Lovely both in the day and even more so at night, when it is more peaceful than anywhere I have ever been! It is a lovely spot and a very special home.
Fantastic house to stay in – comfortable, clean and everything needed provided. Beautiful garden, pool and terrace. The views are stunning especially with a morning coffee or glass of wine (at dinner!)
A truly lovely place and charming hosts. The kind of secret tingle you get when you stumble on a gem didn’t leave us all week. The photos don’t do it justice and we felt completely at home. Nothing but the sound of birdsong and laughing children and the sight of a deer in the extensive gardens were very special. In a glorious part of France with countless places to stay this is definitely one not to miss.
Just to say that the property was outstanding and we thoroughly recommend it to other families. It was great for young children and having a bathroom with each bedroom was exceptional.
We had a brilliant stay here. Really enjoyed the pool when it was warm, the BBQ most evenings and exploring the town. Loved exploring the nearby towns too. Kayaking was a big highlight. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A charming and pretty old house with a private garden and small pool to cool off in. It was clean, extremely tasteful and comfortable. There were five of us and we had plenty of room. Good garden furniture outside and loungers by the pool too. Eimear was a really helpful and responsive host with clear instructions and helpful tips. Gabian is a sweet little town and we enjoyed wandering down to the boulangerie for croissants and bread every morning. The local area is pretty and we went to various beaches and Pezenas all of which were easily reached by car. We all loved our stay and highly recommend it.
This is the third visit to the Villa - it's beginning to feel like home! Another wonderful stay- we had great time yet again and sorry to leave the peace and tranquility behind. Thanks to Frédéric as always for the very warm welcome, always here if needed. So lots of memories to take home and thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
Thank you Julian and Pascal for the amazing week! The house and pool were lovably and we had a great time. Your were great hosts. We enjoyed relaxing bu the amazing pool, watching the stars, biking in the beautiful area and playing pingpong duels.
The villa is beautiful and we loved the area - although was a little warmer than I had anticipated we were so thankful for the air conditioning! Linda was fabulous and super helpful so please pass on my thanks to her as well. Thank you again and hopefully we can visit again later this year!
An exceptional discovery in Meursault! The property is finely furnished, clean and comfortable. Just a stone's throw from the center and various wineries. I highly recommend it to everyone! We will return soon! Well done.
What a fantastic holiday we have had! Every aspect has been superb. We both agree (and that's unusual!) that this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is superb and your warmth and hospitality has been much appreciated. We shall look forward to a return visit.

This property has the WOW factor! We were blown away by it when we arrived. It is beautifully renovated and the grounds and surrounding countryside are stunning. The main house is very spacious with a large living room, TV lounge room and a big kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you might need (including 2 great coffee machines and a pantry with essentials that you can use). Also, a lovely large dining table. Upstairs there are 4 big airy bedrooms with very comfy beds, great linen and towels. Plus 3 pristine luxe bathrooms. The views out of every side of the house are idyllic. The outside space too is fantastic. Great terraces for eating / relaxing on, beautiful warm clean swimming pool with comfy loungers, herb garden, fire pit, well equipped gym, pétanque court, vineyard, landscaped gardens. The gîte across from the main house is also lovely and provides 3 extra bedrooms plus additional bathroom, kitchen and lounge. We enjoyed our stay enormously and appreciated the level of detail and care that the owners have put into this house.
I just wanted to say that we all found your house to be absolutely lovely. Everything we could have hoped for. So many nice touches, you clearly put a lot of thought and no doubt effort into making it a very special place. We especially loved the pool of course, which has such a great design for the little ones with the shallow section, but we loved the whole place. Everyone was very happy there. Many thanks

Have had a great two weeks here in your wonderful house. Very spacious and well-appointed, tasteful and comfortable. Boys have thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We have appreciated tranquility and privacy. We have enjoyed exploring the area and sampling the local cuisine. Restaurant recommendations include Hotel-Restaurant du Château in Campagne, Auberge Médiévale Audrix and for rustic but delicious farmhouse cuisine - Auberge Rebeyrotte near Pressigirac Vicq. Our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this property. It is in pristine condition and everything is new. The sheets, towels and mattresses are luxurious. The house is very modern inside with all the comforts of a city home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The house was impeccable. The pool is fantastic and the outdoor entertaining area is large and has great facilities. It is only a short walk to the town of Monségur. Here you can find a supermarket and local market. Christophe was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He answered our calls immediately. I highly recommend this property.
I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday. The only terrible part was leaving! The house was perfect and we all fell in love with it. And the views were wonderful from every room. The whole family have lots of happy memories of our 2 weeks there so thank you.

What a gem! What a find! You have thought of it all down to lavender sachets in the drawers. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your delightful house in the most charming of places. We love all things duck and Sarlat offers the best. Exploring the surrounding countryside has been a pure pleasure. We had the good fortune of spending June in Sarlat and enjoyed the village come alive with music. We hope to come again and thank you.
We stayed at Maison Rohmer for a week at the beginning of September 2017. The house was delightful and the pool area very beautiful. We had a brilliant week with fantastic weather. We loved the village of Gordes so magical and magnificent. Market day on Tuesdays is a must. There is so much to see and do though I must admit we did a lot of lazy days by the pool. Things I would recommend a visit to Domaine De La Citadelle vineyard, beautiful wines and a very informative talk on how they produce. We also had a fabulous canoe trip with canoe evasion at Fontaine-de- Vaucluse. It's a must. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day.
Time for an emotional essay... Thak you for a lovely week, it is a magical place. Walking into Piglet is like coming home (but tidier and more luxurious !). Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
What a delight! The two bedroom cottage was very spacious and comfortable - actually seemed bigger than the photos depict. Our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and supportive and had a genuine interest in making our stay as enjoyable as possible, from recommendations and help with reservations at wonderful local restaurants, to suggestions for local sites to visit, to making sure we were comfortable when we experienced some inclement weather. We would love to return and highly recommend this unique property to anyone planning to spend time touring the gorgeous Dordogne area.
