We (family of four, 2 adults and 2 children) enjoyed a lovely week here in July. Fantastic with private pool which was cleaned every day, walking distance to pretty village and bakers, lovely and very welcoming hosts. The house contains two sweet bedrooms, large and relaxing lounge / kitchen area, outdoor kitchen and terrace plus a nice pavilion by the pool. Lots of games available including a table tennis table. Had a great week and happy to recommend.
Fabulous! Amazing! Wonderful! We had a wonderful week! The view from the terrace only enhanced the local wines! We will be waiting to see your next project finished - it will deserve another visit.

In 25 years of renting houses for our summer holidays, Château Mabrouke truly topped the lot! Ed and Katie have kept it as a family home which gives the house a lovely ambiance and makes it so welcoming and interesting. We loved the artworks, both in the house and the garden. The guide to the house, helpfully shared in advance, was comprehensive. It meant we weren't struggling to work anything out for ourselves and the information on the local area was really helpful. The local team gave us a lovely welcome too and looked after us flawlessly throughout our stay. The rooms all have great character and were very comfortable indeed. The hilltop setting gives outstanding vistas all round and the terraces surrounding the house and pool offered the best of the sun at all points of the day, particularly sunsets at dinner. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped and the cooker is fabulous. Martin and Philippa, who Katie recommended, cooked a wonderful meal for us and were thoroughly engaging company. There is so much to do, in and around the house and in the local area, that it was hard to do it all justice in a mere two weeks. A day's white water rafting and kayaking with Eau Vive at Foix was a big highlight.
We had an excellent stay in this beautiful house, charming and perfectly equipped. The swimming pool is very pleasant, the rooms to live and the rooms offer a very comfortable atmosphere. We were won over.
It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. Wow, what a great place! During our stay there was nothing else we could have wished for. The awesome pool area, the great BBQ, the comfortable (sun)beds and beautiful bathrooms; everything was top notch. Enjoying the local wines, the pretty surroundings and fantastic golf course with our friends made this stay like it should be... Holiday! We hope to come back!

This is an excellent and beautiful chateau. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the whole property. Everything was perfect from the word go. Our Host Quentin was the most kind and considerate person where nothing was too much to ask for or to do for us. Even before we arrived he was available to help us with recommendations for staying overnight on our drive from England to the Chateau. A truly lovely person who cared about you having a great holiday in a great property.
As we leave les rocans, I must say that you have a beautiful house. We have enjoyed our stay immensely. Loved the country decor and the views. We will remember the stay there and will recommend it to our circle of friends.
We had a lovely stay at Claire’s beautiful place. It was very comfortable and you can see that someone has taken great care in decorating the place and choosing the best things. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful maintained home and grounds. Excellent facilities for young families. All modern and child / baby amenities provided. Daily housekeeping was an added bonus compared to previous holiday rentals.
A beautiful property in a nice quiet location but still close to many interesting places to visit. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and there was a lovely covered eating area outside. We also really loved the pool. We especially enjoyed canoeing on the Dordogne and visiting Domme and Le Jardin Marqueyssac. We also left something behind which Victoire kindly sent on to us.
We now have a special place in our hearts for the local village, Fayence. What a truly beautiful spot and the most wonderful house to make some amazing memories. Maximum pool time, lunches in Cannes. Best time and best memories made.

Wow what a villa! Absolutely fabulous week's holiday. 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was a great thing to have with the grandchildren loving every moment in it. Weather has been very hot so very much appreciated the a/c in the bedrooms! Thank you Pascal for being there when needed. We cannot recommend this villa and its location highly enough. Like others before us, we would love to think we may return one day. Just to say, 1 of us drove over 1,000 miles to be here and it was worth every long one of them.

Great holiday. Great accommodation, fantastic hosts, wonderful holiday. A very impressive château in huge grounds make this a great venue to relax and unwind. Each room has a unique character and there is a huge kitchen. Highly recommended.
