pool and fab BBQ were at their best on the last 2 days when the sun eventually showed its face. Finally, Sue was a fabulous host and always on hand when needed, especially when I tripped the dryer. She took all the wet washing, used her own dryer and then hung everything up - such service! This is a wonderful house, not just for families but for everyone who likes comfort, space and great tourist destinations within about an hours drive. Thank you Sue and Pure France.
It's a must at Château Velouse! I have just returned from a fabulous reunion holiday of college friends, hosted at this beautiful Château Velouse. Situated in its own absolutely breathtaking grounds, of forest, fields and orchards, the land is vast enough for an early morning 5k circuit run, plus the wall to wall sunshine and a cooling swim in the beckoning outdoor pool of this gorgeous château, is a definite must for everyone! The inside of the château is something to marvel, with every bedroom individually named and decorated to the highest quality. A wonderful self catering holiday for our party of 14, gave us chance to meet with the excellent hosts Philip and Claire. Thank you both for making us all so welcome, we will certainly be returning in the not too distant future!
One of the greatest holidays of all time! We could not have had a better week in this magnificent chateau - so perfectly equipped for chill and fun with days by the pool and meals on the terrace. We never felt the need to leave other than the inevitable rosé top-ups - we ate and drank like kings and queens. Some very fond memories to last us until our next visit - we hope!
The chalet is ideally located and close to all amenities and activities. We loved the warm welcome, the good advice on the Valley and the places not to be missed. The chalet is a haven of peace, perfectly equipped and intelligently arranged to spend relaxing moments with the family. From young to old, we sincerely enjoyed ourselves and everyone found their happiness. We also appreciated the attention that was given to us on our arrival and with which we feasted. We will be back!

We had a wonderful holiday, thank you! It is such a beautiful part of France. We realised we had stayed in a house just the other side of Lauzerte about 7 years ago in the days before children and we could drive around in a soft top! The house has been so nicely done and the arrangement worked really well for us as a family. The view was out of this world! And we loved having the auberge round the corner. We may well be back!
We had a fantastic weeks stay and while we did some visiting (Mount Ventoux was a highlight), we just appreciated being able to use the swimming pool, table tennis and pool table rooms, some of our skills definitely improved during our holiday. We also loved being able to eat outside and admire the fantastic views. The house had everything we needed, we will hopefully be able to visit again.
We have recently returned from our stay in Manoir Coutenson. The house was even better than we anticipated, truly wonderful! Beautiful private gardens, the covered terrace and swimming pool were perfect and we spent many evenings barbecuing and relaxing outdoors. The house itself is extremely comfortable and well equipped, we were so impressed with the kitchen contents, the owners had thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is plenty to do in the local area, we hired boats, bicycles, went horse riding and wine tasting at a number of the local vineyards. Saint-Émilion was only an hour away, a memorable place to visit and a very easy drive. We would not hesitate to recommend this property as a holiday home, it's location, facilities and level of comfort were outstanding!

The villa lives up to the photos and description and the location, in the heights of Saint-Raphaël, allows you to avoid the traffic down there! We recommend because we had a vacation as we hoped!
