The house is pleasant and the host is welcoming. There is space for a large group. It is easy to park in front of the house and there is also an option to park in the garden. Well located, you can buy bread on the houseboat across the bridge and the bookstore is a must!
Absolutely divine residence. Fantastic well equipped kitchen. Glorious grounds and Jennifer was on hand to help everything from finding a great beach bar to making the reservations. Could not have enjoyed our stay more.
We had a lovely stay with 14 adults and 4 little ones (10 months - 3 years). For starters, the pool: big enough, seats for everyone and enough shadow. The patio: magnificent view, spacious, enough shadow under the big tree and a covered dining space with both a BBQ and a plancha where we had all our meals. The house: perfect to our needs. Bedrooms with space for beds for the kids, almost every room had a private bath room and more than enough space. We had two days with bad weather, no problem we split up in groups where one group could play one of the available board games and another one playing the available PS and another one playing together with the little ones. The kitchen had everything and there was an extra toilet for use during the day. On top of this, there was a nice pétanque range, ping pong table, pool table, basket ring with all supplies available, more than enough parking space (we had 7 cars).
Marie-Christine's house is ideal for a family, it is decorated with great taste, modern and airy. It has all the amenities and its location is ideal (supermarket, bakeries, shopping center, city center, train station, etc.) Marie is a charming person. She gave us advice and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend his house which is completely renovated. This is the second time we had spent time at this property so we were a bit more familiar with area. I struggle to think of a better location to holiday than this area of Provence, it has everything, beautiful countryside, restaurants, vineyards and historic villages. One eats outside all the time as the evenings are warm and balmy and in this respect this property is blessed with a superb view looking across the valley to Vaison-la-Romaine and the Dentelles in the distance. There is complete privacy with the nearest neighbour being a considerable distance from the house. Inside the house is spacious and beautifully laid out contrasting with its former farmhouse origins. If you want relaxation but with loads to do in the area then I really cannot think of a better place to stay for a summer holiday.
A fitting venue to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our four children, their husbands and wives and our grandchildren! Memories that will remain for years. Well provided for, comfortable and panoramic views -with a week of excellent weather! Thank you and your staff!
Great place in a lovely part of the Lot valley. The house comfortably can sleep 18 or so. Lovely pool and grounds with a sports hall with plenty of options to keep kids busy. Must have a car when staying. The owners Richard and Nicky are very helpful if need anything at all. Lovely wine cave as well (stocked). Great week had by all.
An excellent villa - with everything one could need including a good selection of herbs in the garden for those who enjoy cooking. Pézenas is a lovely place - lovely potteries (some going home with us) good restaurants and bars - spoilt for choice. Delight to discover that the description is perfect. All in all a 5 star holiday.

We really loved the tour of all the buildings and we look forward to visiting again to see the developments. Our family of 7 adults (and a toddler) spent a blissful week here in August and we were all agreed that it was pretty well perfect for our family needs. We knew we were going to love it when Philippe showed us round then presented us with the welcome pack - by far the best we have ever received when renting a holiday home. His generosity throughout the week showed him to be an exceptional host in going the extra mile to make sure guests were happy and we very much appreciated this. The layout of the villa, as other reviews have detailed, is particularly good for adult groups as there are three separate buildings housing the bedrooms (all beautifully decorated) thereby giving space to retreat if necessary. Bear in mind, if you are four couples, that the pool house room is very compact compared to the other three bedrooms. We particularly loved the comfy outdoor furniture where we gathered in the evenings and the Moroccan seating area for peace and quiet. The pool is a good size and was used every day - of course - and the boys loved playing table tennis. We love to cook and found that the kitchen was very spacious with two sinks and a huge cooker. It was also so useful having a separate fridge / freezer in the pool house annexe as you so often find that there is not enough fridge space in villas. The barbecue area was just superb and used several times. There is lots to explore close by and we did venture out for an afternoon on the canal du midi but we loved the villa so much we pretty much stayed put - it just had everything we needed. The whole villa was clean, spacious and the furnishings were good quality. What an exceptional villa this is and thank you Philippe for being such a great host. We can't wait to go back.

We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. The house has the services you expect and much more. An excellent experience that I hope we can repeat again. Thanks to Isabelle and Philippe for offering Villa La Baronne guests a five-star stay. We recently enjoyed a very memorable and enjoyable stay. This luxurious property was comfortable, well presented and very clean. The views from the property are exceptional and the horizon swimming pool is everybody's dream. The location provides good access to Saint Paul de Vence and to the surrounding region and thus is a great location to base yourself and to see the local features.
Two weeks at Château Seyches to enjoy family, Dordogne and Garonne countryside, castle and wine and the amazing swimming pool... perfect holidays!
We utterly love everything about this beautiful house and its tranquil setting. We hope to return someday and will keep fond and happy memories of our stay.
The most enjoyable part of France. The most enjoyable stay in “luxe” villa. Highlights: fresh veg from Duras market on Monday. eating out at Eymet, almost any restaurant will do, but particular favourites are Cour d’Eymet and Château les Vigiers. watching the red kites hunting over the fields in the evening . The lizards and the geko on the patio. All in all a memorable experience.
I just wanted to feed back what a lovely time we had in the villa a couple of weeks ago. The holiday was well worth waiting for and the villa delivered on all levels. We were certainly very grateful for the pool to cool off from the sweltering 40c heat and the lovely shaded areas surrounding the pool helped too. Most importantly, our mums had a lovely time. They were each able to have an ensuite bathroom which gave them their own space and privacy and thoroughly enjoyed the pool - even enjoying a splash about with an inflatable dolphin at one stage! (not bad for an 80 year old!) Please pass on our grateful thanks to the owners for allowing us the extra day for free and also allowing our early arrival which made things much easier on the Saturday. The Mums were already in the pool by the time we got back from the supermarket on the Saturday morning. A great success all round, excellent service from Pure France during all the covid changes and a wonderful villa too. Thank you
We have been visiting France on a regular basis for very many years. In more recent times we have been searching for a place that we might return to, and return to; a home away from home. We need look no more. The Loft is beautiful and a testament to great care and wonderful taste. The garden is inspirational, Mack and Mabel are a delight and Rieux is just what we had hoped for. Above all we think that we have been fortunate in meeting such kind and wonderful hosts who we now regard as friends. In summary our whole experience has been truly exceptional.
Our party of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) had a great week at this property, There was plenty of space for everyone and the property looked exactly as pictured. The house stayed cooler than expected during the 40 degree temperatures (due to the very thick stone walls and roof, no doubt) and the pool was wonderful. Our contact Florence met us on arrival to show us everything and was available to answer questions during the week. We enjoyed the Sainte-Geniès market and explored Sarlat-la-Canéda.
Thanks to our friend Stéphane we discovered this paradise on earth. Thank you for this wonderful stay! I hope we will come back here! And THANK YOU again.

Dream holiday!! This château is amazing, the website photos do not begin to show its true magnificence. We were privileged to be able to enjoy it for our week with three generations of our family. Everything to enhance our stay was taken care of and we had he most wonderful stay. Thank you so much.
We had a wonderful family stay at La Maison Folignon. We were quite numerous and the house lent itself perfectly: very large living room, very comfortable and equipped kitchen, quality materials, comfort of having a bathroom and a toilet per bedroom, rooms that are spacious and comfortable (heated bed!). Clare even provided us with enough to welcome our two little ones of 8 months and 3 years in a very comfortable way. We asked Andy, Clare's husband, to cook us a birthday meal the evening of our arrival, during which we feasted. Clare and Andy were both discreet and immediately present when we needed them. I recommend this accommodation 100%!
We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely house and garden and the luxury of being so close to the quire for bakery and the odd cup of café noir or beer. We Wish you well and hope that all your guests enjoy the pleasures like we did.
Swimming in the sun at La Barde we experienced a luxurious time in the perfect place to be reminded of the most important parts of life - family, nature and love. It's so obvious that every corner of this house was built and is maintained with love. A perfect getaway in the hills of Lusignac.
