A family home that will enchant you for a weekend or more. A large exterior with swimming pool and in addition, very well arranged where all the spaces are wonderfully well thought out and decorated. A perfect arrival with recommendations on visits and things to visit nearby. An over-equipped kitchen and a whole bunch of practical utensils. The bonus, 9 bicycles are available to enjoy the surroundings. I highly recommend.
Amazing house. Feels very homely and comfortable on a grand scale. The pool was great and we had fun exploring the woods. Hosted very well, friendly and fun when rquired and hidden when not. Great, thank you.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa and it truly exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website don’t fully capture the charm and spaciousness of this property. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is brilliantly laid out, offering plenty of open space, which was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. Each room was spotless, tidy and provided ample storage space for all our holiday belongings. The games room was a fantastic bonus, keeping our children entertained during the occasional rainy day. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible pool. Our three boys absolutely loved it and spent hours splashing around. The gentle slope of the pool was especially helpful for our youngest, who learned to swim during this holiday—an unforgettable milestone for our family. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which was ideal for both daytime relaxation and evening games as we watched the sun set. The peaceful surroundings and stunning views added to the tranquility of our stay. The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the local area, which offers plenty of activities to keep a family like ours busy. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this villa is a perfect choice. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
Beautiful house - everything you could possibly need for a totally carefree and relaxing holiday. We loved it so much here we only ventured away from the property for 2 half days. I love the pool. This holiday has been the best! Le Glacier is a big restaurant. The food is lovely and you get presents in your ice cream. I want to come again!

We had a lovely week enjoying the beautiful house and pool and breakfast and barbecues outside. We had highly variable weather but that enabled us to discover Périgueux and Saint-Émilion. We highly recommend Aubeterre and the bar Brasserie in Verteillac Le Calice. Many thanks.
This truly is a wonderful property with friendly, welcoming hosts; it was even better in the flesh than in the pictures. The house lacks for nothing in either charm or the quality of the finish internally and everything was provided to make our stay as comfortable as one would hope. This was a true 'home from home' with several thoughtful little touches that made all the difference (fresh soap in the bathroom, coffee pods and bottled water if we wanted it in the kitchen to name just a few). All of this, in combination with a fantastically picturesque and peaceful location means that we cannot recommend this property highly enough and will most definitely be back next time we visit the Languedoc, Occitanie region!

We're sure you saw we were well and truly exhausted after a summer running events - the Loft was THE PERFECT ANTIDOTE! We recently spent a week at Le Manoir des Sines and I have been trying to settle on the precise word to describe this property and our experience of it. That word is 'sublime'. Utterly sublime! We knew we were in for something special from the photo gallery and description of the property but nothing could prepare us for the magic of being there. Everything from the outdoor kitchen to the magnificent pool terrace to the cinema room to the resident nutri bullet– we had everything we wanted. We loved the white washed stone, the enormous sense of space that never made our group of nine feel lost, the gorgeous, rustic décor, the myriad paintings everywhere. Honestly, I can't imagine anything more sublime than a stay at Le Manoir des Sines.
We arrived to the warmest of welcomes from the owners Caterina and Steve, for whom nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed in many lovely places over the years but this place is truly special and a perfect little gem... the interior is beautifully presented with many thoughtful touches, from the fresh flowers to the fragrance sticks... Caterina keeps the place fresh and immaculate, a home from home! Steve works hard to keep the pool and the grounds in tip top condition, which we really appreciated. We had been staying with family in nearby Sarlat prior to our arrival which was rather hectic and we were looking forward to relaxing and having some 'chill Tim'... for sheer relaxation and tranquility this place is hard to beat, in a fab location and we would return in a flash!
We have spent a very happy week here. The house is charming, very comfortable and relaxing. We have loved spending lazy days around the pool, enjoying the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The cafés of Poitiers were worth a visit. Thierry and Véronique have been lovely hosts, thank you.
We had a wonderful week in your most charming house. The weather has been perfect and our two and five year olds have made the most of the your swimming pool and lovely garden. We would love to return again soon!

Our week has been wonderful and made all the better due to the exceptional care and attention you both put into this special place. What a fabulous place to relax and enjoy with the family ! House and pool have been a treat. And a few games of boules... Everything we could have needed. We are all very thankful for this time and hope to be able to return.
Pete was a great host and made us all feel really welcome from the start. We made full use of the wonderful pool. Ella (6) learnt to swim without armbands by the end of our week and Dhilan (4) spent more time in the water than anyone. We had a slow-paced week which suited us perfectly, but did enjoy Chateau Castelnaud with the kids and market day in Monflanquin, especially the Loubet seller.
Thank you so much for your kind hospitality and beautiful villa. We have thouroughly enjoyed our week here. Everything is catered for, you have provided everything we need... and so much more ! The pool has been fantastic and it's such a beautiful garden and surrounding.
Unusually for a rental, both the house and cottage are exceptionally stylishly decorated. Elegant yet tranquil, each space has a different but harmonious feel. It has all the comforts you could possibly want, including a well stocked kitchen, recently re-done and so thoughtfully laid out, it is a joy to cook in. The garden has been planted so prettily, as you look out beyond the sweeping beds of fragrant lavender, to the gently rolling fields beyond. The Persian garden is just ravishing, certainly unique and the water features most pleasing. The infinity pool is generously sized for those who enjoy their lengths, the water temperature just right. The property itself is tucked away at the end of a tiny, yet enchanting and very peaceful hamlet. It is in a corner of France which is heaven for foodies, spoilt for choice with plenty of markets, lovely produce and an excellent offering of local restaurants.
To open the shutters of the pretty red bedroom and see that glorious view, gives one a small inkling of why the 'Sun King' built Versailles! This was my 4th visit to Provence and it hasn't disappointed. Many thanks
Mas du Château was simply perfect. It was spotless, comfortable, peaceful and he was a wonderful host; nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and didn’t want to leave.
Thank you for a lovely stay. The house is so comfortable and a great base to explore the region from. Highlights were Dinan, Le Mont-Saint-Michel and Faugères. We also loved driving through the countryside. The boulangerie in Bazouges-la-Pérouse was fantastic! We loved the welcome basket - it was such a thoughtful + helpful gift. The house is stunning. The vintage furniture and decor mixed with more modern touches made us feel immediately at home! We enjoyed the pool area very much as well! And the location was perfect as well. Being able to see the boats on the Canal du Midi from the living room makes the house even more cozy and amazing. We will definitely come back soon! Thank you.
We spent 10 days with 8 people (children, grandchildren ) and our dog in À Côté de L'O. The summer heat was well tolerated thanks to the pool and air conditioning. The space is even more generous than it appears on the photos. A huge fenced garden right on the Canal. Narbonne, Gruissan, Bages... many beautiful experiences are easy to reach by car. The location in beautiful Le Somail. The early morning round for dog bathing at the Cesse. Shopping fresh croissants and baguettes on the Épicerie - boat. All in all : perfect!
