What a most wonderful place to stay. We were with a group of great friends. Didn't know what to expect... but Château Entre-Deux-Mers was mind blowing! The owner had been informing us correctly with all the necessary information we needed in advance. We have enjoyed the beautiful decorated château from the beginning till the end. It is the proof of how a classical building can be reinvented by a good decorator. The kitchen, dining room, living room and all the rooms with their bathrooms were beautiful. The dinner and the breakfast we ordered, were delicious. And the service was elegant and discrete. A true recommendation to go again!

Very good accommodation and a very nice house with a well-equipped kitchen and a good barbecue on the patio. Small but good pool. Eimear was very professional and easy to deal with. Everything's just fine.
We loved our stay at this lovely Domaine, Today is our last day, and we’re leaving in pain. We really had the nicest time, Especially our cozy get-togethers with lots of good wine. The days have flown by, but there’s no need to cry, We will always remember Karen’s wonderful pie.

Peaceful French retreat. Lovely family stay here with great pool and Al fresco dining area for the summer months. Enjoyed being out in the countryside with local town and large supermarkets just a short drive away. Would certainly stay again.
Absolutely beautiful. We have had a lovely stay at Le Bastion. The home is absolutely beautiful and it is a pleasure to stay in such a picturesque surroundings. Highlights of our trip included a visit to vineyard at Font Vidal, informative tour, delicious wine tasting and lovely Mexican soiree evening. Kayaking along the Dordogne, available for groups of 2/3, and nice lunch spot next to kayak shop. Jardins de Sardy stunning botanical gardens, live music evenings and concerts. Thank you so much to the host for being so attentive and for all your recommendations.
Stayed at the property for two weeks at the end of July. The property has been beautifully renovated and most things are on hand at the villa. The house has everything that’s needed for family and friends to enjoy from a great kitchen to a nice garden and patio and good sized pool. All in all this is a beautiful house in a lovely setting and I would certainly return.
Gorgeous. We had a wonderful two week stay at the house. It is in the most stunning position with heavenly views. Everything came up to our expectations. The house was clean and spacious and beautifully furnished and the pretty garden and pool were fabulous. The walk to the hilltop town of Tourtour was hot work but well worth it! We had a great holiday and would love to return.
We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage kids. From the first day, we settled in and found it very difficult to leave after two weeks. The owners have not only created a wonderfully rustic house, but it has been very well thought out, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a family of 5. This is complemented by one of the best settings you could imagine - gently rolling hills set back from a quiet country road. Being a sporty family, we used the beautiful pool every day. Most private pools in France are under 10 metres, so we really appreciated the full 13 metres to swim some laps. Much to our delight, there was an outdoor badminton court and boules area. The big, flat lawn at the top of the property was the perfect place to kick some balls around. The surrounding area is a delight to discover. From limestone caves, to underground churches carved out of the hillside, to charming market towns, to river 'beaches' for cooling off, the area never seems crowded. All this, coupled with the exquisite food and drink from the region (at exceptional prices), makes this an area that the discerning tourist should not miss. We cannot recommend staying here highly enough. The owners, who live next door, are the perfect hosts. They never once intruded on our privacy, but were more than happy to chat and provide advice, if asked. We look forward to returning!
Heaven on Earth. Our two week stay at Villa Chiavari was an absolute dream; I could not be more enthusiastic in recommending this home to anyone looking to spend their vacation in a veritable paradise. We were 2 couples, 3 children and 1 grandparent and booked an 'off-season' holiday at the end of September. Not long after our arrival we realised a major perk of booking 'off season': uncrowded beaches with absolutely perfect summer weather! Villa Chiavari's spectacular ocean-view infinity pool is surrounded by lounge-chairs and palm trees and bordered by a lush garden... good luck ever tearing yourself away. I should also mention that this lavish pool area is accessible by both the main living quarters of the house and by the bedrooms, which we found extremely convenient for our kids and elderly grandparent. Pool amenities also include a shaded lounge and dining area (also with an ocean view), a barbecue, outdoor refrigerator, pool toys and floats and easy access to a downstairs kitchenette. The grounds at the front of the house include a lush garden, an elevated hammock-hideaway in a quiet shady corner and an outdoor eating area punctuated by a lovely little fountain. The bedrooms are attractively furnished, comfortable and very clean. Five out of six have full attached bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, as is the main area of the house. The upstairs living/dining/den areas are elegant yet cozy at the same time and the entire back 'wall' of this floor is composed of large sliding glass doors that open onto a beautiful terrace running the length of the entire villa. There is a dining area and lounge on this upper terrace as well! The kitchen has every piece of equipment you can think of and if you're looking for the ultimate in extravagance, the owners will set you up with your own chef. They arranged for us a very personable French cook who prepared truly delicious, fresh meals that even our children were not afraid to eat. Sublime. Speaking of kids, families will find this home very child-safe. There are gates on stairways, the entire property is fenced-in (artfully disguised by beautiful flowers and foliage) and there is a smattering of children's furniture (highchair etc) available for use. We were also really comforted by the fact that the owners of this home are easily reached and are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking again and I encourage anyone interested in perfection to do the same!

The home you have both created is warm, inviting and absolutely stunning. The attention to detail, the decor, the furnishings and the comforts have left us wanting for nothing and inspired. The three of us have loved meeting and feeding "the ladies", Connie and Peggy, and Boo (Bertie) was especially impressed with the digger. "Nice touch"... he thought. A truly lovely place and charming hosts. The kind of secret tingle you get when you stumble on a gem didn’t leave us all week. The photos don’t do it justice and we felt completely at home. Nothing but the sound of birdsong and laughing children and the sight of a deer in the extensive gardens were very special. In a glorious part of France with countless places to stay this is definitely one not to miss.
We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. The house has the services you expect and much more. An excellent experience that I hope we can repeat again. Thanks to Isabelle and Philippe for offering Villa La Baronne guests a five-star stay. The kids swam every day - in March and April! The outdoor living here was spectacular, with a gorgeous pool, view and special light all day. The house has many luxurious touches, with original art, silk drapes, handmade 'real' rugs, crisp sheets and instantly hot water. The hosts were generous and exceptionally hospitable. You can live out your fantasy of having access to your wealthy aunt and uncle's house in the South of France. The owners were upstairs and we found them affable and in good humour the entire week. We enjoyed having a car there and we were given a remote for the electric gate at the end of the driveway. We would love to return.
What can we say? We have truly had the most wonderful week here at beautiful Maison Camirout. A million thank you Madeline and Alan – You are fabulous hosts. The local area is wonderful and your house and pool are simply the best!
House was exactly as described All the facilities were as you'd expect in a perfect family home. All high quality and every equipment you would need. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for a large family with an excellent cooker. The pool area was perfect and the grounds beautifully maintained.
We had a fantastic week at La Malardier. It has been so peaceful and relaxing pottering around the beautiful garden and swimming in the pool. The weather has been rather mixed but the week has flown by and we are all very sorry to be leaving.
